Friction-all...

This world, among the fools & cherished, concrete in mind

I search each day, for something some way, worthwhile to find

As of late it's become more of a hassle than a hobby all it's own

Ignorance above all else, in my opinion, is the only thing that's grown

Most seemingly upset if things aren't made easy for their point of view

With this, standards for common sense can't be found, there's nothing really new

Emotions take up most of the space where one could find skill

Empathy & sympathy seem to make up most of what's become of a worthwhile thrill

It's beyond my patience now, beyond my train of thought

New age worth seems to be to me something I wish all would have just forgot

It's nothing worth showing, for the most of what I see

To have an opinion these days means to hold a knife, against someone, who somehow...compared to you...isn't free

The pen has become the sword of sorts for many who found their voice

Finding this new power, or reason, seems to give them an inflated ego, far too much force enforcing on others their choice

It's too much for me at times, I feel, but not any better before the words are spoken

Their arguments one-sided, their ending goal for understanding always comes out broken

I fear for the future soon at hand

To live one way won't be a choice, but will be guided into becoming a demand...

They truly will become a hypocrite, the monsters they set out to take down

Without being aware, their educational banter will transform them into a class clown.

I hope the majority of people understand, life isn't supposed to be perfection, it's what we make it

Why our forefathers fought & survived, its a never ending story of humanity as a whole, of which we never gave up, we never took the easy way out...we never quit...

If u can truly argue a problem & spend ur time with others with no real life problems to worry about

Understand, the other side, the majority of people, may not see your side as you think...

You may only grow, in them, doubt...
