The fourth Part to the Game Night series Sorry it's short
I smiled making a pot of coffee, "So Roxie if Jamie is coming over does that mean..."
I nodded as I closed the lid to the coffee machine "Yep"I could sense the excitement growing inside him, "Game Night!"
He shouted "Finally It's been forever" He said finishing the toast. I sat down next to him. "But, If you want it to be a full on 'Game Night'
then we need more than three people." I said looking at him, "than who?" he said, "Well I'll call Vex if you call Joseph. " I said watching him think about the offer.
Then He looked at me the way a child looks at his parents, "Deal!" He shook my hand and ran to his room, I then Took out my phone and Dialed Vex, one of my old friends, A few minutes later Tyler came back into the room Alright Joe's coming. Good I said clicking the call button on my phone. It rang for a short time until I heard the other line connect,
"Roxie?" Said the soft voice of Vex, "Yeah it's me," I said nervously, "What's up I haven't heard from you in forever," she said, The mere sound of her voice was enough to send anyone into a trance, "I wanted to ask you If you'd Like to come to Game night," I said walking to the kitchen, But as I did I passed Tyler who was trying to tease me, but I ignored him the best I could But I think a giggle might have escaped "Sure I'd be glad to !" She said cheerfully, "around eight tonight and bring your laptop," I said pouring a mu of coffee for tyler who snatched it from me mouthing 'thank you'. "Alright, I'll be there, see you later," the line disconnected. I set the phone down and looked to Tyler who was sipping the coffee,
"what were you doing?" I asked playfully punching him in the arm. "Just trying to trip you up in front of your ex" He said. I rolled my eyes and flopped down on the couch when I heard
The doorbell ding, Both Me and Tyler looked at each other,
