I woke up the next morning, rubbed my eyes and looked to my left. I saw Narei sleeping softly, his nostrils flared up every time he breathed in to get as much oxygen as he could into his lungs. I watched his chest rise and fall as he inhaled and exhaled. He just laid there, sleeping so peacefully. Narei began to stir in his sleep, he opened his eyes and blinked a couple of times to adjust his eyes to the light that beamed through the window. He turned to me and smiled, I returned the smile which followed with a soft kiss.
"Morning!" I said rather energetically
"Morning to you too, what time is it?" He asked
"It's around 8am, not sure about you but I didn't think a time that early existed" I said, obviously trying to be funny.
"Yeah, you're normally up at around mid-day or later... Why are you up so early?" Narei asked with a raised eyebrow
"Erm, I don't know... But anyway, I think we should go down and see if Kyle is ok?" I said, nudging him ever so slightly with my hips.
"Yeah, I'm sorry again for what I said last night about him. I didn't realised how much you cared for him" Narei said with a saddened tone.
I placed my finger on his muzzle "Don't mention it, it's in the past and forgiven" I whispered quietly in his ear.
I crawled over him out of the bed, and headed downstairs to check up on Kyle. Narei closely followed me. We reached the living room where Kyle laid sleeping on the rug in front of the fire. Narei look over at me, and saw how I was looking at the adorable Kyle just laying there. I came to my senses and realised I was being watched, I looked to Narei and said "I know what you're thinking. Don't say it or I'll pin you down and tickle you to death" with a huge smile. He turned away and walked towards the kitchen laughing, I ran up behind him and pushed him down onto the floor. He rolled over onto his back and looked at me puzzled "What did you do that for?". I paused and slowly moved and straddled him "So I can do this, dummy" I said, then began prodding him in the sides. He laughed manically "Stop! PLEASE STOP!" he screamed out. I carried on, laughing myself at the helpless wolf wriggling on the ground. I stopped, and we both caught our breath. I got up turned around and noticed Kyle learning in the door way smiling. I stood there nervously, with my hand on my other arm crossed over my chest. Narei sat up on the floor and looked up embarrassed. "Guys, You know you're still wearing nothing but boxers" Kyle said with a small grin on his face. I looked at Narei, he didn't seem to mind so I replied "Yeah... You like what you see?" and pulled a pose. Kyle laughed and jokingly said "I've seen more of you than that". I laughed, looked at Narei and titled my head towards the stairs as if to say follow me, we both ran up stairs and into the bathroom turning the shower on.
We both took our boxers off at the same time and stepped into the shower, I grabbed the shampoo and lathered it into his fur as he did the same to me. We washed the soap out and stood there, staring into each other's eyes. We got out of the shower and dried ourselves off the best we could, we both ended up looking like giant puffy balls which made us laugh. We put on some clothes, I let Narei borrow some of mine and headed down stairs. We met Kyle in the living room watching TV.
"You finally put some clothes on" Kyle mumbled loudly, not really paying attention
"Yeah, and unlike you, we had a shower... Because we are hygienic furs" I said with a grin
"I suppose I should head off for a shower, this blood has started to become encrusted into my fur" he said, in a sad tone and walked off upstairs.
"I still feel bad for Kyle you know..." I said, unsure of the reaction I would get
"I know you do, but, he is a friend, and it's hard to stop caring for someone you did share the most part of your life with." Narei answered.
I turned around and hugged him with all the strength I had, then playfully pushed him onto the chair and pounced on top of him, I kissed him. He pulled me closer and the kiss became more and more passionate. I felt our tongues meet and fumble around in each other mouths. He broke the kiss, and whispered into my ear "I love you, Luke. So much.". We returned to kissing passionately, I began thrusting my hips as I straddled him Narei was growing more and more exited, his paws raced up and down my back and under my shirt. "Do you really have to do that here?!" whined Bianca. I broke the passionate kiss to look up, the saliva still hung from my mouth and went to Narei's mouth. I wiped it off and spoke "Well, considering your meant to knock you know" I said sarcastically.
"Yeah, and well... fine." Bianca said with a sigh as she gave up.
"By the way, Bianca, Kyle's in the bathroom having a shower." I said, with a grin on my face.
Bianca's ears twitched, and her pupils dilated as she heard what was being said.
"Are you having me on?" Bianca asked, quizzing me on the truth.
"Nope, he might be done now I'm not sure." I said, truthfully unsure if he was done at this point.
A few moments later, after laughs and giggles from all 3 of us. Kyle walked down the stairs in nothing but a town knotted around his waist. Bianca's eyes nearly shot from her eye sockets.
"Oh... H... Hi Bianca, I didn't know you were coming over today?" Kyle stuttered, shocked to find Bianca sitting on the couch.
"Hi... Kyle" Bianca said, nearly forgetting how to speak as she was staring at Kyle's body. Bianca turned towards me and mouthed "You let THAT go?!".
I shook my head and mouthed back "You should see Narei... You'd understand" and winked.
Bianca smiled, and turned her attention back to Kyle "You going to put some clothes on now, or are you just going to stand there in a towel that's begging to be torn off?"
Kyle quickly ran upstairs and got some clothes, he had his own clothes... He came over mine a lot when we were dating, so it made sense to have each other's clothes at one and another's places. Kyle returned downstairs to join the group, He sat down on the couch next to Bianca.
I turned to the group "What do you guys want to do today?"
Bianca answered "What can we do? We're...."
"Stuck in this dump" Kyle completed Bianca's sentence for her.
I smiled at them and laughed and said "My parents are out of town, in fact across the sea and we have two cars..."
Narei prodded me in the back and said "You're not driving!" He prodded me again as he noticed my attention diverting "You hear me?"
I nodded and said "Seems like we are stuck in this dump..."
Bianca and Kyle both caught glances and looked away in embarrassment.
I mocked Kyle and asked "So, You turning straight for Bianca?"
Kyle looked up with wide eyes and yelped "NO!"
Me and Narei both laughed, Bianca gave us her, as we called it, death stare. We both piped up and said sorry.
"I think my mum's around to drive us into town if you want, she's planning to go in anyway" Bianca said, with enthusiasm.
"Sounds like a plan!" I shouted with a finger pointed upwards in the air.
Bianca's mom came to the front of the house to pick us up, we all got into her car and drove into town. Once we arrived me and Narei split from Kyle and Bianca, agreeing to meet in an hour to drive back.
"I wonder what they will be talking about" I jokingly said to Narei,
"I don't know, maybe about clothes... at least from what I heard about Kyle" Narei scoffed.
We walked around town, viewing shops, I went into a game shop and bought a new game for the xbox360 and Narei went off to buy some clothes. An hour later, we all met up at the proposed meeting point and drove back into our familiar cul-de-sac. We dropped Kyle off back to his house, as his dad had left by this time. We said our goodbyes. Then me and Narei were dropped off at mine and Bianca went home with her mom.
I was tired and went up to bed, Narei followed. I took my clothes off, even my boxers this time. I felt like sleeping naked tonight. Narei stood there unsure what to do.
"You don't have to if you don't want to" I gurgled whilst yawning
Narei decided to take his off to, and crawled into bed. He faced me and kissed my muzzle and said "I love you" I returned the gesture "I love you too.".
I fell asleep in Narei's arms, softly and sweetly. Narei watched me as I slept for a few minutes before he too, followed and feel asleep.

In chapter six, things are going to take a turn for the worst.
