The next morning, Brandon called me he said, "I also found out, I will need an extra level three signature, if I want to seal their files. This would make, finding out what is happening a little harder, to unseal it they would need my signature, the person who is also co-signing this and a third party witness."
I answered back, "If I can sign, I am willing to do so." He explained that, my signature is level one, and I can't officially approve paperwork. I later asked, "I will look into, who can help. I will most likely talk to Chief Bogo, he might know who can, make the signature you"
He said, "Thought, I don't know much about the police levels. Chief Bogo would most likely be level four or five, so he could definitely sign it. It's either that or do you know any of your colonials, they should also be able to sign it. Just remember, ask someone you trust, we are still breaking the law, and our paws are too deep into this. If we are caught, we can face up to ten years in jail." After saying good bye, I hung up, as I walked into the precinct.
Like everyday, Officer Clawhauser was at the front desk, cheery as ever. Where he said, "hello Judy, are you enjoying your new assignment?" After talking to Clawhauser for a little bit. Clawhauser asked, "Judy you should report to your supervisor, you don't want to be late." I realized that Clawhauser was right, the time just got away from me. Yet before I say my bye I asked how Chief Bogo was, and if he was in a good mood. Clawhauser said, "he seems to be his normal self this morning, so he's not that happy. Even, worse he has a meeting with the mayor and some of the colonials so, if you need to speak to him good luck. But if you need to speak to him, than I can set up an appointment at about 2pm."
I reported to Corporal Ussuri, and did some recruiting. After lunch, I said, that I needed to report to Chief Bogo. She released me from duty, so I may speak to Chief Bogo. I got to his office around 1:45 and knocked on his door. After about 5 minutes of just silence, I knocked again, Chief Bogo answered, "I hoped that you would know, that if I didn't answer you is because I don't want to speak to you, but if you are not going, to go away come in."
I came into his office and said, "sir, I am sorry about bothering you but I need to speak to you." He didn't seemed interested, yet I still continued talking, "sir, I need you to sign this document, it's to seal some files." As I handed him the sheet he needed to sign, without Brandon's signature.
He took it, and said, "I have signed many files, and few those that have become sealed. If I am going to sign to seal these files, I need to see these files and know what they are for." This, made me realized that, I needed to tell him what these files are for. After, me explaining what happened to the former humans Michael and John. Then Chief Bogo answered, "so you want me to sign a forged document? First of all, you are forging illegal documents, you are also using city property to do this, and finally you are in possession of contraband with the town stamp you have with you."
He continued saying, "I can get you into many years in prison. Yet I still need as many officers as I can." After a few minutes, of what seemed like frustration for Cheif Bogo, he said, " I will make a deal with you. I will sign this document allowing this to be sealed. All you need to do is, convince them to join the ZPD. If you can, when Officer Wilde is healthy you will be removed from recruiting, but if you can't or they don't make it through our training you will spend the rest of your career recruiting." I agreed and left his office, I was so happy that I won this argument. That I didn't realized until a couple of minutes that I am risking my career again, and that he won the argument not me.
