As for the Canadian people of Toronto, big snowmakers were nothing new for them. In 1999, forty-six inches of snow fell in two weeks time, with the most at one day in that period being ten inches. In the winter of 2007 and 2008, seventy-six inches fell. In the winter of 2013, a severe storm dropped up to an inch and a fifth of ice, leaving six hundred thousand people without power for up to a week. Long story short these people know how to deal with wintery events.
There was one person who really didn't mind the conditions. Though he wasn't a person by how humans typically think of people.
