#4 of A Tale of Grass & Fire

The fourth chapter, a year delayed, is finally here in all its "glory" and completed-ness. This chapter was a ton of fun to write, even if certain scenes did get cut for use in the future. I'd love to hear any and all feedback from you all!

Cyndaquil was the first to awaken, her snout poking free from the crumpled remains of her and Pichu's pillow fort. She stood up, pillows tumbling off the side of the bed as the small pokémon climbed out of the pile. Jake and Grovyle were still sound asleep on the other bed, arms wrapped around each other in a tight embrace.

Cyndaquil hopped off of the bed, landing amongst the pillows that had fallen to the floor. She was tempted to wake up the sleeping couple, but decided against it as she walked over to the door into the bathroom. After a few attempts she managed to pull the handle down, the door sliding open enough for her to enter.

Pichu, meanwhile, had finally awoken, peeking her head out as Cyndaquil closed the bathroom door behind her. Pichu gave a yawn as she climbed atop the pile, looking over at Jake and Grovyle who were still snoozing away.

The pillow pile, having been disturbed by two of its former occupants, began to wobble underneath her, and, having just woken up, Pichu could only give a shout of surprise as the mound of pillows tumbled forward off the edge of the bed.

Jake and Grovyle were awoken by her sudden yelp as Pichu tumbled to the floor, landing on the carpet with a thump. Grovyle rolled over, ignoring the noise as he fell back asleep. Jake sat up, looking over the edge of the bed at the mouse pokémon.

To Jake's surprise, Pichu had somehow managed to fall back to sleep in a heap of pillows, based on the line of slobber that ran from her agape mouth. He gave a sigh, flinging the blanket off of him as he swung his legs over the bedside. The door to the bathroom clicked open as Jake got off the bed, the flushing of a toilet emanating being Cyndaquil as she walked out.

"Morning Cyn." Jake chimed, stepping around the pile Pichu slept on. Cyndaquil stepped aside as Jake walked into the bathroom, shutting the door behind him. While Jake was in the bathroom, Cyndaquil went about waking the other members of the team up. Pichu was easy to wake with a few gentle shakes rousing her, Grovyle wasn't.

No matter how hard Cyndaquil shook or prodded, Grovyle was intent on sleeping in, burying his head beneath his pillow and burrowing himself further beneath his blanket. Cyndaquil gave up on gently waking him, and walked to the side of the bed, motioning for Pichu to help her. The two together grabbed the edge of his blanket and yanked, Grovyle squabbling loudly as he was dragged off the bed onto the floor.

Jake, still inside the bathroom, heard a loud thump on the other side of the door. "Guess Grovyle's up" he muttered with a chuckle, glancing at himself in the mirror. At the beginning of his journey his hair had been somewhat short, but now hung in wide bangs that drooped over his head.

The scar on his chest and shoulder still felt sore as he traced across them with a finger, but still far better than the past few days. The bathroom door rattled, and Grovyle stepped in, shutting it behind him.

"Morning sleepyhead." Jake said, Grovyle's head drooping tiredly as he stumbled over to the sink. Jake turned the knob for him as Grovyle dipped his head under the faucet, letting the water rush over his single long leaf. Jake started up a bath, the tub slowly filling with warm water. The shower last night hadn't been quite as cleansing of yesterday's grime as he had hoped

Grovyle let his head soak in the sink for a few minutes, dipping the string-like leaf on his head into the slowly filling sink to soak up some much-needed water. Content, he turned off the sink and turned around, getting a glamorous view of Jake's rear as he took off his boxers.

Jake's unintended teasing drew Grovyle closer as he bent over to turn off the water, giving Grovyle an even better look at his round butt. His cock had already begun to pull free from his sheath when he grabbed Jake by the waist, surprising his trainer.

"Oh... Hi there" Jake said, feeling Grovyle's hips pressing against him. Grovyle gave a thrust of his hips, smearing a trail of pre that dripped from his tip between Jake's cheeks. Jake was surprised by the pokémon's forwardness, but pressed back against the grass-pokémon, teasing more of his red shaft from his slit.

Grovyle squeezed Jake's waist as he continued to slide his cock between Jake's inviting rump. Grovyle slid one of his hands further down Jake's waist, wrapping his fingers around Jake's slowly growing penis. His other hand moved upward, fingers slowly advancing up Jake's back until they pressed against his lips.

He tightened his grip on Jake's cock, forcing a moan from the trainer as he slipped his fingers into Jake's open mouth. Jake, not wanting to disappoint, wove his tongue around Grovyle's fingers, coating his hand in saliva. Grovyle kept up his pace, humping against Jake's rear with each stroke of his hand against Jake's cock.

Grovyle removed his fingers from Jake's mouth, a thin bridge of spit connecting the two as he pulled his hips away from Jake's ass, replacing his now fully erect member with his spit-slickened hand. Jake moaned quietly as Grovyle pressed his slimy fingers against his puckered hole, prodding at its center with a pointed finger.

Gently, Grovyle probed his finger into Jake's rear, feeling his trainer's anal ring squeeze against his fingers tightly. Jake gave a groan of pleasure as Grovyle slipped another finger within him, squeezing against his thick fingers as they spread him wide. Grovyle, as quick as he had started, removed his fingers from Jake's rear, a disgruntled moan leaving Jake.

Why had he stopped? Jake's answer came as Grovyle's weight pressed overtop him, a prodding between his cheeks soon following. With a thrust Grovyle's tip brushed against Jake's taint, teasing him with each hump.

Jake waited until Grovyle gave another teasing thrust to push back, the grass-types cock spreading his puckered hole wide as it sunk half of its length deep inside his quaking walls. Grovyle growled with pleasure, feeling Jake's insides pressing and squeezing against his length, sucking him in further as he gave a slow thrust.

Grovyle picked up the pace, the slapping of his hips against Jake's rear getting louder as he thrust deeper into Jake's welcoming ass. Jake kept pace with his thrusts, pulling away as he reared for another thrust and pushing against the pokémon as he slammed his hips forth, stifling the moans that escaped his lips as Grovyle's cock slipped further into his awaiting depths

As their rhythm picked up, so did the moans both gave as Grovyle's knotted base bashed against Jake's widened hole. Grovyle, still riding atop Jake's back, wrapped his arms around his trainer's chest, locking his fingers together as he began hammering harder into Jake, rocking them both as he slammed his knot into Jake's stretched taint.

Jake gave a muted cry of joy as he climaxed rather suddenly, cock spewed seed into the tub to leave wispy white trails in the warm water. With himself spent, Jake focused on bringing Grovyle to his own climax, clamping down against the pokémon's shaft, feeling the hard cock twitching and quaking within him.

Grovyle couldn't hold out any longer as he finally reached his own orgasm, spewing thick globs of cum into Jake's ass and filling him with his seed. Jake bit his lower lip, feeling Grovyle's seed coat his insides as the pokémon's cock continued to dispense its load deep within him. Spent, Grovyle flopped lazily onto Jake, giving a few half-hearted thrusts as his climax died down, soon replaced by his own afterglow.

Both Jake and Grovyle remained motionless, awash in each other's company until Grovyle's cock slipped free of Jake's rear, a gush of white pokémon jizz spewing free onto the tile below. Grovyle eventually climbed off Jake, and set on the task of cleaning his trainer, licking the cum that trickled from his pucker, erasing all but the scent of their lustful act.

Jake shakily climbed to his feet, legs wobbling from holding his awkward position for so long.

"Thanks Grove. Although next time some warning would be fantastic. And maybe a change of positions" He commented, stepping into the bath. The water was still warm, and the two set about cleaning each other properly.

After they had finished up, Jake toweled off and slipped his boxers back on, Grovyle close behind as he opened the bathroom door. Pichu and Cyndaquil had erected another pillow fort atop their bed, and were playing when Jake piped up:

"Alright guys, bath time" Both stopped in their playing and raced to the bathroom, ducking beneath Jake and Grovyle's legs as they sprinted into the tub.

A large wave of water rose up from the tub as Pichu and Cyndaquil lept into the soapy tub, barely noticing the smell of sex and soap that perfumed the room. Grovyle patted Jake on the back as he exited the bathroom, letting Grovyle clean the two while he got dressed.

Jake dressed in a newer pair of pants and a shirt, along with his usual red jacket. While he slipped on a pair of shoes, Jake could hear splashes from the bathroom as well as the squabbling of Grovyle as he tried to clean the energetic Pichu and Cyndaquil.

By the time the two were clean, Jake had taken another look at his map, figuring out where they would head after they were done in Oreburgh. Now that he had looked at it, some of the routes he had taken seemed wrong, the mountain passage he had taken was drawn as if it had snaked around the mountain, rather than through. Perhaps he had gotten an outdated of Sinnoh?

One route caught his eye however, a route that went to the northwest, directly into the mountainside. The route was labeled with a dark brown X, with several others littered around the mountain range, likely exits. But as far as Jake knew, there wasn't a single route that followed the mountain range. Granted he never did pay any attention to geography class in his school.

Once again the bathroom door opened up, and out stepped Grovyle holding two half-dried pokémon in each hand triumphantly, despite being dripping wet himself. Jake looked up from his map, noticing that behind Grovyle the bathroom walls were also dripping wet.

"Grov!" he shouted, raising the two pokémon high into the air like trophies in mock victory. Jake gave a smirk, turning back to his map to re-examine the X's. Oddly, the X's as well as the route had vanished completely from the map. Was he seeing things? Even the trail that snaked around the mountain was gone, replaced by the normal one that went through. He rubbed his eyes to be sure, but nothing seemed to change.

Either way, Jake folded up the map and slipped it into his back-pocket. Pichu and Cyndaquil were set down on their bed, both shaking most of the water from their fur. Grovyle grabbed one of the non-drenched towels from the dripping bathroom and dried them completely. Having been properly cleaned, Pichu and Cyndaquil's fur had regained the richness of their colors, shining brightly in the light.

Jake glanced at the clock, 10:45, and scooped up his bag by the handle. Cyndaquil jumped atop his shoulder, nosing her way into the hood of his jacket. Pichu opted for staying in her poke ball, while Grovyle once again walked beside him as they left their room.

Down at the lobby, Jake unzipped his bag and grabbed his PokeDex, flipping it open as they exited the hotel lobby into the busy sidewalk, Two Chansey at the front waved goodbye to him as he merged with the crowd.

In the weeks he had been travelling Sinnoh he hadn't taken even a glance at all the pokémon he'd come across so far and, despite having ventured across a fair distance of Sinnoh, Jake's Pokédex had only thirty or so pokémon recorded so far, which seemed remarkably small to him.

Jake intended to head for the city gym today, but before he did, grabbing a few supplies in the commercial district seemed like a good idea.

"Alright Grovyle, here's a list of items we need to get..." Jake said, pulling out his pen and a piece of paper to write on, scribbling a list of supplies he thought they'd need. Grovyle squinted at the words Jake scribbled down, trying to make sense of the alien letters as Jake handed it to him.

"Right, forgot you can't really read. Oh well." Jake dropped his pen back into his satchel as they entered their first stop, a Poké Mart. Thankfully there wasn't a Poké Ball sitting inside a pedestal for Jake to risk his life for, although he thought he felt Pichu's Poké Ball wobble a bit as they entered.

Potions, cooking supplies, and an extra sleeping bag was all he picked up from the store, the weight of his bag already heavy enough. After he was done paying for and stuffing their supplies into his pack, Jake and Grovyle left and continued down the street to the accessory shop they had visited the night before.

Although he hadn't really looked, the store had plenty of other attire that could help with the hiking they were bound to do, if not today, tomorrow. It didn't take long for Jake to find a section of the store devoted to pokémon backpacks. With Grovyle's approval and help, Jake scoured the aisle until he found a mossy green backpack that fit Grovyle.

Jake split the supplies stuffed in his bag with Grovyle, relieving the digging in his shoulder. With a much lighter pack, Jake navigated his way through the many streets of Oreburgh towards the gym.

Now Jake and Grovyle stood on the lip of the cities quarry, gazing down at the clay red scaffolds that supported the many lanes of conveyor belts hauling seemingly endless clumps of coal from the mine. From what the map said, Jake was standing not far from the gym, but the only thing even near him was a gargantuan boulder, which sat a little way down the equally large road that lead down to the quarry itself.

With the giant rock as the only possible choice, Jake made his way down to the ramp towards it, still scanning his map for any clue as to the gym's actual location. yet as soon as he turned around a jutting corner of the rock, Jake walked into a miner that was standing against the rock, nearly knocking them both to the ground.

"Whoa, sorry about that." Jake apologized, folding his map up as he got a better look at the person he had walked into. The miner wore a bright red miner hat, a mottled brown shirt hanging loosely under his neon yellow vest. The man's face was dominated by a thick, greying moustache that covered most of his weathered looking skin.

"Oh no, it's fine." The miner replied, his voice surprisingly chipper. "Would you happen to be looking for the gym by chance?"

"Oh, yea actually. Do you know where it is?" Jake, relieved he had found someone who could help him, asked. "My map says it's around here, but there's nothing out here but this rock." He continued, forking a thumb towards the towering grey stone.

"Well, you've found it!" The worker exclaimed, pointing at the large opening in the rock that Jake had failed to notice. "I'm actually the guide for our gym. If you want, I can explain what to expect inside."

"T-thanks, I'd like that" Jake stammered, slightly embarrassed at his obliviousness. The guide explained that, once inside, there was two paths they could take: the upper path, or the lower. The lower had two of the gym members stationed to fight any trainers that approached, while the upper path was a direct path to the gym leader, Roark, without any interruptions.

The guide also explained that most of the trainers used ground based pokémon before leaving Jake to enter the gym. The inside of the rock was almost entirely hollow, the ceiling meticulously carved out to form a cavernous room.

As the guide had mentioned, there was a clear path through a mined stone trench directly ahead of Jake, with a ladder to the left leading up to the second path. Cracks in the ceiling lit the cavernous room rather well, letting streaks of sunlight serve as the only lighting throughout the stone room

While the upper path was rather tempting and straightforward, Jake chose to march forward down the jagged ravine towards the first gym member. His team could use all the experience they could get, and he had stocked up on plenty of potions for just the occasion.

Cyndaquil, Grovyle, and Pichu, while not effective against the gym's ground and rock types, fared well against the two gym members that guarded the way up to their leader. After the last battle, against a kid by the name of Darius, Jake reached the back of the gym, where a large square arena was outlined in white paint.

On the far end of the room was a raised stone pedestal, lit up by a large hole in the ceiling that let down a column of golden light, and turned away from Jake was Roark, who sat crouched talking to a Geodude. Roark returned the pokemon to his Poké Ball and turned to face Jake, giving a friendly, if slightly menacing smile.

"Hello trainer, and welcome to The Oreburgh City Gym." Roark said, his voice booming throughout the room. "My name is Roark, known as The Rock!" He continued as Jake reached the edge of the battlefield.

Roark was dressed in a similar outfit to the guide outside the gym, although his vest was a light grey instead of the neon yellow, the sleeves and hem lined with golden yellow bands that shined in the light. His red hair almost matched his crimson hard-hat, similar to his eyes that sat behind a pair of thick-rimmed black glasses.

Roark stepped down from his pedestal, his hand reaching into his vest to pull out a silvery piece of metal that glinted in the light. The Coal Badge. He stuffed the badge back into his vest, stepping forward as his hand reached for a Poké Ball.

"Tell me your name Trainer, I trust you have come fully prepared for this battle." Roark pulled a Poké Ball from his belt, chucking it with onto the field as it popped open. Crimson light filled most of the battlefield as Roark's first pokémon materialized from its home.

The ground quaked as giant boulders took shape, each one connecting itself to another as it climbed higher into the air, the head forming with a mighty screech from its stone jaw. Roark's Onix shifted on the battlefield as the red light faded away.

"My name is Jake, and I am more than prepared for this fight, Roark the Rock" Jake yelled over the crunching of stone from the Onix. He motioned Grovyle forward, who eyed the Onix ahead of him with anticipation.

With both pokémon on the battlefield, Jake and Roark issued their commands in unison:

"Onix, Dig immediately!" Roark shouted, which the Onix answered with haste, plunging his head against the ground and disappearing from sight.

"Use Quick Attack as soon as it pops up Grovyle!" Jake commanded, his eyes darting across the battlefield in search of any sign of the Onix. It came when the ground beside Grovyle splintered with a loud snap, causing him to jump away as the ground exploded upward in pointy stone shards.

Grovyle tensed his legs, ready to strike when the Onix rose from the hole. The Onix didn't appear from the hole however, instead the ground beneath Grovyle cracked as the Onix shot up from beneath the grass-type. Grovyle jumped away once again, this time springing back as the leaves on his arms glowed brightly.

"Now Onix! Use Rock Throw!" Roark shouted. Grovyle swung his arms together as he flew past Onix, glowing white cuts lacing the rock-type's body as his swings landed their marks. Clenched in Onix's mouth was a boulder, torn from the ground further below, and swung it like a pitcher at the airborne pokémon.

The boulder smashed against Grovyle as he tried to cut at the approaching rock, crushing him beneath its immense force as it broke against the ground. The attack had knocked the air from his lungs, which Grovyle haggardly tried to collect as the Onix burrowed back beneath the rocky ground.

"Grovyle, use Absorb!" Jake shouted, barely heard by the grass-type as the ground beside him exploded upward, followed shortly with Onix

Grovyle dashed away, bringing with him a streak of glowing green orbs that pulled free from the Onix into him, a few scratches and wounds fading away as he kept his distance. The Onix gave a visible shudder as the cuts in his body seemed to worsen from the attack, his strength fading as it was pulled into Grovyle.

"Onix, don't let him escape! Rock Tomb!" Roark commanded once more. Onix's head emanated a white light soon after, slivers of stone forming around its head as Grovyle kept absorbing more and more of the rock-type's strength. With another screech, the javelins of stone that surrounded the Onix's head pointed towards Grovyle and shot forward, landing around the grass-type before he could even attempt an escape.

The stone pillars had missed Grovyle by a hair, yet their job clearly wasn't to harm the grass-type. Each of the pillars jutted towards Grovyle, holding him in place as the Onix burrowed for a final strike.

"Grovyle get out of there!" Jake commanded. Grovyle cut at one of the rocks holding him in place with a glowing white leaf, the attack left a deep gouge in the stone, but refused to budge. The ground in front of him exploded upwards as the Onix revealed itself again, holding another large boulder in its jaws.

Grovyle fought even harder against his restraints, managing to break off two of the pillars before the Onix hurled its giant rock at the immobilized pokémon. Grovyle gave a last ditch effort with a Mega Drain, hoping to survive the attack if he could lessen his wounds. It proved fruitless as the rock crushed Grovyle beneath its weight, the rock splitting in two shortly after to reveal the unconscious grass-type.

Onix had won the first round, but barely. The cuts in its stone body were far deeper than when Grovyle had initially attacked it, and it quaked with each passing second until the trainers returned their pokémon.

"That was good for a first round Jake, but let's see how you handle this" Roark exclaimed, pulling another Poké Ball from his belt.

Jake glanced down at Grovyle's Poké Ball for a moment before setting it onto his belt. Cyndaquil, having watched the fight, wiggled her way out of Jake's hoody and stepped onto the scarred battlefield.

"Well, alright Cyndaquil." Jake said, glancing up to see what pokémon awaited her. The Geodude Roark had been talking to was sitting on the opposite end of the field, its hands together as it waited for the next round to begin.

"Cyndaquil, start off with Ember!" Jake yelled, jabbing a finger towards the Geodude ahead of her. Cyndaquil did as he commanded, raising her back to spew a wave of red bullets towards the awaiting rock-type.

"Rollout Geodude! Now!" Roark directed in response. Geodude's stance changed as the embers approached him, his arms planting themselves against the ground as he catapulted himself over the fiery hailstorm. Cyndaquil kept her embers trained on the pokémon as it landed back onto the ground, this time using its hands to spin itself like a wheel towards her.

"Now Geodude, use Magnitude!" Roark shouted as the Geodude launched itself back into the air, fists raised high as he came down like a bullet towards the still-firing Cyndaquil.

"Smokescreen Cyndaquil!" Jake retorted as her Embers tapered off. Instead of the fiery bullets that shot from her back, Cyndaquil's flaming vents began to spew thick black smoke that slowly filled the air around her, masking her position from the descending

Geodude descended into the cloud, leaving Jake and Roark to look at the expanding smoke cloud with baited breath. A loud crack of rock against rock sounded shortly after Geodude disappeared into the inky black smoke, the ground shaking violently as his attack connected with the stony floor.

Another crack of stone grinding against stone rang out, this time much louder as the ground around the smoke cloud splintered like glass. A moment later both pokémon broke free from the cloud, each trailing smoke and fire that clung to them.

Geodude frantically patted out the flames that had begun to engulf his body, while Cyndaquil hardly seemed bothered as the flames seemed to get sucked into her back vents. Still, the fire-type was covered in welts and bruises, likely from an unseen fist fight inside her smokescreen.

"Rollout again Geodude, don't let her recover!" Roark commanded.

"Flame Wheel Cyndaquil!" Jake retorted. Both pokémon bounded towards one another, each a blur as they spun faster and faster until they crashed together with a sickening crack.

Geodude took the hit worse than Cyndaquil, bouncing backwards in a fiery heap as he slumped against the ground, unconscious. Cyndaquil flew from the attack as well, tumbling to a halt a foot away from the battlefields white edge. Jake was ready to return her in when she climbed back to her feet, stumbling back towards him with a look of pride despite her haggard look.

"Thanks Cyndaquil, that was great work you did." Jake reassured, looking back up to see Roark had sent out, of all pokémon, Onix.

"Your Cyndaquil did good there. Let's see if it can finish what your Grovyle started" He exclaimed, flashing his smile towards Jake.

Jake reached down for Pichu's Poké Ball, knowing Cyndaquil couldn't handle much more punishment after her last fight. But Cyndaquil felt more than up to the challenge, stepping forward back onto the battlefield.

"You sure about this Cyn?" Jake worriedly asked, noticing the bruises along her body had already begun to puff up. Her reply was to flare up the flames along her back, eyes locked with the Onix. "Alright, but be careful, alright?" Jake sighed, his hand leaving Pichu's ball.

Onix was still barely keeping its head up from Grovyle's attacks, Roark said something to it that Jake couldn't hear. Whatever he had said seemed to give the Onix a little more strength, its trembling slowing as it waited for his commands.

"Onix, Screech then burrow!" Roark began once again, soon drowned out by a ear-splitting screech that bellowed from the Onix. Cyndaquil and Jake brought their hands to their ears as the screech echoed throughout the room, eyes squeezed shut. When the screech died out, Onix had already disappeared below ground.

"Smokescreen again Cyndaquil!" Jake shouted, still recovering from the noise. Cyndaquil followed his command as quick as she could, the loud screech still clearly affecting her as she began to spew more smoke onto the battlefield. Just as she to let her smokescreen begin, the ground around her gave in, bringing her down into a small pit that the Onix burrowed beneath her.

The Onix appeared shortly after, ready to crush her with a giant boulder wedged in his jaws.

"Now Cyndaquil! Flame Wheel and Ember!" Jake directed, taking a couple steps from the impending firestorm. From the black cloud, Cyndaquil shot up the crater's rim into the air, spinning wildly as she began to spew a hail of embers in every direction. The Onix chucked its boulder at her as a hail of bullets scorched his body, tumbling to the ground with his last attack.

Without any way to defend herself, Cyndaquil and the boulder flew out of the battlefield against the rock wall, wedging her into the stone as the boulder fell onto the ground and broke apart.

Jake winced as he and Roark returned their pokémon. "Sorry Cyndaquil." he said as he placed her Poké Ball on his belt, plucking Pichu's in her place.

"Just one more of my team remains, Trainer. Whatever the outcome is, you have done well." Roark said, chucking his last Poké Ball onto the field. Jake did the same, both pokémon appearing before their trainers in streaks of bright red light.

Roark's last pokémon sat on two legs, its bright blue head lined with four spikes that ran along the rear of its head. Cranidos, as Jake's Pokédex chimed in, was a pure rock type, although it was the only one in Roark's repertoire that didn't really looked the part.

Still, Pichu was more than ready to face the two-legged pokémon, having heard the carnage from the safety of her Poké Ball long enough.

"Let us end this! Cranidos, use Pursuit and follow up with a Headbutt!" Roark exclaimed, Cranidos releasing a war cry as he charged forward.

Roark's pokémon were almost exclusively close-range pokémon, whilst Jake's had plenty of both. The fight against Cranidos was, as far as Jake could see, set in stone if he didn't have a way to attack her from afar.

"Pichu, keep him away with Thunderbolt" Jake said. Pichu's body became engulfed in yellow electricity, sparks shooting off to strike the ground around her as she charged herself with power. With a shout Pichu shot a wide bolt of lightning at the charging Pokémon. Cranidos hardly wavered as the Thunderbolt struck against him, leaving burns along his head and body as he continued to sprint towards Pichu.

"Again Pichu!" Jake said, Pichu sending another bolt of yellow lighting crashing against Cranidos. This time the attack seemed to have more of an impact, momentarily veering the pokémon to the right as he stumbled on the ruined terrain.

The Cranidos corrected itself before it stumbled past Pichu, bringing his head down to try and crush the mouse. But Pichu had already moved away from the blindly attacking Cranidos, bringing down a thunder wave onto the unsuspecting pokémon from above.

Cranidos stumbled forward, overtaken by the mouse's electric attacks, into one of the holes Onix had made at the start of the battle, tumbling down out of sight.

He came back up shortly after, only to be brought back down by another attack from Pichu, who kept her distance. Finally, Cranidos came down with a heavy thump, having endured four more of her attacks before falling unconscious.

The battle over, Jake breathed a sigh of relief as Pichu slowly walked back to him, huffing heavily from her constant attacking. Roark smile was wider than ever, returning Cranidos as he made his way through the ruined battlefield to Jake.

"Congratulations Jake, you've won this battle, and earned yourself the Coal Badge!" Roark took Jake's hand in a firm shake, his other reaching into his vest again to pull out a small box. He popped the case open, revealing not only a Coal Badge inside, but also a stack of dollars neatly placed beside the shining badge.

"Take it, you've definitely earned it" He continued, closing the case and pushing it into Jake's hands.

"Thank you, Roark. It was a fantastic battle" Jake replied, taking Roark's hand for one more final shake. Victorious, Jake departed from the gym and back into the city to heal up his team. Once they were fully healed, Jake and his team sat down while he counted their winnings.

"100... 400... 700... 1200... 1680!" Jake exclaimed as he counted. That covered all the expensed from this morning and last night's stay at the hotel! Grovyle, not entirely sure what Jake was excited about, was ecstatic from the victory, even if he had been the first one out of the fight. All of them were sat at a table inside the towns poke center. Cyndaquil, Grovyle, and Pichu were huddled together as they chatted away with one another while Jake unfolded one of his maps in search of the mysterious X's he had seen.

Unbeknownst to all of them, two people sat beside the doors out of the pokémon center, pretending to read their books through their black sunglasses as they stared at them.

"That him?" One of them asked, a woman dressed in a grey overcoat and pants, her platinum blonde hair hanging down to her shoulder over her eyes, which she quickly moved out of the way.

"Seems like it. See that Pichu beside him?" The other replied, wearing an outfit similar to hers, only his a darker black with swirls of grey that covered the sleeves.

"Of course I do, its ears stand out like a sore thumb. Should we radio into command?" She asked, turning towards him. She already knew the answer, given her partners spotty record and selfish personality.

"Hell no. this is our chance to impress the higher-ups. If we radioed in, they'd just let one of the commanders handle the kid." He replied, turning to face her. He hated playing by the book, which as a member of Team Plasma was far stricter than most other's. Any chance he could to break a rule without getting killed was a victory in his book, especially if it meant scoring a promotion.

The two stared each other down, waiting for the other to make a move when their earpieces crackled with static. They both gave a wince as the static slowly died down, replaced by a gruff voice.

"Emily, Jerome. Report in." The voice commanded.

"J-Jerome reporting in sir. Nothing so far." Jerome answered, Emily giving him a face that he ignored. She mouthed a "What are you doing" to which he mouthed "Go with it".

"Emily reporting in sir, W-We've yet to locate the target" Emily shakily replied as silence filled the comm. They heard a sigh over their ear pieces as well as the shuffling of papers shortly after.

"Very well, remain on watch of the boy." The voice said before a click, then silence. Jerome and Emily gave a sigh of relief, until Emily snapped her book shut.

"You idiot! If they find out we lied to them, we will be the ones in deep trouble." Emily snapped, catching the attention of a few people in the lobby.

"SHHHH." Jerome replied, the two pretending to read their books until the onlookers returned to what they were doing. "We'll be in even more shit if you compromise us E, now shut up and...." Jerome looked to where Jake was seated, only finding an empty table where they should have been.

When had they left the center. Jerome gripped his book in both hands, the spine splitting in half as he ripped the book in anger. "We just lost our target." he said through clenched teeth...

Jake and his team returned to the hotel for the evening, his shoulder flaring up out of nowhere when they were at the poke center. During the walk back, Grovyle and Cyndaquil were talking in hushed tones, even though Jake couldn't understand them either way.

"Are you sure about this Cyndaquil? I'm more than, err, capable with helping you with your heat." Grovyle muttered, hiding his blush as best he could.

"I know, but it's been a long time since then, and Jake could... use some relief as well." Cyndaquil replied, tucking her head into Jake's hoodie more to hide her own blushing.

"Alright, fine. I think I can help you with that then, but it won't exactly be simple." Grovyle said, adjusting his backpack. He hadn't told her about the rather joyous escapades he had shared with Jake just yet, but kept his mouth shut for now. Their hotel room was still the same one as before, leaving Grovyle a little time to enact the start of his plan.

Grovyle poked at Pichu's Poké Ball on Jake's belt to get her attention, a red light letting her out moments later. He relayed his plan to her in a whisper, trying to not look suspicious as Jake turned to see Pichu out of her ball.

"Hi Pichu, glad to see your out again." He said, turning as the elevator door opened with a mechanical ding.

Once Jake slid the keycard into the door and pushed it open, Grovyle and Pichu ran past him, diving onto the bed furthest from the door, Grovyle shucking his bag at the bed's foot.

"Guess you two really want to rest." Jake remarked, slipping his bag off and setting it beside the doorway, closing the door behind him. Truth be told, Jake was surprisingly tired from today's activities himself, although he hadn't been the one fighting. He reached around, plucking Cyndaquil from her favorite seat and set her down on the bed that Grovyle and Pichu hadn't jumped onto.

The healing station had patched up all of them like normal, but cleaning pokémon was clearly not a feature that was implemented, given the clumps of dirt and soot that clung to Cyndaquil's fur.

"I'll get you cleaned up Cyndaquil" He said, taking off his jacket and tossing it onto the bed.

Jake walked into the bathroom, accompanied by Cyndaquil, who turned to look at Grovyle and Pichu. Both of them smiled at her, which she shared as she stepped into the bathroom, shutting the door behind her.

Jake was knelt over the bath tub, steam gushing over its lip as he filled the bottom of the tub with water. Cyndaquil shivered as a wave of heat washed over her. Still, she reined in herself long enough to walk over to Jake and jump into the tub with a splash of water.

Jake stopped the water before it reached up her back, not wanting to reenact the watery mess they had left in the morning. While Jake grabbed a sponge from above her, Cyndaquil made herself comfortable in the warm water, knowing it was only a matter of time until she had what she needed.

Jake dipped the sponge under the bath water, letting it soak before he began running it over Cyndaquil's dirty fur. At first, Jake hardly noticed Cyndaquil's body shiver every time he pressed the sponge against her fur, although that quickly changed as Cyndaquil let out a nearly silent squeak.

At first, Cyndaquil thought she was in the clear, believing the noise was lost by the splashing of water.

"Hey Cyndaquil, mind turning over? I'm done with your back now." Jake piped up, dipping the sponge back into the water. Cyndaquil obliged, taking the hint that her jig might have been up. With her belly exposed, Jake could take in the area between her legs in all its glory, the sponge dropping into the water with a wet squish.

Hidden beneath her matted down fur, Cyndaquil's pussy practically quivered from Jake's gaze, a thin streak of her juices trailing down her folds into the water below. Exposed to the air, the pokémon's vagina exuded a scent that perfumed anything around it in her heat.

Jake's hand reached down to stroke against her folds, exuding joyful moans from the needy fire-type. Cyndaquils vagina was remarkably like a human one, although hers was clearly smaller. Jake pressed one finger between her pink lips, slipping one, then two fingers into her folds.

Cyndaquil gasped with each finger that slipped past her folds, walls squeezing against the intrusions as he back flared up, the water bubbling around her as the pokémon forced her flames back. Jake worked his fingers in and out of the squealing pokémon slowly at first, feeling his fingers as far as they could reach to explore her depths for every sweet spot he could find.

But Cyndaquil wanted more than for him to please her, made evident as she gradually stood up, his fingers popping free one at a time as she climbed atop the bathtub's rim.

"Guess foreplay isn't your strong suit." Jake muttered, undoing his pants and pulling his underwear down to release his hard-on to the steamy air. Prize in sight, Cyndaquil turned and lifted her rear towards Jake, her dripping wet snatch eagerly awaiting him to fill her every desire.

Jake inched closer on his knees, placing his cock between her furry cheeks while he held Cyndaquil in one hand, the other grasping the bath tub for support.

"Are you ready Cyndaquil?" he asked, rubbing his shaft against her rear with newfound passion.

Much like during the gym battle, Cyndaquil's answer came with a flare of fire along her back, releasing a rush of steam as the water on her back heated up.

With her go-ahead, Jake pointed his cock at her folds, slowly spreading them wide as he gently thrust into her hot passage. Although he had felt a glimpse of her warmth when he had fingered her, nothing could prepare Jake for the heavenly warmth that wrapped itself around him now.

Her folds squished and squeezed against every inch Jake pushed into Cyndaquil, leaving him with a lack of words as he pulled his hips back. What did come from his mouth was long, drawn out moans as he picked up his rhythm, coupled with Cyndaquil's own fits of squeaks and cries of ecstasy.

"Jesus Cyndaquil, Your amazing" Jake managed to say, giving her a powerful thrust that plunged his shaft to its hilt into her velvety nethers. Cyndaquil replied something in her own cry, falling on deaf ears as Jake plunged himself back into her sopping pussy.

Cyndaquil was awash in her own world, the ecstatic feeling of fullness along with Jake's perfect thrusts drowned out any thoughts with the waves of pleasure that coursed through her. The hand holding her in place was the only thing keeping her from flopping down on the side of the tub, her legs having buckled beneath her with the first thrust. Now, lust and desire for Jake was all that drove Cyndaquil's thoughts forward.

Jake could feel his own end nearing, resorting to short, and resorted powerful thrusts to extend himself just a little more. Cyndaquil's wails reached a pitch as her climax began with a heartfelt thrust. Jake wasn't far behind, bottoming out inside the blissful fire-type as his cock began to fire its load into her.

Jake kept a firm grip on Cyndaquil as his own orgasm continued, locking them both together for a time until Jake finally pulled his spent cock free from her folds, both shuddering from the sensation.

"Glad to see you got what you needed. Although now I have to clean you for real" Jake said, reaching into the tub for the sponge.

"What's up with pokémon and sex in the bathroom" He commented as he began to work the sponge into her fur once again.
