#14 of Jim Chronicles

A small side chapter bridging the events after Renee's date and before the morning.

"Hey..." The Spinda, Dizzy, nudged the ghost Pokemon wearing the Pikachu costume near her. She nudged the Mimi kyu a few times before it turned to her, the shadow around it seems to focus on Dizzy in a way that made her slightly uncomfortable.

"Hello..." Mimiboo, a female Mimikyu, said with a voice that seems to distort from the cloth.

"So welcome to the team, I heard that you had a fierce battle with that Jim human that Sarah doesn't like." Dizzy asked.

"So I did... Does that make us friends now?" Mimiboo eyes shone bright enough in the dark room that it made Dizzy feel comfortable with her new team mate.

"Of course why wouldn't we be?" She said trying to pet the Pokemon but only succeeding in making its' costume dimple.

"I lost the fight but I think I was close." Mimiboo said as it tried to use her shadow-like claws to pet the normal type but the ghostly claws passed through.

"So what was he like? I've seen him once but I was too busy dancing to really notice him being a bad guy." Dizzy asked while looking out the window of their inn. The pair was staying at a fancy hotel above the Pokemon center, the window of the third floor gave them a nice view of the streets below.

"Well... He was like any other trainer. It was hard to get a reading of him inside the mouth of his Pokemon." Mimiboo said before letting a humorous chuckle.

'Hello,' A voice called out inside of both of their minds. Neither Pokemon flinched, inside of a poke-center psychic Pokemon sending messages were a common thing.

"Hello..." Mimiboo said aloud while pacing the room, she patrolled the several rooms while looking around. "Where are you?"

'In my room. I'm looking to speak with you both if you have time.' The voice spoke to both of them.

"Why us?" Dizzy asked while trailing behind Mimiboo, even the ghost was less creepy than a voice she couldn't see.

'Because your master and my best friend have issues. I'm in the hall now. I've used a lot of energy just trying to find you, so coming out would make this a lot less of an issue.' The voice started to crackle slightly.

The pair looked at each other, "Should we go?" Dizzy asked.

"It could be a trap." Mimiboo said as the shadow beneath her writhed in thought.

"Maybe we should bring Silky with us?" Dizzy offered.

"He is the weakest of us and I don't want him to get hurt before I've made a friend of him." Mimiboo whispers looking over to the Quagsire that napped in the living room.

"Power in numbers and he is our friend!" Dizzy flexed her little arms, the Spinda danced over to the Quagsire to wake him up.

Silky reached over and poked Dizzy as she arrived at his position. "I'll go, I heard him too."

The Qaugsire pulled a pillow off of the couch, the couched stuck to his slimy back as he moved. He opened the front door before using the pillow to keep it open. The other Pokemon scampered around him before standing in the hallway.

At the end of the hallway standing outside of a room was a male Gardevior holding a small arm full of snacks. The Gardevior motioned them closer as the group looked at him hesitantly. Silky stepped forward with a bit of drool on the side of his wide mouth as he approached the Gardevoir.

"Can I have some?" Silky asked while drooling a little more over the Gardevior.

The Gardevoir placed all the snack on the ground before sitting down against the hallway wall. Silky sat next to him before picking up some of the candies to place in his mouth as his companions arrived.

"Hello. I'm Walt." The Gardevoir said looking over the other Pokemon.

"Silky." The Quagsire rumbled while moving on to the chips.

"Mimiboo." The Mimikyu said while waving with a tendril of shadow from under her costume.

"Dizzy." The Spinda with the spots on her belly that resembled a cow spoke with a polite bow. "I'm the leader and the oldest one. So what did you want?"

"I'm Jim's Pokemon," Walt said waiting for a reaction, only the Mimikyu flinched.

"Oh!" The Spinda stepped closer and looked him over, "So you screw your master?"

Walt loved the directness of just talking to Pokemon, they rarely minced words when they couldn't speak to their humans. He smiled, "Sometimes... Though tonight my Garchomp friend got a turn. She is inside if you want to meet her, trying to figure out if she can make breakfast when the sun rises."

"Is it fun?" Dizzy asked while trying to open a bag of chips.

"I like it, I mean he is a good guy. I figure that your trainer is probably not saying a lot of nice things about him and I don't want you to hurt him thinking you're trying to help her." Walt said with a loud yawn.

The Mimikyu pulled treats under the costume as it regarded Walt. "You have messed with my friends head. You've done what you don't want us to do to Jim, Apologize."

Walt sighed, "I apologize to you, you don't deserve that but understand that it's not like I did that unprovoked."

Silky gave a long yawn before gazing down at the trio. "So why call us out? I like the food but you didn't just do this out of the kindness of your heart."

"I wanted to meet you all and get an idea of the type of Pokemon I would be facing in the future. I was hoping to also warn you, before you three she had a Patrat and Pawniard." Walt spoke grimly.

"Oh I met Fifi, he was kinda nice but then he was gone. I thought he got traded." Dizzy said.

"He was traded because he was in love with your trainer and I told her. She doesn't look at you like my trainer looks at me. You are all just tools to her and you seem like a nice lot. So if it's possible even if it's just for the next few hours, let's get to know one another." Walt smiled warmly.

"I see... I liked him well I'm not in love with her so I hope I'm ok." Dizzy said while placing chip covered paw to her chin in thought.

"I haven't been with a female human before so I think I'll stick to Pokemon females." Silky gave a gurgling chuckle.

The Mimikyu shadow tendril quickly picked the chips off of Dizzy's face. The group ate silently for a moment before the door nearest to them opened, a large black and tan Pokemon with gleaming white horns stepped out.

"Sooo this is where you were hiding and sharing snacks." The Houndoom gazed around at the other Pokemon gathered with a sultry smile.

"Dust, this is Silky, Dizzy, Mimiboo." Walt said introducing all of Sarah's Pokemon with a sweep of his arm.

"I am Dust of Pack Jim." She said walk over to a bag of pretzels, she presented the bag to Walt to open. "You are friends with Walt? You poor souls."

Dizzy chuckled, "We aren't friends but if he keeps bringing us food, I can't say that'll stay the same."

Dust watched as the Spinda approached her with a small smile, the strange swirl like eyes almost hurt to look at as the creature started to sniff around her. She returned the gesture in kind by leaning her head down to sniff beneath Dizzy's puffy tail.

"Well... you're very adventurous little one aren't you?" Dust snickered, "Reminds of how I was a Houndour, at least you have paws that can do so easily."

Walt and the others looked at Dust curiously, "What do you smell?" Walt finally asked, even though he was a Pokemon as well, his sense of smell was no different than a human's nose.

"Oh, this little snack of a Pokemon seems to like to rub herself vigorously. I wonder if our leader would take a fancy to her, she is plump and fluffy..." Dust turned her gaze to Walt with a smirk, "Unlike some Pokemon I know."

"Har Har I don't want to hear that from a Pokemon wearing her bones on the wrong side of her body." Walt snorted.

"Seems to work well with catching little Ralt's wandering too far from their home." Dust smirked while locking eyes while playfully batting the ears of the Spinda, a small part of her wondered what the creature tasted like. She might get a bite in the future.

The Spinda whirled to face Dust similar to an awkward ballerina, "Um... Do you think he would?"

The entire hallway of Pokemon focused on her as their eyes widened except for Silky who was into his sixth bag of chips. Dust leaned back before letting out a loud roar of laughter, the sulfur smelling breath nearly made the Spinda's fur curl.

"Oh, I can't take it... Our alpha is," The canine Pokemon was rolling on the ground in front of Dizzy in a bout of laughter, "a real ladies man."

"Did I say something wrong?" Dizzy asked as she stepped back to avoid Dust horns.

"Nuh... No..." Dust wheezed out laying on her back, "I just think it's funny that you are curious about it. Our Alpha is just unlucky with women but Pokemon seem to throw themselves at him."

"Um, Dust... you do remember you were the first one to screw him?" Walt growled.

"I was in heat, I would have screwed a Muk if it bubbled at me right. I'm not the one stuffing his meat in my mouth any chance I get. You act too much like a human. If you want him just take him." Dust continued to wheeze in amusement as smoke rings bloom from her nostrils.

"This is why no one likes dark types, you think like a villain..." Walt rolled his eyes.

Silky leaned down to Mimiboo, "I'm not sure but I think they forgot about us... Think they will notice if I eat the rest of the snacks?"

Mimiboo stepped past the pair as they bickered before walking into the open door of Jim's hotel room. She noticed a large sleeping water type while standing at a counter was the Garchomp she had fought earlier in the day. Rather than wake the sleeping giant of a Pokemon, Mimiboo simply slipped through her shadow before extending it to the counter top near the Garchomp.

"Hello..." The Mimiboo said while watching the Garchomp unsuccessful try to hold eggs in her talons.

Renee flinched at the sudden appearance of a rag-wearing Pokemon. She returned her gaze at the smashed eggs in her talon. "Hello..."

The pair gazed at each other in awkward silence, Renee sighed before looking over to the ghost Pokemon. "Walt said he was going to talk to you a bit. I'm Renee but we've already met."

Mimiboo looked at the absolutely ruined sink and the flour that coated the front side of the Dragon type. "Are we enemies?"

Renee gazed at him with a warm smile, "No, if anything I owe this wonderful night to our battle." She opened her mouth as sand dripped into the egg batter with shells still sticking out of it.

"Do you want help?" Mimiboo spoke, "Would it make us friends?"

"I would like more friends, you know how to do this? I've never cooked anything before." Renee sighed, "I want to make something special for him but well. I don't know how humans do this."

The Mimikyu smiled under her costume, "I can be helpful, please sit."

Renee moved around the kitchen island to give the Mimikyu some space, her eyes widen as a dozen of tendrils sprang up from the various shadows. The Mimikyu turned around to face Renee while her shadows went to work on preparing a meal.

"So... what's it like?" Mimiboo asked.

"It's really hard to cook, I don't have hands." Renee chuckled.

"Not that. What's it like to have friends, to not have human's or Pokemon scared of you?" The Mimikyu eyes shimmered curiously.

"It's nice, I'm still learning myself. I had a lot of rough struggles but I would say it's nice. I've had to learn a lot of from just relying on all of them to get comfortable with me." Renee said while spitting sand on her belly to rub off the eggs in clumps.

"We may have to fight again, will we still be kinda-friends even if we fight?" Mimiboo asked while making a few plates of eggs, bacon, toast, and crepes. A tendril pushed a plate in front of Renee as the sun started to peek through the window.

"I think I would like that, I won't hold back but I would like to be friends. Thank you for helping me out with this." Renee said waving a claw over all the prepared plates.

"I hope we can meet again, kinda-friend." Mimiboo spoke in their muffled voice before sinking into the shadows to join her friends.

Once she was back with her companions she gazed at the sight before her in utter confusion. Dizzy was currently sitting with her legs open as the Houndoom and the Gardevoir peered better her legs. The pair seemed to be whispering to one another.

"I think he could do..." Walt said, "Remember that time he had sex with a boundary?"

"One of us has a vagina and I think he might blow her out. He is aggressive and so dominant, I think she would be sore." Dust snickered.

"Do you think he would be interested...?" Dizzy asked curiously.

Mimiboo gazed at them curiously, "I'm going to pretend that you aren't seriously considering mating with their human."

Dizzy stood up, "It's one of the options, I was thinking of just how it would work, they told me stories and it sounds kinda fun."

Mimiboo shook her head causing the whole costume to turn, "We aren't going to have you traded. It's getting light outside we should go back before master catches us with her enemies."

Silky yawned as he peeled the pile of empty bags off his moist skin, "I hope we get more snacks from her, it's been a while since I've eaten my fill.."

The trio lumbered back into their room as Walt turned to Dust with a smile, "I think I could probably get to like them..."

"Was your plan to get the female interested in him?" Dust asked with a yawn of her own as they walked back into the room.

"No, but I wanted to cover for Jim. I've been too aggressive with their trainer. If they did the same to Jim, I would want to kill them." Walt said with a small edge to his elegant voice.

"Sounding like a true dark type." Dust teased.

"I don't want to hear it. I still have concern for others." Walt grumbled as the Houndoom licked his face in reply.

"Foods ready, the little ghost made it." Renee smiled placing a plate in front of Gnaw to rouse him. She used her teeth to grip another down for dust.

"I'll eat when he does... I'm going to wake him up." Walt said grabbing a pillow from the couch.

"Are you going to hit him with that?" Renee asked with a tilt of her head.

"If you didn't open my ball I would have missed out on this place. As co-captain I'm going to mutiny over this." Walt said stomping over to the bedroom.

While the boisterous and upbeat noises radiated from Jim's suite, Sarah's Pokemon slinked back into their trainer's room. They could hear her soft snores from the bedroom as they removed the cushions the kept the door open. The trio put back the couch cushions as best they could before they each sat down on the couch.

"They seemed nice... They had food." Silky said with a yawn.

"Did you notice something odd about them?" Dizzy asked to Mimiboo.

"Besides them being perverted?" Mimiboo said while leaning against Silky.

"You mean that Walt and Dust seemed like friends even though normally one would be eating other?" Silky offered.

"Well kinda, I mean they seemed comfortable. I wouldn't be that comfortable with someone that joked about eating my kin." Dizzy said nervously.

"But they are friends... I want to have that. Renee is big and scared " Mimiboo said blushed under her costume.

"We can be friends." Dizzy said climbing over Silky's giving a hug to the Mimikyu's costume, the only part of the Pokemon she could touch.

"T-t-thanks." Mimiboo said with a pink hue coming over her eyes.

"So what should do as friends?" Silky asked, "I wanna get in on this too."

"Oooh! I got it. Let's tell each other a big secret!" Dizzy announced.

"You go first..." Mimiboo said while trying to think of her secret.

"Well when I really excited in my ball, I rub myself thinking of Silky but after talking to the other Pokemon. I wanna see how good a human might be." Dizzy chuckled.

"Mines is a little embarrassing," Silky said looking around. "I'll tell it because I want to be friends too. We Quagsires hunt by lying in the mud or drifting with our mouth open, we eat anything small enough to fit."

The pair looked at Silky intently, the big male was usually a little stoic when it came to anything. The Pokemon opened his mouth to show the lack of teeth, the looked inside with a bit of hesitation.

"The hungrier we get the less we move. So I was starving and these Rattata and Poochneya show up. I wasn't very hidden because a storm knocked off all my sand, the Rattata start rolling fruit into my mouth. They fill me up and ask me to lay still." Silky blushes turning his blue skin a shade of purple near around his snout.

"They didn't..." Dizzy gasped.

"Yeah... It's was kinda weird at first but those males were lesser males in their own packs and dens. I started to get to know them between sessions, we had a pretty good friendship. They took turn mounting me and they gave me food." Silky admitted.

"That's kinda funny so what happened next?" Dizzy asked completely enraptured with the story, her paw started to move between her legs.

"Are you really gonna do that now?" Silky asked.

"Well... yes. It's kinda hot, I already said I'm into you. I've been curious if I could do things with you guys." Dizzy said rubbing her paw between her legs.

"Even me?" Mimiboo asked uncertainly.

"If I could I would have already tried but I um... don't know how to touch you." Dizzy said reaching under the Mimikyu's costume, she moved her hand around while looking through the eye holes for any reaction.

"That's so weird." Silky said while reaching under the costume as well, Mimiboo immediately let out a haunting moan.

"That's some Pidgey shit... how come you can touch her and I can't?" Dizzy pouted.

"I don't know but I figured I could because she is able to touch me." Silky said while still moving his stubby fingers around her.

Mimiboo shivered before letting out a soft sigh, she quivered for a moment as Silky removed his finger to find them covered in a strange shadowy liquid. Mimiboo watched in confusion as he placed the arm into his mouth to suck out the fluids.

"Is that what it's like you, Dizzy?" Mimikyu asked between gasps.

"I think... I don't make shadows but you seemed as happy as I feel. Hmmmmmm... So if we can't play with our human then..." Dizzy hopped off the couch before holding out a paw.

"If we can't get love from our trainer then we will love each other, let's make this a promise." Dizzy said with a fire in her swirly eyes.

"Is this an excuse just to get some sex?" Silky said.

"A little but Mimiboo wants friends and I don't want to lose you guys. We need to have a bond, we don't get to see each other like this often." Dizzy said as a shadow tentacle hovered over her paw as Silky put his own flipper-like arm over the shadow.

"The promise is made..." Dizzy said but Mimiboo turned to her.

"Does that make you co-captain?" The ghost asked while climbing back on the couch.

"Naaa we don't need a leader, we are just friends but if we want to be of use we better get some sleep because our master's enemies are only a few doors down." Dizzy said while rubbing the top of the Mimikyu's costumed head.

Mimiboo blush as Dizzy dragged her costume to the foot of the couch, she wouldn't let her costume go. Mimiboo just trailed along until she found herself snuggled at the foot of couch with Dizzy arms warped around her costume. The loud snores of Silky already started to rumble behind them.

"Mimi..."

"Yes, Dizzy?"

"I just wanted you to know we are friends." Dizzy said resting her head on the top of the costume.

Mimiboo smiled under her costume as she drifted off to sleep, the weight of the Spinda on her costume made her dreams far more pleasant.
