Depression Demon
Whoever faces with depression Wil understand
You sit watching out the window you have a smile watching the kids play in the street, Or maybe you're just a fan of scenery. You have the music in your ears and Or on speakers, But that's when you feel it, It sneaks up on you..You do your best to ignore it But when it's hand touches your shoulder you slump. It takes it's other hand onto your other shoulder keeping you down. You look to the floor then back outside and suddenly everything is gray. Where once was a happy sunny day is not filled with a cold hard Storm. You can feel the demons breath in your ears, It whispers to you about your life, it tells you What you fear. It explains all the hardships in your life. Soon one of the hands reaches your heart And your heart sinks. That red beating Pulse of life sending the blood through your veins Turns black and nothing but sadness fills your body. You feel like your heart has slowed down, Your eyes now starring at nothing. The demon Chuckles knowing it's got you down fully, you try to get Away you slowly stand yourself up And walk. It grabs at your feet Not wanting to let go, So your feet drag along slowly. The world you know is noe all gray as you look through it with sad eyes, eventually you get a text it's from someone that you know and you gain a smile. The world comes into color Once more and the demon vanishes only..you think for a second Demons don't just die..and that's when you see the demon standing in the corner watching knowing it's not over.
