Part 2: Once more into the breach

Primal huffed then snarled as he looked at B-man- "And you believe her?" -B-man shrugged slightly as he looked down at his cup of tea- "Not sure what to believe to be honest, it was all of a sudden." -B-man leaned back in his recliner thinking, it really didn't matter to him whether or not he had family. He started to mull things over with Primal grunted- "Listen B, Silver told me you proposed to her." -B-man blinked then blushed as he was about to say something but Primal held up a paw stopping him- "I approve, also you shouldn't worry about this family thing just yet. It might be someone who wants to take out the champ of the tournament."

B-man almost choked on his tea- " that was my friend" -Primal growled- "Don't lie to me, you don't give yourself enough credit." -Primal had fought B-man a few times when they had run into each other in the past, but had not been able to get the better of the human. " I know you hold back, and that damned aura thing of yours is another matter all together. Look worry about what you want for a change, and to hell with what others think."

B-man leaned foreword slightly as he watched the steam vapours of his tea rise up from the cup, had he really earned it? A chance to be happy for a change? "Alright..." Primals ears perked up- "I'll talk with Silver tonight" -B-man reached over for his tea up, Primal leaned back sipping his pepsi then spoke "You are still a virgin right?" -B-man froze- "What does that have to do with anything?!" -Primal leaned back closing his eyes- "Oh, nothing. Since you like older women" -B-man put the cup down shoulders slumping-

"I'm kidding B, she's not even middle age yet." -B-man sighed deeply contemplating things once more- "I will talk with her tonight, then we will go from there." -Primal nodded some- "Don't worry about Wind, in the end it will all be fine" -B-man nodded slightly- " I hope so..."

" How could you?!" -Wind voice was full of hatred and anger, Silver stood her ground but was surprised as she could sense it in her nieces voice- "Wind please understand" -Wind growled that much louder, barring her teeth- "Aunt! You can't! the clans blood line would be -Silver snapped- "Would be just fine! I have made up my mind young one!" -Wind growled and turned- "This will not stand with the others! That human will be the end of us!" "Wind wait!" -Wind looked up as she saw the trail from Omega the nimbus cloud, she ran off into the woods-

Silver looked down, she had made up her mind. B-mans cloud came to a stop only a few yards away from the clan site- "Hope I'm not interrupting" -Silver put on her brave face, she turned in the humans direction- "No, no...you aren't" -B-man took a few steps closer to her then paused- "are you alright?" -Silver nodded slowly- "perfectly...which would be a lie" -she turned away from him- "You can sense it can't you?...damn you for that" -B-mans heart started to sink- "I mean't what I said, I do want to mar~" -he was cut off in mid sentence as Silver turned on him, growling with teeth bared-

"You are nothing more than a foolish stupid young human!" -B-man took a step back, Silver moved up closer- "Stay away from me, Primal, Wind, and my clan! For the next time you come I shall rip out your heart!" -B-man blinked - "Silver I..." -Silver growled and took a claw swipe at B-mans direction, he easily dodged it.- "So be it..."-B-man backed away from Silver, he could sense her life force and the imbalance. even so he did as she wished- "...good bye..." -without another word he reached into his pocket then tossed a small box onto the ground, then turned jumped onto the cloud and with that was gone-

-The blue streak left by the cloud caught Primals eye as he made his back to the clan site. Silver sure that B-man was gone finally fell to her knees and began to cry, Wind watched on from a distance pleased that her aunt had done so- "you did the right thing..." Primals voice broke Winds thought - "Who did? " -she turned to see her uncle, Primal whose brow was furrowed - "Silver?" -he blinked having wanted to hide while B-man spoke to his sister, he heard her weeping and rushed to her side- "Sis? Whats wrong ?"

Silver looked up into her brothers eyes and told him what she had done, before burring her head into her brothers chest weeping. Primal growled but there was nothing he could do at this point, B-man had tuned out everything as he looked at the address on the paper, Omega arced towards the arctic and made its way there at full speed. Whom ever this person was he would find out sooner or later.

Xavier blinked as one of his look outs informed him, not only that but he could sense the sizeable energy force coming towards his mansion- "That was faster than I expected, do you have a image of him at all?" -one of Xaviers personal guards pressed a keypad, a image came up on the large monitor. B-man on his cloud zipping along the tree line, one of the guards grunted. "interesting way to travel" -Xavier smirked slightly- "Julio, I suggest you go and start warming up."

Julio was a large barrel chested man almost seven feet all and built almost as large as Primal, his albino skin glistened slightly in the light of the control room. "And try not to freeze up the gym again" -Julio nodded and answered in a icy voice that caused the air in the room to fill with vapour- "yes sir." -Xavier turned to Rose who was waiting by the doorway, she moved into the room slowly hips swaying sensually- "I didn't expect him this soon"

Xavier looked at the changing images, he pressed a few other keys to change the cameras. "neither did I, well we shall need to prepare some "hospitality" for my guest. See to it will you..." -Rose nodded then turned to leave, she couldn't help but think of how this day would end. The Image zoomed in on B-man as he shot past another camera on Omega, Xavier felt a chill of excitement run down his spine at the future meeting-

"How long until he gets here?" -he looked down at another man whom was a bit more slender than Xavier, but his skin was almost red like fire. "At his current speed fifteen minutes maybe twenty, shall I prepare as well?" -Xavier nodded- "Don't get cocky this time" -the man rose up nodded- "I know better than that sir, you are the only one whom can beat me." -Xavier chuckled- "Only just, now Nacho don't make a mess like that time" -Nacho nodded slowly then left, the two men were brothers. Elemental fighters.

Rose spoke up- " preparations are under way, So you are sending the two brothers in first ?" -Xavier nodded slowly- "if he can last agains't them then maybe" -he paused- "Just maybe, he will be worth fighting on even terms" -Rose raised an eyebrow- "and you say he may have been holding back in the tournament?" "I am not fully sure about it, but my gut is telling me otherwise."

-Rose raised an eyebrow as Xavier explained- "I watched the video a few more times, if he was able to hit that Neko with that much force and at that angle. Well, he either has a sixth sense or is just damned lucky." -Rose blinked a few times not sure what to say- "and the Melee attack he used?" -Xavier nodded- "that is what makes me wonder, he was wounded and lost that much blood and yet..." -Rose watched Xavier rise out of the chair as the image of B-man faded-

"His fighting style is true to Jeet Kune Do, using what is worthwhile and disregarding what is useless for the user" Xavier moved into the entertainment room the large screen yawned at him, he picked up the remote and hit a button- "something else caught my eye, a fight with a rhino" -Rose stood by her masters side- "Damien? I thought that footage was lost?" -Xavier nodded slowly then played the footage, the brief fight had been quick and rather brutal.

Rose watched on mouth slightly open at how Damien attacked B-man, and yet the human had not only held on but dealt more than his fair share of damage. "Now watch this next part..." Xavier did his best to repress the excitement in his face, Rose blinked in surprise at what happened next. Damien the rhino could be seen spreading his arms then unleashing a wall of energy the size of a touring bus- "There."

Xavier smiled like a predator ready to strike it's prey, on the screen B-man raised his right arm up hand clenched into a fist before bringing it down into the tournament arena tiles. The camera was filled with strings of static for a brief second before a rising wall of bright blue energy engulfed the energy ball and Damien, Rose stared in wide eyed at the display she couldn't help but freeze, as Damiens massive body hit one of the support beams in the arena from the energy geyser .

Rose looked at her master, whom eyes were a blaze with excitement- "Now do you see?" -Rose paused contemplating her next words- "A man of that age with that much power...You want to "duke" it out?" -Xavier turned back to the monitor- "I want to bury him" -Rose knew when she heard her master make up his mind, she nodded then stepped back- "he should be here soon...Dinner should be ready shortly as well" -Xavier nodded then waved absently to her- "Yes, Yes, see to it..."

Omega hovered over the mansion, B-man glared down below at it-....alright whom ever you are...here I am...- jumping off Omega his feet hit solid ice, he almost slipped but managed to maintain his footing. Xavier's mansion seemed to be a mix of edwardian and modern era designs, it was a flat black in it's pain finish. The large double doors that were at least eight feet across on either side slowly opened, they were silent apart from the sound of the difference of pressure between the warm air and the cold air.

"Come in! Come in! You must be cold!" -Rose spoke up as she walked out from one of the grand halls, she was in a black jump suit.- "...nice to see you again" -B-man replied as the large doors closed softly behind him, the room slowly warmed up once more. "I didn't think you were going to come, what changed your mind?" -B-man blinked for a moment sensing Roses life force going into a slight imbalance, the room didn't feel right despite all of the warm colours and furniture.

Rose gestured to a corridor to her left- " Dinner is almost ready, would you like a drink? Whiskey? Rum perhaps?" -B-man following Rose slowly replied while taking his head slightly- " I don't drink alcohol, I'll just have a ice water please...so...When will my.. Brother join us?" -Rose glanced back as they entered the dining room, it almost looked like a replica of the Sistine chapel. "your brother has a interesting taste in artwork, along with various other things."

"Mind if I cut to the chase?" -Rose stiffened slightly at B-man being so forward so quickly- "I can sense a great fighting spirit, along with several others...this better not be a trap..." -Rose glanced over to a staircase over B-mans shoulder- " Lord Xavier..your brother..." -Xaviers voice broke through and echoed slightly from the top of the staircase- "Yes I know, Rose will you please check on our meal." -Xavier walked down the steps and shook B-mans hand rather energetically , B-man was rather taken a back by the sudden show of affection- " it is so good to finally meet you Brandon, or do you prefer B-man?" -B-man shrugged slightly- " it doesn't matter to much to be to be honest, but B-man is just fine, or B."

-Xaiver moved to the head of the table, while Rose walked out she glanced back at the two before quickly rushed out- "So ..."B-man" please have a seat, we have so much to talk about. I must ask you one thing first, did you manage to find our parents?" -B-man paused for a brief second before sitting down, his expression said it all before he even spoke- "sadly..umm.. Xavier was it? I am not sure if they are alive at all, the records were pretty badly burned up since their was~ -Xavier finished the sentence- " A fire at the hospital, which destroyed most of the wing...yes I know... I looked myself."

Rose returned- " dinner is served M'lord" -B-man blinked as two men walked out, they looked more like mercenaries than waiters. Xavier smiled as he leaned back in his chair- " I hope this isn't too ... Fancy for you Brandon, but I live a rather luxurious life style." -B-man looked at the plates of food, fruits from all over the world cut in art like designs, along with the veggies. Julio placed a plate in front of B-man, Chicken Alfredo was the main course, followed up by new york style cheese cake with fresh strawberries and blueberries.-

" thank you Julio, one more ale for myself then you may go" -the men did as they were told, then left B-man and Xavier to eat. Hours passed as they spoke about their pasts, Xavier for his love of fighting while B-man spoke about how he survived all the years alone. "I've been watching the tournament footage, there isn't too much of it" -B-man stopped in mid chew of his cheesecake while Xavier poured himself a cup of coffee, B-man leaned back in his chair as he dabbed his lips with a napkin before he spoke- "I didn't know they were filming it to be honest..."

Xavier sat down slowly while placing the cup in front of him, B-man looked over at Xavier eye to eye- "How much of the fighting did you see?" Xavier shrugged slightly- "more than my fair share, needless to say you interested me...I know we don't look alike, being adopted after all and am at least four to five years older than you" -B-man leaned in slowly, he had a bad feeling that he knew where this was going- " the moves you saw me use, you~" -Xavier interrupted with excitement-

"You interest me as a Rival, I wish to test myself agains't you Brandon" -B-man leaned back that much more in the chair, his body tensed slightly- "well in time, I still have a lot to take in...finding out that I have a brother, Adopted or not...makes a sort of shitty day a bit better." -Xavier slowly smiled then narrowed his eyes- "Brandon...what happened to Sky?..." -Xavier blinked as B-man brow twitched, was it nervousness? or just a horrible memory- " I'm not sure you'd understand or not...long story short he is dead" -Xavier blinked once more, not sure how to respond- "I...am sorry for your loss...how did it happen?"

-B-man leaned foreword and picked up his glass of water, the condensation beaded from the movement and ran down the glass dripping onto the table cloth.- "Do you...believe in heaven or hell?" -Xavier blinked once more- "what happened Brandon?..." -B-man took a single sip of water then placed the glass back down- "...it exists Xavier...my friend Sky was killed by the devil himself..." -At first Xavier would have called it a poor mans delusion, but as B-man continued to tell him the story of the demon named Wolf the more he believed-

"You saved Heaven itself? how...how could you do such a thing?" -Xavier started to grow more and more excited, but deep down there was a twinge of fear. How strong B-man really was frightening, then again it would be the greatest challenge of his life- "that happened almost a year ago didn't it?" -B-man looked at Xavier slowly- " it was a very hard time in my life, something I really don't like to discuss if you don't mind. Let alone the fighting itself..." -Xavier raised an eyebrow as he leaned in slowly-

"You are that powerful, and yet you don't tell people?" -B-man shook his head slowly- " right, and people will look at me like I am crazy" -Xavier smirked slowly leaning back in his chair- "Then Spar with me, that way I can spread the glory that is my brother, all over the world." -B-man stiffened that much more, the expression on his face changed- "I don't want anybody to know about me, not a word of any of this to anyone else..." -Xavier didn't back down- "No one would dare challenge you." -B-man slowly pushed back the chair he sat in, the conversation wasn't going the way he had hoped .- "I think we should call it a evening, it is getting late..."

-Xavier got up quickly- "You can't leave, not yet" -B-man raised an eyebrow- "I think that is enough for the both of us...this is still a lot to take in, I will come back tomorrow. Then we can ~" -B-man blinked for a moment as the two waiters walked out, now in jump suits as well- "it wasn't a request Brandon, we still have much to discuss, along with a match between the two of us" -B-man slowly moved back as Julio and Nacho walked up and stood next to their master- "I am going to test myself so we can find out which one us is better, for now..a warm up match should see if you are worthy"

-B-man's heart sank, once more he was going to fight, once more somebody wanted to use him as a means to prove their dominance in the world.- "We're done here" -B-man started to back away as Julio and Nacho started to walk towards him, he only made it two metres before he felt the ground give under him.- "What in?!" -B-man didn't have time to react as the trap door gave way, both men stood by the edge as Xavier ordered- "go after him...I shall see you in the caverns"

" yes Milord" -as the men left Xavier looked down the shaft for a brief moment, excitement but also fear ran the rungs of his spine- _show me what you can do Brandon...please...-_In the shaft B-man crashed into the side walls as he fell out of control, the shaft arced almost ninety degree as he was shot out of the tube. Tumbling on the rock face B-man managed to right himself and get to his feet, the world spun for him for a few more seconds before his inner ear distinguished what was Up, down, left and right- "that was different"

-His eyes adjusted to the darker surroundings, there was a faint trace of light several meters ahead.- "HELLO?!" -his voice echoed through the cavern, cursing inwardly at himself he began to made his way though the cavern. It opened up to what looked like sort of naturally formed stadium, several platforms could be made out that had been created from the rock- " this is a fitting grave site" - It wasn't Xavier that spoke, the voice was deeper had a spanish accent-

-B-man stopped in mid step, focusing his mind he tried to sense who it was. At first he could sense only one person, then another further ahead- "For who?" -B-man replied hesitantly, at this point he felt like he was a sitting duck. Then another voice spoke coming from the direction of the second life force- "it is not obvious ?" -Bman stepped around a pile of fallen sheet rock, sweat began to form on his brow- "Let's not do this...I don't want a fight!"

"It isn't your choice!" -The right uppercut from Julio came out of the shadows, B-man just managed to dodge the attack. Only after the fact did he notice the ice spikes on the bodyguards fist.- Their _Elementals?! _ " OUF!!!" -B-mans thoughts were interrupted as he was slammed in the back by a flying side kick from Nacho, hitting the rock covered ground in a roll B-man managed to go into a front flip before landing on his feet. He could see the red glow from Nacho now, had his opponent used full strength that would have burnt off more than clothing-

Projectiles of Ice with fireballs sprayed the area, B-man managed to avoid further attacks and took cover in one of the many tunnels. Once more he began to track them with his senses, he couldn't let his cat and mouse game go on.-"okay then...you want me.. you got me..." -taking a step back he vanished into the shadows his energy signature faded along with it, Julio and Nacho both sensed the lack of a life force from the man they were sent to test-

Xavier's adrenaline started to rush as the monitors lost sight of his brother, next was his ability to sense- "How is your brother doing so far M'Lord?" Rose asked in a almost hesitant fashion, as to not break her masters concentration- " Better than I had expected, more skilled than I thought as well." -Xavier moved up to the control panel- "where are you?...WHERE?!"- Julio never saw it coming, one the yell of the attack before it hit- "HIEN SHIPUUKAYKU!" -B-mans right heel dug into the mans back, before the reverse round house kick sent Julio flying into his brother who was also surprised-

Nacho rolled out from under his brother and went to launch another blast of flames, but to be avail as B-man was already on Nacho driving the man down into the rock with a right straight to the mans face- " Now stay down!" -Rose was jaw dropped in how fast B-man had downed the brothers, Xavier stiffened in his chair- "a...already?" -Rose moved to her masters side unsure of what to say or do- " are you going down there?" -Xavier cursed as he rose form his chair, Rose protested- "are you really sure? If this is what he means by "not wanting to fight" then what if" -Her lord silenced her with a glance-

"it will add spice to the battle, record everything while I am down there" -Rose watched on as her master made his way to the caverns below through a doorway off to the side of his chambers, Rose couldn't help but wonder if is where were masters winning streak would hit a "brick wall" with no hope of turning back-

B-man finished using one of the brothers belts to tie their arms and legs together, so they could not cause problems again for a while- _Now how the hell do I get out of here? -_His thoughts were interrupted as he felt another life force in the distance, already he knew it was Xavier most likely coming to have a crack at it- " Pin point accuracy! Coupled with no remorse! That is how you fight Brandon!" -B-man continued on through the caves entering a large cavern most likely mined out to create a training arena, he only took a few steps inside before coming to a stop-

"I told you, I don't want to fight. Now if you can't get that through your thick skull I'll" -Xaiver interrupted B-man- " Or You'll what? Knock me out a well? Crush me but using my weaknesses? I am a different game than my bodyguards Brandon, So what will it be?" -Xavier slowly stepped out of the elevator car, the echoing of the closing doors filled the arena- " So this is how it is huh? fight your long lost Brother to prove a point? " -Xavier chuckled as he continued to walk into the arena towards B-man-

"Brandon, we are men of passion. Our will to fight and Conquer are the same" -B-man blinked as he listens to the garbage Xavier was spewing- " You are mad, Conquering what? I've never~" -Xavier started to howl with laugher- " Sorry, sorry, I mean that you Conquer the martial arts. My god you are blind, didn't you think this would happen sooner or later? You know the saying " There is always a bigger fish" " -B-man swore under his breath- "And you want to be "The Big Fish"

Xavier stepped into the spot light, now in a black skin tight jump suit- " I'll give you a chance to change into something more appropriate for our fight." -he gestured to to the left of them to a set of lockers, lined with various uniforms but one sent a chill down B-mans spine- " A copy from the tournament?" -Xavier smiled that much more- " In every detail, I think it would be fitting since this is martial artist to martial artist. Our own private tournament, a clashing of bone and sinew " -Xavier moved into his fighting stance-

Shadows covered B-mans eyes as he turned to face Xavier- " Don't push me, I might push back..." -Xavier smirked- " that is what I am count on. Now! Shall we begin?!" - The two brothers faced off, yet Xavier couldn't help but feel some sort of pressure from the situation that was building as each second passed. He couldn't put his finger on it, but he felt this might be his greatest victory and loss at in one.

Silver was looking around the Castle of the Neko Village that was once vibrate and alive, now nothing more than a ruin since the demon named "Wolf" possessed one of it's inhabitants months ago. Her brother Primal glanced around slightly he had a strange feeling, Wind as well didn't feel right about it- "Let's get going please...this place is giving me the ...-Wind shivered visually, Primal nodded slowly- "yes, there is something in the air here. it must have been horrific."

Primal paused then looked around to Silver- "You are still upset at me, aren't you brother?..." -Primal growled then turned away- " I will be outside, finish up looking around then let's get going" -Primal stormed off past their niece Wind- "Aunt...you did do the right thing..." -Silver didn't say anything as she walked into another room, the remains of a large bed were to one side of the room, the moonlight was beautiful that night along with the illumination of the forest.

"I made a mistake...I was so happy...and yet.." -Silver growled at herself for being so stupid- " Damn me..." -Wind stepped into the room slowly- " did you say something ?" -Silver turned to her niece- "yes... I make a mistake...I am going back to Brandon and I..." -Silver paused then gasped with horror, Outside Primals ears perked as he felt a type of energy he had not sensed since the kingdom at fell- " a demon?..."

-With that the horrific blood curdling scream filling the castle and echoed through the forest- "Silver?! " -Primal rushed inside only to to gasp in shock at the site before him-" Silver!" -Primals howl filled the air as a shadow of a demon tore itself away from Wind, she staggered backwards in horror as her hands were full of her aunts wolven blood. Primal rushed to her sisters side as Silver looked up at her brother, no longer blind but filled with tears as she whispered one final word- "Brandon..."

Back in the cavern B-man stopped all movement as he felt a life force beginning to fade, he jerked his head to the right in the direction of the neko village. " Silver?..." -he whispered in shock, Xavier smirked then pushed off going into a run- " You're wide open!" -B-man's attention wasn't on his brother for those few seconds, as Xavier came with in five feet of B-man the world spun - " KAYO-KEN!"

-B-man pivoted hard on his heel as he went into the Kayo-Ken, the attack name roared from his lips as the aura blinded Xavier for the few seconds he had left. The burst of the Kayo-Ken aura was deafening along with the the impact as well as B-mans right fist drove into Xaviers solar plexus, he was already loosing consciousness long before his body slammed into the rock face- " Silver!" -B-man called out as he rushed off to the elevator shaft, in the control room Rose was gob smacked at how fast her master was knocked out, she jerked back as the lift doors opened as B-man ran out.

Before Rose even had a chance to attack she hit the ground out cold, a swift chop from B-man to her nerve bundle at the base of her neck was all it took. B-man smashed through the nearest window calling for his nimbus cloud, landing on the cloud from a free fall he shouted- " Come on!" -the nimbus cloud responded and shot off in the direction B-man wanted, he zeroed in on Primals life force and aimed his cloud in the exact direction-

Rose groaned as she awoke a few minutes later she didn't have chance to react, then realized if he had come up the lift then where was her master? Using what strength she had Rose staggered to the lift and went down to the cavern, as the doors opened she could see Xavier laying his back, Nacho and Julio were staggering over his location as well- " Master?!" -she rushed over to Xaviers side, his eyes were open still in shock-

"It...It wasn't even a contest for him...never saw it coming..." Rose blinked- "Master? are you alright? " -Xavier was still in a daze- " not...even an inkling...no warning...he just did it..." -Nacho looked at Julio then both back at Rose as she moved to Xaviers side- "M'Lord? M'LORD!" -Xavier blinked once slowly, then several times as he got up- " Where?! Where is he?!" -He tried to stand but couldn't- "or not...how...how long have I been out?" -Rose helped Xavier to his feet- "almost fifteen minutes, all of us.."

Nacho slammed his fist into his palm- "He wasn't really trying was he?!" -Julio cursed as he moved up- "We never stood a chance at all, was he just toying with us?" -Xavier frowned then waved them stop- "he men't what he said...he didn't want to fight...and if he wanted to kill us he would have..." -Xavier gasped as he felt the centre of his chest- " This...this changes many things..." -Rose blinked- " you aren't thinking of really going through with that~ " -Xaviers grunt cut Rose off- "Yes...THAT..."

The group made their way to the lift, as they stepped inside Xavier frowned- " A damned cult...but I never thought I would do such a thing...and yet...with what Brandon said...it has to be true now..." Rose remained silent for a few minutes longer, at least until the bodyguards left to tend to their injuries. " M'lord..." Xavier waved her off- " it's fine rose.. you can drop the formalities." -Rose pressed on- " Xavier, are you really sure about this? I have such a horrible feeling about this."

Xavier slumped down into a recliner wincing at he did so, Rose couldn't believe her eyes as he slid off the top portion of his uniform. The impact point on Xaviers chest was black and blue in such a short period of time, the result of a sever impact- "Get the transport ready, we are going to help them crack the seal in a few days..." -Rose winced then bowed- "yes M'Lord." Xavier looked out at the snowy landscape from the smashed window, wondering just how far he would go now to beat his brother.
