Cavern of Knowledge

Haloren need only endure a few more steps before the felkin would make it to the summit of Mount Saff'Rald, where he would be greeted by the open cave mouth that would lead to Salthanath's cave. Within that cave, a hoard of riches well beyond the scope of mere simpletons could be found, lining the walls with the most valuable things known to the races of these lands. And it would soon all be his, should he reach the summit without freezing to death.

The cave's opening may not have been In the highest of mountains, but the valley that housed it was sandwiched between two tall cliffs that seemed designed to funnel in the coldest and most vigorous of winds, thus making flight nigh impossible and even crawling difficult. Still, the treasure housed within was worth the hassle and the strife spent to get there.

As Haloren crested the final hill to the valley, he saw the massive gaping black maw of the cave opening, spread wide and extending forth like a dragon eager to chomp down on its prey. This was clearly meant as a way to dissuade climbers from entering, but Haloren knew it to be nothing more than a scare tactic and nothing more. He was too smart to be distracted from his quest.

With one final lunging pounce, he pushed himself to the brink and slipped into the cave's maw, the harsh pelting of the frozen air halting almost completely once he was inside. Now that his vision was no longer obscured, he blinked a few times and let his eyes adjust to the cave, which was as bland and uninteresting as he expected. No gems, no gold, no relics or artifacts, just a mostly round tube with a flat bottom that angled up into the cavern of the summit. That would be where he would find the treasure of Salthanath.

Knowing this, he quickly hopped his way up the pathway, leaving the howling wind in his wake as he navigated the mazelike tunnels. With every fork in the path, he remembered his research and chose the right branch until he finally made it as high as he could go, where he was met with a 10 meter tall archway with a double door made of blackwood and Ebony Iron within it. Haloren curiously stepped to the door and reared up on his hind legs, firmly knocking on the door.

To his surprise, the doors began to swing open away from him revealing the massive cave to which he had been seeking! It was easily fifty meters high, with pathways leading in all directions on three different levels. The cavern itself was empty, with only a round table with a hole in the midde, about ten percent of its circumference missing, and a smaller rectangular table filling up that cleared ten percent. A circle with a line emanating from the middle towards the biggest of the pathways.

The cavern itself may have been empty, but the walls were lined dozens of layers tall with books with the shelves lined by gems and glowing beads. Textbooks, fiction books, history books, erotic books, picture books, atlases, chemistry books, archives of magic, encyclopedia, and any other kind of book one could imagine, for Salthanath's treasure was not fixated on wealth, but knowledge. His treasure was the combined knowledge that had been accrued throughout the world up to this point.

"Who enters my abode?" A deep voice rumbled from beyond the cavern, followed by a massive purple-scaled dragon who stepped forth out of the shadows, slowly revealing his body in the glow of the many gems that illuminated the caves. He was easily thrice as tall as Haloren, with a regal look on his face that made him look wise beyond his years. The dragon possessed a black mane, horns, and tail tip all accented by the bright red of his wing membrane and belly scales. His eyes lit up as he saw his guest. "Haloren you cheeky bugger! You didn't tell me you were going to be visiting!"

"Sal! How have you been? Long time no see!" Haloren smiled as he leapt forward, jumping up into a hug with the far larger dragon. "I missed you!"

Salthanath gave Haloren a tight squeeze, patting the felkin on the back before letting him down onto the cavern floor. "I've missed you too, old friend! What brings you to my archive, my hoard, my home?" He swept his hand across the room, showing off the thousands - nay, millions - of books lining the walls, smiling while maintaining an aura of dignity and grace.

Haloren looked around, still in awe at the sheer size and magnitude of the gem-lit cavern. "I came for some books, if you don't mind sharing! I've met some new friends in Klyneth and I told them I was going to be happy to help them with their research! I couldn't think of a better place to seek out knowledge than Salthanath's Cavern of Knowledge!" He explained, casually marveling at his surroundings, already thinking about what it was he was going to do when he got the book he needed.

"Of course, of course! You can read any book here at your will, but you can't take the books out of my treasure trove, for I do not trust the outside world to respect the pages. I'd be happy to aid you in copying the information needed, for a price!" He lowered his head and smiled, a devious grin upon his lips. However, Haloren didn't see this, as the felkin was too focused on the cavern.

Haloren didn't think to ask for anything more before responding, "Sure, anything you want. I'd love to have your help with the copying of information! It's very important that I transcribe some very important information about a certain brew of potion creation, and I'll do anything to get it!"

Salthanath rubbed his talons together and nodded. "Anything for a friend. Come on, I'll take you to the potion wing of the grand archive and we can browse through the many volumes I have on the subject. First, though, you must tell me exactly what it is you are looking for, so I may help you."

As instructed, Haloren gave a detailed breakdown on the spells and brews he was looking for, as well as a shameless confession of what he planned on using the potions for. The revelation that it was to make long-thought lost recipes that would allow vore, Salthanath's face lit up and he quickly escorted Haloren up the stairs to the second level, where he had a set of a half dozen shelves with all the variants of that very potion waiting for such an occasion. However, given the complicated nature of the spells involved and the many pages that would need to be transcribed, Salthanath demanded double the price for his services, a price that Haloren was happy to pay despite having not yet asked the price.

The two of them grabbed a half dozen of the best tomes from the shelf and headed off to another wing of the cavern, which had all the equipment needed for transcription, including an entire wall filled with blank scrolls, pencils, quills, ink, and anything else needed for the task. Salthanath grabbed the appropriate tools and parchment while Haloren found himself already on the floor in the hallway, laying on his belly with his tail flicking out behind him as he eagerly read through the first of the textbooks on vore-related potions.

"This information is wonderful!" He marveled, smiling and chirping as his hindpaws curled in delight. "I could probably make the potion based off this volume alone, and I'm only a few pages into the recipe! Wow, you really do have everything in your personal library! I'm so very glad I came to you instead of going to some dusty old wizard who would brush me off."

Salthanath rumbled as he stepped up behind Haloren, standing tall over the smaller felkin as his own tail flicked eagerly. "I am also glad you came to me, Haloren! I believe in getting half payment up front and half upon completion, though. So I think it's time to pay up, before we get to transcribing these tomes, don't you think?"

While still transfixed on the book with the spell, Haloren nodded. "I completely agree, you go ahead and name your price and I will be happy to pay it."

"I'm so very glad to hear it, but the price is not measured in coin or jewels, not for you." Sal hissed with a hint of sensuality. He curled his front talon under Haloren's tail, lifting it up to expose the felkin's plump pucker, slightly dirty from laying on the dusty ground of the cavern. This barely phased Haloren, as he kept reading, idly flipping through the book. Sensing his guest's casual demeanor, Sal licked his talon and used it to give that dusty tail hole a gentle rub, cleaning it of the dirt before he shuffled in close, his own throbbing black-fleshed member drooling in excitement.

Haloren looked back with a grin, smiling over his shoulder as he lifted his tail high for his host. "Well, I didn't know we were going this route, but that is a price I'm happy to pay for you." He waggled his hind end and churred gently, his wings fluttering on his shoulders as his tail curled up high.

Salthanath wasted no time before taking his last steps to loom over Haloren, his one fore talon holding the base of the felkin's tail while his other was wrapped around his member - a thick, knotted beast of a cock - while giving it a gentle stroke to smear the fluids all over and collect what he could in the crook between palm and thumb. He used this gooey mess to rub against Haloren's pucker, spreading the lubricant all over before slipping a single finger inside, applying it deeper. "Well, I am glad to hear that, because the price is pretty steep." He rumbled into the felkin's ear as he pressed his cock tip to the tender hole that he'd spent a moment to prepare for him.

An eager and willing Haloren waggled his rump and shifted until he had both his hind legs folded up under his haunches, pushing his hips up to better expose himself. "That's great! I'm looking forward to working off my debt!" He joked as he squatted down onto Salthanath's cock, head rearing back as he felt the massive tapered tip parting his rump flesh and easing into him. He had to be careful, to be relaxed and calm as he waggled and pushed farther back, because he knew that if he tensed up, a cock of that girth and shape could easily be an unpleasant day for him.

Though Salthanath was a dominant dragon, he wasn't the type to hurt his friends. With that key compassion in his heart, he lightly bucked his hips to feel his shaft disappear under Haloren's tail, relishing the juicy squelch and supple warmth that swallowed him up. His throbbing member pulsated and twitched against the felkin's touch, his knot pumping to its proper form with each beat of his heart. He knew that if he were to enjoy a proper tie, he would need to slip in to the hilt before his knot grew too much. With that in mind, he grabbed a tight hold at the base of Haloren's tail and pushed as hard as he could - which was a significant amount - while grinding his hips to roll the knot lobes around.

Then, in a quick lurch and a pop, Haloren felt the bulging draconic knot slip into him and immediately start to swell. The pressure quickly built within him even as the larger Salthanath kept bucking and grinding, stirring and thrusting in and out of him with the knot popping in and out with ease, gently spreading and tenderizing his eager hole with every motion. There wasn't a single thing about this that Haloren didn't love, as he was still halfheartedly reading his book while his hind end was mercilessly pounded, softening him up for the inevitable growth to full size that the dragons knot would become.

Despite being on the bottom, pinned down and held in place by his friend's larger form, Haloren was not submissive at all. In some ways, he was being the more dominant of the two by pushing back and grinding just as hard as Salthanath was was giving it to him. He was gyrating his hips and alternately clenching and releasing his pucker to give the most intense of massages he could give to his friend. The more he moved, the thicker he felt that knot swell within him, its berth pummeling his pucker with every juicy pop in and out.

Things were going very well for the both of them, as Salthanath pushed all his weight down on Haloren's hindquarters, gradually increasing his speed and vigor until his fully formed knot was able to slide in and out with ease, barely making the faint popping sound as the bulge of his knot lobes would breach his friend's softened opening. He leaned down close, nuzzling at Haloren's cheek as his tongue slipped out and cradled the felkin's cheek, tasting him. "You know what? I think you could probably pay all of your debts right now, make things a whole lot easier."

Haloren didn't know what this meant and hadn't immediately clued in by the tongue lashing around his chin, so he leaned into Salthanath's touch and smiled, pressing his cheek up between the dragon's lips in a nuzzle as his hind end kept gently grinding at the bulge of the cock knot. The hotness of the lubricant and pulsating flesh made his groin tingle, so much so that his own member swelled and unfolded from his sheath, dangling down between his hind legs.

This, however, was not to last long as Salthanath had plans for the felkin - the delicious, morsel of a felkin - that he had been lightly dominating. The larger dragon twisted his head and gaped open his black-fleshed maw, wrapping lips and teeth around Haloren's whole head, clamping down just enough to hold him in place as he pinned him to the ground and extended his neck to force Haloren's snout down his gullet. Shocked at the lack of surprise or resistance from the felkin, Salthanath growled and opened his maw wider with his head upside down, curling his nuzzle down under Hal's torso as he bit down, grinding his hips all the while.

"Mrgph?" Haloren grumbled, his voice being muffled into the soft gullet of his friend. He wiggled and swayed from side to side, nuzzling into the throat flesh as he squinted and cringed a bit, having not expected his trip to go this way. He did love vore, and he knew Salthanath was not going to hurt him so he had no worries about his own safety, but that didn't stop him from taking a moment to acclimatize himself. After a brisk relaxation, he was able to limber up and extend his neck forward, prodding deeper at the esophagus to bulge out the dragon's neck scales.

The moment that Salthanath felt the prodding nuzzle of Haloren's snout pressing against his ebony gullet flesh, his predatory instincts took over and he reared up, biting down on the felkin's body as he pulled him off his cock with a juicy squelch and a creamy stream of his fluids spattering the ground between them. He gulped and gaped his maw, swallowing in time with the orgasmic pulsations of his cock spurting seed onto the ground beneath him.

Haloren's rump end swung up until it was aimed at the roof, his body in a diving position as gravity helped him slide down, legs flailing not to struggle and pull out, but to find grip on the ridges of Sal's maw in order to force himself deeper. When his toe talon caught on one of the dragon's teeth, he did precisely that and pushed off, sliding through the esophagus towards the cavernous belly that awaited him!

Salthanath gulped and extended his throat, rubbing at his neck as the ventral scales there bulged and parted from each other, leaving strips of pink between them as Haloren's squirming body wiggled and writhed inside. With another gulp and an extension of his neck, he was able to close his maw around the felkin's haunches, the pressure helping to force his prey to slide in deeper with only the tail and hind legs sticking out.

A moment passed with them in this position, pausing to test the waters and see if either of them wanted to back out. Neither moved at first, so Salthanath gulped again, forcing Haloren to slide deeper into his belly, his maw clamping down past the hind paws of his prey with only a wagging, flapping tail poking out and slapping him on the snout.

Inside, Haloren nuzzled and kneaded at the soft black flesh, pressing out to form bulges in the dragon's neck and chest before he felt that one final lurch that had him burst through into Salthanath's belly, the tight constricting tunnel widening to accept him deep in the dragon's depths. He did a flip to pull his tail in as he came to lie on his back, bathing in the lubricating juices that had pooled in Sal's belly.

With that final gulp, Sal's ventral scales quickly returned to their usual shape, tightening back up as he clenched and twisted his neck. The sudden shift in weight within him made his belly lightly bulge, so he patted himself and grabbed the book Haloren had been reading.

Salthanath grabbed a glowing gem off a nearby desk and swallowed both it and the book. "Feel free to keep reading."
