[COMMISSION] Another Summers Day

A story between two little cubs enjoy the last day before one has to go on a trip with his family.

Arenoso Hills. A quite, calm and peaceful place. Large open rolling, healthy grass lands bathed in the remnants of a warm summer day. A subtle breeze carries the scent of various flowers from across the land to the countryside, a small but noticeable village taking up residents along the natural land. Family homes composed at least half of buildings in the village. The rest contained common places in such a tiny spot in the landscape: grocery stores, gas stations, fast food and restaurant spots and a few of the local places, both open and hidden from uncommon eyes.

In the tiny family neighborhood, a little raccoon walked down the street, stick in hand, tapping away at the sidewalk without any care. He's wearing an orange jersey with a large white "0" on the front and back and black shorts. He brushed away a piece of sandy blond hair that caught him in the face before resuming his short walk, tapping away at the sidewalk with his trusty stick in hand.

'Hope Cassie is ready to play today!' He thought to himself. 'Stupid summer has to end so soon... Won't stop me from getting at least one more day of play. Hey that rhymed!' He smiled to himself, proud of his burst of skill. 'Maybe she'll be up for race. Oh! Or maybe jumping contest! Oh no, no, no! Or maybe I could do a bunch of whistling!' He tried to whistle but just barely caught himself from accidentally spitting. 'Okay, maybe not...' He took a deep breath, smiling at the smell of the familiar scents of flowers from around the area, both wild and some paw planted by his neighbors. He looked back at his house, just a few feet and back down to his feet. 'Its just Cassie's house, I'm not to far away from home!' He turned back to look at his friend's house, a pretty red painted two story house and a large background he's all to familiar with.

"Thomas! What are you doing out here so early!" Came a voice friendly voice. The young raccoon looked to see a sparkling red car come down the street, rolling up beside him. The driver, a mature female red fox in a purple sundress.

"Hi, Mrs.Nichols!" He politely greeted. "I'm coming over to play with Cassie today! Mom and dad say I have to be home by four so we can go on a trip to see our grandparents!"

"My, you sure have your day planned! Let me park the car and I'll unlock the front door so you can see her. She'll be very surprised and happy to see her friend come over!" She teased him, adding extra emphasis on the word. Thomas tried to hide the small blush on his shoulders but the eagle eyed woman could see it, clear as the sunny day they're having.

"C-come on, Cassie's only my friend!" He half lied. He really liked her. More than most boys his age should but he didn't want to be made fun of by everyone or have them make fun of his best friend.

She gave him a knowing smile before driving the rest of the way home, just a few short seconds away feet from the cub. Parked and locked, she exited the car, careful of her swollen pregnant belly.

"Welcome home Thomas!" She greeted him with a smile, beckoning him to come inside with her.

"Aww thank you!" He placed his treasured stick against the tree outside before entering the abode with permission. He gave her a loving hug like he would his own mom. "Wow, I felt Cassies's brother kick!" He exclaimed, wide eyes staring at her baby bump.

"I'm sure he'll be just as excited to come out and play with you just like you're excited to hear him move. Make sure you're a good god-brother to him, okay?" The raccoon cub nodded, brushing his own hair over his eyes and having to force them back.

"I promise!"

"Good! Cassandra should be in her room, you go on ahead to the backyard and I'll let her know you're there." She patted and ruffled his mop top hair.

"Thank you!" With that he dashed off to the back, careful not to push on the screen door and gently close it behind him.

Thelma couldn't hide the smile growing on her face. She remembered the first time she saw him and met his family. A little loud but respectful and always well mannered, something she almost never saw in a lot of young boys his age growing up. Even more, he helped her learn the basics of math and numbers when she was having trouble in school. 'Good with numbers and a good boy! I'm so proud of my little girl and little man!' she rubbed her rumbling belly. 'Don't worry, you're still gonna be mommy's little man when you come right out!'

"Cassandra!" She called towards the upstairs.

"Yeah?!"

"Guess who's here and waiting to play with you in the backyard!"

Thelma heard a loud gasp, a squeal followed by rapid footsteps. She waited for her little girl to come down with her arms crossed and tapping her foot in faux anger.

Coming from the top of the stairs is a little fox girl. Besides a trail of long brown hair tied into a shiny ponytail, the remainder of her body, excluding the tuft of white the led down most of her front, was a vibrant red almost exactly like her mother's. Due to the hot weather, she's wearing a pair of blue shorts and a plain white shirt to match the tuft poking out from beneath the neckline. The little cub looked at her mom, blue eyes beaming with excitement.

"You said he's in the backyard right?!" She practically bounced down the stairs. At least until she realized what she did, causing her orange tail and ears to deflate from realization. "Oh..."

"Now now, young lady, remember, no bouncing up and down the stairs. I'm glad you realized without me having to tell you anything but please don't do that anymore okay? Mommy just doesn't want you getting hurt. Understand?"

"Yes... I'm sorry..." She walked up to hug her mom and she accepted the genuine apology.

"Its okay. Now go have fun with your boyfriend!" She gave her daughter a quick kiss on the cheek before sending her off to go play.

"He's not my boyfriend!" She said before leaving to meet Thomas in the backyard.

Outside, the back yard could only be described as fading summer. Soft gentle breezes lulled the atmosphere into something calming and peaceful. The faint scent of freshly pollinated flowers hung in the air nicely with the noticeable smell of newly cut grass. The backyard's white picket fences stood proudly behind the evenly trimmed hedges, with only two trees standing over the rest of the flora, one with an always welcome tire swing tied onto one of its mighty branches.

Thomas sat right in the tire, kicking his legs underneath in an attempt to keep his patience as he waited for his dear friend to come on out.

"Aw come on Cassie..." He mumbled to himself. Every second he wasn't playing with her felt like a second that wasn't ever going to come back. He thought about all the things they could be doing: racing, laughing, talking about the dumb things some of their classmates did during school or on the playground.

"Ah Thomas!!" He heard an all too familiar yell from his best friend. He turned to see her standing in front of the door, waving and smiling at him with her big blue eyes.

"Took you long enough!" He yelled back with a smile of his own. He jumped off the tire and ran up to her with arms open for a hug. She accepted and took the hug, returning her own and surprising the cub with a bout of strength of her lifting him off of his feet for a few quick seconds.

"Whoa! You're really strong!!" He yelled in amazement.

"That's because I actually eat my vegetables, unlike you!" She teased.

"C-come on, that's not fair! You know I don't like anything green! Besides I don't need'em!" He rebuffed with puffed cheeks.

"Hmmm..." She tapped her chin before shaking her head. "Maybe, but if you don't I might start winning more games against you!" She laughed as his expression changed to flustered. He let out a defeated sigh and tried to change the subject to something he liked.

"Well how about we test that? We don't have a lot of time left for games to day so I wanna play with you as much as I can!" The little racoon stated, his small, ringed tail puffing up in response to his enthusiasm.

"Okay!" She chirped. "What do you wanna play today?" She watched Thomas bounce in play in excitement at the question.

"Everything!" He yelled. "Racing, jump contests, swings, tag..." He kept on listing every game he could think off for his friend to pick until he ran out of breath. He had to stop to take a breather with Cassie rubbing his back to help. "Before I go... " He panted. "I wanna make sure we get lots of fun together so you don't miss me a whole bunch..."

"Awww Thomas..." She gave the little raccoon a big hug. "I'm gonna miss you to but you won't be gone forever. You'll be right back before you know it!" The innocent, little fox reassured her best friend.

"I wish you could come with us so you wouldn't have to miss me." He looked away for a moment at the grassy land beneath his exposed paws. Cassie knew what he meant by the tone of his voice. "My dumb older brothers wouldn't be picking on me so much, I'd have my best friend close by and you could even meet my grandparents! You'd really like them! My grandma has the absolute best candies you can't even get anywhere around here! And my grand dad could take us both fishing! He laughs really funny but you'd love it!" Thomas took a deep breath and tried to emulate his grand parents laugh but ended up getting into a small coughing fit while Cassie laughed at his attempt.

"I know I'd love them Thomas but if I went I'd really start to miss home as soon as we start leaving. I just... I just can't." She tried to explain her feelings but the words were hard to come out with a small lump in her throat. "I really love your family but I don't want to be away from home or my mom and dad for to long. And I tried asking if all of us could go but they said their jobs makes it very hard." This time Cassie looked to the ground, a small pang of guilt building up in the back of her throat. "I'm... I'm really sorry..."

Thomas could see how hard it was for her to admit how she felt and he didn't want his best friend to feel guilty.

"It's okay." He said with a cheerful smile. "We can't waste today being sad! We only got a couple hours left so we should have as much fun as we can before I leave today, okay?"

Cassie blinked away any tears and smiled back at her friend with confidence.

"Alright!" Her bushy tail swung around, excitement returning to her. "Let's hurry up and have a fun time!" She declared as she ran for the first tire swing. She jumped and zoomed dead center, hanging off and spinning around with the force of her momentum moving the wheel. Thomas laughed at how fast her attitude changed but didn't complain. He rushed behind her and started pushing her up as high as his arms could with all his strength.

The two cups enjoyed the innocent peace going on between them, laughing and giggling without a care or worry in the world. Occasionally between swings, the very tip of her tail would fall just slow enough behind that it'd either brush against his face somehow, ticking his little black nose. He had to stop pushing and wait for a sneeze to pass.

"Aw, why'd you stop?" She turned around to look at her friend. "Getting tired already?"

"Sorry, something kept tickling my nose!" He half-lied. He didn't want to make her feel bad about brushing her tail against his nose. "I thought I had to sneeze but I'm okay now! Now, hold on tight!" He shook his head to shake off the sensation and got back to pushing his friend. This time, he was careful to avoid her incoming tail swipes, taking the chance to sidestep the orange trail.

Cassie was impressed with how high he'd been able to get her this time around. She could almost see over the fence into the neighbor's yard. She could make out the closest drugstore by their house, she was so high.

"Okay, I think I'm done now!"

Thomas understood and carefully grabbed the wheel, helping his friend so down enough to safely drop down to the ground, laughing as hugged the ground.

"Alright, it's your turn! What do you want to do next?" She said as she got to her feet and dusted the dirt and grass clippings off. The raccoon pup thought for a few seconds, trying to pick one game out of the many he had in mind.

"Oh! Let's race!" The fox kit flashed a knowing smile, crossing her arms.

"Still think you can beat me in a race?" The young man understood what the playfully smug prideful she displayed meant.

"I can and will!" He shot back, confidant in his own natural speed. She wasn't intimidated by his declaration. "We'll have a race from the door all the way to the fences and back. First one to open the door wins. How does that sound?" She nodded, smile stuck neatly on her face.

The two cubs walked to the screen door. Thomas took a deep breath, stretching his muscles and popping every bone in his body. Cassie took her own deep breaths but already got into position, crouching low to the ground like a predator ready to pounce. Thomas followed suite, lining up right beside her.

"On the count of "three", we run. No cheating!" He declared.

"Mm-hm!" Cassie nodded without looking at him, just straight at the fence. The little raccoon felt a bit intimidated but bit the feeling into the back of his mind.

"One... Two...."

The two tightened up like springs, ready to expand and explode.

"Three!" The bolted forward. Thomas leaned into his run, packing every step forward with all the force his little legs could make. Cassie on the other hand was like lightening, speeding past him with no sweat, already halfway to the fence. Thomas panted as they crossed the large backyard with the warm sun beating down gently on the two of them. Just as he made it to the fence Cassie was already running back to the finish, leaving her best friend in the dust. He sloppily tried to keep up but she'd already had the door open, ready for him to come inside.

"For you." A toothy fox grin spread over her maw.

"Ha... Ha.... Ha..." He mixed his pants with between each laugh. He took a deep breath and gingerly fell back first onto the grass. The sun on his face felt nice. He laughed as he felt his friends shadow looming over him.

"Feeling tired? We can go inside and rest for a little while if you want."

"No..." His breathing calmed down considerably and he was able to speak without any pants. "I just need to... Catch my breath..."

Instead of trying to encourage him to come inside, she laid down beside him, closing her eyes and relaxing to the tones of his breathing along with the rustling of leaves by the wind. She looked over to Thomas, silently apologizing she can't come with him but still happy she has her friend close by. The two cups sat in comfortable silence, enjoying the view of the bright blue sky with the few clouds scattered around getting in the way. The sun beat down just enough to give them a gentle touch of heat from the otherwise cooling air.

No less than ten or so minutes passed by. Thomas took a deep breath before sighing, standing back up, ready to spend more time playing.

"Come on, let's get back to having some fun!" Thomas offered his mellowed out friend his hand to pull her back to her feet. She accepted and he did just that, with a little bit of difficulty however.

"What do you wanna play next?"

"Huh?" He looked at her with a confused look. "But... It's your turn to pick. Remember: Its me, than you, me, than you. We keep going back and forth so it's fair." She nodded.

"Yes but since you'll be leaving soon, I thought it'd be nice if I let you choose what we do today!" She smiled, her wispy tail moving back and forth.

Thomas was pleasantly surprised by her generosity. To the point he couldn't hide the excited smile growing on his face. He took his time, thinking of his options and trying to choose which one he wanted to make their short time together last.

"I think I wanna play..." He walked up close to her, finger on his chin in deep thought. "TAG!" He tapped her on the shoulder before bursting off to the other end of the backyard.

"Wha-HEY!" She realized only too late what he meant. "Ohh I'm gonna tag you back!"

As the two young cubs began their fierce battle of tag, Thelma watched them from the kitchen window, preparing a small snack for the two of them to enjoy. With all that could have happened when she dropped her daughter off to school, she didn't expect her to make such an amazing friend so soon. She loved the young raccoon like she was one of her own. She silently wondered just what they would grow up to be like in the future. Thomas, a sweetheart of a scholar could end up being a writer or maybe a playwright. Meanwhile, her own daughter possibly getting into sports with how active she is. Of course she's more than capable of using her mind to do anything she could imagine. A professor in college? A researcher? Mathematician? The possibilities were endless.

"No no." She caught herself with a laugh. "It's her life and she can become whatever she wants. So long as it doesn't involve anything bad or bad people, I'll be happy. And I'm sure Thomas will be there to watch out for her when the need arrives. Now to get back to work." Thelma smiled as she continued.

Back with the two cubs, Cassie and Thomas were in a vicious cycle of tag. One moment the one would feel a small tap on the shoulder followed seconds later by the other feeling the same tap. In between one another, both cubs would laugh, let out sequels of surprise or say something back to the other along the lines of: "I'm gonna get you back!".

"I-I'm way faster than you...!" Thomas declared as he ran behind his friend.

"You'll have to prove it!" She called back, laughing as she was steps behind him.

Thomas swiped and thrashed for her tail, just short of his reach. He wanted to yell tag just to catch her off guard but he knew better than to try and cheat, especially with his friend. With every twist and turn, he was just a few steps behind her. Cassie was impressed by how much he really wanted to tag her.

Thomas forced every muscle in his legs to tense up and he shot forward like a bullet, eyes closed as he lunged for her tail. Next thing they knew, both cubs were on the ground, both on their stomachs. Thomas coughed from the impact but smiled as he felt her bushy tail in between his fingers.

"TAG! You're it!" He looked up the grass, spitting bits of it and dirt from around his mouth, a proud smile on his face. His smile soured, turning into horror as he looked at what he'd done. Cassie was on the ground, just like he was, but what he'd done was pull her tail enough to bring down part of her shorts, exposing a fair bit of the underwear beneath. Thomas felt his heart sink, a small tremble of fear building up in the back of his head. He didn't even realize he let go of the grip on her tail.

"Owww... Jeez, you sure wanted to win, haha!" Cassie laughed as she got up. She dusted herself off and turned to her friend, seeing he hadn't moved from the ground. "Come on, silly! Don't want to waste any time, right?" She offered him her hand. Thomas took it and knew the second he grabbed her something was wrong. She could feel his palm quaking. "Whats wrong?"

"I-I-I-I'm..." He stuttered profusely, trying to get the words out but couldn't. He wasn't sure how to apologize for what had just happen.

"Hey, are you okay?" Concern in her voice. "Hold on, let me get my mom. She'll check to see if you're sick."

"Wait!" Cassie was about to grab the door but Thomas stopped her. "I'm... I'm sorry..." He blurted out without looking her in the eyes. She tilted her head in confusion.

"...For what?" The young cub pointed to her tail. "Hmm? For pulling my ta-" She turned to expect herself and noticed what he might have been upset about. She noticed that part of her panties were exposed at the top of her shorts. "Oh that? It's okay!" She pulled them up without any issue.

"Y-you're not mad with me?" He asked, looking up at her. "Whenever my brothers and me did that to each other, they'd start fighting. I don't want to fight you..."

"It was an accident, I know you didn't meant to do it on purpose. Don't worry so much about it!" She reassured him with a smile. Thomas's shaking had come to a slow stop but the young cub was still a little shell shocked. He took a deep breath to calm himself and give his own smile back.

"Thanks Cassie." He spoke without any shutter in his voice. As he was relieved he didn't notice her smile shape and turn into a conniving grin. Just as he was about to speak again, he was caught off guard and tackled to the ground while a very happy Cassandra giggled. "Wh-wha-" He thought she was going to pay him back with some innocent comments, not any kind of rough housing.

Thomas's confusion was cleared up immediately when he felt her two hands on the front of his shorts. Thomas used every bit of strength to counter and push her off but the bigger, stronger and more athletic of the two was having none of it. The more he tried to hold on to his shorts, the more she fought to take them off of him.

"Cassandra!" Thelma suddenly called from the screen door.

The two cubs stopped in their tracks, uncomfortable fear building up in the back of their heads. They both considered the idea of Cassandra's mom thought they were fighting or being to rough, with her on top of him and him frantically fighting back against her. Before the two of them could get a single word out, Thelma continued.

"I have to make a run over to the supermarket! Apparently we're having some last minute family visits of our own! You're aunts, uncles and cousins are coming over and I have to get all the ingredients the store possibly has! Arghh...!" She growled to herself in frustration. "They'll be here today so I can't waste time. Unfortunately your father is going to be late thanks to his work holding him back for a few extra hours. Will you and Thomas be okay if I leave you alone for a little while?" Cassie was the first of the two to speak.

"Y-Yeah, we'll be okay! We won't leave the house, we'll be back here and we won't talk to any strangers or answer the phone!"

"Unless..." Her mother warned.

"It's you, dad or Thomas's parents! We're not dumb babies mom, jeez!"

"Good girl. I'll be right back! Thomas you watch out for her now okay?"

"Y-Yes ma'am!"

With that said Velma left. The two cubs stayed perfectly still, listening out for the car. They heard keys jingles, a door opening and closing followed by the loud click of lock and finally the car door opening and closing before the car roared to life. The two sighed in deep relief.

"How did she not see us like this?" Thomas asked as fear subsided and his heart rate returned to normal.

"Maybe she thought we were just wrestling or something. We've done it before so it makes sense, right?"

"Y-yeah."

"Either way, we got really really lucky." The brave fox kit said as she began to move off of her friend.

"But uhm... Did you really want to?" Thomas got up from off the ground, dusting off the grass and dirt that lingered on his clothes and fur.

"Want to what?" Thomas was about to answer but she cut him off as she realized what he meant. "Ooooooh! You mean me taking your pants off?" He nodded. "I was kinda joking but I was kinda curious what you were wearing.

"Well... Since there aren't any adults around to tell us not to do that we could try..." Cassie was surprised but beamed at the offer.

"Yeah we could totally do that! But we'd better go inside so no one sees us! If if my mom comes back we'll be able to hear the car and doors opening!" Thomas nodded and the two cubs went back into the deserted house to follow through with their plan. Cassie was sure to lock the door to the back behind her. Thomas couldn't hide how nervous he was but curiosity had its hold over him. And his offer to follow through with Cassie's wish was more important to him than anything. Cassie on the other hand was excited, unsure of what to expect from her closest friend in the world.

They both wiped their bare paws clean of dirt to avoid leaving any kind of tracks or dirty the clean home. Up the stairs, they made it to Cassie's room. A rather luxurious room for someone so young. A massive bed, smooth wood flooring and fancy decorations fit for a fox, all to a combinations of reds and oranges.

"Okay! Just need to close the door, blinds and we can get started!" She went around carefully closing all the blinds and windows in her room and closing her bedroom door. When she was done she stood in front of the raccoon.

"Okay first close your eyes. I will to." She watched him follow in instructions and she kept to her word and kept her eyes closed. "On the count of three we'll take our shorts off and she each other what we have. Be honest and don't try to cheat!"

"I won't!"

"Alright. And when we take everything off we'll spin around so we can see everything the other is wearing, okay? On three. One... Two... THREE!"

With a swift pull, the two cubs went through with their curious act. Thomas and Cassie looked down towards the other's crotch area. Cassie saw Thomas in a pair of white briefs with a red hemline while he saw her in a pair of bright grassy green pair of panties. One looked at the other with confused expression, not understand what the other was wearing. Thomas was first, turning around in place to show off what he wore and the whole where his bushy tail slipped through. After he was done Cassie did the same, slowly spinning around to show off her panties and her own tail's exit point. With that done, Cassie broke the silence between the two of them.

"You're panties are weird."

"Huh?"

"Your panties look weird to me. They look way to lose." She stated.

"They're not called panties, they're called briefs. My dad says guys have to wear these until we grow big enough for something called boxers."

"But those don't feel uncomfortable to you?" He shook his head "no". "But what about that weird flap in the front?" She point to the object in question. "Doesn't that make you feel cold?"

"Uh-uh. We use it instead of pulling our pants and undies down to go to the bathroom faster. And they keep us warm completely!" He laughed at the innocent question.

"How do you go to the bathroom faster...?" Her confusion just increased as she tried to process how everything worked.

"Well we just pull our pee-pee's out of the flap and we just... Go." She thought for a moment before bursting into a fit of laughter.

"I'm imagining dad going to the bathroom standing up and wearing panties like mine! Hahahaha!" Thomas imagined her dad doing just that he he followed her into his own fit of laughter. The two cubs laughed to the point that their poor sides ached at their innocent imagination.

After a minute or so of endless laughter Thomas wiped away the happy tears from his eyes and noticed something as his friend had to lean back to catch her breath.

"Hey, you're belly's white like mine!" Cassie managed to get herself under control to really listen to what he had to say. He poked her belly and pointed at his own. "Your fur is just as white as mine! See?" He pulled part of his shirt up to expose the front of his own fluffy fur. On a closer look, she could tell he was right. She pulled back her shirt to try and get a better view for comparison but couldn't so she decided to take her shirt off completely, leaving only her panties left. Thomas decided to do the same and ditched his shirt, leaving him only in his briefs.

"Whoa, you have boobs to?!" She exclaimed as she stared at his nipples. He looked at his and to her own and his eyes widened at the realization. "Could..." She leaned forward, putting her hands together like she was trying to be silent and whisper in a classroom. " Could it mean we might be... Related?"

"No, I don't think so." Thomas quickly shot down the idea. "If we were related then your family could have come along with us."

"Yeah, your right..."

"And there's another difference between us. See?" Thomas pointed to his crotch and then to hers, indicating the lack of a flap also the smallest bulge pointing in the middle of his own.

"Huh, what's that?" She moved her face in the vicinity of his briefs.

"That's my pee-pee. It's what we use to go to the bathroom. How come I can't see yours through your panties? Your privates just look really really flat compared to mine."

"Well why don't we show each other what we have and maybe we can see the difference between us. I've never really seen a guy's privates before." She said as her curiosity grew.

"Okay, let's do it! Same as before, on the count of three. We don't have to close our eyes this time either, okay? "

"Okay!"

"One... Two... Three!!"

At the same time the two cubs pulled down their only remaining piece of clothing, stepping out of them now fully naked and exposed to the elements. They both gawked at what the other had, perplexed by the new discovery of the other gender's differences. Cassie pulled her folds open to show off her insides while Thomas lifted up, exposing and showing off his bits and pieces.

"Wow you're so different! I've only seen my brothers naked but I've never seen a girl naked before, not even my mom!" He exclaimed as he observed his friends reaction. She was incredibly weirded out by the differences. While she was flat and had folds, he was like a small garden hose with a tiny bag underneath it between his legs.

"There's almost nothing that matches compared to mine." She pulled her lips aside to get a better look, trying to find some sort of similarity between the two of them. Thomas was doing the same, lifting and moving his own parts around trying to see something they had in common with his friend. Both cubs even turn around, looking at one another's rears to search for something. Besides both of them having tails of their own, both bushy of their own ways, neither could find anything.

As they continued their search, Cassie began to remember something she once saw months ago. It was late at night and she got up to use the bathroom and she heard sounds coming from her parents room. Curious, Cassie went to their cracked room door ad peered in. She didn't know what her parents were up to but she noticed her mother was bent over while her father was behind her, moving frantically while she had her eyes closed and moaning strangely. She stayed there watching for maybe over a minute before the call of nature came by and she had to leave them to do what they were doing.

"Hey, I have an idea."

"What is it?" Thomas asked without looking up.

"Well, I remember seeing my parents doing something weird. I was thinking maybe we could try to do the same thing that they did while naked. Wanna try it?" She'd already gotten into position, bending over the edge of her bed and pointing herself in the raccoon's direction.

"I don't know... What do I have to do?" He said apprehensively.

"Well I want you to get behind me and start moving against me back and forth like you're bouncing and bumping against me." Thomas looked at her, flashing and leaving all of her naughty bits exposed to him.

"I-I don't know..." He covered his genitals with his hands and took a step away from his friend. "I don't want it to get stuck in you."

The fox quit thought for a moment, looking back between their two parts and imagining the two of them being stuck. The thought of her mom coming back and seeing them like that after promising they wouldn't get into trouble left strands of fur to stand up in fear.

"Yeah, that might be a good idea... I don't want my mom getting mad at us and you getting in trouble before you leave on your trip. Or your brothers making fun of you for getting in trouble with me."

Thomas let out a sigh of relief as Cassie got off the bed. Without warning, she gingerly slapped at his shaft, ticking his sensitve parts with her still standing fur. The act elicited a laugh from the young raccoon. She laughed at how fast he backed away laughing from the small touch but she'd regret it when Thomas countered by rubbing his paws over her crotch, making her laugh hard enough to echo through the rest of the entire empty house. The cubs went back and forth, making one another laugh with the innapropriate contact. They'd keep going back and forth, making the other laugh harder than they'd done all day together. After a while the two were just on the ground, holding their sides and beside each other, taking a long deserved breather from their play time.

"You okay Cassie?" He turned to his fox friend.

"Yeah! You just tickled me a lot!" She replied with a large beaming smile.

"... I had a ton of fun today. I really hope you know that." He said solemnly. Cassie turned to her friend and saw him smiling while staring up at the ceiling. But it wasn't a big happy smile. Something about it made him look somewhat sad.

"I did to." She rolled over enough to land her chest on top of his and wrapped him in a hug. "I'll miss you but you'll be back to play again!" Without saying anything, Thomas hugged her back, holding her close and burying his nose into the crook of her neck. After a few seconds, they released and fell back onto their backs.

"Say, I have one more thing I want to try." He asked.

"Yeah?"

"Can I try on your panties? I just want to see how different they are compared to my underwear.

"Sure! I'll try on your briefs then!"

The two cubs grabbed the others underwear and tried them on. Thomas complained about how snug and tight everything felt. He complained there was no room and felt way to constricting while Cassie laughed and said they didn't feel anything like that. As he paraded around in her clothes, she tried his on, exclaiming how roomy and baggy his feel on her.

"Wow yours feel great! Can we trade?" She held onto the hem and moved around while he slipped her panties off.

"No way! I don't want my brothers making fun of me of you giving me your clothes!" He exclaimed.

"Just then, the two cubs heard a loud car door slam.

"It's my mom!" Cassie ran to the window and peered out to see her mom carrying a bunch of blue grocery bags in hand.

"We gotta get back in our clothes or we'll be in trouble!!" The little raccoon and fox started grabbing their clothes, hurrying to get everything back on. "I'll go to the bathroom and pretend to use the bathroom so she won't be suspicious!" Cassie nodded while Thomas ran for the bathroom down the hall from her room.

While he was in there, Cassie slipped everything else back on, making sure nothing was to out of place and put on the right way before heading downstairs just as her mom walked in.

"Hi sweetie! I'm surprised to see you back inside! Did Thomas go back home already?" Thelma said as she placed everything in the kitchen.

"No it was hot outside so we decided to keep playing in my room. He's in the bathroom right now. When he's done I'm gonna walk with him back home."

"Aww... be sure you be careful walk back with him okay?"

"Sure mom! Do you need some help putting stuff up?"

"No I got it here! Go ahead and take him home, his mom's almost ready to go on their trip." Just then Thomas walked down the stairs, all her clothes back on and wiping his hands of water from washing his hands. Thomas waved goodbye to Cassie's mother as the two cubs left to bring Thomas home.

As the two cubs walked down the calming sunset, the little fox grabbed and held onto her friend's hand. He was gonna try to brush her hand away but choose not to, enjoying the nice contact from a fun day with his best friend. As they made it one corner away from his house, he finally let go.

"This is it... I promise the moment I come back home, we'll play again!" Cassie nodded eagerly, still smiling like the moment he first saw her today.

"Before you go, i have one thing I want to give you!"

"I told you, I'm not trading my-"

He was cut off by a small kiss placed on the cheek. It was quick, fast but he could still feel the little touch on his cheek. A warm fuzzy feeling overwashed him, making the little cub feel like he'd just gotten the best gift in the world.

"I'll see you soon, okay?" She asked, a slight blush on her cheeks.

"Promise." He reluctantly left his friend but not without a big goofy smile on his face and a happy outlook on having fun with his family and coming back to keep to his word.
