Chapter 1 What is that pink thing?
Grasslands of the Pridelands
A young Sarabi and Zira were hunting,prey for the Pride . There mates Mufasa and Scar/Taka, were with there older brother Mandla ,to find out who would be the next King of Pride rock. Though Scar and Mufasa had a love hate brother friendship with each other ,unlike with the older brother who was so full of him self. When Sarabi and Zira had more a friendship than there mates, though they still had egos when they hunted , deatimond to Show they were the better better than the other one.
" Hm so I herd you, are experting soon to give birth Sarabi ." Zira said ,to her friend.
" Yes I about 3 moons I believe , though I still able to hunt though ." Sarabi smirked, looking at the other Lioness.
Zira just smirked as she lowland her self in the grass,as Sarabi copyed her as they moved on the soft grass not making a sound. They both set there eyes on a lone Zebra , who had an inured back paw,as he ate on the grass not noticing the danger he was in .
Zira got closer and then charge, at full speed threw the long grass. The Zebra look up seeing the charging Lioness ,making a noise he then ran away Zig zaging ,to get the Lioness away from him. Though as he keep looking at Zira,he didn't notice Sarabi was coming side on , as she then tackled him to the ground.
The Zebra herd a roar ,as it let out a noise as Sarabi crashed on to the Zebra sending it to the ground with her on top . Sarabi panted trying to bite on the Zebra neck ,as it kick anyway so it could try save it life. But before long with Zira help ,she finally bite down on it neck suffocating the Zebra to death.
" Pannt , good job Sarabi ,let take it back. " Zira panted ,from her running.
Sarabi nod her head,as she lick the blood, from her muzzle, as she then walked threw the grass ,when she felt her paw on a soft thing.
" Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa." Screamed a voice .
Both Sarabi and Zira jump back in freight, as the thing in the grass made it again. Sarabi looked confused deeply ,as they both walked into the grass. As they walk in the grass they looked down and spotted ,a strange pink thing,that was making the noise. The creature then goo when and ahh at them ,as Sarabi look down sniffing at the baby thing ,as it hands touched Sarabi nose. Sarabi smiled happily as she looked at her ,friend who too sniff the baby who goo at her as well.
" Sarabi what are we going, to do with this creature ." Zira said sniffing, the young creature.
" I guess we have to ,take it to the pride ,we cant let him become Hyena food." Sarabi told her, knowing she would agree.
" I guess but what about King Ahdi ,he wont like this one bit." Zira told her.
" Well Uru will let us and you know ,she get her ways ." Sarabi smiled chuckling.
She then looked at the creature who had , hands and feet like Rafiki though no fur,at all expect ,something was hanging of him. Sarabi decide to use this to carry the creature,but a cloth by her teeth ,as the creature slept, as she carried it. Zira was then carrying the Zebra back, to the cave while Sarabi waked with the young creature in her mouth.
Back at Pride rock
Mufasa and Scar sat by side by side,while they watch Rafiki making something in one of his bowls. Though the 2 brothers were in bad mood because of ,the dad who had chosen over them to be king.
" Why did dad pick Mandla . " Scar said angry, looking at his claws.
" I know , I thought he wanted me ,to be king and I would have you with me as king Taka." Mufasa said to his,brother, by his real name.
Scar said nothing when he then spotted, Sarabi and Zira coming back from there hunt .But he then saw Sarabi, was caring something in her mouth .
" Bro our mates are back , but Sarabi carrying something in her mouth" Scar told her brother.
" What ?." Mufasa said confused .
Sarabi and Zira ,had finally climbed up to there mates as they drop ,the kill .As Sarabi place down the creature softly,as she Mufasa nuzzled his mate.
" Hi love, what is that pink thing?." Mufasa asked ,looking at the tinny thing.
" Ahh young one I can tell you ,that is a young Human boy ." Rafiki,said to them ,as he looked at the baby human ,gooing at them.
" Human?." they all asked confused, looking at Rafiki.
Yes they , live in the human lands fare way from here. An they are very dangerous,they can control fire,and can kill with Sticks. An they use traps to hunt the food. " Rafiki told them.
Mufasa looked worried when he herd this ,but Sarabi looked at young Human cub,.
" Well we take him in and ,he grow up as a lion cub." Sarabi told them.
" What ,but your herd that,and there dad." Mufasa tried to say.
" Well do you want him ,to be food for hyenas." Sarabi told her mate.
Mufasa pulled a disgust, face shaking his head,as no.
" Good so , I gona name him Sipho ." Sarabi told them all.
Mufasa nod his head as he lower his head to sniff his new cub ,as it goo at him. It then pulled on his whiskers,with a pull he pull of 2 of them out, making him yell in pain. Which caused Sarabi , Zira and Scar to burst out laughter.
" I think he likes ,you love." Sarabi chuckled.
" Great." Mufasa rolled his eyes in annoyance, looking at the gooing baby with his whiskers in his hands.
