I looked at John and said, "I understand why you might be mad. We couldn't find a way to get you back to where you're from. Even more with your new kidney, even if we could augment the DNA to make you human again, we wouldn't be able to get a human kidney. So, Doctor Lango and I, thought it would be better to help set up a life for you, here in Zootopia. For you Michael, I know you might not want to leave this hospital, but you should live your life. The simple fact is you are completely a lion, like John is completely a fox. No mammal besides everyone in this room will ever think you were anything other, especially since humans don't exist here in Zootopia.
Nick, began to say, "that also isn't the only news, we have applications to join the ZDP, if you want. You can do whatever you want, but me and Carrots can help you get this job." As Michael looked deep in thought, while John still looked a little mad. While Nick continued, "becoming a cop will be hard, you will need to work hard. Yet I have a feeling that you could make it."
Their Doctor Lango said, "officer Wilde wouldn't offer this to you if he didn't believe that you, could make it. A hospital is for mammals who are sick, and for your new species both of you are completely healthy." With her, sympathetic look, she said, "but again, you can do whatever you want, be that a cop, a nurse, even if it's just flipping bug burgers."
Then Michael spoke, "well you convinced me, we must get ready for a new life. As for a new job, I have been in Security Forces for about 8 years. I never had the intention of ever getting a different job. Unfortunately, with talking to you guys, it doesn't seem that you have a military to join." As he took a small breath, almost like he couldn't truly believe what he is saying. He continued, "I will join the police, there just isn't a better option."
When Michael finished, he looked at John. As we focused on John waiting for his response. He looked at us, he was obviously very frustrated not even trying to hide it. He started to say, "I guess, I don't get much of a choice. Unlike Sergeant Newbie, I just joined the military to explore the world. The Air Force made me a cop, because I just didn't care.
3 months later

While I was heading to roll call, nothing new. During roll call, Chief Bogo began the normal roll call. Like normal, I didn't pay attention. Until Chief Bogo said, "finally we have some new officers, but no one cares" I started to pay attention, looking around trying to figure out who is new. Their I saw, John and Michael sitting in the back, trying to avoid everyone. About that time, Chief Bogo said, "You have your assignments go." As I was about to leave, their Chief Bogo yelled for me stay.
While I was waiting at the desk, I also noticed that John and Michael were still waiting. There Chief Bogo said, "Wilde, I know you don't pay attention, so to make it easy, you're getting your old partner back. I want you to get Hopps, and show Lionheat and Vulpes around."
