Kyurex looked at the dark, light blueish sky. He tried to surpress his sorrow, but it didn't work well.

„I'm just...going to chill....here..." he closed his eyes. He would regain his strength, and plan his next intentions when he recovered. Good...Just...sleep.

„Yo Kyu!! Stop chillin man and show yo bro some love !!!"

Kyurex opened his eyes. A really familiar face, with a grin, looked directly at him.

„Yo? You okay man??"

The creature resembled a dog, with horns. There was a kind of arrow at the point of its tail. It was Blaze, there was no one else on this world who would say „Yo" or „Bro". Another friend of Kyurexs with whom he trained in the past year. He seemed to always have a good mood, and was very powerful regarding strength. His ability to use the fire element was really impressive, even to Kyurex. The dog happily looked down at Kyurex, who obviously down for some reason. He was kind of happy that Blaze was around.

„Blaze...what are you doing here?" Kyurex asked, sounding tired. The Houndoom happily wagged with his tail.

„I heard you evolved...hehe you didn't tell yo Bro anythin!!" he replied. Kyurex slowly stood up, observing Blaze. He also noticed that Blaze changed. He remembered him much smaller.

„You too? Damn...everyone has really changed in the past few days..." Kyurex remarked. Blaze smirked.

„It's in trend you know...at least you've got some better looks now..." Blaze observed his friend, before changing the subject. „So...what are you doing here all alone?"

Kyurex didn't really want to tell him the whole story. He questioned himself about something. Blaze sat down.

„Hey Blaze...how did you recognize me?"

Blaze turned his head, looking at the path he just came from. He looked around.

„Well, it wasn't me actually..." he said. Kyurex didn't get it. What was Blaze trying to see?

Then he noticed it. May approached the two slowly. She was standing the whole time not far away from Blaze. Kyurex instantly remembered the kiss. Both felt a bit uneasy, bbut they couldn't let Blaze know.

„Hey..." Kyurex acted as if it was his first time seeing May today. The Mightyena blushed.

„Hey..." she replied. May stopped, forming a triangle between the three. Kyurex coughed a bit, while May looked at the ground, not trying to look at the other two. Blaze repeatedly continued looking at his friends, getting a suspicious feeling. Silence.

Nobody talked. Blaze raised an eyebrow.

„Well...." the silence was broke. He watched the two acting weird, eventually grinning.He looked at May, who was still looking in an other direction. „Well aren't you friendly May...you ain't got no mood or somethin?" he chuckled. May felt embarassement.

„Shut up!!" she snapped with a raging look in her eyes. Blaze knew something was up, but ignored the fact. He was familiar with Mays weird acting from time to time. His suspicion faded away.

„So, we hanging out or what? Lets go and piss off an Ursaring or something..." Blaze proposed, trying to set up a good mood between the company. Kyurex was still too tired, and May thought it was a bad idea.

„Come on Blaze...I'm too tired today...you and May do something together...I'll pass." Kyurex declared, sounding like he hadn't slept for days. Blaze was unhappy to hear this, because he hadn't seen his buddy for a long time. May was also a bit dissapointed, but both of them knew that Kyurex never went back on his word. Kyurex tried to bypass the Houndoom, but Blaze steadily stood in his way, smiling.

„Aww man, come on don't be a sissy!!" he joked. May was losing her temper

„Can't you see he's tired? Let him go already..." she said. Blaze, though not instantly, obeyed. Kyurex shook his head.

„Well I'm sorry for contributing such fine Ideas...I really...I mean...I know I'm good..." Blaze kept on joking. He knew how to provocate May.

„Ey guys, I'll catch you la-"

Before Kyurex could finish, there was a loud bang and a flash that could be heard striking from the sky. The roaring sound could be heard clearly.

„What the hell was that?" Blaze asked with a questioning expression. May also didn't understand. All three of them looked in the direction from where Kyurex had just came from. Flak.

„Some thunder attack?" May proposed. Before she or Blaze could say a word, Kyurex immiedately sprinted back to the meeting point. Are they in danger? That was the thing he asked himself. May and Blaze shared a confused look, and then without wasting a second May sped off after Kyurex. Blaze still didn't move, feeling like he should act cool.

„Come on!! We've got some action over here!!" May shouted as she ran through the trees in the dark, trying to keep up with her friend. Blaze knew she meant him, and sighed as if he didn't want to move at all.

„Nahh...you go ahead without me...I changed my mind, Mama said she's cooking dinner!!" He shouted to May, thinking it sounded funny. There was no response. „On the other hand...my Ma doesn't cook..." he scratched his head with his tail. May was already nearly out of sight „Hey...I changed my mind again!! Hey WAIT WHAT'S WITH ALL THE HURRY GUYS!!!??" he shouted. He too, followed Kyurex.

Sruliana and Flak stood there, breathing heavily while not breaking their eye contact. Sruliana now resembled a Leafeon. She came to the meeting place with only one thought, to get Flak for his doing. Revy stood not too far away from Flak, who knew Srulianas intentions. They both were battling, and it didn't look like this was going to stop any time soon. Revy knew she couldn't do anything, but she had to try.

„Flak stop it!! Please!!" she pleaded. Flak didn't turn around or move. He was concentrated on Sruliana. There was something they needed to clear out of the way, once and for all.

„Revy...believe me...this needs to be done!" Flak said, still not turning. Sruliana was overrangered. She gritted her teeth. There was no way Flak was going to get away with his betrayal.

„Because of you, its all because of you!! Why did you lie to Revy? WHY??" she summoned her newly gained power. Although she wasn't yet perfect in battle, she knew some new moves. The leaves around her started to move.

„Quit fooling around Sru, I don't lie about such things...Even you know that!" he calmy replied. Sruliana couldn't stand it anymore, the leaves started to circle around her.

„Fool!!!" she shouted. The leaves all shot instantly at Flak, who was prepared and used a thunderbolt to counter. The thunderbolt cut through the leaves like a knife, but there was more. Most of the leaves were stopped before they could reach their target, but some managed to strike Flak. The thunderbolt attack flew directly at Sruliana, who succesfully dodged by leaping to the right. Flak was hurt. Both still watched eachother carefully.

Revy couldn't watch.

Kyurex ran. He was just about 200 meters away from the point. May sped up and managed to run beside Kyrex, and so did gradually Blaze. They kept up a steady pace. May tried to talk with Kyurex.

„What's the problem?" she asked, noticing that she had to shout. Kyurex was concentrated, but he still answered.

„Those are my friends battling!" he shouted back. May turned her head, looking forward. Indeed, they were now running through the field approaching the next patch of forest, where at the entrance three pokemon could be seen.

„Ah yeah!!! Lets crash the party!!" Blaze happily shouted. Kyurex was angered. He needed to stop this, not to provoke it.

„Blaze...don't touch them...their not enemies!!" he shouted to Blaze, making sure he said it seriously enough. Blaze moaned.

„Ah man!! That sucks!! I wanna battle too man!!"

A yellow, a purple and a green one. Kyurex thanked his impoved eyesight in the dark once more. He nearly could see them clearly. He wondered what seemed to be the problem, and as they got nearer, he realized that Flak and Sruliana were battling. Why? What's wrong? Both of them looked tired and angry. Kyurex knew this meant something bad. They were about 30 meters away, close. But the others didn't notice them, it was too dark and the battling kileld of the noise. Sruliana was the closest, Kyurex acted fast, May and Blaze steadily kept up a little behind him.

„Blaze!! Take the Leafeon and use Flamethrower, but only to frighten her and to destroy her Razor Leaf attack!! May, if you still know the move, use Torment on the Jolteon, I'll back you up!" he instructed them like a leader. May was astonished that Kyurex was such a quick thinker.

„Got it!!" She replied.

„One Flamethrower coming up!!" The Houndoom concentrated his inner srength, feeling something boil in his stomache. Damn I'm hungry!!

Flak was just a second away from using his thunderbolt, but then something inteferred, or something prevented him from doing it. He tried with all his might, knowing that Sruliana was about to attack again.

Srulinas leaves dashed once more, but suddenly from nowhere came a raging fire, which she recognized came from a dog like creature who was holding his mouth open. Her leaves were stopped dead instantly. The dog turned to face her, grinning, he released another raging Flamethrower that barely touched her. Frightened, she knew this was no time to fight. She dashed trying to join Revy and Flak. Flak also retreated, not recognizing anything except for the big Flame. Sruliana joined up in a line with Flak and Revy. They forgot their issues and got ready for the unknown opponent/opponents. They slowly retreated. Not able to recognize anything. The flame was gone, and some rustling sounds could be heard.

Suddenly, another, though not as big as before, Flamethrower came out of the darkness. It didn't quite reach them, but was frightening enough. Flak tried to use his thunderbolt again, but could only charge himself up. Sruliana started to manipulate the leaves around her, being prepared for as soon as the enemy appeared. But...

„Blaze!! That's enough!! They're not enemies!!" Kyurex harshly reacted to Blaze's move. Blaze chuckled, looking at the three others.

„Ah man...come on I was just testing their...eh..." he searched for something to say, May turned her head standing on the left side of Kyurex.

„Blaze!! Shut it already!!" she snapped.

"Hey! I'm trying to explain my actions here!! I was only testing if they were flammable or not!! You see if not, the-"

"Blaze..." Kyurex starred at him with his red eyes. Blaze fell silent, turning his head away.

"Damn..." he quietly whispered. He never got his fun when he wanted it. Ah yeah, I'll just wait untill they attack then I'll burn em up to ashes, these two will see my divine power!!.....Damn..I'm still hungry!!

Their conversation could be heard easily. The two groups were only about three meters away from eachother. The first voice that Flak, Revy and Sruliana heard was familiar. Flak took a step forward, charging himself up. Blaze prepared a Flamethrower but...

There was a sudden flash.

„Ahhh!! My eyes!! What's up with that move?" Blaze closed his eyes. May and Kyurex did the same. Everything was lit up. Revy and Sruliana also had some problems but soon enough they could see their three visitors. They all looked like three different dogs, with black furr. The leaves started moveing, and Sruliana was ready...Even Revy prepared herself.

„WAIT!! It's me guys!!" Kyurex shouted. Sruliana stopped, though still prepared. Kyurex gradually also could see everything. Blaze and May rubbed their eyes with their paws. Flak, concentrated, took another step forward. Revy observed her opponents. The one in the middle had a voice she knew too well, but she still wasn't sure.

„Who are you?? And why did you try to attack us?" Flak asked, compeletely serious. Kyurex was a little amazed, but then he understood that his friends didn't know how he looked like. Kyurex approached Flak. A leaf cut at his leg, making him stop. Flak turned to Sruliana.

„It's ok...They don't look like they want to battle..." He assured her. Kyurex continued and stopped in front of Flak, looking into his eyes. Flak wasn't sure but, he knew those eyes, though now they were blood red. Revy, seeing them too, gasped.

„It's me...Kyu."
