The next day started out as normal as the last, with Sasuga waking up early in the morning and getting ready for the university. She stopped by Hazard's apartment for their usual good morning greetings, and she found Panja opening the door.

"Hey you!" the white lion welcomed her in his loud and cheerful nature.

"Oh, h-hey, Panja, good morning," Sasuga replied coyly, grateful that he was properly dressed this time, unlike the previous morning. She didn't know if she could handle seeing his sexy bare body again.

"And morning to you too! You're ready to go? I'll be happy to give you a ride," Panja kindly offered.

"Al-Alright, but where's Haz?"

"Ah! He's still knocked out cold in his bedroom. I think he stayed up all night fixing his sword or something. Poor thing was worn out totally! He's so cute when he's sleeping deeply, like a one big cute puppy! We better let him have his rest. Don't worry; I gave him a morning smooch for the both of us!" Panja said with a wide smirk and made Sasuga blink bashfully. She somehow doubted that he was lying about that last part.

"Uhh, oh-kay..."

"Well, let's get going then, we'll get a quick breakfast along the way. Do you know of a good place to with good coffee and bagels? I'm dying for some!" Panja asked the kirin keenly and she nodded. "Great! What're we waiting for then?!" He wrapped one beefy arm of his around her and dragged her away with him before she could say a word, not that it would've made any difference to the outgoing lively lion. But Sasuga found that to be an endearing trait of his, so she didn't mind much.

They made a stop by the Beverage Cloud for a quick round of fresh bagels and coffee before Panja had to drop Sasuga at her university.

"Well, coast is clear. No sign of that collie bitch, so you're safe to come out, babe," Panja said as he stopped his bike by the university's front gates.

Sasuga giggled, "Thanks again for the ride, Panja. Really saves me the time and money."

"Aw, don't mention it, sweets! Remember, you can count on me for anything, OK? You have my number, so don't think twice about giving me a call," Panja graciously replied.

"Okay!" she nodded gladly.

"Didn't you forget something, though?" he then asked and she gave him a puzzled look. "Aww, so that kiss isn't a daily thing? Bummer," he pouted, obviously jokingly, and Sasuga blushed and gave him a pat on his arm.

"Stop being silly!"

"Hey, I can't! It's like telling you not to be sweet and sexy!" Panja flirtingly replied with a grin.

"Oh you... just go, I'm going to be late!" Sasuga said, unable to wipe off the shy smile off her face.

"Heh heh, okay, okay. Catch ya later, Sassy!" Panja saluted her with a wink and drove off with his motorbike. It was official. Panja was too lovable and attractive for Sasuga not like him. How much did she like him? That was too early for her to say, but she was in no rush to find out.

She proceeded into university building and headed to the students lockers, and she happened to see Kyle there, rummaging through his own locker, heading straight over to him.

"Good morning, Kyle!" Sasuga greeted him cheerfully.

"Oh, morning, Sas!" Kyle turned around and smiled back at her. Seeing that smile on the young feline face brought some relief to the kirin, especially after what happened yesterday, but she still felt she needed to apologize to him.

"Hey Kyle, sorry about yesterday. I really didn't expect Panja to show up. I didn't have anything planned except having lunch with you; I want you to know that," Sasuga said sincerely.

"Oh. Well, I totally forgot about it. No harm done. But... I really appreciate you coming forward about it like this, so thanks," the cat replied gratefully, scraping his whiskers shyly.

Sasuga smiled gladly, comforted that she cleared the air between them, and petted the top of his head. "No, thank you, Kyle. You're a good friend."

"Heh, thanks. Well, what class are you taking now?" Kyle then asked her.

"Hmm, digital art and painting."

"Cool, me too! Let's hurry then, it's starting soon," Kyle enthusiastically said, but then snapped his fingers. "Oops, almost forgot to take my pills." He went back to his locker and pulled out a pills container, taking one from it and popping it into his maw.

"What are these pills for?" Sasuga asked him curiously.

"Oh, these? They're just a new type of vitamin supplements, been taking them for a few weeks. Supposed to work much faster than the normal kind. Didn't you see the TV ads? They're everywhere," Kyle casually answered her.

"Um, no, I don't watch TV much. Are they safe?"

"Sure. And hey, as long as they're gonna help me get bigger and taller, I'll be swallowing them like there's no tomorrow! I need all the help I can get, so I'll try anything. I'm desperate for some girls' attention!" Kyle exclaimed naively.

Sasuga couldn't hold back a chuckle at the young feline. "Just don't get addicted to them, okay?"

"Heh, I'll try," the cat chortled and the both of them went off to their first class together.
