The lizard warrior came back to consciousness, still tied securely to the heavy wooden chair. His wrists and ankles were scabbed with blood from the previous day's struggling against his bondage - or was it more than a day at this point? The dark cell he was kept in had no window, only the flickering torches of his tormenters lit the space. And they only bothered lighting them when it was time for another interrogation.

The giant bastard of a bear was walking back into the room, his usual leering grin still on his face. How Lewis wished he could punch out those teeth, bite that laughing tongue out of the bear's mouth, and then inflict the kind of pain he had been subject to for the past day or more.

"Got a real treat for ya this time, scalie" the bear said, pulling a heavy chain in his hands - causing a tan-coloured rabbit to stumble into the small room.

"YOU FUCKER!" Lewis shouted, his eyes going wide and his blood-stained chainmail jingling as he pulled against the chair with all his might. His tormenter had dragged his mate, Lindy, into his cell. "You touch her and you're dead!"

"Oh... I'll touch her. I'll cut her, and I'll crush her, and I'll do worse things to her - worse than I did to you. Unless you talk, scale-scum. Now... why don't you take a seat, lil' miss" the bear said, throwing Lindy into a chair opposite Lewis and strapping her in place. The poor thing was too scared to defend herself, her dress already torn at the side and blood staining the light fabric. Soon, she was as tightly restrained as her lover.

The chubby bear drew a dagger from his boot as he stood behind the scared rabbit, so only Lewis would see it. "Now... where'd you hide the mayor's gold?"

"I'll fucking cut off your balls and make you choke on them, you bloated pile of-"

Lewis's threat was cut short as the dagger was placed under Lindy's chin. The bear kept his eyes fixed on the lizard, daring him to continue. Lewis bared his teeth, but held his tongue.

"Might not wanna make noises like that, scale-scum. After all... there's plenty of places this thing can go" the bear said, pulling Lindy's dress skirt above her knees and up her thighs, exposing her naked vagina. The bear started harshly rubbing the delicate folds with his fingers, the friction from the dirty suede gloves making the rabbit whimper and shake - the dagger still held against her throat.

"So... one last time, before we see how wet a cut throat makes her. Where's the gold?"

Lindy shrieked as the blade was pushed against her - not hard enough to cut, but close to it!

"...it's... under the fireplace. All of it. Let her go, and I'll take you there myself"

"Ha!" the bear said, removing his hand from the rabbit's sex. "I'd almost say you're smart - for a scalie at least. Burning down your house didn't turn it up, and now I know why. Still... not too smart, are you. After all, what good's yer motivation now? Any last words, lover-girl?"

The bear didn't wait, didn't even give Lewis time to understand his words. He sawed the dagger into Lindy's throat, the rabbit's head cracking against the wooden back of the chair from the force. A few savage cuts, left and right, was all he needed. Blood poured out, a gurgling howl of Lindy's last breath causing it to froth and spray. Lewis could only look in horror as life quickly left his lover's body - her light blue dress turning crimson and purple, her arms and legs slumping. She fell forward, head near her knees as the manacles kept her seated. Tears burned Lewis's eyes at the sight.

"You bastard..." the lizard said, in a shaky voice. "I'll-"

The bear had had enough of the lizard's threats. Picking up a heavy mace from behind the rabbit's chair, he swung it above him. The bear grunted as he brought the mace down on the lizard's head, no longer interested in torturing the bandit. The bone gave way beneath the mighty blow, Lewis's eyes bulging out from the internal pressure. Skull shards flew away from the impact, brain and blood leaking out from the lizard's head as it caved in like a melon.

Satisfied that the lizard was dead, he walked out of the room. He knew where to find his prize. Someone else would deal with the mess.
