Tira was going to say one thing to him, but instead in words, she walk by his side and landed on his back. The Professor wasn't surprised that she was going to do something like that, but after everything she went through, at least he let her sleep for a little while. So he and Tira Shark left the secret cave, leaving the Diamond dog trying to escape the quicksand, knowing it won't make it out alive.
Once the Professor use his teleporter device to transport them to the ponyville clinic, inside the medical room Dr. Djose was busy cleaning up Tira Shark injure left eye from any kind of infection. When the Dr. Djose was done cleaning her eye, he use his magic to grab a special medicine bottle from his cabinet, then pour some on a bandage, then place it on her left, so that way the medicine could heal the eye properly. Tira Shark felt a tingle from the bandage and was to pull it off, but the good doctor Djose hit her hoove, from removing the bandage.
Dr. Djose: sorry Ms. Shark, but you got to leave the bandage be, so it can heal your eye better
Tira Shark: but it really itches Doc, is there anything I can use, other than trying to pull it off.
Dr. Djose: I might have some itching cream that might help with that, but for now just try not to scratch it or peel it off for the first week.
Tira Shark: *she growl* fine, I won't do any of that, but is there a chance I could see through my left eye again?
Dr. Djose: after seeing your injured left eye the first time, I was surprised that you was able to survive from a Diamond dog attack. Most pony would have die from serious injuries like that, but lucky for you, that the Diamond dog only scar your eye a little, beside a few bruises around your body, but you should be able to recover with no issue.
Tira Shark: and my eye?
Dr. Djose: give it a few months and your eye will be good as new. Except the scar around your eye however is a tiny problem.
Tira Shark: what kind of problem Doc?
Dr. Djose: the scar from the Diamond dog attack was so deep, your skin won't be able to heal it right.
Tira Shark: so I'm stuck with a scar by my eye then
Dr. Djose: I'm sorry Tira, I did the best I can to heal it, but even with the best medicine, and none of them weren't working.
Tira Shark: ......... then I guess I have to get used to it.
Dr. Djose: that the spirit Ms. Shark, your friend of your was right about your positive attitude
Tira Shark: thank you, but speaking of friend, is my best friend Fester is here, he's a tall alicorn and he like to go by the name the Professor
Dr. Djose: oh yes him, he was in the front entrance paying the medical bill for your treatment, he was on his way to meet you, until an earth pony in dark fur stop him from coming.
Tira Shark: does this earth pony, did he had a few scares around his face.
Dr. Djose: I believe so, do you know that pony?
Tira Shark: ........... Sigh, Sweet Celestia sake, I can't believe he have to be here *she got up from the medical bed* I'm sorry doctor, but I need to get going, I have a very temper over protective older brother I need to talk to and I need to go quick.
Dr. Djose: ........ Ok then, just remember to get plenty of rest and change the bandage once per week and I see you next month
