Resi explains her situation to one of her former bullies before taking her revenge...

A continuation of the story of AngelKatt's character Resi(https://angelkatt.sofurry.com/), this chapter explores her new form, powers, and situation. Hope you enjoy!

Lawrence glanced around nervously as he tried to insert his key into the lock of his home. It'd been weeks since he'd left Curtis and Maurice with those two guys that Maurice was pounding. When that one guy hit his head on the bar, he didn't move even after lying on the ground for a while. Not that it stopped Maurice; he just wouldn't stop pounding the other kid.

The brown haired, stocky youth finally managed to insert the key and enter his home, locking the door behind him. He couldn't betray Maurice, but Lawrence couldn't stick around anymore. He bolted out right after that, and had been avoiding the two ever since. He didn't think Maurice had it in him to kill anybody, but he never did mention what he did two with those two punks he'd been beating up. Lawrence had been scared out of his wits for the last few weeks that every knock at the door would be the police looking to ask him questions about what happened, especially since he hadn't seen either of them around school since.

"Gotta calm down..." Lawrence mumbled to himself as he took off his varsity football jacket and hung it on a nearby chair. "The restaurant opened the next night, right? Surely they wouldn't have done that if Maurice really messed them up there?"

Right; everything was probably fine. There was even an ambulance heading in that direction as he was leaving. He wasn't sure if it was heading for the restaurant or who called them if it was, but surely everything was fine. Right, sure, everything's fine.

Lawrence's nerves settled a little as his nose started to pick up in the smell of his mother's meatloaf in the dining room. Food always made him feel better, and his mother's cooking was the best. He could hear her moving around in the dining room, the familiar sounds of plates being set out and drinks being poured accompanying her movements. He started to stroll into the dining room to enjoy his meal, though he stopped as his brown eyes noticed the writing on the wipe board that hung on the refrigerator door.

"Lawrence- Had to work late. Dinner's in the microwave, help yourself. Love, Mom." Again? Mom sure worked late a lot lately. At least she made him food before she left...

...Wait; if she left, who was in the dining room now?!

"Mom?..." Trying and mostly succeeding in keeping the fear out of his voice, Lawrence grabbed a knife from the block of knives and slowly approached the dining room. "Did something happen at work today?..."

Lawrence got no response as he gripped the knife tighter. He didn't know what to expect as he paused just before the doorway. The food seemed to be out and ready, but maybe it was just a trap by some psycho who was waiting for him to come through the door and kill him. Maybe it was one of those guys Maurice was beating up come to get revenge, or maybe his mother just didn't hear him. Lawrence peered out carefully from the doorway as he steeled himself for whoever he was about to see on the other side.

He thought he'd be prepared for anything he saw, but with the all the possibilities he thought of, none of the included a multi-colored, winged creature in a maid outfit that ultimately greeted him. She hummed happily to herself as she finished setting out a bowl of what appeared to mashed potatoes calmly onto a hot plate. Her wings folded back as she removed her gloves, revealing brown fur covered hands that were underneath. She seemed unsurprised by Lawrence's presence as she turned and smiled, bowing slightly to him.

"Hello, Lawrence. How are you this fine evening?" She asked, the knife slipping from Lawrence's hand and clattering noisily to the ground as he tried to comprehend what was happening. "Oh; that's quite all right. I doubt we'll be needing a knife for this meal."

The winged katsune whispered something that didn't sound like any kind of language Lawrence was familiar with as she held her hand toward the dropped blade. Lawrence stumbled back and nearly fell against the doorway as the knife started to lift and move on its own. The sight of the sharp instrument slowly turning toward him nearly made him wet himself as he scrambled back in a vain attempt to escape. Instead of plunging into his chest as he imagined, it simply returned to its place on the knife block.

"There we go. Now then, how are you, Lawrence?" She spoke as if she knew him, though Lawrence was certain he didn't know any multi-colored, fur and feather covered maids.

"Who... w-who are you?" Lawrence finally managed to get out as he looked the strange woman. Given the outfit and the feminine curves that weren't terribly well concealed by said outfit, a woman was about the only thing Lawrence could say with any kind of certainty she was.

"Oh; silly me." She giggled softly, either not noticing or simply ignoring his shocked and confused state. "I guess you wouldn't recognize me like this, huh? My name is Resi, but you probably know me better as David."

"D-David?" Lawrence stammered as he looked over the chimera like woman in front of him. "H-How? What happened to you?"

"Many, many things, though I think you would know some of it, don't you?" Lawrence managed to take his eyes off the black dress and white apron of Resi's costume long enough to shake his head and tell her how he left soon after her...his... David's head hit the bar. Her eyes narrowed suspiciously as she held a furred hand toward Lawrence, muttering more strange words. Lawrence cowered a little, but felt nothing happening to him after a few moments. Resi seemed slightly puzzled, then seemed to shrug. "I guess you're telling the truth, or otherwise that spell would've hurt you if you'd been lying. A lot."

"Well, I woke up in the hospital a little bit different, as you could can clearly see." Resi unfolded her broad wings as she motioned toward them. "I'd just gotten used to my new form when Master showed up and informed me that he'd rescued me and Jeremy. He gave no indication of what happened to you and your friends, but assured me Jeremy was recovering but otherwise all right."

"But how did you end up looking like... that?" Lawrence asked. "And what's with the maid outfit?"

"According to Master, this is apparently my true body. He told me my human self was a shell that had become damaged, and to save me he had to forcibly awaken my true body. I'm still not sure how exactly he did that or how much is the truth, but I do like my new form. That's not to mention the magical abilities that have awoken within me as well." That's how Resi returned the knife, just using a hint of her true power. "As for the outfit, well, it's how I'm working off my debt for the expenses he paid to awaken my true form."

"Now, while I was initially grateful to him for his help, my feelings toward him began to shift rapidly. He refused to let me see Jeremy, only showing me a live feed from his hospital bed. I always have to call him Master, and I know nothing about his true name or anything else about him. Honestly, getting any kind of straight answer beyond how he wants his coffee made or his room cleaned has been nearly impossible."

"But what do you want from me?" Lawrence asked. He eyed Resi slightly as he assessed her, wondering how easily he could overpower her physically if the need came for it. Physically she was just a girl; one with wings, a muzzle, and a tail, but still just a girl against a big guy like him. She did mention something about magic, though, and while not too up on fantasy tropes and culture, Lawrence did at least have enough sense in his head not to just take a swing at her. He'd already seen what she'd done with the knife, after all.

Resi made a long story short by explaining that Master apparently had anticipated he might be betrayed. Should anything happen to him, he made it clear that bad things would happen to both Resi and Jeremy very quickly. The threats were bad enough, but what really got on Resi's nerves were that he tried to be subtle about it. He would complement Resi's work for him, then immediately follow up by saying how lucky he was to have her serve him so he could continue Jeremy's care. Without him, who knows what would happen to Jeremy?

Resi knew she needed to escape, but not without a backup plan to ensure Jeremy's care and safety. When she found out Master had some sort of social function to attend to and would be out, she knew that would be her chance to put into action the plan she'd be formulating in her head for weeks now. She also had some payback to give to the people who'd put her in Jeremy in such a precarious position as well. Why not take care of her problem and her revenge at the same time?

"Lawrence Artimus Fishburn." Resi spoke each word slowly and deliberately, smiling as she saw her suspicions being proven true. Master was always cautious about not letting any detail of his real name slip out around Resi, even going as far as to take phone calls he'd receive in other rooms or answering e-mails only when she couldn't see the screen of his computer when she was in his office. Resi was suspecting there was a good reason Master was doing everything he could to keep her from finding his name, and watching the way Lawrence's eyes suddenly went glassy when she spoke his full name confirmed what she had begun to suspect. Knowing someone's true name gave a magic user a lot of power over them.

"You are under my control now. You have many sins to atone for, and you've caused many wounds that need to be healed." Lawrence could only nod dimly as he listened to Resi's commands. She'd found Lawrence's birth certificate with his full name in his mother's office; a simple strong box lock wasn't able to stand up to her magical strength. "And healing is exactly what you're going to be doing."

As Resi continued her magical hold on Lawrence, she began to chant a new spell. She was going to remake Lawrence into someone new, someone who was fierce and strong to help Jeremy with his physical therapy and protect him should the worst occur, but also caring and gentle. One animal embodied all those traits in Resi's mind, and soon Lawrence would embody that animal himself. There would need a few additional modifications as well, of course.

Lawrence had a bit more of a gut than his companions, and the first part of his change that Resi noticed was how his belly seemed to be deflating like a balloon. His face also began to lose a bit of its pudginess as it thinned a little as well. Overall his entire body was becoming slimmer and more fit, but that was only to be expected. After all, what kind of example would it be to Jeremy for his future nurse to be unhealthy herself?

That's right, Remi thought as she poured more power into the spell, herself. Lawrence's clothes did hide a good portion of his physical transformation, and even looking at his changing face it would be hard to tell it was becoming more feminine at first. This was hidden further when the wispy thin hairs on his face didn't seem to fall out as expected; in fact, they only seemed to grow fuller. What was not so well hidden was how the brownish color of his beard began to both lighten and darken at the same time.

The hairs on his chin and around his mouth both were taking on a white base, with black stripes forming stretching horizontally across. His face was also pushing forward slightly as well, pulling his nose along with it as the two started to merge together. The ridge of his nose started to flatten as his nostrils flared out, allowing his pink tongue to flick out over them as his feline muzzle became more readily apparent. Emerging whiskers put the final changes on Lawrence's new tiger muzzle.

The base white and striped pattern fur was being replicated on most of the lower half of Lawrence's face, the white starting to shift to orange along the top of his nose and between his eyes. Directly above and right around his eyes it remained white, but the orange base quickly began to take over the rest of his face. His ears seemed to retreat from the encroaching wave of fur, shifting slightly higher up on his head as his earlobes disappeared entirely. The remaining portions of his ears began to grow slightly thinner and lose its rigidness as it grew more rounded, giving him a set of proper tiger ears.

A small smile started to creep over Resi's muzzle, matching Lawrence's growing smile as more feminine changes began to kick in. Lawrence's short hair was filling out, a few stray strands falling in front of his eyes as his locks started to fill out with volume and body. They gained some length as well, though it never grew past his shoulders. Still, it was a nice bob cut that wasn't something you see on your average male, and Lawrence seemed to like it his(or was it more accurate to call Lawrence a her now?) head rocked from side to side gently.

Lawrence, or Laurie as Resi was going to refer to her now, seemed to be enjoying herself quite a bit. While she'd been beginning to feel an attraction for Jeremy back when she was a human male, Resi was finding something... stimulating about Laurie's transformation. Was it just the power Resi had over her former bully that she found so enticing? Maybe that played a part, though Resi couldn't help but wonder if she would have found her own transformation as enjoyable if she were conscious when it happened.

Resi tried to push more carnal thoughts from her mind; Jeremy came first right now. Laurie seemed to confirm her suspicions about how joyful the transformation was as her hands gripped at her chest. Her fingers seemed to be slowly getting pushed slowly apart as her breasts swelled, while her grip also showed off the coat of fur rapidly growing over her hands. Laurie seemed utterly fascinated with her burgeoning bosom, and looked absolutely crushed when Resi ordered her to put her hands down at her sides.

Master had only given Resi the one uniform, so she'd been afraid to experiment too much on her only clothes with magic. Lauri needed to look the part for her job, however, so while the lower half of her body shifted to match her new species and gender Resi walked over to her and seized the edge of her shirt sleeve and the waist of Laurie's pants. With a magic word and a sharp tug both tore away like paper, revealing a set of green medical scrubs that seemed to have been hiding underneath them the whole time. Another ripping sound caught Resi off guard for a moment as Laurie's tail suddenly burst through the back of her scrubs, the former human's clothes slipping from the maid's hands to the floor.

"Mistress Resi?" The blank stare that had begun with Lawrence now ended in Laurie as her bright yellow eyes blinked. "You've summoned me; you're not hurt, are you?"

"Oh no, Nurse Laurie." Resi smiled to herself; it seemed like Lawrence had changed completely both physically and mentally. She motioned over to the table of food she'd prepared while she picked up and folded Lawrence's clothes. She'd prepared the meal just in case the transformation left Laurie confused and unsure of what was going on, hoping a warm meal and a friendly face would comfort the confused nurse. It seemed like that wasn't necessary after all, but better safe than sorry. "I'd just thought I'd have you over for a nice meal while we discuss our future together."

"Oh! Thank you, Mistress!" Laurie bowed to Resi despite the katsune being the one in a maid's outfit. "Please, I'd love to help you in anyway I can!"

"Good, good." Resi petted the tiger nurse on the head gently before the two sat down for their meal and began to discuss their future.
