Sleeping Paralysis
Short Horror Story
I lie supinely on my bed. Thick darkness surrounds me . I am all alone with my mind , my imagination runs wild and it fills my head with fantastic terrors that make cold sweat to drip down my body , tears to fill my eyes and a shiver to run down my spine. I feel I am being watched by a thousand crimson eyes. Suddenly the atmosphere grows denser and breathing becomes more difficult for me, I cannot move my limbs , I am completely paralyzed, I scream for help but nothing comes out. Then a burden appears on my chest like someone is sitting on me. I can feel his warm breath onto my face. I am afraid to open my eyes. Suddenly a breathy, dead, hoarse voice says << I'll be watching you from the darkness>>. I can't recall anything else from that night. The next morning I found myself on the floor and surrounded by a pool of my own sweat and tears. The only thing I know is that I am never going to sleep again.
