Aetolian Boar - A Naughty Plan

The creature is from classical Greek mythology as a means of inflicting divine justice. The goddess Artemis sent the boar as a punishment to the people of the Aetolian region of Greece, who had failed to give her sufficient honor and sacrifice after ravaging much of the country Meleager was given the task of hunting down and destroying the creature.

Synopsis: A female boar, Bryony, tries to deter a very persistent and unwanted suitor Tadd, by letting him catch her in a tryst with her lover, Meelia, a jackal.

"Okay you win." Meelia held up her paws in submission. "I don't want to sour the mood when Tadd is on the way over." She grinned flirtatiously. "I'd rather get to playing with you!"

"You really think that if he catches us he'll leave me alone?" She brought her knees up to her chest.

Meelia nodded and pulled Bryony's arm. She mimed 'Stay low' with her paw and they crept toward the open door.

Their footsteps where slow and cautious, trying desperately not to make a sound. When they reached the doorway they let out a sigh.

"Hey! Where do you two think you're going?" Tadd yelled, turning midstep in his pacing to lunge after the two girls.

Bryony squealed a scream; Meelia took Bryony by the arm and pulled her out the door.

They ran.

They ran as if their life depended on it, because it did. Deep into the forest they sprinted, bounding over tree roots and fallen branches. Running as fast as their legs could take them.

Neither looked back, they couldn't spare the seconds. Meelia wouldn't let go of Bryony, even when she stumbled, Meelia paused to help Bryony back up.

Behind them they could hear the rustle through the forest as Tadd came after them

He followed them until he was stopped by a bright light that appeared before him, glowing brighter and brighter until finally the image of a woman appeared. Dressed in skins and armed with a bow she looked in distain at Tadd.

"I am the goddess Artimis. You have sullied my women and you shall be punished! I have need of a creature filled with rage. There is a place where I've not been given tribute. You shall spend your final days terrorizing them. When they call upon a champion you will fall, and they will celebrate your demise. All will curse your name."

With her words spoken, she whisked Tadd away, warped his body into a feral shape and set him loose on the people who failed to give her tribute.

As for Meelia and Bryony, they made it safe to Meelia's house and Tadd was nowhere to be seen. They thanked their lucky stars to be alive. Happy to be safe and free they went on to live their lives together.

Author's Notes: Duex Ex Machina all the way. I realize the ending is a bit tripe, but that's okay. Sometimes endings can be corny. I wanted to tell the story of how the Aetolian Boar came into service of the goddess Artemis. Now I'd say that this could be another dimension alternate reality that is on a different plane as our earth, or really whatever you'd like. Initially I killed Bryony and Meelia then I thought of an alternate ending where the above happens so I decided to go with that. I hope you enjoy it. It's been a while since I wrote a sex scene.
