#2 of Ski Weekend

Ken could only offer a look of horrified disbelief. "This had better not be another one of your nasty pranks, Rusty. Cuz if it is, it's not funny."

Rusty lifted his head, gesturing with the flashlight. "Why would I make this shit up, after what just happened?"

The leopard shook his head softly and pulled himself up, leaning against the bed with a noticeable wobble. His heart was still racing as he shakily walked toward the coyote. Ken stumbled a moment, then latched onto the railing at the edge of the loft for support. He glanced down at Rusty, reaching out with a paw.

"Hand me the flashlight, hun. I want to check it out."

Rusty shrugged lightly and held the flashlight up to the leopard, pushing it into his paw. "Have at it. Go see for yourself, if you don't believe me."

Ken glanced over his shoulder, and then nodded at the coyote, who was curled up at the edge of the queen bed. "I guess...just...hang out here while I check it out."

The coyote nodded gently as Ken made his way over to the ladder, and gingerly stepped out. He held tightly to the rungs with one hand, the other clinging to the light, his legs shaking as he stepped down, his feet landing on the hardwood floor with a muffled plop. He turned around to survey the scene, and sighed lightly.

All the pictures that had previously been hanging on the walls were now lying across the floor, many of them broken with shattered glass spread over the floor. Te worst of it was from what was formerly the front window. He shined the light across the floor and stepped forward carefully, stopping when he began to encounter shards of broken glass from the pane.

A solid wall of snow stood where the window had previously, as well as a healthy mound inside. He circumvented the area of shards, making his way to the front door. He reached up and hesitantly placed his paw on the handle, unsure of what would greet him. He took a deep breath, then pulled the door open and stepped back.

He groaned at the sight that greeted him; a solid wall of clumped snow, with a narrow gap just along the edge of the front porch against the cabin. He squeezed himself into the doorway and shined the light upward, sighing. The gap sealed shut where the edge of the roof overhung, with no visible sunlight shining through.

The leopard reached up, pushing his paw lightly against the wall of snow. It was quite firm to the touch, and didn't give when he pressed into it. He lightly poked at it with his claws and fingers, and then sighed again. The dense layer of snow was almost as hard as concrete, and only chipped away in fragments as he dug at it.

"Well, shit. He was serious," he said quietly to himself.

The leopard sighed as he stepped away, pushing the door shut with a slam. There was a startled yip from the balcony as he did so, peering up into the darkness. A moment later, the coyote's head peeked over the top of the railing, gazing down at Rusty below.

"So, what's the damage?" he inquired.

"Front door is completely blocked off. There's maybe a six inch gap in front of the door, but there's a solid wall of snow beyond that. No sunlight."

Rusty sighed, leaning heavily against the balcony. His ears were dropped, almost flat against his head. "Well, we'd better get cleaned up while we figure out what we're going to do."

Ken nodded, waving the flashed at the mess behind him. "We'll have to get the glass off the floor, for starters. And find another source of light, since the generator is clearly fucked."

"I think dad has some battery powered lanterns in one of the storage closets. Let me find it. Just stay put for a second, so I don't take a dive trying to climb down this ladder."

The leopard nodded as Rusty carefully made his way to the ladder, shining the flashlight up at him. The coyote made his way to the floor, and then glanced around for a moment. He made his way over to a nearby closed and pulled the door open, muttering to himself.

"I need a little light here," he called out, gazing over his shoulder at Ken, who was absentmindedly gazing back at the shattered window.

"Oh, sorry," he mumbled quietly, stepping over and shining the flashlight into the closet.

Rusty quietly fumbled through for a moment before finding a large red tote buried beneath several blankets, pulling it out of the closet. He grinned, nodding to the leopard. "Here we are. It's an emergency kit. It should have quite a bit of useful stuff in it."

Ken nodded quietly as the coyote pulled the airtight lid off, revealing a wide assortment of items. The coyote mumbled to himself as he began sorting through it. The first thing he pulled out was a battery-powered lantern, as well as several batteries. A large first aid kit was the next to come out, followed by several boxes of emergency rations. He wrinkled his nose at this, pushing them to the side.

"Ugh, we'll save these for last. They're not MRE's, but they taste almost as bad," he said with clear distaste.

Ken snorted softly at this. "It's better than starvation."

Rusty gazed over at Ken out of the corner of his eye, pausing in his rifling for a moment. "We still have the food we brought with us. Don't forget that."

Ken shrugged in response. "Yeah, but anything perishable is gonna go bad pretty quickly. And we don't have anything to cook on."

Rusty paused at this. "You have a point. I doubt that dad packed a stove in here, given the rations he's got in here. Let's hope, though."

As he dug farther into the box, a set of bright orange packs caught his eye. The coyote reached in, pulling out four small drawstring bags. He pulled one open and reached in, sliding out a small electronic device. His eyes lit up when he realized what it was.

"What's that?" the leopard asked over Rusty's shoulder.

The coyote whipped around to face Ken, holding up the small device proudly. "It's our rescue. They're safety beacons used by skiers caught in avalanches. Search and Rescue look specifically for the frequencies these give off, when an avalanche happens and they think people are buried."

"Well...how will they know?" the leopard inquired.

"I'm sure the guys out there already know there was an avalanche. They're always watching the equipment. Someone will be around to check it out, sooner or later."

The leopard nodded hopefully as he watched the coyote pop in the batteries and switch the device on, which began to emit an audible chirp. He tilted his head to the side, his eyes narrowing in displeasure.

"Are we gonna have to listen to that crap for the next...well...lord knows how long?" he asked with mild annoyance.

The coyote chuckled softly and shook his head. "I can turn it off, if you'd like. But I wouldn't recommend it. We want to at least know they're working. I can turn them down." He tapped a button on device, the chirping growing significantly quieter, though still audible.

"I guess we'll have to deal with it."

Rusty gave the leopard a stern look. "Can you at least pretend to have a little hope?"

"Sorry," Ken muttered lightly.

Rusty turned around and slipped his arms around the leopard, pulling him into a tight embrace. His paws traced up and down the length of his back as he gazed into his eyes. "Everything will be fine, hun. I promise. Help me get these beacons placed. Otherwise, we're never going to get out of here."

The pair assembled and adjusted the other three beacons, a chorus of chirps breaking the silence of the cabin. Ken looked up at Rusty hopefully, hugging him again.

"I really hope this works. I don't want to die here," he whined quietly.

"I promise we'll get out of this alive. Don't worry." Rusty smiled, and then gave the leopard a gentle swat on the rump. "Go wedge one of these as high as you can get it in front of the doorway to the left, then another one to the right. I'll put one up in the rafters above our bed, and the other...well..."

Rusty gazed down at the beacon, then clipped a lanyard to it and hung it around the leopard's neck. He leaned in and gave him a kiss on the cheek, smiling. "You keep this one. It'll be your good luck charm."

Ken gave a small smile, nodding to the coyote as he reached up and gently cradled the chirping beacon. "Thanks, hun."

"Now, go find a broom in the kitchen and start sweeping up the glass. I'll see what else I can find in this emergency tote that might help us."

Ken chuckled, leaning in close and touching his nose to the coyotes. "What do you say?"

"Get in the kitchen and find a broom, boy!" he laughed, turning the leopard and giving him a swat on the rump.

Ken jumped at this, giggling as he took a swat at the coyote's chest. "You're terrible, sometimes."

"Have to keep our spirits up, at least," Rusty replied, sticking his tongue out at the leopard. "Oh, and just in case we're here for a while, you might want to keep a journal. It'll give you something to do when we have downtime."

Ken turned, glancing over his shoulders as he stepped away from the coyote. "You say that as if we're gonna be stuck here for a long time."

Rusty looked up at the leopard, but he didn't reply. "We very well could be," was the only thing that went through his mind.

"Kick ass!" the coyote called out, causing Ken to jump as he slid a garbage can full of broken glass across the floor, nearly toppling it over the in process.

"What was that all about?" he asked as he steadied the garbage can.

Rusty ducked down into the closet, before pulling back out once more and proudly holding up what he'd found - a shovel. "This is our ticket to freedom. I hope."

"That's encouraging," the leopard muttered.

"It's better than doing it with spoons."

Ken gestured back at the door with a thumb as he nudged the garbage can toward the kitchen with his foot. "Get to digging, then."

The coyote laughed softly, his bushy tail wagging as he made his way over to the door, pulling it open. He wielded the shovel with a grunt, then thrust it into the packed snow and ice, but barely made a dent in the snow.

"Well, that's just great. Like digging through a wall of rocks."

Ken glanced over and stepped up to the coyote, gazing over his shoulder. He inspected the small dent the shovel had made, as well as the small chuck of snow it had pulled free. "Looks like you've got your work cut out for you," he said, patting Rusty lightly on the shoulder.

"We're doing this in shifts," the coyote replied, his tail brushing up against the leopard. "There's no way I'm digging us out of here myself."

"Don't worry, I'll help you out. I'm just teasing you. Just let me know when you get worn out from digging, and I'll relieve you for a while," he said, slipping his arms around the coyote's waist and giving him a firm hug.

"Oh, you'll relieve me all right," Rusty replied with a smirk, "with your mouth in my lap."

Ken laughed at this, pushing Rusty and stepping away from him. "You're terrible. Buried under snow, and your mind is still set on sex all the time."

Rusty glanced over his shoulder, nodding to the leopard with a smile. "Well, I have to keep my spirits up somehow. What better way than to imagine your slender frame bent over the bed, with your face buried in my lap?"

Ken blushed at this, bending forward a little and giving his rump a rather deliberate shake. "Keep dreaming, mutt. You're not getting any of this until we get some breakfast, at the very least."

Rusty laughed, turning back to the wall of snow before him. He then began to repeatedly strike at it with the shovel, creating a spray of snow and chunks of ice. As futile as his progress seemed to be, it at least gave him hope that they could get somewhere.

Ken's Journal Entry, Day 1

_ Rusty suggested I keep myself preoccupied with a journal, to give myself something to do while we try to get ourselves out of this mess. I suppose I should give a little background on what happened, as well as what we've done up to this point._

_ Rusty awakened me this morning to the sound of a reverberating thud that shook the cabin I'm not quite sure what it was, and Rusty doesn't seem to have a clue either. He never did tell me why he was fully dressed when he woke me up, in hindsight. Probably just snuck out to the garage to make sure the snowmobile was ready for a trip out._

_ At any rate, there was this rumble, followed by a loud crash. After the chaos settled, we went down to inspect the damage, and discovered that we're effectively fucked. The entire cabin, as far as we can tell, is completely buried under snow due to an avalanche. Who the hell builds a cabin next to a mountain, anyway?_

_ We found some avalanche beacons, and have them set up strategically through the cabin. We got the place more or less cleaned up, and Rusty has been busying himself with trying to dig us out with a shovel he found. We agreed to take shifts on the digging, though I'm fairly certain he's going to try until he falls over dead. I should probably try to drag him away from the wall for a little R&R and take over for a bit. I don't know if I'll be of any use, though. I'm not exactly built for heavy manual labor._

_ On the plus side, he seems to be making some progress. It's not much, but I suppose anything is better than nothing. Let's hope it actually accomplishes something..._

Rusty fell back onto his hindquarters with an exhausted grunt, panting heavily as he gazed up at his work. He was sitting in a thick covering of snow that was readily melting into the floor, and starting up at a small hole that he had managed to carve into the wall of snow. He couldn't quite fit his entire body into it, but it was better than nothing.

He tosses the shovel aside a sprawled out on his back, still panting as he looked up at the ceiling. He only had a few moments to contemplate their situation before a spotted head obscured his vision.

"Ready to take a break, I'm assuming?" the leopard asked with a smile.

Rusty nodded, reaching up and offering a paw to Ken. The leopard took his paw and tugged him to his feet, giving the coyote a little pat on the butt. "Get yourself some breakfast, hun. There's cereal and milk out on the counter. I know it's not much, but we have to get rid of it before it spoils."

Rusty nodded, stepping toward the kitchen, then he had an epiphany. "Wait. Why are we worried about things spoiling? We have this convenient wall of ice that will keep our milk and whatnot chilled."

Ken paused as he picked up the shovel, gazing back at Rusty. "Not while we're trying to dig in said wall."

"Point taken," the coyote replied with a grumble. "I guess we'll just have to make do with it for now. Keep things out in the open, and then shove anything we want to keep into the hole while we sleep."

Ken nodded as he stepped toward the small alcove in the snow, taking an experimental swing near the top to see how compacted the layer of snow was. He sighed at how ineffective the blow seemed to be, then got to work.

Rusty poured himself a bowl of cereal, adding some milk. He then took the bowl over to the fireplace and sat down, shivering a little. Without the power on, the cabin was beginning to grow quite cold, and the pellet stove was useless. He wandered over to the basket beside the fireplace and picked up a log, then paused.

Dammit. He couldn't build a fire. With the cabin buried under snow, there was no source of fresh air, which meant that building a fire would sap what little they had. However, the open fireplace did give him an idea.

"Hey hun, could you pull down one of those beacons by the door and hand it to me?" he called out.

The leopard glanced over his shoulder and nodded to Rusty, setting the shovel aside. He stretched himself up, prying free one of the beacons he'd wedged in the snow. He then strolled over to the coyote, handing it to him. "What's up, hun?"

"I just had a thought. We're trying to get these things to broadcast through a lot of snow. We're not sure how much. Could be a couple feet, could be 20 feet."

Ken shuddered at the thought.

"We want these things as high up as possible to increase our chances. So, if I put one of these in the chimney, there should be less snow between it and the surface."

Ken tilted his head to the side at this, but nodded. "I suppose that makes sense. Just...don't get hurt in the process."

Rusty chuckled and nodded as the leopard returned to his work, reaching into the fireplace and pulling out the iron rack. He slid inside and gazed up into the darkness, then reached up and pulled down a lantern that he'd set on the mantle earlier. He set it at the far corner inside the fireplace, then gazed up at the black walls of the chimney. Lucky, the chimney was covered, so the avalanche hadn't completely filled it in.

The coyote slid himself into the fireplace completely, and then sat up, grateful that the chimney was old. It was more than wide enough to fit into. He stood up carefully, placing his paws on either side of the rough brick surface, then lifted his legs up in a swift motion, bracing them against both sides. With expert skill that he'd learned through years of outdoor climbing, he began to shimmy his way upward, holding the beacon in his teeth.

As he ascended, Rusty began to wish that he'd tied the lantern to his waist, peering up into the growing darkness that his figure created. He tried not to breathe too deeply, the air thick with the stench of smoke and soot. Additionally, the chimney was narrowing, making it more difficult to climb. He tugged himself upward until his head bumped against a hard surface with a dull thump, almost losing his balance in the process. He gazed down cautiously, surprised to find the fireplace far below.

He pressed firmly against the walls of the chimney with his legs as he carefully took the beacon out of his teeth, finding a gap in the chimney cover that was the perfect spot. He stuffed the beacon into it, then turned up the sound, knowing that the chimney would carry it down to the fireplace. Satisfied that the beacon wouldn't work free, he gazed down, then relaxed the grip on his legs.

Instead of climbing down with careful control, the motion caused him to slide abruptly, his feet rubbing firmly against the textured brick. He yelped in pain at the sudden burning sensation the friction caused, almost losing his grip completely in the process. He pushed his paws out firmly to catch himself, grunting as he halted once more, already halfway down the chimney. He breathed a sigh of relief, then gingerly made his way down until his feet were firmly planted on the fireplace once more.

Sitting down cautiously, he grabbed the lamp and slid backwards out of the fireplace, nearly hitting his head as he sat up on the hearth. "Well, that takes care of that," he announced triumphantly.

The leopard peeked over from his work, and then burst out laughing.

"What's so damn funny?" Rusty demanded, brushing himself off.

"Hun, look at yourself," he replied between fits of giggling. "You look like the big, bad wolf."

"What?" Rusty gazed down at his paws, which were covered in soot. He then bent over to gaze at the rest of his body, only to find that he was completely covered in thick, black soot, head to toe.

"Go take a shower, Rusty, you're filthy," Ken laughed, wiping a tear from his eye with the back of his paw.

"That's assuming the water is still hot," he pointed out.

The leopard shrugged at him. "If not, you'd better figure out a way to clean up. You're not sleeping next to me, looking that filthy."

"You're more than welcome to join me, Ken. You look like you could use a break."

Ken smiled, shooting him a knowing smirk. "I only just got started. But since you offered, it can't hurt."

Ken tossed the shovel aside and made his way to the bathroom, followed closely by an unusually dark coyote that smelled strongly of fire.

"Are we even going to have hot water, with the power out?" the leopard asked.

The coyote shrugged, chuckling lightly. "The water lines are buried underground, so we should have water, at least, assuming the water tank wasn't damaged. Without power, though, it won't be hot. At the very least, we can enjoy one hot bath together."

"This is assuming the water tank wasn't destroyed by the avalanche," Ken pointed out.

"Only one way to find out," he replied bluntly.

The coyote reached down and turned on the hot water, holding his breath for a moment. He was relieved when a steady stream of water ran from the tap, though it was Ice cold. After a few moments, however, it did warm up to a steaming hot temperature.

"Well, there's your answer," Rusty said with a chuckle, adjusting the water a bit and waiting patiently for the tub to fill. "Care to help me undress?"

Ken abruptly shook his head, taking half a step back. "No way, hun. You're on your own this time."

The coyote laughed despite being turned down flat, shrugging. "Well, it was worth a shot."

Ken reached up and pulled his t-shirt over his head, tossing it onto the floor. The leopard watched intently, his spotted tail flicking back and forth as he idly kept an eye on the tub to ensure that it didn't overfill.

"You gonna get undressed, or am I gonna have to do it for you?" the coyote asked with a smirk as he undid his pants.

Ken blushed lightly at the statement and reached up to pull his shirt off, shaking his head at the coyote. He hummed to himself as he slid easily out of his pajama pants, having never bothered to get dressed. The coyote whistled playfully at him as Ken belt down to shut off the water, a steady mist of steam rising from the surface of the water. Ken smirked and wiggled his butt teasingly at the coyote, gesturing to the tub.

"After you, Rusty," he purred.

The coyote smiled as he slipped his pants to one side after removing them, already sporting a noticeably perky sheath between his legs, the red tip of his shaft poking out. He carefully stepped into the tub, sliding back and gazing up at the leopard, sighing deeply as the warm water soaked into his fur. Ken hesitated a moment as he watched a gray cloud of soot settle out of Rusty's fur, then reluctantly slid into the tub between his legs, reclining back so that he was pressed up against the coyote's legs.

Rusty groaned softly to the leopard as Ken slid back against him, grinding his hips lightly up against the leopard's butt. The motion was more than enough to coax out a bit more of his length, grinding himself up against Ken's soft rump.

"So, do you want to jump right into things, sweetie? Or should we enjoy a little foreplay first?" the coyote asked, speaking softly into his ear.

"Well, I could use a little foot rub," Ken said with a smile.

"Only if you promise to give me a 'foot rub' in return," Rusty chuckled, knowing that the leopard understood exactly what he meant.

Ken glanced over his shoulder, smirking at Rusty. "I think I can deal with that." He twisted himself in the coyote's lap and leaned in, giving him a kiss on the lips. He pulled back and paused for a moment, licking his lips gently. "You taste like fire."

Rusty laughed and gave him a little shove, scooting the leopard forward in the tub with a dull squeak. Ken twisted himself around to face the coyote, propping himself up against the other end of the tub. He was careful to avoid the faucet to the side of him as he lifted his feet up into Rusty's lap, caressing briefly over his sheath and partially erect shaft.

The coyote groaned softly as more of his length slid free, gazing at the leopard at the other end of the top. "I thought you wanted a foot rub first."

"Doesn't mean I can't tease you, first," he replied, sticking his tongue out at Rusty.

The coyote smiled and slid down in the tub a little, letting the leopard's feet rest gently on his chest. He was glad that Ken kept his claws filed, rubbing his hands gently over the top of his paws. The leopard wiggled his toes at the coyote, who leaned down and gave one of the digits a little nip. This caused Ken to jump a little, giggling at him.

"Careful with those, they're still ticklish."

"You're always ticklish," Rusty laughed, nuzzling over the digits lightly.

He then gave a firm rub over Ken's foot, kneading his fingers into the tops of his feet. Ken closed his eyes and sighed deeply at the pleasant sensation, always grateful for the coyote's expert foot rubs. Rusty began to knead back and forth over them, slipping his thumbs beneath the leopard's padded feet. He squeezed them lightly, and then worked his thumbs in slow circles, watching the other intently.

He worked his way downward along the feet, moving to where his ankles were and rubbing just beneath the joint. This elicited a groan from the leopard, who curled his toes gently. He sighed and then inhaled sharply when Rusty moved back to his toes, cupping his paws over them and kneading into the digits gently.

Ken gently pulled his foot away as Rusty took the other between his paws, using both thumbs now to knead firmly into the fleshy pads, occasionally circling around the fur surrounding each of the feline pads. The leopard took the opportunity while he was enjoying himself to slip his free paw between the coyote's legs.

Rusty stopped suddenly when he felt a firm pressure against his erect shaft. He ground against the paw with a soft groan, his shaft giving a little throb in response. The leopard grinned as he felt the gentle pulse against his pads, curling his toes over the tapered tip lightly; a motion that made the coyote shiver noticeably. Satisfied with the reaction, Ken curled his toes over the tip again and circled around it. Another sharp groan of bliss from the coyote also brought a particularly firm squeeze over Ken's paw that Rusty was still rubbing.

Ken lightly caressed up and down the coyote's erect length with the pads of his feet, before slipping his paw up out of the water. He rested his paw next to the other, then tugged the one Rusty was rubbing out of the coyote's paws. He winked at him as his foot slipped into the water, taking up the job that the other foot had left.

Rusty pushed his hips upward eagerly as the leopard's foot trailed along the underside of his shaft, a little droplet of pre suspending in the water as it leaked from his tip. He resumed rubbing the leopard's foot between his paws, his fingers rubbing along the top of it as his thumb focused on the toes.

Ken grinned as he carefully curled his toes over the tip, and then pulled his foot downward. The coyote's tapered tip tucked itself between his first and second digits, spreading them apart as he worked his way down the length. Rusty pushed his hips up again as he murred, grinding his length between the soft toes eagerly. Ken followed the motions, flexing his toes together and working them over the pulsing erection.

"Mmh, I think that's good enough for now, sweetie," the leopard purred as he gently eased his foot away from Rusty.

The coyote nodded as he laid back once more, resting his paws behind his head and stretching out a little. He spread his legs apart and pushed his hips up into the leopard's toes, groaning again as a bit more precum leaked into the water. Ken slid his paw down into the water, lightly tugging his toes free of the warm shaft. He then pinned the coyote's hard length between his paws, squeezing them together playfully as he tugged down toward the base, where a subtle bulge was already growing.

Ken spent a few seconds focusing on the bulge, causing the coyote to squirm in place and clench his teeth. He thrust firmly up against the paws, gasping loudly as the sensitive flesh was teased. The leopard relented, knowing that if he kept up the attention, the coyote would lose his load much sooner than Ken wanted him to. He slid his paws upward, working his way to the tip, then down once more.

"Ooh, you always have such talented feet," Rusty said to the leopard with another gasp.

Ken didn't respond to him, but he winked as he squeezed his feet together lightly. He made another pass over the growing knot, cradling it lightly in his paws before slipping away from it once more. He then wiggled his toes lightly along the underside before squeezing the coyote's length between them again, but this time with both feet.

Rusty bit his lip as he worked his hips back and forth in sync with the leopard's motions, knowing that he wasn't going to last much longer. For some reason, those soft paws on his erection always got him riled up. The leopard felt the pulsing growing stronger, grinning as he gave the coyote's shaft a firm squeeze again, and working his paws over it faster now. He then split the attention, one of his paws continuing to work his digits over the shaft. The other slid down and caressed over the coyote's swelling knot, feeling it bulging out against his toes and pulsing noticeably.

Rusty laid his head back and groaned hotly, his eyes closed as he gripped at the edges of the tub with his hands. His hips ground almost subconsciously against the soft paws as he tried to hold out a little longer. The leopard focused his attention, pushing the coyote's shaft up against his soft belly with his paws as he rubbed over the knot.

The coyote tensed up sharply as his pleasure spiked, his length throbbing as he reached his peak. Ken grinned as he watched, slowly working his paws over the throbbing length as it erupted with ropes of hot coyote seed into the water. Rusty panted quickly, whimpering with passion as he unloaded himself into the warm water. Ken then gently tugged his paws away from the coyote's length, drawing a soft whine from Rusty.

"Mmh, hey. You can't just pull off like that right after I cum," he protested quietly.

Ken winked at the coyote as he scooted forward, caressing over the coyote's hips. "If I didn't let go, you'd never stop. You canines, and your silly overactive reproductive systems."

Rusty laughed softly at this, lifting his head to gaze at his lover. "Let's get cleaned up, then. I think there should be enough hot water left for a quick shower to rinse off."

Ken nodded as he pulled the plug, watching the strands of coyote semen as they drifted through the water, some of it clinging to his fur. "We wouldn't have to rinse off, if it weren't for your horny self."

The two were fortunate enough to have just enough hot water to scrub out their fur before it started to run cold. Ken gave the coyote a firm hug before grabbed a towel, drying himself off as he stepped out of the shower. His spotted tail waved back and forth, inviting the coyote to reach out and give it a gentle tug. Ken jumped in surprise, turning to stick his tongue out at the coyote.

"My tail is not for grabbing," he chuckled.

"You don't complain when I pull it while we fuck."

Ken opened his mouth to protest, but blushed deeply and relented. He knew he was beaten in this battle, and it wasn't worth fighting back. He smirked as he shook his head lightly, grabbing the corners of his towel and flipping the middle over several times to wind it up. Rusty paused as he pulled a towel tightly against his chest, narrowing his eyes at the leopard.

"Don't even think about it," he warned.

"I never do," Ken grinned to him. He then flicked his wrist sharply and let go of the opposite end of the towel.

The end of the towel snapped in the air, cracking inches from the coyote's exposed belly. He jumped back in surprise, yelping as he nearly dropped his own towel.

"Oh, you're dead!" he yelled out.

The leopard cackled as he quickly wrapped his towel around his waist, sprinting out of the bathroom. The coyote was not far behind, though he didn't bother to wrap himself up in a towel. He sprinted close behind the leopard, who then dove for the ladder to the loft and raced up it. He realized his mistake immediately as he ran into the bed, tripping over it and landing on his belly on the soft blankets. The coyote was immediately behind him, pouncing down on top of the lightly toweled leopard. He pinned him down easily, grabbing Ken's wrists and holding them against the bed.

"Naughty leopard," he said. "Now I'm gonna have to punish you."

"What, right now? But...you just..."

Rusty paused to consider this, rubbing his paws along the leopard's sides with a smirk. "You're probably right. I suppose I'll just have to let you off easy this time."

Rusty leaned down to nibble along the back of the leopard's neck, and then gave him a gentle kiss between the ears. Ken squirmed beneath him with a soft whine as the coyote teased him, blushing. He pushed back against him, trying to get Rusty to ease up. The coyote smirked at this, giving his wrists a squeeze before he let go of the leopard, standing up beside the bed.

Ken gazed over his shoulder as he pulled his arms back, resting them beneath his cheek. "I didn't say you had to get off the bed. I was actually thinking about enjoying a little nap after our shower."

Rusty reached down and gave the leopard's rump a little pet, nodding to him. "Yeah, that does sound like a nice idea. I could go for that."

The leopard smiled warmly and slid forward on the bed, scooting over to leave enough room for the coyote. Rusty slid onto the soft blanket and draped an arm over the leopard's waist, pressing in close to him. With a smile, Ken wiggled himself out of his towel and tossed it off the side of the bed, leaving the pair fully nude.

"Was wondering when you were gonna do that," Rusty purred into his ear, grinding up against the leopard.

Ken smiled as he felt the coyote rubbing up against him, glancing over his shoulder and laughing. "You're terrible sometimes, Rusty."

The coyote smiled brightly, a twinkle in his eye as he leaned in to give Ken's ear a gentle nibble. "You say that now, but you won't be complaining in a few moments."

"I'm going to be asleep in a few moments," Ken replied calmly, reaching down to pull the blankets over them.

Rusty laughed, wrapping both arms around the leopard and pulling him firmly against the coyote's warm body. "Okay, fine. I'll let you sleep, sweetie. But don't be surprised if you get a rude awakening from your nap."

Ken laughed at this, turning his head to give the coyote a kiss on the cheek. "I don't think it would be a rude awakening. We'll see how that goes."

Rusty chuckled and kissed him on the cheek, nuzzling fondly into the leopard's neck, then took a deep breath. He embraced the feline tenderly as a soft yawn escaped his lips, his eyes fluttering closed a few moments later. Within minutes, the two were fast asleep.

Ken's Journal Entry, Day 2

_ Here I am again, writing in this stupid journal. I don't know if I really have much to say, beyond what I wrote the other day. Rusty continued digging in the wall, which is starting to look more like a snow cave and less like a shallow dent. He's determined to dig us out of here by himself. I have to remind him periodically to take a break, otherwise he doesn't stop._

_ We still haven't heard anything from the outside world, and the beacons we placed haven't returned any signals. I wonder why we haven't heard anything from Search and Rescue? Maybe they didn't actually notice the avalanche, because it happened in an area that isn't monitored._

_ I don't really have much else to say here today. Just another day digging in the snow, I suppose. I should go relieve Rusty of his duties before he complete burns himself out._

Rusty glanced over his shoulder as he was tapped on the shoulder, sitting with his back against the wall of the shallow cave that he'd dug out thus far. He smiled to the leopard that knelt close by, gazing up at him. He was quite out of breath, and Ken noticed this immediately.

"What can I do for you, Ken?" he asked with a smile, panting heavily.

"It's quitting time. Get out of there and take a break, before you kill yourself with exhaustion. We only brought up enough food to get us through the weekend for our ski trip, and then it's all emergency rations after that, which means we need to conserve our energy."

Rusty sighed at the observation, but nodded. He slid out of the hole and stood up, passing the shovel to Ken. "It's your shift, then. It seems like the snow is getting a bit softer farther in, but I could just be imagining things. Try to start digging on a slight incline, so that we're traveling toward the surface."

"Won't angling the tunnel cause a weak point?" he asked, with a look of concern.

"I don't think it will. This snow is still pretty compacted. We'll be fine."

The leopard shrugged lightly, accepting the coyote's reply as he ducked into the little alcove in the snow. He then began to feverishly swing at the end of the little cave, grunting as he worked to make progress. Rusty supervised for a moment, then ducked away to see what they had left to eat. He made a sour face at the thought of running out of food and having to survive on emergency rations. Sure, they could get by with them, and it was better than starving, but they tasted awful. He reminded himself again that it was better than starving.

Ken's Journal Entry, Day 3

_ Another day, another journal. I have no idea what day of the week it is. The only real concept of time we have is Rusty's battery-powered alarm clock. If we didn't have it, I probably would have no idea whether it's light or dark outside. If I thought about it hard enough, I'm sure I could figure out what day of the week it is._

_ I wonder if Rusty's dad has tried to contact us? Rusty promised him he'd keep in contact while he was on the ski trip. Our cell phones, as expected, don't receive a signal. I hadn't even thought to check until earlier this morning, when my alarm reminded me that it was time to wake up for class, even though we're on winter break right now. I should probably turn that off._

_ Our little hole in the wall is starting to look more like a tunnel now, and less of a cave. It feels like we're actually making some progress, though God knows how much digging we'll have to do before we actually break the surface, assuming we don't run into the Jeep or something._

_ Actually, now that I think about it, the Jeep is probably half a mile down the road, or crumpled up against a tree somewhere from the avalanche. I don't think Rusty completely paid his dad off for it. He's gonna be pissed when he realizes it._

Ken stirred with a soft groan as he felt a gentle paw caressing over his hip. He whined quietly in protest to being awakened, pulling the blanket tightly against himself. Rusty grinned as he gave the leopard's hip a squeeze, then slid a paw around to Ken's lap. The leopard had fallen asleep naked again, and the coyote had awakened feeling more than a bit frisky.

"Wake up, little kitten," he cooed into the leopard's ear, giving his sheath a little squeeze as he pushed his hips up against the feline's butt, grinding an erect red shaft into the soft fur.

Ken groaned softly at the grope, pushing his hips up against the soft paw, though he was still mostly asleep. Rusty decided to let him sleep for now as he grabbed a small bottle of lube that was sitting on the night stand. He uncapped it and hunched down, scooting his hips back and upturning the bottle. He gave it a squeeze, dribbling a stream of the viscous clear fluid onto his eager shaft. He gasped and inhaled sharply as the cold lube hit his length, having not expected it to be so refrigerated. He set the bottle aside, reaching down and wrapping a paw around his length. He groaned lightly at the feel as he stroked firmly downward, smearing the cold lube over himself, which began to warm on contact with his pulsing warm flesh.

"Time for your wakeup call," he purred softly to Ken, scooting himself in closer as he held the base of his shaft.

He wiggled himself lightly as the tip of his length tucked itself between the leopard's warm butt cheeks, finding its mark immediately. The coyote leaned down and nibbled softly as he cradled Ken's chest with his free arm, pushing his hips forward. He groaned as the tip met resistance for a moment before slipping inside, smearing slick lube as it went.

Pausing for a moment, he released his length and reached over the leopard, groping over his sheath again. The leopard was noticeably responding to his attention, the musky sheath perking up even as the leopard continued to sleep, though it was clear he was starting to wake up. Rusty gave a little push forward, sinking more of his length down into the warm passage with a satisfied sigh.

"Mm, Rusty, what are you d-," the leopard cut off, pushing his hips back against the invading length.

Ken's eyes fluttered open and he took a moment to gather himself, and then gasped softly as a firm grope in his lap caused him to shiver with desire. His warm, pink length was already slipping out into the coyote's soft paw, the warm flesh pressing into soft fur. Rusty shushed him softly, nuzzling into the leopard's ear as he gave another little push, tucking most of his thick length into the leopard's tight rear.

"Just relax and enjoy yourself, love. I thought you could use a nice wakeup call after all the hard work you did," the coyote said with a chuckle.

Ken blushed at the suggestion, arching his hips back and pushing himself down onto the length a bit farther, causing Rusty to groan. The coyote pushed his hips forward, pausing only when the leopard's tight ring was kissing the top of his sheath. He lightly squeezed his paw around Ken's now-erect length, rubbing a thumb over the tip. He left himself tucked pleasantly in the warmth of the leopard's butt for a moment before drawing back, only to slide it in once again.

The leopard whined softly with desire at the attention, gripping at his pillow tightly in his arms. He hugged it close to his head and chest as the coyote worked himself into a slow, gentle pace, the lightly pulsing length filling him with each motion. His own shaft dripped lightly as Rusty's paw squeezed again, causing his body to tense up for a moment.

"R-Rusty...if you keep squeezing me like that...you're gonna make me cum in no time," the leopard whined softly, his muzzled burning hotly.

"This one's for you, sweetie," the coyote responded softly into his ear, licking at it gentle. "Just relax, and let yourself bask in the warmth."

Ken nodded lightly at the direction, arching his back again as he pressed his hips back against the thrusts, lightly beginning to match the thrusting patterns. He knew he wasn't going to hold out for long with the way the coyote's paw was squeezing and stroking over his length, especially while that thick shaft was pushing in and out of his body.

Rusty picked up the pace a little, lifting himself up to angle his thrusts into the other cat. The new motion caused Ken to gasp loudly and let out a rather lewd moan, his hips pushing back eagerly against the coyote's member as it drove into his prostate. The resulting pleasure caused him to tense up for a moment, biting his lip as he held back a surge of passion, wanting to draw the moment out.

Rusty interrupted the blissful moment, as well as the leopard's concentration, with a particularly strong thrust of his hips, driving his length deep into the cat. His paw pressed quickly down to the base of Ken's length and squeezed firmly, then pulled back up to the tip, repeating the pattern. As much as he wanted the pleasure to last, Ken couldn't hold on; not this soon after awakening.

A whimper of pleasure escaped his lips as he felt himself throb in Rusty's paw, his rear clenching tightly around the coyote's paw. Taking advantage of the leopard's imminent climax, Rusty pushed against the cat sharply and shoved him onto his belly. Ken whimpered and panted heavily as his sensitive length was shoved into the bed, erupting with sticky seed onto the sheets.

Rusty drew his hips back and thrust himself abruptly into the tight passage, the leopard's hole rippling around his shaft as the feline enjoyed his climax. Ken gripped tightly at his pillow, groaning into it as the coyote began to thrust roughly into him, driving the leopard's body down into the bed with each passionate motion. The coyote leaned down and bit softly over the leopard's scruff, giving it a gentle tug as he quickly worked himself up to his peak.

The coyote was careful not to tie the leopard, knowing that they had work to attend to once they had breakfast. He let out a heavy growl as he erupted with hot seed into the spotted feline's rump, burying himself inside until the thick knot bumped up against the cat's tense ring. He squeezed Ken's hips as he ground himself against the cat, groaning deeply with satisfaction as he emptied himself.

"Good morning, sweetie," he purred into the leopard's ear with a smile. "Hope you enjoyed your wake up call."

Ken's Journal Entry, Day 4

_ Rusty decided that my day needed a little "get up and go" today. I don't know if anybody reading this would really want to know what that means, though, so I think I'll leave it at that._

_ We're almost out of real food. Everything that we brought with us is mostly gone, and we've moved on to emptying the contents of the cupboards. Whoever used the cabin last left behind some canned food and dry oatmeal that should still be okay to eat. It's not much, but it's better than rations._

_ As far as the tunnel goes, we hit a patch of ice today that proved to be especially stubborn. It took the better part of the day for us to punch through it before we made any real progress. The other drawback to this is that we've been using the snow we pull out of the cave for drinking water, as Rusty doesn't trust what comes out of the faucets, in case the pipes were damaged at the water tank before they go underground. We can't afford using our emergency cooking fuel to boil water._

_ We still haven't heard anything from the outside. The locaters are still going strong, though I'm not sure how long that will last. Rusty says they're supposed to keep ticking away for like ten days straight. I suspect they're not intended to work that long, though._

_ Where the hell is Search and Rescue?_

* * * * * * *

Ken sighed as he rubbed his neck, sitting down in the cold snow of the passage though the front door. He gazed back, sighing softly. At this point, the passage was long enough that he and Rusty could comfortably fit inside. It didn't seem like they were making much real progress, though. They really have nothing more than a novelty, since he hadn't the slightest idea how far they would have to dig before they broke the surface.

He idly tapped the shovel against the side of the tunnel as he rested against the wall, his legs stretched out ahead of himself. The leopard was worn out from digging, and the exhaustion of day after day of work was beginning to wear on his body. He could feel the stiffness in his muscles every time he woke up, and his joints ached from digging in the cramped space. They were both working on their knees, since the tunnel wasn't large enough to stand up in.

"We're never going to get out of his," he sighed to himself as he thrust the shovel into the wall of the tunnel, gazing at the pile of loose snow at the end of the tunnel that he'd been digging out minutes earlier.

Ken's ears perked up as he heard a soft thump beside himself. He glanced down, spotted a small chunk of ice that had fallen to the snowy floor not far from him. He assumed it to be something that Rusty had tossed at him, but glancing out, the coyote was nowhere to be found. He had been sleeping the last time Ken checked on him. He reached over and swat at it lightly with his paw, slapping it out of the entrance of the passage into the front room of the cabin. Another piece of ice struck his paw as it fell, and he gazed up at the roof of the passage.

Without warning, a large slab of snow fell directly overhead, landing on top of the leopard. His paws immediately went up to brace himself from the falling debris, though it was mostly harmless. He shook himself off quickly ad brushed the snow and ice off his shoulders and head, cursing loudly.

"Dammit, I told Rusty it was a bad idea to dig like this. The damn tunnel is already trying to collapse in on itself."

He growled, twisting himself around and wielding his shovel, thrusting it into the freshly-fallen pile of snow. He would have to remove it before he could resume digging. Just as he stabbed the shovel into the snow, another heavy slab of snow toppled down over the leopard, causing him to shriek in surprise. He was pushed down as the heavy material weighed down on him, nearly pinning him in place. Another breakaway sealed the deal, leaving the leopard pinned down tightly from the shoulders down. He was fortunate that he hadn't been buried completely by the cave-in. He was, however, trapped.

He tugged and twisted himself around, but found it entirely impossible to pull himself free right away. The snow was weighing down on him much heavier than he would've expected. He grunted as he rolled his shoulders, trying to create a pocket so he could pull his arms free. The dense snow, however, made it exceptionally difficult.

"Rusty!" he yelled out, though sound noticeably muffled in the small, confined space. His ears swiveled this way and that as he listened for a response. He yelled out louder, and again heard nothing.

Ken's heart began to race as he started to panic. He could feel the weight of the snow and ice pressing down on him, partially restricting his breathing. He struggled again, trying to make space for himself, but it seemed to be entirely impossible.

"Oh god, I'm going to die here," he said with a whimper, his ears laying back. He knew that if Rusty didn't wake up and find him soon, he was going to lose this battle. . .
