I wrote this sometime ago for my mate as a little gift, and I figured today would be the perfect day to post it! ^-^

This story takes place in Saber's world, but in an alternate universe! =o A universe where Aislin doesn't exist and wyverns share the world as well!

Hope you like it! Thanks for reading. ^-^

Saber yawned and stretched out before wiggling around on his bed. He kicked the covers off and sprawled out for a moment, letting his brain wake up too as he groaned tiredly. He flexed his dark-blue hind paws and flicked his tail around that had the same blue color at its tip. Then he rolled over and buried his nose in his blankets and blew air out of his nostrils.

He could hear the TV playing in the other room, telling him that his roommate was awake before him... again. Saber did love to sleep in, but maybe he shouldn't sleep in as much as he did.

The violet dragon sighed and yawned again before slipping off the bed and padding out of his bedroom. He saw the light-purple and tan wyvern relaxing on the couch, and he gave a friendly smile as he saw Saber, his sharp fangs bared.

Verro was larger than Saber was, standing about a foot or two taller than him. He had been born a wild dragon, but he lived in a small village not too far from the city for most of his dragonet years. He was the first wyvern Saber had ever seen in the city, since most of his kind was either wild or lived in very rural areas.

His hide looked rather exotic. Mixed into his lighter purple scales were darker purple, curvy stripes. Purple, blue-tipped feathers poofed out of the back of his skull and trailed down his neck while a webbed frill attached to the bottom of his head and neck. Four solid-black horns that brightened into golden tips protruded out of his skull as well as two pairs of small spikes that stuck out of his cheeks. In all honesty, Saber thought Verro was very handsome!

"Morning, Saber!" Verro said cheerily. "Are you ready for our first day off together?"

Saber couldn't help but to grin toothily back as he hopped up onto the other side of the couch. After having spent a few weeks together with his new friend, he felt comfortable being close to him, and he didn't mind sharing a little affection every now and again.

"I am! This will be your first real chance to explore the city with me, without having a heavy package to carry around."

Since Verro was bigger than Saber, he was normally assigned to the big packages that Saber and the other dragons couldn't carry. Before Verro was around, the packages were normally taken by a truck.

"Where do you plan on taking me, hmm? Where shall our first date be?" he teased and flicked his feather-tipped tail.

Saber giggled and squeezed the long wyvern tail with his own shorter one. "I was thinking we could eat out and then maybe catch some fireworks later in the night. The humans are having some sort of festival."

"Oh! So it is a date," Verro said, chuckling. Their tails twined together while they smiled at each other.

"More or less," Saber replied and yawned widely, showing off his teeth. "But I'll have to wake up first before we go anywhere."

"What is the festival about?"

Saber shrugged his wings. "I think it's about the harvest--how humans get their food."

"Oh, I know! I used to watch the farmers while I lived in that village. They have giant fields of plant-food, and they bring out their big machinery at the end of the season to take it all down. I didn't know they had a celebration for that."

Saber nodded. "There will be lots of food! I was thinking we could go out for lunch and then hang around the festival for most of the day until the fireworks."

Verro grinned and swayed their twined tails around as they dangled off the couch. "I'd really enjoy doing that with you."

Saber looked thoughtfully into Verro's eyes while a bright smile curled his lips. He gave Verro's tail another squeeze before slipping off of the couch and heading into the kitchen.

"I'm going to make some tea before we head out. Want any?"

Verro nodded eagerly. "Please!"

* * *

After having some tea, Saber brought Verro across the town to one of his favorite places to eat. They ate together at a restaurant that catered mostly to dragons where was a wide-assortment of meats, ranging from fish to beef, both raw and cooked. With their bellies filled, Saber took Verro along to the city square, where most of the festivities were being held.

The city square normally looked stunningly decorated, but this time of the year it was filled with autumn décor. Stalls and canopy tents lined the plaza, storing food, trinkets, games, entertainment, and mini stores. Banners hung in the air, and there were plenty of lanterns at the ready for the late evening. Faint music played somewhere on the plaza, but the melodies were drowned out by the uproar of the crowd.

Sunlight peeked from above the clouds, giving the air a chilly feeling. Spicy scents filled Saber's nostrils as he touched down with Verro close behind. It was very crowded and loud, so they had to land safely across the street. Dragons and humans walked around the festival area with joyful grins over their faces. Saber smiled too and nudged Verro with a wing.

"What should we do first?" he asked.

Verro grinned back and shrugged his wing-arms. "The food smells delicious," he suggested.

"We just ate! What about some games?"

"Sure! But don't expect me to be very... coordinate with anything," Verro said, waving his wing-paw at Saber. "These aren't as nimble as your paws."

Saber giggled and nodded. "There's a fun one I do every year! All you have to do is use your mouth to catch apples in your teeth."

Verro snapped his jaw approvingly. "I can do that!"

Saber and Verro cut into the crowd of mixed races. Verro looked like he was trying his best to be as small as possible, but he still received plenty of confused and curious glances. Not many humans had seen a wild dragon before, but even the dragons cast uneasy looks at him. He was large for a dragon, having at least a foot or two on Saber, and his massive wings didn't help in that regard. Though, they did fold neatly against his arms, contained and out of the way.

They stepped beneath the shade of a pavilion where that wasn't nearly as crowded as the others. Surrounding them were all sorts of barrels of varying sizes, filled with water and apples. Some were meant for the humans while others were meant for dragons. Saber grinned and padded up to two short, unoccupied barrels and waved a wing at Verro.

"All we have to do is see who can get the most apples in a minute."

"Oh, this seems easy," Verro said and nosed into the wide barrel.

The apples weren't all that big, at least to a dragon's flexible jaw they weren't!

"The humans invented the game. They seem to have a hard time using their mouths, so they don't even have a time limit. I added one to make things more interesting!"

Verro grinned and hovered over the bucket. "Ready when you are!"

Saber chuckled and leaned over his own. They weren't set very high, so it was easy for him to drop his head. "Okay... go!"

Saber quickly ducked his head and caught an apple between his teeth. He set it aside in an empty bucket and quickly went back in for another.

Then he heard a loud crunch as Verro started eating the apple. Saber spit out the apple already in his mouth and started giggling.

"You're not supposed to eat them!"

Verro glanced at Saber with a mouthful and then swallowed. "Oh... Start over!"

Saber sighed and shook his head incredulously. "Okay... Start!"

After a full minute, or what Saber thought was a full minute, they tallied up how many apples each of them had, and it ended in a tie.

"Hmph... I bet you kept the other apples from before," Verro teased.

Saber shook his head and nipped at his neck. "Did not!"

Verro laughed and nibbled on one of Saber's horns, making him meep and try to pull away. Saber pushed at him with a paw and freed himself, grumbling as he felt his horn. "Those are sensitive!"

"I know," Verro cooed. "That's why I did it."

Saber huffed and led them out of the pavilion. "Well, what do you want to do next?"

Verro's head turned and surveyed the area. He shrugged his wing-arms. So, they sort of wandered around for a while, looking at all sorts of neat things. Saber bought some sweets and shared them with Verro. He had always been a sucker for the sweet, delicious foods humans made, and Verro really enjoyed them too!

They meandered across the plaza to a small show that had dragons flying around and doing tricks in the air. Saber hoped that they were free dragons, and not the performing dragons he occasionally saw that were bound to an owner. But the tricks were neat, and Saber wondered if he'd ever be able to do any of them. Then again, he'd probably end up really hurting himself... so it probably wasn't worth it to find out!

After that, they traveled the rest of the way around in a big circle, having at least looked at everything, except for a big tent that was a little bit away from all of the festivities. Verro nodded toward the large tent with a lot of dragons flooding around it.

"What's that?" he asked.

Saber felt his cheeks flush a little as a memory from last year played through his mind. Muddled visions of him participating in a drunken orgy immediately popped up and made his wings tremble. He wasn't sure if he should take Verro in there or not... Maybe it was tamer this year, seeing how the humans found out what was going on inside that tent last time.

"It's the dragon tent. There's a lot of drinks and food, but I'm not sure if you'd want to go in there. It gets very uhm... lewd."

"Lewd?" Verro asked. "Like... mating and stuff?"

Saber nodded and grinned awkwardly. "Since it's for dragons only, we can get away with a lot more in public."

"I kind of want to go see..." Verro said. He looked a little embarrassed about it too, but he also looked a very eager. "I haven't had any fun like that in a long time."

Saber smiled and started toward the large tent. It took up a good portion of the plaza, and less and less humans were around. It made Saber feel a bit more comfortable, and he hoped Verro did too. Dragons didn't pay nearly as much attention to him as the humans did, but Saber still caught some stares. He felt sorry for the wyvern that he had to always be different. Saber wondered what it would be like for him to visit Verro's home or at least be with other wyverns. He'd probably feel very small.

They slipped through the entrance, and inside was the pungent odor of dragon. So many mixed scents blended together in the warm air inside the tent, and they all hit Saber almost immediately upon entering. He looked around, glad to see there wasn't anything too deviant going on quite yet. There were several long tables set up, some of them holding food and drinks, and there were kegs lined up on the opposite side. Dragons of all colors gathered around, noisily chatting and socializing.

And Saber was thoroughly surprised to see two other wyverns there! They stood out in the crowd since they were a bit bigger than everyone else. He nudged Verro with a wing and pointed. "You should go say hi!"

Verro shook his head and shrank back. "I- I don't know them... it'd be weird to just do that."

"That's sort of the point of this gathering," Saber teased. "It's to meet new dragons!" He could see the longing look in Verro's eyes, but he seemed reluctant.

"But I just want to stay with you." Verro fiddled with his digits on his wing-paws, looking adorably bashful.

Saber smiled warmly at Verro and nuzzled him. "Do you want me to go with you?"

Verro hesitated before he shook his head. "No... I kind of just want to be with you."

"Okay, then let's go get some drinks," Saber said. Maybe if Verro loosened up a bit he would be more willing to do what he wanted. "Do you drink alcohol?"

Verro nodded his head. "I haven't had any for a while, though."

Saber grinned widely and led him over to several kegs after grabbing two cups for each of them. He carefully poured the first cup and handed it to his friend.

"Careful, these things are hard to use," Saber said, grasping his own cup between two paws. He put the rim of the cup to his lips and then tilted the cup back, taking a large swig of the nasty liquid. He grimaced, not really liking the taste all that much.

He watched Verro do the same, and then he giggled as Verro chirred contentedly and took another drink. Saber matched him and then refilled some of his drink before walking away to find them both a location to settle into, somewhere out of the way where they wouldn't bump into tails and wings. They sat with their backs to the tarp wall, watching the crowd of dragons before them while sipping on their booze.

It wasn't long before Saber saw a male and a female starting to get frisky. He watched them curiously, seeing snouts exploring while paws touched and groped. A blush warmed his cheeks, and he wasn't sure if it was from the booze starting to take effect or just because the duo was getting more and more intimate.

Then the male mounted the female as he growled and pinned her down. She gasped and groaned loud enough that Saber could hear her amongst the stirring crowd that turned to watch too. Saber finally looked away and at Verro, whose eyes were fixated on the two while his head was tilted sideways slightly. Saber giggled and bumped shoulders with the wyvern.

"Do you like what you see?"

Verro meeped and nearly dropped his beverage. "I- I don't know... M- Maybe." He nervously drank some more from his cup as if he was hiding his face behind it.

Saber smiled and looked around at all the turned heads. He even saw some erections already peeking out of their sheaths, and moments later there was another pair mating. He knew how easily excitable dragons were--and the alcohol wasn't helping!

"This happens a lot?" Verro asked, his eyes darting around.

"I'm not sure what dragons were like in your village, but around here we are very frisky."

In front of them, Saber saw two males gripping and stroking each other's lengths, making him shudder. He could see them clearly and could almost hear their grunts and growls. It wasn't uncommon for the same gender to experiment with each other, and at these sorts of gatherings it was almost inevitable. Saber's face flushed deeply as he thought about trying something with Verro.

He shook his head and quickly downed the rest of his cup, letting out a sigh. They hadn't known each other for that long, and Saber wasn't sure if Verro would even want to. He didn't want to cause a divide between them. Saber glanced over at his friend and noticed that he was out of his drink as well.

"Shall we go get refills?" Saber asked.

Verro looked down at his drink and shifted around on his paws. It looked like his wings could hardly stay still while they covered most of his torso from view. "Uhm... S- Sure."

Saber giggled as he watched Verro hobble around on just his hind paws, almost waddling side to side as he walked forward. Before they reached the kegs, Saber saw that the two wyverns were getting drinks themselves.

Saber nudged Verro with a wing. "Go say hi!" he insisted.

Verro meeped and shook his head furiously, immediately stopping in his tracks. "Not n- now!" He tried to quickly turn around, but he ended up dropping his cup in the process. Luckily, there wasn't any liquid left in it, but as Verro went to pick it up, Saber saw the flesh protruding from between his legs.

His eyes widened as he stared at Verro's exotic-looking cock, seeing it jutting out from his pelvis bone and hooking around forward. Verro seemed to realize that he just exposed himself to Saber and looked at the purple dragon with embarrassment, their eyes meeting and staring with disbelief. Saber's face flushed with an intense warmth.

"Oh my, oh my," a wyverness cooed to Verro, breaking the tension between them almost immediately. "It seems that someone could use a little help." She had pretty red scales with light pink colors mixing in around her joints. Her body build was a lot like Verro's, long and lithe but slimmer and curvier.

Verro whirled around and covered himself. "M-me?"

She stepped forward and got uncomfortably close to Verro, almost rubbing up against him as she purred. "Dex and I haven't seen any of our kind around here... Rrrr, and you're a handsome one," she said.

Saber backed up a bit, giving them some room. Verro looked stunned and petrified, but as her tail sneaked under his wings, he suddenly bloomed with relaxation, his tense limbs dropping a bit. As he pulled his wings away, Saber could see her tail wrapping around his length and tugging on it.

"My name is Nikol," she said after the fact. "My mate, Dex, said I could treat you to a little something."

"V-Verro," he spouted. "Th-that's my name... Mmm..."

Nikol sensually traced her tongue down his neck while her tail continued to rub him. Saber felt a little jealous, and he wasn't sure if it was because he wasn't getting any attention or if it was because he wasn't the one giving Verro attention. The rest of their conversation was inaudible as Saber stepped away to fill his cup, letting them have some room together.

He couldn't help but to watch them. The female came onto Verro very fast, and he seemed to relax more and more, especially when her muzzle went between his legs. He covered her with his big wings to keep a little privacy, but Saber saw the pleasured look on his friend's face and smiled happily.

"My mate was begging me to go and see him," a male voice said from behind him. Saber turned and saw the other wyvern, Dex, and gave him a friendly grin.

"I told him he should meet with you two. You're the first wyverns he's seen here," Saber replied.

Dex was about the same size as Verro, but not as long. He looked more muscular than he did lithe, having a broad chest and wide hips. His scales were mostly black aside from some dark-purple hues blending into them.

"He's the first we've seen too."

Saber nodded and watched them, starting to feel a little bit warm and antsy. He started thinking about Verro again, wondering if he could muster up the courage to ask Verro to mate. He figured the alcohol was having something to do with all of his lustful thoughts, but he definitely didn't mind it.

"You don't want to have some fun, do you?" Dex asked him. He seemed much politer about it than his mate!

Saber blushed as he looked sheepishly up at Dex. He glanced back at Verro and almost reluctantly shook his head. Even though Saber felt like he was in the mood for a little fun, he didn't really want to do it with a complete stranger... And if he did do it with another male, he wanted it to be with Verro.

"Th-thanks for the offer... But I think I'm going to save myself for him," Saber replied with a warm smile as he watched Verro experience the pleasure of Nikol's maw. If he ever had the chance, he wanted to see that face again, when he was the one pleasuring Verro.

"Oh, you two are together?"

Saber chuckled and shook his head, a small blush warming his cheeks. "No, but we're pretty good friends."

Dex chirred deeply in his throat. "If I can give any advice, it's that our cocks feel amazing."

Saber grinned widely and nodded, feeling excitement already starting to well in his chest. He could feel the butterflies in his stomach just from thinking about mating with Verro. And before he knew it, his cock was hard too. Saber tried to ignore it and gulped down more beer, waiting for Verro to have his fun while he half-chatted with Dex and half-watched Verro and Nikol, all the while trying to hide his erection.

They never went any farther than oral servicing, but Verro did get the chance to have his muzzle buried in a female's crotch. After the two had finished, the four of them met up and shared some more drinks together, happily talking away. Verro definitely looked a bit more comfortable, and Saber felt a lot better too. The uproar of the tent was drowned out in the background, past their conversation.

The evening quickly came, and Verro and Saber had to say goodbye to their new wyvern friends. They stepped out of the pavilion, greeted by the pleasant scents and smells of fresh air and food. As dusk settled over the city, the lanterns were lit, emitting a warm, auburn glow. The air was much cooler and the crowd was dissipating.

"Did you enjoy that?" Saber asked, smirking toothily at Verro. He took a deep breath, finally able to calm himself after all of the pheromones permeating the tent.

Verro nodded with an awkward grin. "I-I did... I haven't felt anything like that in a long time." He playfully bumped into Saber and giggled. "You should have asked her! I'm sure she would have 'helped' you out too."

Saber chuckled and shook his head. "I was fine. I'm glad you had fun, though."

Verro wrapped a wing-arm over Saber's back and pulled the purple dragon against him, giving him a quick hug and a nuzzle. "We'll have to find you someone soon."

Saber looked deep into Verro's eyes and felt those butterflies returning as he nodded. "Maybe..."

Then a loud _crack_sounded off in the distance, making Saber jump.

"Oh, what was that?" Verro asked, looking up at the sky. "Was that a firework?"

Saber nodded. "I hope so!"

"Isn't there still too much light?"

Saber shrugged his wings and started to lead Verro toward the park, where the fireworks would shoot off. "It's probably just a test. C'mon! The park is over this way."

They cut through a short alleyway, crossed a busy crosswalk, and walked down a long sidewalk next to an iron gate that surrounded the park until they entered through an archway. Floods of humans and dragons were walking all around, getting ready for the fireworks. The park was lit with the same, orange-glowing lanterns, lighting the concrete paths.

Some human children were running around with glowsticks, seeming to be having the time of their lives. Saber grinned happily at them, bringing back fond memories of his dragonet years with his human family. He stopped and bought himself and Verro a glowstick. He hung his blue, glowing stick around his neck like a necklace while Verro wore his purple one around his horns sort of like a halo.

"You look ridiculous," Saber teased, chuckling at his friend while he adjusted his halo.

"Do not!" Verro retorted. "I think I look magnificent!"

Saber grinned toothily and started to walk into the grass that tickled his paws, toward the center of the park. There was already quite a crowd gathered, sitting around and waiting for the fireworks to begin. They sat far back, away from mostly everyone. There were a few trees close to them, but they wouldn't block them from the view.

Saber sat sejant next to Verro, curling his tail around his talons. "It's getting dark pretty fast. They should be starting soon," Saber said to Verro.

Verro nodded and looked around. "I didn't realize how many people really lived in the city until today..."

Saber chuckled. "It's quite a lot, really. How many people lived in your village?"

"Less than the amount of people we can see," Verro stated. "I doubt we had over one hundred residents."

"That sounds kind of nice. I bet it was really quiet.

Verro nodded. "And the sky was beautiful... Normally around this time, we could see the stars coming out."

Saber remembered seeing the night sky before, for what it truly was, far away from the city and its bright, irritating lights. To see stars sprawled out from one horizon to the other... that was amazing.

"Well, at least we have the fireworks to look forward to," Saber said and nuzzled Verro. "They're like explosive stars!"

Verro chuckled and affectionately nuzzled Saber back as he embraced him with a wing-arm. Saber purred happily and nestled his head between Verro's neck and shoulder.

As if on cue, the first firework burst into a bright orange color just over their heads, the thundering boom resounding and echoing across the city a split-second after. Saber and Verro both flinched at that and started giggling.

Then the next one shot off and the one after that. The resonating bangs shook Saber's scales and made his bones tingle. His eyes were wide, taking in the rainbow of explosive color. It was hard not to wince, even though he was expecting it.

"Wow!" Verro shouted above the noise. Before the next one shot off, he added, "These are amazing! We're so close that I c--" The rest of his words were cut off by several loud, simultaneous cracks.

The beautiful array of colors glinted off of their scales, and the scales of almost every dragon around. Everyone seemed to be captivated by the display above them, their heads tilted toward the sky. The scent of gunpowder was thick in the air.

Saber leaned against Verro while his wing still wrapped around him, finding warm, soothing comfort as he watched the fireworks with him, his head still relaxed on his shoulder.

The show gradually picked up its tempo while sending off different types of fireworks. The classic big bangs overpowered the spiral, hissing ones, but they were neat to see. The spirals looked like golden serpents, and some of them almost appeared to twine together. Then there were some mini fireworks that shot off in rapid succession, a sound like machinegun fire. Some of the fireworks were almost too bright to see, flashing brilliantly and lighting up the night sky.

Saber took a moment to look at Verro. His eyes were wide and glued to the sky, the colors flashing in them. He winced a lot too, but he seemed to be utterly enraptured in the magnificent display. Then he looked at Saber, and their eyes met. Saber grinned joyfully and Verro licked his nose. Saber placed a paw on Verro's wing-paw and squeezed it gently before returning his attention to the fireworks.

He was glad that Verro didn't seem to mind the affection. Saber was more than happy to share this moment with him. He noticed that a lot of humans that liked each other tended to hold their hands together, so he thought it would be nice to do the same with Verro.

The different types of fireworks started to work together more and shoot off at a quicker pace. It wasn't long before the grand finale started, almost blinding and deafening Saber as big fireworks, swirly fireworks, loud fireworks, bright and colorful fireworks, and even the mini fireworks all started to shoot off at the same time, rapidly and chaotically. It was a glorious display that lasted for nearly a full minute, making Saber's body shudder just from the perfect cacophony of it all.

After it ended, Saber found himself taking a deep breath. A loud uproar of cheering filled the park along with applause. Saber giggled at Verro and nuzzled him again.

"How was that?" he asked loudly.

Verro met Saber's smile with a bright and toothy one of his own and hugged Saber tightly with both wings. "It was amazing! Did you see the multi-colored ones? And the purple ones? I really like the purple ones!"

Saber laughed and nodded. "They were hard to miss!"

They talked some more about it while waiting for the crowd to disperse. Saber hated walking through crowds, and he especially didn't want to bring Verro through a thick crowd like that either. It was likely that both of their tails would get stepped on!

Even though they were trying to be as out of the way as possible, it just so happened that some human tripped over Verro's tail and stumbled forward.

"Oh, sorry!" Verro said and tucked his tail closer to him.

"Stay out of my way, freak! What kind of hideous dragon are you?" the human growled at Verro. Saber growled back at him and bared his teeth menacingly, making the human quickly turn tail and walk away.

"What a jerk," Saber said. Then he nosed at Verro, seeing a sad frown across his muzzle. He hugged the wyvern with a wing and cooed softly to him. "Verro?"

Verro looked at him with somber eyes and then glanced away with a sigh.

"He was just one of _those_humans, Verro... Don't let what he said get to you. They're not all like that." He squeezed Verro's paw again with his own while curling their tails together.

"I-I know..."

Saber nuzzled him again and licked his nose affectionately. "Come on, let's go somewhere else. Do you want to go back to the festival or go home?"

Verro bared a small smile at Saber and answered, "I kind of want to go home. It's getting late."

Saber couldn't tell why Verro still looked upset. He was used to the humans making rude remarks about dragons, but that one seemed to hit the wyvern close to home. His tail drooped sadly behind him.

"Are you alright?" Saber asked. He looked at his friend with soft eyes. After seeing him so happy, it hurt him to see him so gloomy all of a sudden.

Verro turned and nodded, keeping a straight face. "I'm fine. Those fireworks were really neat. Thanks for uhm... showing me."

Saber nuzzled him firmly. "You're very welcome! I try to catch them every year. I'm glad you were here for this one... with me."

A soft smile curled Verro's lips for a brief moment as he glanced at Saber, but that smile quickly faded. Saber didn't really know what to say, so they just continued walking away from the park until they could spread their wings and fly home.

When they finally stepped inside Saber's apartment, Verro seemingly dragged his body into his bedroom.

"I'm going to sleep now," he said and shut the door behind him.

Saber's heart lurched in his chest. He stood still in the middle of the room, looking somberly at Verro's closed door. He noticed that on the flight home Verro had been very distracted with something, and whatever it was seemed to be eating away at him.

Saber didn't like that.

But what was he supposed to do about it? Verro obviously didn't want to talk, and he'd already shut himself away in his room.

Saber shook his head. If Verro needed him, then he was going to be there. He padded up to his roommate's door and knocked on it.

"Verro? Can I come in?" He heard a mumble, but he didn't know what was said. So, he pulled the handle and walked in anyway. He found the wyvern to be curled up beneath his covers as if he was trying to hide from the world itself. His long tail poked out and drooped off of the bed.

Saber climbed onto the bed with him and flopped down behind Verro's back and laid a wing over the large bump in the covers, trying to comfort his friend.

"What's wrong?" Saber asked, but Verro didn't answer. He heard a sniffle and felt his chest hurt again. "Verro..."

Then the wyvern's head poked out and looked sullenly at Saber, his golden eyes wet and his cheeks glistening. "I don't fit in."

Saber cooed softly and tried to hug Verro while his body was buried beneath the blanket. "You do fit in!"

He shook his head stubbornly and whimpered. "I'm a freak. I look like a wild beast. I don't fit in with humans or dragons... No one wants to talk to me, and most of them are scared of me. All of those staring, prying eyes... I should never have come to the city."

Saber winced and nuzzled into Verro firmly. "Don't say things like that, Verro. It's not all true, and it's not all bad. I want to talk to you... I like you a lot... and I'm glad you came."

Verro glanced at Saber before sniveling and turning his head away. "You're the only one that's given me a chance. Everyone else hates me or thinks I'm a freak."

Saber felt his heart trying to leap out of his chest. He slipped under the covers with Verro and then wrapped his limbs around the wyvern, pulling him into a tight embrace. "You're not a freak! I think you're very handsome for a dragon... I really like you."

Verro shivered in Saber's grasp and tried to hide his face as he cried. Saber cooed softly and gently stroked down his scales with a paw, caressing him tenderly. He wanted to help Verro in any way he could, but what could he do?

"D-do you mean that, Saber?" Verro asked.

Saber nodded and nuzzled into Verro's neck firmly. "You've been my closest friend... I'm really happy that you came along. I feel like one of the luckiest dragons in the world."

Verro turned around and faced Saber, a small smile curling his lips. He hugged Saber tightly, enveloping him in his big, soft wings. Saber purred and hugged him back, resting his head against Verro's neck. Their tails twined together and squeezed while Verro started licking at Saber's neck.

"I appreciate you Saber... more than you know. You make me feel like I do belong here... but I don't think I belong in the city."

Saber nuzzled Verro lovingly, enjoying the warmth of their embrace. "I know it's hard but you just have to give it time. Maybe more wyverns will come to the city, now that you're here."

Verro sighed. "I don't think so..."

"But you can hope, right?" Saber said and licked his chin.

He nodded and tenderly rubbed noses with Saber. "Maybe... but I do know where I belong."

"I know that the village is probably a better place for you... but I thin--"

"It's here, with you, Saber."

Saber looked into Verro's eyes and saw them staring into his crimson spheres. A bright smile curled Saber's lips as he licked Verro affectionately. "I-I couldn't think of a better place..."

"I love you, Saber," Verro said softly.

Saber blushed warmly and squeezed Verro tightly in the embrace. "I love you too." Saber placed a forepaw on Verro's chest while they stared deeply into each other's eyes. He felt his heart beat faster while his mind stirred with so many different emotions, and he could see Verro was experiencing the same feelings. His eyes looked calm and delicate, and his lips... they were so close to his own and getting closer and closer...

Then Saber shut his eyes and suddenly found himself kissing Verro. Their lips pressed together as he tilted his head and locked maws with the wyvern. Verro's forked tongue flicked into Saber's maw before Saber's tongue slid against it and twined like their tails. Verro laid a wing over Saber and enveloped him in it as he pulled Saber's body against him. Saber's paw caressed Verro's chest and flanks while their hind paws squeezed together, toes interlocking. Saber's cheeks flushed heatedly as he felt Verro's larger footpaws raveling with his.

Saber could hardly tell what was going on. Everything was happening so fast, making his heart flutter with the excitement that was building inside him. They cuddled together as they kissed, neither of them seeming to care about anything other than each other.

Then all of Saber's lusts from earlier returned to him. He felt Verro's warm scales rubbing against his, their hind paws touching, his breath and kiss... Saber huffed and rolled onto his back, opening his hind legs as Verro joined him belly-to-belly. His body was so much longer than Saber's, but he was still able to hug Verro's torso and rest his hind legs on his rump while they cuddled intimately together and kissed again.

Saber's forepaws traced Verro's body, brushing along his flanks while Verro's wing-arms enveloped him in a warm embrace. He brought a hind paw down that caressed Verro's thigh, moving lower down his leg before slipping between his legs and groping at his pelvic bone.

Verro pulled away from the kiss and moaned softly to Saber, panting and looking down at him with wide, lusty eyes. Saber's glazed, crimson spheres stared him right back while his toes felt around that bulging bone. He could hardly believe what he was doing, but he loved it. So many warm, pleasant feelings course through his body, making his loins warm and his body fuzzy.

"S-Saber..."

This was the moment Saber had been fantasizing about for most of the day. He was here, lying intimately with Verro after they just had their first kiss together. With all of these mixed emotions welling inside him, he could hardly think of a more perfect moment to ask him that question.

"Do you want to mate with me, Verro?" he asked softly, tracing a claw sensually down his long neck and broad chest.

Verro seemed at a loss for words. His lips moved, but nothing came out, so he just nodded and kissed Saber again. He lowered himself onto the purple dragon, pressing his hips between Saber's legs and rubbing that pelvic bone against his soft nethers.

Saber blushed deeply and moaned to Verro, feeling his body rub against his sensitive and squishy nethers, sending arousal coursing through his already warm body. Saber pawed at Verro's chest with one paw and affectionately caressed his head and neck with the other, still delving into their kiss.

They were both panting with lust before they finally pulled apart from the kiss and looked at each other with swirling, glazed-over eyes. Verro's golden eyes stared into Saber's crimson spheres, wordlessly expressing their emotions to each other.

Verro grinded his hips against Saber's along with deep, lusty growls while Saber huffed and gasped. Saber had never come onto someone so quickly before. His cock was already swelling rapidly from his sheath, pre spilling out of his tapered tip. He could feel trails of Verro's warmth and slick pre too rubbing against his orbs.

Saber's toes curled with delight as he felt Verro move his hips forward and rest his thick cock against Saber's flesh. The wyvern nibbled and bit on Saber's neck while Saber eagerly exposed it to him, loving how he was taking charge. Their aroused cocks rubbed together while Verro pinned Saber on his back, drawing lustful moans from him.

Then Saber slipped away after giving Verro a reassuring lick to the nose. He climbed off of the bed and planted his paws squarely on the floor. He gulped and built up his courage, letting his lusts overwhelm his thoughts.

Saber dropped his torso and lifted his hind end into the air, raising his tail and presenting himself to Verro. His cock dangled between his legs while his hefty stones hung there below his exposed tailhole. He had never imagined that he'd be doing this with another male, but he desperately wanted to feel that blissful release--he wanted to feel Verro's cock inside him.

Saber looked back at Verro and cooed to him, seeing the wyvern's large, hooked cock swaying beneath him as he climbed down from the bed. Saber gave a little wag of his hips and saw Verro's eyes staring beneath his tail as he approached the purple dragon's rear. He looked eager, more than ready to mount Saber.

And Verro didn't waste a moment. Saber felt Verro's larger weight suddenly pushing him down as their hind legs started to rub together. His wing-arms dropped to either side of the purple dragon as he mounted Saber. Then, Saber felt Verro's warm, slick cock sliding around his tail base, making him shudder and groan. He shifted his hips around to guide Verro into him and lifted his tail, and then he felt the wyvern's warm tip pushing at his puckered tailhole.

Without warning, Verro suddenly thrust hard into Saber's rump, pushing apart his tight hole forcefully and making him groan and gasp for breath.

"A-aaah!" Pain coursed through Saber, etching across his face in a snarl. But as Verro kept thrusting and humping Saber, that pain dissipated quickly and was replaced with pleasure. It happened faster than he could even react, suddenly feeling his rear stretching for Verro's thick length while it pushed deep inside him. Warmth flushed Saber's cheeks as a soft moan escaped his lips. He never imagined that being mounted would feel so good!

"Ooh, Saber..." Verro moaned. "You're so... tight."

Saber's scrunched his face with pleasure while his breaths were short and ragged. He grunted each time Verro thrust deep into him, their bodies rocking back and forth. Saber could feel Verro's thick length spreading his rear apart and rubbing against his soft passage. Verro's ridges pulled and tugged, dragging against Saber's tight folds and sending bouts of tingling pleasure coursing down his spine.

"Aaah... V-Verro..." The wyvern thrust hard and deep into Saber's rump, his tip rubbing against a sensitive spot inside him that sent waves of warm bliss through his body. Pre leaked out of his tip and sometimes spurted out with the throbs of his member that bounced back and forth with Verro's thrusts. Saber pushed his head into the floor as his chest rested flat against it, his rump raised and being pounded by the larger wyvern.

He could feel Verro's cock sliding in and out of his stretched tailhole. The wyvern's pre made his thrusts slick, making it easier to hump Saber faster and harder. Saber's muscles clenched it hard while the ridges along Verro's cock dragged across his passage and entrance.

Verro panted and moaned as he took the purple dragon beneath him. Saber heard his ragged breaths close to his earholes as he was pinned down beneath his heavier weight. Verro's tan underbelly slid over Saber's back, pressing and rubbing against it. Every drive of Verro's hips sent his cock deep inside Saber's rump, causing Saber to gasp and moan from the relentless pleasure.

Saber could feel Verro's pelvic bone slapping against his rump, patting against his scales with lewd squelches and schlicking sounds coming from his rear. The wyvern's bulge worked its way into Saber's tight tailhole, spreading him further and further until Saber suddenly felt it pop into him.

"Ooh, V-Verro! Nngh..." Saber winced and felt Verro's thick cock suddenly slip even deeper inside him, pressing at all of the right buttons. Pleasure overwhelmed Saber's body as his orgasm quickly welled in his loins before spilling all over the floor. His cock throbbed powerfully while thick ropes of his seed spurted from his tip. He moaned loudly as Verro took him far past the pinnacle of arousal, sending him on an ecstatic journey through bliss. The pleasure never stopped while Verro's cock continued to rub against his flaring prostate.

"S-Saber... Ooh... Saber..." Verro's thrusts slowed down tremendously until Saber felt his cock throbbing against his walls and filling his rear with his hot, gooey seed. Saber moaned encouragingly to Verro, loving every second of feeling the wyvern cum inside him. Verro moaned deeply back and pushed his pelvic bone firmly against Saber's rump, letting his entirety fill Saber's tight passage and spill his seed inside him. Saber's muscles clenched his length and pulsated around its thick shaft, almost milking it while his semen oozed into him and coated his walls.

Saber took in deep breaths and panted raggedly as his orgasm soon faded away. He could hardly think straight with all of the lovely feelings coursing through him. He focused on feeling Verro's cock deep inside him as they tied at the hips. He could feel it still throbbing even after the last of his warm seed spilled into Saber's passage.

"Oh, Verro... That felt so good."

"Mmmm..." Verro wrapped his wing arms around Saber's belly and suddenly flopped onto his side, holding Saber tight against him and bringing the purple dragon down with him. Saber groaned, feeling Verro's length tug and grind inside him, sloshing around his gooey seed. He lay back into Verro's embrace with his legs shamelessly spread apart, purring with satisfaction in the afterglow.

"You feel amazing, Saber," Verro cooed into his ear. "So tight and hot..." He reached a wing-paw between Saber's legs and suddenly gripped and stroked his slick, softening length.

"Aah, V-Verro..." Saber clenched his eyes shut and groaned as his sensitive flesh was rubbed.

"So handsome," Verro finished and let go. He kissed the back of Saber's neck and doted it with affectionate licks and nibbles. Saber cooed approvingly and relaxed as he twined their tails together. Verro's cock softened inside his rear until he pulled it out with a squelch, making Saber huff and gasp as some of his seed came oozing out with it. His rear felt empty without it.

"C-can we do this again sometime?" Saber asked, blushing warmly. He felt so good inside, and his heart was thrumming with joy. Mating with Verro was by far one of his most pleasurable experiences ever.

Verro squeezed Saber and chirred into his earhole. "Of course, cutie. I've had the best day ever today... I'm glad I could share it with you."

Saber smiled softly and let a few joyful tears fall. "Me too. Thank you, Verro."

"For what?"

Saber turned his head around and kissed him. "For being my friend."

Verro giggled and squeezed Saber even tighter while he licked at Saber's cheeks. "But it's me who should be thanking you!"

Saber chuckled and wriggled in Verro's embrace. "Then why don't we both just thank each other?"

"Hmm..." Verro contemplated, scratching at his chin in an obvious attempt to tease Saber. "I don't know..."

Saber nipped at his nose. "Thank you, Verro," he cooed.

Verro nibbled back and then nuzzled into Saber's neck. "Thank you, Saber."

Saber sighed happily and contentedly as he relaxed, nestled in Verro's loving embrace. He dared to say that he finally found that special someone--someone that he truly loved.

He had never felt happier.
