In The City of Poketopolis, Ruled by a powerful pokemon king known only as Arceus. Recruited those who achieved MEGA Evolution but one from each Types such as Fire, Thunder, Water, Etc. Unfortunately, Pokemon with the Mega Evolution Ability will live in Luxury. but those who can't will live in the slums at the bottom of the city. one boy however is going to change all that. a young pikachu named Raiden Sparks. He'll fight the king for the equallity of both mega and non-mega pokemon
