Part 8 - Spending a day with Silver
Saturday, the day I like most of the week. It's also the day that finally ... the fair is in town!
"Aw mom, can we go to the fair? Please?! It's been so long since I've been there." I nagged.
"Stop nagging Razor! I'll think about it." Mom said.
"Aw ... whenever you say that, it's always no." I said looking down.
Mom looked at me with a sad look now, and I turned around and left from her presence.
I dropped myself on my bed looking sad through the window. My entire class was going to the fair and I wanted to be there as well.
"Bah, there goes my chance to have fun with my class." I said to myself.
"And Silver was going to be there too."
Suddenly someone knocked on my door.
"Door's open." I said.
Mom entered my door, looking at me with a smile.
"Razor, get ready, we're leaving honey." she said to me.
"Huh? Leaving? To where?" I asked.
"It's ... a surprise." she said with a wink.
I then knew it, she was taking me to the fair.
"Mom! Thank you!" I yelled.
"Come on, get ready, or you going to face your friends like this?" she said.
"Just a minute! I'll be ready in no time!" I said rushing to my closet and then to the bathroom.
It took only 5 minutes to get a quick shower, get dressed and to be on our way to the fair.
"Yay! Finally I'll be at the fair again! It's been so long, I wonder how it has become now." I said.
"Heh, well you'll see when we get there." Mom said.
At arriving at the fair, I looked around at all the different amusement stuff, there was so much, everywhere you looked you could see at least one attraction. I kept looking around between all the people and noticed Silver and Anna standing at the candy shop.
"Teach! Anna!" I yelled at them.
Surpirsed they turned around and saw me come running towards them.
"Hey Razor, so you came did you?" Silver asked.
"Yea! My mom allowed me to come." I smiled.
"Speaking off, is she here?" Silver asked.
"Yea she's here too." I said turning around.
As soon as I had said, that my mom was here too, she appeared from behind me. I was wondering why my mom, first was against going to the fair so badly to suddenly permitting to go with her. I was confused on that, cause I didn't know why she did it.
"Hi everyone, nice to see you again Silver." Mom said.
"Nice to see you again too, Elena." Silver responded.
As soon as I saw them both look at each other in that way, looking in each other's eyes, I knew why my mom wanted to come too, it wasn't for the fun, it was for ... Silver.
We walked towards all the rides and past the shops for food and drinks, when my thoughts turned towards my mom and Silver. Mom was walking ... pretty close to Silver but still keeping her distance so it won't show I guess. I wonder if Silver even knows.
"Mom. Do you want something to eat or drink? It's on me." I said.
"Huh? Um no thank you honey." she said, rather surprised from my sudden question.
"Hm I wonder if I were to ask her if she loves Silver if she would say the truth." I thought.
We went from ride to ride, from shop to shop, having fun and laughing, talking, and just plain walking. It was a long walk and we did all the rides we could.
"Bah, evening comes too fast when you're having fun." I thought.
"So ... where you want to go for dinner?" Silver asked.
"It's on me."
We all looked at him with a smile, thinking of a place to go eat dinner.
When we finally agreed on a restaurant, we went to the place and ate dinner at 9:30 pm.
"So, you all had fun?" Silver then asked.
"I sure did!" I said very happy.
"Yea I enjoyed it a lot too." Anna responded.
"It sure was nice." mom said.
"Sure was ... nice, mom?" I asked with a wink.
"Yes, why? I did have some fun." she responded.
"What was fun mom? The rides or ... being with Silver?" I asked looking naughty.
"Wha ... What?! What are you talking about?! The rides of course!" She yelled.
Silver sat there looking surprised with what I had said and started blushing a little.
Mom denied, like I had thought, but I knew she enjoyed being in Silver's presence.
"Well if you say so." I said, still looking mischievous
After dinner, we walked Anna home, saying goodnight to her and waving one last time before she entered her house.
"So ... want me to walk you two home as well?" Silver asked.
"I have a better idea!" I yelled.
"Oh? Like what?" Both mom and Silver asked in unison.
"Why don't you stay with us for the night Silver?" I asked, looking naughty.
"W ... What? Haha don't be silly Razor, there's no way your mom will ..." he said
"I don't mind." Elena said before Silver could finish his sentence.
"Um, you sure?" he asked.
"Yes, I'm ... sure." mom said.
"See? Problem solved! Now onwards to home we go!" I said happily.
Arriving home, I kept an eye on Silver and mom, in case they would do something I'm ... not allowed to know of. So when I went to say goodnight and go to bed, I kept my door open a little. That way I could hear them talk, and if possible, maybe more. And I was correct in doing so.
"So um ... you think Razor's trying to put us together?" Silver asked.
"I don't know, but ... I do like ... being in your company." Elena said slightly blushing.
"um what?" Silver asked surprised.
Mom suddenly got closer to Silver ... really close to Silver. She started to stroke his muzzle and went lower with her hand, Silver not even resisting. He let her do as she pleased, and looked like he actually ... enjoyed it. They slowly went upstairs as if they're trying not to wake me even though I was standing at my door. They went into my mom's room where I last heard the door shut. I didn't want to intrude into my mom's private life and thus I left them be and the only thing I heard was that they actually were doing it. I didn't care, but I only knew they love each other.
