Is everyone present? I will start regardless if you're here or not, ok well welcome ladies and gentlemen to our organization! Each and every one of you were hand-picked from across all coners of the planet. We took notice of your skills and decided that now was a great time to have you be apart of something greater. Let me introduce myself, i am the administration director of site 52, doctor Osiris. My job is to maintain and keep track of all activities that are happening within my site which makes me a very busy man at times but i was given the honor and opportunity to personally introduce you to our line of work. I will make this short and sweet so please be patient with me.

Our organization is funded with virtually Unlimited amount of resources by a multitude of countries across the world in order to locate, capture and contain potentially harmful supernatural creatures, people, or artifacts. Some of these things pose a significant threat to global security. Various agencies from around the world operate to maintain human independence from extra-terrestrial, extra-dimensional, and extra-universal threat. In the past humankind has been at the whim of these bizarre artifacts and similar phenomena, but we have now reached a point in history where we can begin to control and contain these defiances of natural law. You are now working for the SCP Foundation. You have no need to understand how or why we operate. What you do need to understand is how vital your mission is. How vital our entire organization's mission is!

Today we will be discussing different types of classifications of SCP's, the harmless all up to the most dangerous. We will also go over your terms of services and consequences if you break them, we take everything here serious due to what's at stake so even the smallest of mistakes could cost you more than your job, keep that in mind people.

Let's began shall we? All anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena requiring Special Containment Procedures are assigned an Object Class for purposes of research priority, budgeting, and other considerations. The class assigned to an object is generally determined by a number of factors, but most importantly by a combination of its difficulty to contain as well as the danger posed to Foundation personnel and humanity at large.

Many SCP's held within the foundation possess unique characteristics that we still have a difficult time understanding. it's your job to observe, study and issue object classifications on said SCP's weather on the field or in your designated sites. Once we have significant knowledge of scp's then the data will ve properly documented so that our staff can learn about the entities. Since most of you do not have the proper clearance to know about the advanced classifications, we will move on to the standard. SAFE-class objects are those anomalies that are either sufficiently understood that they are now completely and reliably contained on a permanent basis or otherwise do not trigger their anomalous effects unless intentionally activated. However, just because they are safe does not mean that they wont cause harm to you. That is why we have special containment procedures in order to insure that the loss of human life is kept at a minimum unless during testing, that's what D-class personal are sent in to do.

Euclid-class objects are anomalies that are either insufficiently understood or inherently unpredictable, such that reliable containment is not always possible, but do not pose sufficient threat to qualify for Keter classification. The vast majority of anomalies cataloged and contained by the Foundation are initially classified as Euclid until they are either sufficiently understood or exhibit sufficient danger to qualify for reclassification. In particular, any anomaly that exhibits autonomy, sentience or sapeince is generally classified a Euclid-class entity at a minimum, due to the inherent unpredictability of an object that can act or think on its own. Basically, anything that is aware of their actions will be classified as euclid, moving on.

KETER-class objects are anomalies that pose an inherently serious threat to the safety of Foundation personnel and the rest of mankind and either require extensive and complex procedures to contain or cannot be fully contained by the Foundation's current technology and knowledge. These anomalies are generally considered the most dangerous ones in the foundation and all research efforts are directed towards enabling more reliable containment of such anomalies or, as a last resort, the timely neutralization or destruction of its anomalous effects. Only a tiny portion of you in here will be given access to such SCP's because of your previous history before coming here and also due to their dangerous nature. We must do everything in our power to stop the calamity of keter class entities and to insure the survival of the human race and quite possibly the entire universe itself. Failure may result in an end of the world event which is exactly what it means!

Each and every one of you holds a purpose within the foundation. Self-sacrifice, unflinching loyalty and insuring the future of humanity for generations to come is what we all strive for regardless of who you are and what you believe in. However, there are others that share a different agenda than us. While Some of these groups has a indifferent opinion about the foundation, others want to see our very destruction, if any of you decided that defection or releasing classified information during times of need then please be aware that you will be immediately terminated from employment with a bullet to the head. Yes, that's how it works here, the last thing we need from the pubic is a panic. If you work hard enough over time then you will easily climb through the ranks and gain access to more classified information about us and even scp's that are locked behind closed doors. We are all professional here so i expect you to put your best foot forward from here on out!

If you look at the time, our little meeting is coming to a close. Is there any questions that you would like to ask before we end this? Yes miss? Ah yes D-class, they are individuals pulled from public prisons convicted of violent crimes. Murderers, rapist and child molesters are transferred to foundation custody for scp testing. Chances are that they will die during said testing but if they somehow survive their employment then they will be promptly terminated at the end of the first month for security reasons. They will undergo some truly fucked up, horrible stuff but then again, they are criminals so you shouldn't feel too bad about them. I would hate it to see any of you in that ugly orange jumpsuit so please do your job and do it right. You had a question sir? Can you leave? Well of course you can leave! Once you complete your contract with us without being eaten alive, sucked into a black hole or penetrated by a giant tentacle monster then you can retire happily with full Benefits for yourself and your kids. If you didn't want to join in the first place then you could have just said no when you were told to sign the fine print.

You in the back. Good question! Don't worry, your love ones will be compensated handsomely if you happen perish working for us. Unfortunately they cannot learn of how you died due to of course security reasons and yes it will most likely be a closed casket funeral depending on the condition of your body. Last question for the day, any takers? You ma'am. Hmm well If a high risk scp breached containment and manage to kill or avoid the security forces then a mobile task force will be deployed in a attempt to stop the scp, if they too failed then the on-site nuke will be detonated to neutralize the scp and if that fails then....

Well don't think about it too much, like i keep saying countless times: do your damn job and do it right so it won't lead to that situation. I cannot stress that enough! Anyway, that concluds our little introduction for the day, please grab all your belongings on your way out, anything left behind will be thrown into the incinerator. Report to your assigned site directors security personnel head to your assigned captains so you can be issued your standard weaponry. Remember folks, we secure. We contain. We protect. We face those that linger in the Darkness so they can live in the light. You're all dismissed.
