The Chronical'er a long aging being that wanders about Serpentia collecting various information and keeping a historical track. He is the one who will give out the books and journals of the past of Serpentia.

I greet you seeker of Knowledge. I am the Chronicaler. I keep track of the historical events that happened in this world we call Serpentia.
What is Serpentia? Well it is a world where mythical beasts of the ancients have never died. The mighty Cataphractes, or Dinosaurs as you would call them have never died. And we utilized them. In this World we live together with them. They are our friends. They are our helpers. Serpentia in itself is beautiful. From the southern Dragon Island to the northern Mocking-Bay. But it is a World with dark secrets, Heroes and Villains alike..but before we delve into this torn World. Let me take you on a Journey...to the Past. When it was all one Continent. The big Nova Serpentia Imperia.
Chapter: 1 Origins.
Our story begins about 5.000 B.U (Before Unification) With a small tribe known as the Schuppenschreiter. They were a warband of nomadic Raptor Riders who knew the fertile regions of Serpentia more than anyone else. At the dawn of the new Millennia, so it is said, a golden Figure came down to the earth introducing itself as The Great Rapthorsos. A man with the head and body of a man, but the lower body of a raptor along with tail. He spoke of the glory of men and how they will be the chosen people of his realm to bring unification to the other tribes. Sporned by this the Schuppenschreiter tribe decided it was time to advance. With the help of Rapthorso they created what was known as a the village of Schuppenstadt. A small hamlet that slowly became the magnet to the tribes in Serpentia. The tribe slowly formed into a duchy, and pushed its borders across Serpentia. The wild untamed jungles and forests that were previously forbidden have been entered and conquered.
It took years, and at 4.776 B.U the first tribal chief at the age of 20 was elected. His name? In honor of Rapthorsos he was called Rapthorson.
The great prophet left them at the year 4.770 B.U telling them that they were now strong enough to find their own Path. Rapthorson has vowed to bring civilization across the realm. Little did he know that traveling nomads have caught wind of their organization and how the became a strong tribe.
Other tribes begun settling and created their own duchys. The following duchys were:
