Chapter 1

The Flower of Fate

"Hehehe! Too slowww!" a young girl called out laughing happily running through a sunny Forest on a warm summer day. Her long, vibrant, emerald green hair whipping behind her in the wind as the trees nearby flashed by her vision, unaware of the creature closing in from behind. "Eek!" the girl cried out suddenly as she tripped on a root protruding out of the ground, sending her crashing onto the leafy forest floor face first. "Oh... ow ow ow," the girl groaned pushing herself up onto all fours reaching up a hand frantically brushing her face clean. She cried out in surprise from being pushed back onto the ground as a weight bore down onto her back followed by a soft laughter. The girl looked back over her shoulder, breaking out giggling with a wide smile on her face seeing a Pokemon staring at her with with wide, red eyes, a small smile on it's pure white face.

"You should be more careful and watch where you are running, Sabetha," a gentle, high pitched voice said. The Pokemon climbed off of Sabetha's back as she rolled over onto her back staring up at the Pokemon before breaking out giggling with her eyes closed.

"You got lucky this time, Tremi!" Sabetha exclaimed crawling back onto her feet, brushing away debris and dirt off her white casual dress. She puffed her cheeks looking up at Tremi the Kirlia. "I really hate this Dress!" She grumbled holding it up, looking at it with an annoyed look. "It's so hard to run in!" she exclaimed.

Tremi raised up a hand covering her mouth breaking out into a soft giggle. "But your Mother simply wishes for you to look pretty," Tremi stated with a tiny smile on her face. Sabetha rolled her eyes.

"You always take her side! How about I make YOUR dress dirty too, huh?!" Sabetha exclaimed, sticking her tongue at Tremi and grabbing a handful of leafs to toss at her. Tremi broke out into a soft laughter raising her arms up to shield herself.

"Hm hm hmmm!" Sabetha hummed to herself, spinning on one foot staring out across the forest of old and young looking trees while cupping a hand over her eyes to shield them from the bright afternoon sun over head. "Why are there never any Pokemon out here to play with?" Sabetha asked turning around looking at Tremi, her eyes lighting up. "Wait! Tremi, can't you do some psychic hoomajiggy to call them over to play?!" Sabetha asked with glossy, excited eyes. Tremi slowly shook her head her smile remaining.

"I am not strong enough to do such a thing." she said calmly. Sabetha groaned rolling her eyes rubbing her face with a hand turning her back to Tremi.

"Fine! We'll go find them and let you beat them up for not playing with us so Tremi gets stronger!" Sabetha exclaimed raising a clenched fist into the air with a wide grin looking around trying to spot one.

"I do not desire to harm others, Sabetha." Tremi said calmly walking over to beside the small human girl. Sabetha looked at her with an annoyed look.

"But I've had you for uhm..." Sabetha trailed off raising up a hand counting her small, child like fingers off, her eyes lighting up. "Oh! This many years!" Sabetha exclaimed holding her hand up with three raised fingers. "And you're STILL weak! I've done a really bad job training you, Uncle is going to be sad when he sees you this Christmas," Sabetha said looking down with an innocent, pouty look to her face staring at Tremi from the top of her eyes.

"But we enjoy each others company whether I am weak or not, so I am happy," Tremi said smiling at her.

"No no no!" Sabetha exclaimed stomping a foot, pointing at Tremi with a determined look on her face, "Tremi needs to get stronger to become big! I don't want Tremi to be little when I grow up and become a big person!" she exclaimed. Tremi snickered softly closing her eyes not being the type to argue. "Oh well! I'll just ask Daddy later if he knows how to make you stronger without beating up other Pokemon. For now let's go find Mommy a flower for her Birthday tomorrow! She really loves the White Wind Flower that grows around this time of the year!" Sabetha exclaimed smiling cheerfully with closed eyes. "It must be really great being a Pokemon like you, Tremi. No icky dresses, no Parents to boss you around and you're free to wander the world and do anything you want!" Sabetha exclaimed smiling ear to ear as the pair ventured through the forest they had grown up in.

"You always say such things. But you cannot say you are unhappy with the life your parents provide you, and myself," Tremi stated with a tiny smile looking at Sabetha, who stared back for a moment before breaking out giggling.

"Maybe! But if I was, then I could beat up Tremi until she gets stronger!" Sabetha exclaimed smiling playfully bumping Tremi with her shoulder. Tremi snickered gently shaking her head at Sabetha's vibrant attitude.

"We should not venture too far from Home, Sabetha. Your Mother will be upset if we become lost again," Tremi said in her always gentle, calm tone of voice.

"Hehehe! But if we find this Flower for her, she can't be angry! Besides, if we get lost and a mean, evil Pokemon tries to hurt me Tremi will beat them up!" Sabetha said grinning widely suddenly lunging at Tremi wrapping her arms around the Kirlia's neck hugging her tightly. Tremi closed her eyes giggling softly reaching out hugging the energetic girl back.

"Hmm... where could it be... they always grow this time of year after those fluffy seeds stop falling from the sky," Sabetha murmured talking to herself slowly scanning the rather flat forest for any signs of it. Tremi was about twenty feet to her right looking around for one as well.

"Tremi!! I found one!!" Sabetha cried out in excitement, a huge smile on her face spotting a small white flower in a sunbathed clearing a short distance ahead.

"Sabetha, please wait for me!" Tremi called out watching the small girl bolt off out of view in her excitement. Tremi gasped stumbling forwards as she tried to chase after the girl, but her stubby legs were not designed for running at all.

"It's so pretty," Sabetha murmured with wide, excited eyes crouched down beside a Flower with eight white drooping pedals. Inside of each pedal a soft pink strip grew larger as it went further down to the base of the flower. Sabetha leaned down closing her eyes inhaling deeply, a wide smile growing across her face as the sweet, gentle fragrance filled her nose. "It's perfect!! Mommy will be so happy!" She exclaimed clasping her hands together excitedly. But just then, an ominous shadow appeared over her blocking out the sun.

"Huh? Oh, hi!" Sabetha exclaimed in a friendly tone looking back seeing a tall, rather big build man staring down at her. His face was covered in shadows with only a pair of glasses reflecting the sun giving him an eerie look. A strong, unusual cool breeze blew across the clearing causing the Man's sickly green colored uniform to sway in the wind. Tremi gasped as she reached the clearing seeing the man.

"Sabetha! Get away from that stranger!" Tremi exclaimed in a serious tone rushing over towards the pair. Sabetha looked at Tremi smiling cheerfully.

"I'm sure he's just here to admire the White Wind Flower too, right Mister?" Sabetha asked looking up at him smiling in a friendly manner. The man grinned widely exposing white teeth.

"You could say that, my child," the man said in a low, strange tone. Tremi reached out grabbing Sabetha's arm staring at the man.

"It's time to get home, it will be dinner time soon," Tremi said looking at Sabetha with a serious stare. Sabetha slouched over letting out a deep, sulking sigh.

"Ok, I guess you're right... you can have this one Mister! I'll find another!" Sabetha exclaimed smiling widely returning to her normal personality, waving at the man turning away to follow Tremi back into the woods.

"You're too trusting of Strangers, Sabetha," Tremi said in a stern tone, holding up a finger and staring at her, "you could have been hurt, or worse!".

Sabetha groaned shaking her head quickly, "I'm not a little girl anymore! I'm Eleven, I know what I'm doing!" Sabetha exclaimed crossing her arms looking away in a humph. "You're always being too worri-!!" Sabetha was cut off as a hand wrapped around her mouth suddenly being dragged back out of view.

"Sabetha?!" Tremi gasped turning around, her eyes widening in fear seeing the man with Sabetha's mouth covered in his right arm, her eyes wide in fear struggling wildly. "Let go of her, now!" Tremi shouted in a shaky tone. The man grinned widely.

"I'm sorry, but that just isn't going to happen. We've been waiting for you two, and now that you're here it would be rather inconvenient to let you go," the man said in a deep, sinister tone reaching out a hand towards her. Tremi's eyes widened stumbling back, holding her own hands up aiming them at him, a faint glow appearing around her body. But the glow vanished as quickly as it had appeared, Tremi opened her eyes looking at her hands surprised. The man let out a deep, burly laugh.

"Unable to even use a Confusion attack? Well, that makes things all the easier!" he exclaimed grabbing her by the neck causing Tremi to cry out, grabbing his thick wrist with her tiny hands squirming trying to break free.

"Oh ho? You found them so quickly?" a woman asked leaning up against a large Van staring at the man, the pair under his arms squirming and thrashing to no avail. The Woman had wavy, vibrant red hair that only came down to her shoulders shone gently in the bright afternoon Sun. Her eyes a deep amber yellow. She wore a thin, loose lucid green top that stopped mid-stomach in height, barely enough to cover her rather sizable chest. She wore a short, identically colored skirt that stopped at mid thigh level, with both the sides parted to allow easier movement. A strangely shaped cap sat on her head with a large deep red 'L' surrounded by a black, malicious looking dragon figure wrapped around it.

"Mmm, excellent. I wasn't looking forward to sitting around in this hideous forest for days." the Woman said grinning widely pushing herself off the Van, crouching down so she was eye level with Sabetha. "Awww, don't cry. Such a beautiful girl should never cry, it will ruin your complexion," the woman said laughing with an amused grin on her face while standing up. "Toss them in the back."

"Put us down, we will have others looking for us soon!" Tremi exclaimed trying desperately to figure out how to get out of this situation.

"Hahaha. Let them look. You can blame this all on them... come on, put them in the back already," the woman said turning around throwing open a pair of metal doors revealing a cold, steel interior without any windows.

"Alright, up you go!" the man exclaimed in his deep, burly tone tossing Sabetha along the smooth floor sliding in. Tremi quickly followed going further back bouncing off the back of the Van. "You two behave and you won't be hurt, got it? Good," he said grinning the only sound coming from the pair was Sabetha's sobs wiping her eyes clean terrified of what was happening watching the cell like doors of the Van slam shut. A couple of moments later the Vehicle began to rumble slowly beginning to move.

"Tremi... where are these people taking us? Are we going to be okay?" Sabetha asked with her knees up, her arms wrapped around them resting the side of her on top of them staring at Tremi with a fear filled anxious look. Tremi let a soft sigh closing her eyes.

"Yes. Your Mother and Father will soon realize something has happened and call the authorities. We need to do as asked for now and not fight, or they might hurt us," Tremi said in a quiet tone.

"What... what if Mom and Dad don't find us?" Sabetha asked with a trembling lip on the verge of breaking down into tears. Tremi reached over gently pulling Sabetha in closer resting the small girls head on her shoulder hugging her.

"We'll be ok... no matter what, I promise I will protect you as you did me," Tremi whispered into Sabetha's ear slowly stroking the back of her hair trying to sooth the scared girl, the pair crying out in surprise as the Van slid to a stop, the pair were sent tumbling across the cell.

"Ow ow ow," Sabetha whimpered holding her head with a pained look on her face. "Tremi, are you ok?" She asked opening an eye seeing the Kirlia sitting holding their head.

"I believe so," She replied slowly shaking her head being taken by surprise at the sudden stop. The doors of the Van suddenly popped open with a loud metal grinding sound and bright sunlight flooded into the nearly pitch black cell causing both girls to raise a hand up shielding their eyes.

"Come 'ere you two!" the man from earlier said gesturing at them with his muscular, hairy hands. Sabetha looked over at Tremi smiling reassuringly.

"I trust Tremi. She will protect me from anything bad." Sabetha thought reassuring herself...

"You shouldn't be scared, but happy! You like Pokemon don't you Sabetha?" the man asked looking down at her, smiling oddly. Sabetha slowly nodded her head walking down a rather dark, metallic hall. The walls, floor, and ceiling were made of a dark blue metal, strange sounds echoed down the hall causing her to rub her arms slowly looking around scared.

"Y-Yes, I do," Sabetha said in a quiet tone. Tremi was following alongside Sabetha looking around cautiously unsure where they were, nor what was intended to be done to them.

"Good! And have you ever dreamed of becoming a Pokemon yourself?" he asked in a curious tone, a sinister grin on his face. Both Tremi and Sabetha looked up at him upon hearing that.

"That is not possible," Tremi said firmly, her eyes widening seeing Sabetha was wide eyed with a wide, excited smile.

"Hm hm hm. Very true my little unique Pokemon. But after some amazing discoveries, those circumstances have changed shall we say," the man said giving Tremi a toothily grin, glancing down at her from the corner of his eyes stopping in front of heavy metal door, "and how can you deny such a possibility? You are a talking Pokemon, an oddity that should not be." Small rectangular grimy windows adorned the top of it, hiding the horrifying things that happen inside. "We have yet to truly succeed with our attempts, but we are certain that will change with you," the man said pushing the door open.

They stepped into a cold, lifeless metal room. The walls were made out of rusty, rough metal like the rest of the base. To their right, was a bar style cell, which had nothing of note inside of it at that time. To the far upper right, a lit up section of the room revealed a steel 'table' as it appeared. Many strange devices hung over it from above, along with small metal restraints lining the side of it. To the far left, a windowed chamber could be seen, but nothing could be been inside, clearly an observation room.

"What you are talking of doing is impossible, it defies the laws of nature." Tremi said with a small frown on her face staring at the man.

"Hahahaha! We'll just see there. Now, both of you, in!" he sliding open the cell door, the metal hinges groaned. "Just do as you're told and you'll be safe. You'll even get a special reward if you be really good." he said grinning at the pair nudging them into the cell. The heavy barred door shut behind them, locking with a thick iron key as the man made his way out of the room leaving the pair alone.

"What did they mean by turning people into Pokemon, Tremi?" Sabetha asked looking around feeling uneasy. Tremi sighed softly closing her eyes.

"It is not possible, Sabetha. Pokemon are Pokemon, Humans are Humans, that is how it has been for untold time." Tremi said, a hint of doubt in her voice not feeling any deception from the man in his words. Sabetha and Tremi jumped slightly looking over at the door seeing it being pushed open, the red haired woman from earlier stepping in looking at the pair, a friendly smile on her face as she walked over to the cell.

"Why hello again, Sabetha." the woman said crouching down so she was at Sabetha's eye level smiling. Sabetha gave her an angry glare from the corner of her eyes, her arms crossed refusing to look the woman in the eyes. "Hehehe, don't make such a face, it destroys the innocent cuteness you have," she said chuckling softly standing up properly.

"But you see, that isn't your true beauty, no no no... what would you say if I told you in fact, we could change you into something far more beautiful like... your little friend here perhaps," the woman said grinning widely at Tremi, who glared at the woman with a frown knowing she was trying to manipulate them. Sabetha's eyes lit up looking at Tremi with a wide smile, looking back at the woman causing her to smile back. "hehehe! That's a much prettier look!" she exclaimed smiling with closed eyes.

"Stop this deceit. You have no right to deceive her with such false claims," Tremi said with an irritated frown. The woman's smile vanished being replaced by a cruel frown, her heartless eyes staring down at Tremi.

"There is no deceit. You however are disposable, filthy impure beast." the woman said in a harsh tone, Sabetha didn't hear the pair instead thinking about how neat it would be to be like Tremi as she had always dreamt of.

"Now, before I was rudely interrupted... we are capable of turning you into a beautiful Pokemon just like your little friend here," The woman said her smile returning. Sabetha walked closer grabbing hold of the bars staring at the woman with glossy, childish eyes.

"Really?!" Sabetha asked in excitement looking back at Tremi. "Wouldn't that be perfect Tremi!? Then I can be like you!" Sabetha asked smiling widely. Tremi shook her head wildly.

"No! That would not be perfect!" Tremi shouted causing Sabetha to step back in surprise staring at her close friend.

"Sabetha, I am happy with how you are now. What they claim is not possible, nor would I ever want it if it was." Tremi said in a firm tone staring at Sabetha, who hesitated looking at the woman unsure what to do.

"She does want this. She's just worried since she's such a great friend, that's all," the woman said smiling. Sabetha looked at her.

"Really?" Sabetha asked glancing back at Tremi from the corner of her eyes.

"Yep! You'll be a very cute one too I'm sure!" the woman exclaimed clasping her hands together near her face.

"Really?!" Sabetha exclaimed her smile widening.

"Yep! I promise. But you need to take off your clothing before we can start! Pokemon don't wear clothing, now do they?" The woman asked holding her hip with a wide smile. Sabetha smiled widely nodding her head bending down untying her shoes feeling a joyous excitement that her biggest childhood dream was about to come true. Tremi remained silent watching Sabetha with uneasy eyes knowing whether Sabetha chose this or not, they would do it.

"You know very well if you act up, we can hurt her greatly. So I suggest you be a good little Pokemon and keep your mouth shut." the woman whispered in a sharp, cruel tone glaring at Tremi who glared back silently.

"Ah! There we go!" Sabetha exclaimed letting a relieved sigh popping the dress off over her head bundling it up in her arms. She now stood completely exposed, smiling happily looking down at her petite figure.

"Good! Now, be a good girl and come out here," the woman said in a far less friendly tone unlocking the cell yanking the door open. Sabetha looked back at Tremi smiling widely with closed eyes.

"It's okay! I'll be alright!" Sabetha exclaimed stepping out of the cell. Tremi watched on helplessly as the cell door slammed shut locking her in, only able to watch on helplessly.

"Now you need to be a strong girl, ok? There might be some lights and weird sounds, but it's all part of the procedure to change you," the woman said smiling gently at her. Sabetha hesitated looking at the woman with unease, slowly nodding her head.

"O-Okay." Sabetha said staring at the metal table and the strange devices lining it with unease.

"Okay! Up you go!" the woman exclaimed in cheerful voice grabbing Sabetha under her armpits lifting her up effortlessly, placing her down onto the table. Sabetha cried out lifting her self away from the table as her warm flesh touched it's icy surface.

"sh sh sh... if you want this, you need to bare with the cold sweetie, ok?" the woman said in a reassuring tone.

"O-Okay," Sabetha said biting her lip laying herself down on the freezing cold table, her eyes clenched tightly. She looked down seeing the Woman holding her arm wrapping a thick leather restraint around her wrist.

"W-Why are you doing that?" Sabetha asked fearfully sitting up slightly, the woman reached out a hand gently pushing her back down.

"Calm down sweetie. We're just making sure you don't fall off and hurt yourself!" the woman exclaimed smiling with closed eyes wrapping a restraint across her stomach, Sabetha smiled shakily watching her feeling quite spooked. "It's ok... in less then a few minutes, you'll be a beautiful Pokemon just like you dreamed of," the woman said waving at her walking towards the door. Her smile was replaced by a sinister grin glancing over at Tremi before exiting the room. Sabetha looked around curiously, a wide smile on her face feeling an intense happiness inside of her.

"Hmmm... it's lucky we learned of her existence, it was going to prove troublesome to find another," the woman said now standing in the observation room. Bright panels and monitors lined the entire room with a handful of other men and woman dressed in similar Lucid colored uniforms. The man from earlier was sitting at the furthest point typing away at a computer at an alarming speed.

"Yes, my love. It is also rather amusing watching you play her with her dreams, hahaha," The man said laughing softly. The woman grinned widely leaning down wrapping her arms around his neck licking his cheek.

"Let's start. I want results this time... you better be right about her," she said grinning at him, reaching a hand down pressing a light orange button activating a microphone.

"Ok sweetie, we're about to begin. Be strong, it'll be over soon and you'll finally be your true beautiful self!" the woman's voice echoed out through a speaker above the Observation Room. Sabetha looked around feeling uneasy staring at the various devices hanging from the side of the table not sure what they were, shifting under the restraints.

"Start! Begin phase one." the woman called back, the room broke out into a flurry of activity and low chattering.

"Are you certain about this my Love? If even one of my calculations is off, it could very well cause extreme damage to this child, or perhaps even worse." he asked in a strangely concerned tone sounding actually worried about Sabetha's well being. The woman frowned with a heartless look in her eyes.

"You've never doubted your work before, do not begin doing so now. Do it." she said staring at him. He let out a deep sigh slowly nodding his head, extending out a finger of a Fuchsia colored button.

"Beginning phase one, now." he said in a low tone pushing the button.

"W-What?" Sabetha stuttered in surprise as the devices suddenly jolted into life, slowly descending down towards her, stopping less then an inch away from her skin all across her body. She stared at them fearfully. "I-I don't know if I want to do this anymore..." she said in a scared tone squirming under the restraints.

"Calm down... you might feel a small pinch, but it's all part of the procedure." the Woman's voice echoed out. Sabetha's eyes lit up in fear.

"No! You never said anything about needles!" Sabetha exclaimed shaking her head. "I-I want to change my mind, I want ou-!!!" she was cut off as her entire body lit up with an agonizing, unbearable pain, releasing a bloodcurdling scream, "AHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

"SABETHA!!" Tremi shouted reaching out through the bars. The man in the observation Room stared at the monitor with wide eyes as if he had just committed a horrible crime against nature.

"STOP IT! IT HURTS, IT HURTS!!" Sabetha screamed with tears streaming down her face writhing in pain.

"Don't get soft on me now damn it! Phase two, NOW!" the Woman ordered. The burly Man hesitated, closing his eyes knowing he couldn't stop now reaching out a thick, hairy finger pressing a flashing green button.

"Why... why is this happening?! It can't be real... it just can't be..." She said clenching onto the bars tightly tears rolling down her face hearing her only friend screaming in pain while she is helpless. "Why would anyone do this to her?! Sabetha... she's such a kind human, she doesn't deserve this... I swore to protect her, yet now," Tremi muttered sliding down to her knees. "W-What?" she stuttered in surprise as a bright dark green light came on in the room filling it with a strange energy. Tremi slowly shook her head clenching her eyes shut. "No! I can't give up... if it wasn't for her, I would be dead... I owe her my life!" Tremi thought clenching the bars tightly with a renewed vigor.

"It's working... it's really working!" The woman exclaimed in excitement clenching the man's shoulder tightly watching Sabetha's skin beginning to change color ever so slightly. The woman watched Sabetha squirming in pain seemingly no care for the girls well being. "After all this time, we finally have results! I finally have resu-?!" the woman was cut off, her eyes shooting open watching every single device on the table being ripped clean off of it at the same time. One of the devices suddenly shot upwards smashing into the strange device emitting the green light, it flickered a few times before the energy vanished completely.

"I will not allow harm to befall Sabetha," a voice echoed out in their minds. The Man's eyes widened spotting Tremi a few feet to the right, a deep violet energy in her eyes.

"Oh SHIT! GET DOWN!!" the man shouted turning and tackling the woman sending the pair crashing to the ground just as a barrage of objects shattered the window of the room smashing off the computers and wall, sparks shot out of the damage machinery.

"Impossible! That little runt shouldn't be capable of such power!" The woman exclaimed in a furious tone grabbing hold of a ledge, pulling herself letting the glass and debris fall off her onto the floor.

"No, my Love. We cannot stop such a Pokemon, we need to retreat." the man said grabbing her wrist.

"What?! I will not run with my tail between legs, with results sitting right in front of us!!!" the woman shouted in a furious tone growling viciously glaring at Tremi walking towards Sabetha. "WHAT?! PUT ME DOWN DAMN IT!!" the woman screamed as the burly man lifted her up throwing her over his shoulder ignoring her protests.

"All of you, out, NOW!" the man ordered barreling past them slamming his shoulder into the heavy metal door throwing it open, the other humans in the room quickly fled after surviving the destructive bombardment from moments ago.

"T...Tremi?" Sabetha muttered slowly rolling her head over, a tiny smile growing across her face feeling badly weakened from the ordeal. "I knew Tremi... would protect me," Sabetha said closing her eyes.

"It's alright now, Sabetha... I promise you're safe." Tremi said leaning down gently hugging the small girl, a few tears running down her face lifting up Sabetha in her arms.

"What did... they do to me?" Sabetha asked looking up at Tremi with half closed eyes. Tremi looked ahead stopping in front of the door to the room.

"I... I do not know. But I will not leave your side Sabetha... I will not allow you to suffer ever again," Tremi said in a serious tone a violet colored aura appearing around her, the heavy door suddenly blowing off its hinges flying out into the hallway. Loud alarms and lights began to flash from the explosion, the pair quickly attempting to make their escape.

~After making a daring escape, the pair escaped out into the mountain wilderness.~

"Tremi! Are you ok?!" Sabetha cried out rushing over to her friend who had fallen to her hands and knees panting heavily. They were in a hilly forest with massive, ancient trees that looked unfamiliar to them.

"No... I couldn't protect Sabetha," Tremi said in a shaky tone, a tear rolling off her nose onto the leaf covered ground below. Sabetha crouched down beside Tremi patting her back, smiling widely.

"But Tremi did! She stopped them, and got us out to safety!" Sabetha exclaimed leaning over hugging Tremi tightly from behind still in her birthday suit. "And see? That weird color is gone!" Sabetha exclaimed holding an arm out in front of Tremi, a smile creeping across the Kirlia's face standing up looking back at Sabetha.

"We cannot allow you to remain indecent like this." Tremi said with a tiny smile on her face. Sabetha giggled loudly looking down at herself smiling widely.

"It's better than that icky dress!" Sabetha exclaimed sticking her tongue out at Tremi, she snickered.

"Mommy is going to be very upset I lost it though... especially that I'm running around naked tehehe!"Sabetha said giggling happily putting the ordeal behind her. Tremi looked back over her shoulder cautiously.

"We should continue to move. I do not know if they will pursue us." Tremi said looking back at Sabetha gently grabbing her hand. Sabetha smiled at her with closed eyes.

"Tremi will just beat them up again! But let's go have an adventure!" Sabetha cheered raising a clenched fist into the air, the pair setting off into the unknown.

~ Eight long years later after that dark day, in a small camp in the woods.~

"Sigh... it only feels like yesterday, doesn't it Tremi?" a soft, feminine voice asked, a small crackling fire sat in the center of the camp.

"Yes, this night indeed does resemble the night after our escape," a gentle, deep voice replied, a Gardevoir was sitting on a fallen log nearby, a small content smile on her face staring at the crackling fire.

"Eight years since then... eight Years I've had to hide this curse," Sabetha muttered now a fully grown woman. Her emerald green hair was tied back into a long braided ponytail, her sky blue eyes still filled with a vibrant energy, a content smile on her face. "Eight years since my life was thrown upside down," Sabetha said sighing softly, prodding at the fire with a long stick.

"You enjoy trouble." Tremi stated with a tiny smirk. Sabetha looked up at her grinning.

"Are you happy? This is the first night since we left home, something you have dreamt of since you were little," Tremi asked staring at Sabetha, who smiled weakly.

"I am... it just hasn't set in, you know? Living with Mom and Dad since I was born in Town, never seeing anything outside of it," Sabetha muttered falling into thought.

"Your Mother was dead against it, and was very upset when you finally decided to go against her wishes," Tremi said calmly with closed eyes.

"Hahaha, Mom is Mom. She always worries too much. But, I guess that's a mom's job, right?" Sabetha said with a smile staring up at the starry sky veiled by the forest canopy above. "It's time for me to seek out the truth, to meet new people, to see new things... and finally find a cure for that," Sabetha said her smile fading slightly. "Though it is rather strange I have such a strong nostalgia for something I only have horrible, painful memories of," Sabetha said snickering, slowly shaking her head with closed eyes. "But! I'll just make new, happy memories with Tremi and our journey to replace them." Sabetha said smiling cheerfully. Tremi smiled back. "As now is not the time to sulk, but to live life to it's fullest!" Sabetha cheered jumping to her feet raising a fist. Tremi gasped reaching out a hand.

"Sabetha, wait!" she cried out, but being too late seeing Sabetha's pupil's shrink to small dots having stuck her foot right into the fire.

"AHHH!!! HOTTTT!!!" She screamed hopping on one foot, crying out loudly falling over the stump she was sitting on. Suddenly, a vortex of flames burst out from behind the stump causing Tremi to let out a deep, exasperated sigh closing her eyes.

"Ow ow ow... damn it," a deep, powerful voice grumbled, a crimson red hand reached up grabbing hold of the stump.

"You truly need to be more careful, Sabetha. Had we been in a location populated by other Humans, this would have been disastrous for us," Tremi said in a concerned tone.

"Yea yea! I know, yeesh!" Sabetha snapped in a grumpy tone as she rose from behind the stump. She was... different then before. Her skin was glossy and smooth, with a deep crimson color to it. Around her Neck and wrists, a collars of pure flame had appeared. Her hair had burst into slow moving flames, her eyes a pupil less black with blond colored eyebrows. Her ears had grown far large hanging back under her flaming hair with seemingly no discomfort at all. She grumbled and muttered under her breath propping her head up with a hand, an irritated look on her face.

"It is unfortunate that what they chose to use on you was the DNA of an Eevee, or so it is speculated," Tremi stated staring at Sabetha, who grunted.

"You're telling me?! Turning me in this... whatever I am damn it! Argh!!" Sabetha exclaimed grabbing her head in frustration. Tremi covered her mouth letting out a soft giggle.

"It is also rather interesting your personality tends to 'shift' towards that of the form which you are in, such as your fierce and fiery attitude when in this form." Tremi said smiling softly. Sabetha glanced at Tremi from the corner of her eyes, a small grin on her face.

"Well, it's not bad. At least I a really am HOT, heh heh." Sabetha said grinning widely.

Tremi snickered, "I believe we should get some rest." Tremi crawled down onto a small sleeping blanket. Sabetha let out a deep, loud yawn stretching her arms high into the cool night air.

"I guess so... at least I won't get cold like this." She muttered looking down at her hands seeing the flames, a smirk on her face. "Ever since that day, if I touch fire or various other things, I change into these freakish forms... those bastards are going to pay dearly if I ever find them again!" Sabetha thought clenching a fist tightly, a vengeful look in her eyes.

End of Chapter 1

And that's that! Please note, this was written 8 months ago, and I have improved A LOT since then! So please ignore the grammar mistakes and such things if you can. :)

I have 56 more chapters written up at the moment, and will definitely post more if I get a few comments asking for it!

A final note, the 'smut' begins in chapter 2 (Innocent masturbation... hehehe...) and carrys on after. I made the story a serious story with a serious plot, just with a nice lemon flavor to it! :D
