#10 of Short Stories/ Personal work

This story is a bit special. A friend of mine recently asked if my char Sophie was paired up with anyone, naturally I said no, as most of her artwork is just solo and just Sophie being a lewd tease. So that's when ideas started brewing and after a couple of days and discussions, Sophie is now paired with DiannaFranziska on FA: For those who don't know her, her char is a Siamese cat/dragon hybrid, a rather tame hybrid too. Her FA: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/diannafranziska

So after a few days, I got this simple story going and got Sophie x Dianna as a canon pairing! Also, added inflation bonus at the end since she enjoys that as much as I do! I reference "Sharing is Caring" in this to tie her swelling trait together. You find the comic here: http://www.furaffinity.net/gallery/xausr32/folder/347097/Sharing-is-Caring-Comic-Sequence-Story

**It was just another warm summer night, the front of the old bar was empty and quiet but the inside had the sounds music to a small audience. It was just another typical night for the little bar, another night where Sophie spent the night hours forgetting about the dullness of her job and boring apartment. Work was getting slow at the detail shop she worked at, the looming fear of losing her long time job had taken a toll on her the past few weeks.

Sophie sat at the bar, a defeated look sat upon her face as she played with her empty drink glass. She had a few drinks already, her cheeks were slightly blushed from the alcohol taking effect. Her turquoise eyes glassy as she stared at her drink glass, tired of her daily routine that never seemed to change. The barkeep walks by Sophie, noticing her sad looks. "Hey, what's got you down? Normally you're finding somebody to lead on for fun and games," he says.

Sophie looks up at the barkeep. She's known him for years, if he was asking such a thing she knew her sadness was pretty apparent. She lets out a sigh, "Being alone is starting to get to me, ya know? I've lived in my apartment for six years now. I spend as much time here as I do at my apartment. I just want some balance in my life," she says. Sophie looks back down, tinkering with her glass. For the first time since she moved away from home seven years ago, she felt lost in life. It was a heavy realization for her to bear and she wasn't handling it well so far.

As Sophie stared into her empty glass, she hears the front door of the bar open. Her ears perk up as she looks over her shoulder. Sophie squinted her eyes to see who walked in, she was small in stature and appeared to be feline. But something threw Sophie off, the feline's tail was rather reptile like and didn't match the color of her fur. She also had what looked like horns as well. The feline was dressed quite minimally, she wore rather short shorts and a simple top. Her toned belly was exposed as she wore a small vest that matched the size of her top. Sophie raises an eyebrow as the feline, as she's never seen her come to this bar before. But despite the temptation, Sophie couldn't bring herself to leave her seat. She turns back to face her empty glass, as if the glass was giving her a metaphor for her life at that moment.

Before Sophie could get lost in thought again, she hears one of the chairs move about. She looks over to her left to see the lovely feline taking a seat near her. "Could I just get a glass?" the feline asked. Sophie lifts her head off the palm of her hand as one ear perks up. She watched the feline put a large can on the bar table and crack it open. "You brought your own stuff? That's different," the barkeep says. Sophie never saw such a thing either, didn't know what to think either. But the strange feline notices Sophie looking at her now, she smiles back at Sophie. "Hey there!" says the feline. Sophie smirks, that's all the engagement she needed to be motivated to investigate this new female. Sophie gets out of her seat and walks over to the feline, she scruffs her hair a bit, leaving one side of her face covered. She wanted to see how the newcomer felt about her making some moves on her.

The feline looks up, she pushes up her glasses and looks up at Sophie, who is quite larger than her. Sophie's large bust very at the newcomer's eye level now, as the feline blushes in response. Sophie puts her hands on her hips and tilts her head to the side a bit. "So, what brings you 'round here, sugar?" she says to the feline. She focused on Sophie's very much exposed cleavage from the tank top she wore. "I, uh. Oh! I'm Dianna! I recently got an apartment around here and I've been wanting to stop by this place when I first passed it coming into town!" she says. Sophie tilts her head the other way, "New, eh? Explains why I've never seen your cute face around," she tells Dianna. The feline's eyes light up, excited by the vixen's compliments. Sophie notices her happy reaction, with the way her life had been lately, this was a welcome change of pace.

Sophie takes a seat next to her new acquaintance. "Well, might as well introduce myself. I'm Sophie, I'm a regular here. Have been for years, I work at the detail shop a few blocks down the road," she says. Dianna gets all giddy about Sophie's job, "Detailing? Like, cars? I'm a huge car nut!" she replies. Sophie's ears perked up, that was something she did not expect from the quaint looking cat. While Sophie was decently knowledgeable with cars because of her older brother Russell, she knew she wasn't as well versed as the average car enthusiast. But she still had an interest in it, mainly because of her job and the cars that would come by the shop. "Well, I guess I could tell ya about some of the cars that come by the shop then," Sophie says with a seductive grin.

************

A couple of hours had passed, it was late now on the quiet Friday night at the bar. Sophie and Dianna had a lot more in common than they thought. Sophie first approached Dianna with the idea of some teasing fun, but hours have passed and it went from fun to actually bonding with a new friend. But Dianna had finished up talking about her last few failed relationships, Sophie felt the emptiness return, the whole reason why she came to the bar every other night was to escape her loneliness. Sophie never had any proper relationship, she was honestly too scared to get past the stage of flirting and teasing somebody. Dianna finished up her stories, but could tell something was amiss with Sophie. "Sophie, you ever have a relationship at all?" Dianna asked softly. Sophie felt a bit vulnerable at this point. She felt flustered and brashly replied "What are you getting at?". Dianna gasped, "I'm sorry!" she said. Sophie upset with herself for overreacting, she gets out of her chair and walked to the door.

Outside, Sophie leaned up again the wall of the bar and slid downwards to the sidewalk. She balls up as her eyes well up. Sophie for the first time felt a connection with somebody and it scared her. While Sophie does show so much confidence, she never really knew how to express herself other than flaunting her body. Dianna follows Sophie outside, she sees Sophie balled up on the ground. She kneels down to the distraught vixen, "Sophie, you okay? I didn't know asking that would upset you like that," she says. As Sophie turned her head just enough to see Dianna kneeling down to her. Her eyes were glassy, she was holding back tears and Dianna knew it. "Hey, isn't your apartment close by? Let's get you home. I don't want to see you out here alone," she says to Sophie. Dianna reached out her hand, Sophie turned away. "Hey, don't be like that, it's not good to be out this late and by yourself," Dianna insisted.

Sophie takes Dianna's hand finally. She looks down at the feline after getting up and gives a smirk despite her sadness. "Thanks, hun. I'll show you my place," as the two walk down the road. Dianna follows the curvy vixen down the sidewalk, but fixated on Sophie's tail. Like most foxes, her tail was quite soft and fluffy looking. Dianna had a bit of a obsession with fluffy tails but she didn't want to upset Sophie again. Dianna played with the fabric of her vest to keep her hands busy. Sophie still felt sad despite Dianna trailing behind her, but she came upon her small apartment. It was a one floor small house, Sophie's car sat in the driveway. It was currently on jackstands as Russell was doing repairs to it earlier in the day. Sophie wasn't happy to see the car not finished but Russell wasn't charging her anything so she couldn't say much. Dianna also noticed her car, wondering what was wrong with it. In the meantime, she took note of the make and model to see what cool things could be done to it.

Sophie gets her keys and fumbles with the keys. "Hmmph," Sophie says in frustration. She finally gets the key to the deadbolt to turn. A loud click and she turns the doorknob and walks into her small, cozy home. Inside Dianna takes everything in. Sophie's apartment only had four rooms, the living room, a kitchen, her bedroom and a bathroom. The living room was a shade of green that was nice on the eyes. Two worn couches on one side of the room with a fairly large TV on the other. The rug was a speckled blue, grey and white design and quite soft to the touch. Sophie plops into her larger couch as Dianna sits down on the other one. Sophie curls up again, still feeling the emptiness. Dianna adjusts her glasses and looks over to Sophie. "I didn't mean to upset you back at the-" but Dianna gets cut off by Sophie. "I've never had a relationship," she says. "I've never gotten close to anyone other than being a flirt. Every chance I've gotten and I've just thrown it away. I keep doing the same thing again and again and I don't know why," she says. Dianna can feel the sorrow from Sophie's words. "But I actually felt something with you tonight, we talked and it felt natural. I've never really been able to connect to anyone other than my brother. Everybody else I just end up pushing away and getting scared. But, when you asked about what relationships I had, I got scared," as Sophie curled back into a ball.

As Sophie cried in Dianna's arms, she felt release. A release that Sophie haven't felt in ages, so much weight off her shoulders. She looked up at Dianna, as she kissed the feline on the cheek. "Thank you, I know it just seems like I'm crying like some little kid, but you helped me actually be able to connect with somebody again," Sophie says softly, as tears still ran down her face. Dianna's eyes well up, it was finally hitting her why Sophie cried. She helped Sophie conquer a fear that had been haunting her for so long. But Sophie didn't want the lose the moment. She leaned back towards Dianna, as she quickly pushed her glasses back up again. Sophie indeed leaned in for a kiss and Dianna did not want to disappoint. As she felt Sophie's lips touch hers, Dianna gently rested her free hand on the side of Sophie's face. She moved her hand upwards, running her hands through Sophie's soft, silvery hair.

But Sophie stops Dianna. "W-What's wrong?" she asks. Sophie looks at Dianna, "Dianna, I've broken my fear of trust. I feel relief I haven't felt in such a long time, but there is one more thing I need to get past. I can control something, but this is one last thing I need to get past," she says. Dianna is confused, not understanding what she was getting at. Sophie stands up and starts to walk towards the other side of the room. "A few years ago, a friend of mine sort tricked me and another friend of mine to drink some lemonade, it was spiked with some sort of chemical. Even though I have control of it, when I like somebody, it's a strain on me to keep it contained," as Dianna looks on, ever more confused. "What do you mean?" she asks. Sophie let's out a sigh, "As strange as it sounds, my belly swells up when I'm, aroused," she replies. Dianna's ears twitch, "You swell up? Like, you're pregnant?" she asks. "Well, let me show you,"

Sophie rests her hands on her belly and takes a deep breath. Dianna watched intently, not knowing what to expect. Sophie's belly begins to swell up. Her hands are slowly pushed outwards as it starts. Sophie's belly button gets pushed outwards from underneath her tank top. As her face starts to blush, there's no stopping it now. Sophie gives up her control of her swelling trait and starts to show Dianna one of her deepest secrets. Sophie's belly starts to droop over her shorts, as her tank top can't cover her belly anymore. Her love handles swell up too, as they push forth over the sides of her shorts and spill out of her clothes. Dianna can't believe what she's seeing, she was always fond of chubbier females, but this was awakening something inside of Dianna. Sophie's belly was now bigger than any pregnant female Dianna had ever seen before, and still Sophie grew! Sophie's face winced, her belly was drooping down much more. Her shorts were getting pinched from her belly, as she whimpered, Dianna sees why Sophie felt pain. She quickly makes her way to Sophie, and she drops to her knees to help undo Sophie's shorts. She squeezes her hands under Sophie's swelling belly to find the button of her shorts. She hears Sophie whimper more as Dianna's hands start to get pinched too, but she frees the button and the zipper is quickly pushed down. Sophie's belly is freed, as Dianna pulls away her hands as Sophie's belly can droop down more. Sophie looks down at Dianna, blushing and feeling helpless in her swelling state, she rubs the sides of her shorts. Dianna quickly picks up what she's signaling for. Dianna pulls down Sophie's shorts and leaves them around her feet paws. Dianna gets back up, taken back by how much Sophie was swollen, she rubs her swollen belly and is simply is awe.

Sophie's belly continues to grow, more and more. It eventually drooped down to her knees, it swelled out about three and a half feet from her torso. Sophie's tank top was pulled up as her breasts had swollen up as well, Dianna was overwhelmed by Sophie's change. "Dianna, this doesn't just happen to me for no reason. I-I do like y-you. But this is j-just who I am," she says. Even though Sophie was swollen up, she still leans towards Dianna to kiss her on the cheek. Dianna blushes as she goes back to gently kiss Sophie's muzzle. She takes Sophie's hand to help her walk. Sophie steps out from her shorts on the ground, as Dianna helps Sophie to the bedroom. "Sophie, I want to show you what we could be and I'll be as gentle as possible," Dianna says with a smile. She lets Sophie walk ahead of her, she turns on the light and makes her way to bed. As Sophie tries to make herself comfortable, Dianna starts to unbutton her pants. She closes the door with a smile, her night had ended far better than she had expected. Sophie waited for her new friend to accompany her, with a newfound outlook on things and for once in her life, something to appreciate.**
