To Hell and back part 2, The morning after chill

Morning came bearing its blinding light into the room where Darsil and Sousuke slumbered. The pair lay there with Sousuke's arm draped around the smaller fox's white chest as he lay there awake. His mind was replaying everything that had happened last night. He could hear his mother's worried voice soothing his father and not he and it nearly brought him to tears. In fact it might have if he hadn't cried so much last night. His mind also sorted through what he would need from his room. He had his books and most of the stuff he had wanted to make himself feel at home. His last set of boxes had moved his bedding and most of his clothing.
Sometime in the night the two had undressed and moved to the bedroom to sleep. As Sousuke began to stir, Darsil noticed a familiar pressure at his tail and began to move to avoid it before the larger white fox growled. "Sousuke?" Darsil whimpered. He heard a sleepy 'huh' to acknowledge him before the half-asleep fox pulled him close again and nuzzled his neckfur. Darsil murred softly in his lover's embrace before he remembered why he had moved in the first place, he rolled towards Sousuke and caught sight of his blue sparkling eyes. Sousuke leaned in close to him and their muzzles met in a light kiss as they laid in silence.
The doorbell rang to signify someone was there to see them was there to see them. It caused Darsil to grumble as he rolled out of bed and began getting dressed. Sousuke pulled on a pair of boxers before walking out and opening the door. He opened the door as Darsil walked out of the room with his eyes widening. Cursing he blushed and ran back into the room while Sousuke led the wolf from the door in and situated the grey lupine on the couch. Sousuke took it to heart and trudged back into the other room to get dressed. "So..." the woman began. "Sousuke's told me a lot about you Darsil." Looking her over Darsil could see the semblance between Sousuke and this wolf especially in their taste in clothes. She wore a pair of black jeans that hugged her legs as she sat. She coupled this with a plain grey t-shirt that her hair; which was drawn back in a ponytail, was draped casually over. She said smiling brightly at him as Sousuke walked back in.
"You didn't hear last night mom." Sousuke muttered. Darsil looked up to Sousuke and whimpered. "You want to tell her or should I?" he asked eliciting interest from his mother. Darsil pulled his knees up and hugged them to his chest. He shook his head as Sousuke took a seat next to him.
"Oh? What happened? And what type of stuff did you need us to cover Sousuke?" Sousuke's mother quirked her head and looked to Darsil noticing tears beginning to build in his eyes.
"His father found out about he and I last night...it ended with Darsil here on the floor crying when I got in the room with him. Last night we got a message saying he was being cut off from his family's money so he can't pay for college." Darsil began sobbing quietly and Sousuke pulled him over and hugged him. It took her a few minutes to recover from what was said and process it before she nodded.
"Alright, consider it paid. Darsil...honey I need you to tell me though. Can you keep your grades up or do you need to drop for the semester?" Darsil managed a weak nod at the first option and a visible shake of his head at the thought of dropping. The wolf on the other couch nodded and looked to Sousuke. "I'll go down to the office and set up the grant for him." She said grabbing a small purse she had set next to her on the couch. "In the meantime sweetie I need you to cheer up. Your parents will come around sooner or later so don't let this affect you alright?" she said walking to the door. "Sousuke, bring him out to meet your brother sometime. He never shuts up about you never talking to him." Sousuke chuckled and shook his head.
"I'll see mom." He said with a smile. "We'll see you next weekend alright?" he said rubbing Darsil's shoulder lightly. She smiled and nodded before walking out and closing the door behind her. Sousuke hugged Darsil tightly as he sat there and began gently kissing him. First on his forehead, then his cheek, his neck, gradually as he continued the smaller fox relaxed into his embrace. The two sat there cuddled for several seconds before Darsil rolled towards Sousuke and buried his face in the velvety white fur that covered his chest.
