After a little more time at the immigration office, Corporal Ussuri gave me permission to leave. While driving to the hospital, I received a call from Brandon he said, "I think, I found a way. Simply stated a residency transfer. A transferring residency would solve for all the issues.
I was turning into the hospital, when I asked, "how would residency transfer help? You would still need to find a way, to get them citizenship, but this time you need to go through one of the dependent towns offices." Yet I added, "but if you believe it would help, I will do anything you need done."
Brandon quickly answered, "No, I don't mean getting them residency of one, of the dependent towns. I mean getting them a few basic files, and make it look like one of the dependent towns has all files. Heck even better, just say they come from Podunk, that town is always known for losing files, most likely it wouldn't raise any red flags. Of course we would need to find a copy of one of the depend towns seals. If you want to be able prove its a legit document. I should warn you though that what we are talking about, with forging documents is heavily illegal."
I never thought that what I was planning could be illegal I answered back, "thank you, I am going to talk to Nick. I believe, he might know some people who could help." I hung up, I started towards the hospital. I got to Nick's room, Nick was just lying down just watching the TV. Until he saw me and try to raise himself up.
Nick after giving up on getting up, just laid there and said, "Carrots, good to see you today. I'm just bored, man just lying around all day in a bed is miserable. I have no idea how animals can waste their time just relaxing in a bed. Other than that, I probably shouldn't complain."
I than told Nick what Brandon said, "Nick, Brandon suggest we forge some documents. Make it look like John and Michael have been residents of one of the dependents towns. The thing is we would need to get a dependent town stamp." Just how do we get a dependent town? I then, sat down right next to Nick's bed.
Nick answered in a kidding way, "Carrots, again you're focused on the them. While I have been bored all day. With all kidding aside, I would suggest you talk to Blacktooth he, a black jaguar you could meet him at the old stockyards in Tundra. If he is their, he does go on a lot of business trips. You should be very careful he hates all cops, so I suggest you take your uniform off. At the end he is the only animal, I can think of who could have a copy, of a town seal."
I thanked Nick, and immediately lift to see, if I could find Blacktooth. When I got to the old stockyards, I got out of my car. After about a minute of looking around, I heard a voice coming from a dark corner of one of the buildings. Their a black Jaguar came out and said, "greetings, is there anything that you need. If I do not have it, I can easily get it."
I simply answered kind of scared, "yes, Nick said that you could help me with an item, I would like to purchase." After a few breaths, I begin to say, "I need to get an official stamp, of one of the dependent towns, for Zootopia." I knew that normally, I would definitely arrest him, for selling of contraband, and properly would find a huge list of other charges I would get him on.
Luckily he could not tell I was a police officer. As he started to say, "ahh yes, a dependent town seal. Used to mark a file as official for that town, and with Zootopia law, any dependent tow file is a recognized file of Zootopia. It is hard to get a current seal of a town. Towns keep their stamps secured and if they believe they have a stamp missing they will quickly change their design and restamp all their official files. Yet, I was able to get my paws on two differents town seals. One town stamp for Podunk and the stamp for Bunnyborrow, the price for either one of the stamps is five thousand dollars." Thought I know, that it was expensive, I decided to pay for the stamp for Podunk. My thinking was, I needed to get the town stamp and after that I just got a town stamp of the streets. Preventing someone else from faking documents.
