The Three Bears

Pa?jo Urso chuckled warmly as he lovingly held the paw of his mate, Panjo. She was a beautiful bear, the apple of his eye. They were out for a stroll in the woods and were now returning home to their cottage. Since their cub had grown up, the two bears had found far more time to spend with one another, and it was bliss. Arriving back at their cottage, however, revealed that something was wrong.

"Did we leave the door open, dear?" Panjo asked, the worry evident in her voice.

"No." Pa?jo strode into the house with Panjo close behind. Pa?jo scanned the scene before him. Nothing in the entryway seemed out of place, so he moved on to the kitchen. On the counter sat their breakfast dishes, which had clearly been picked over since they were last here. "Hmmm..." He mused, sniffing the dishes. The scent was not unfamiliar.

"What is it?" Pa?jo turned and grinned at his wife.

"We've had a visitor, it seems." He said with a chuckle. He made his way to the living room, which was in quite a state of disrepair. Panjo laughed as she entered as well.

"It appears our guest attempted to sit in this broken old chair." She pointed to a chair in the corner whose seat was broken in half. She carefully set it right. "We'll have to glue it at some point." Pa?jo nodded.

"But first, we shall see if our visitor is still enjoying our hospitality." The two bears walked upstairs and moved from room to room, but no one was around. When they entered the nursery, however, they discovered something surprising. "Well." Pa?jo whispered. "What have we here?" They stared bemusedly at a teenage human sleeping in the crib, his thumb tucked tightly in his mouth. His blond hair and fair skin, along with his peaceful expression, gave the two bears the impression that they were looking upon a sleeping angel.

"What should we do?" Panjo asked, a maternal smile dominating her face. Pa?jo considered the question carefully.

"I'm not sure. He looks so peaceful." Pa?jo whispered. Panjo smiled at him.

"I think I may have an idea." She left the room and he followed.

A short while later, Dan awoke. He looked around. Where was he? Recollection slowly arrived and he relaxed somewhat. He slowly sat up, hearing the crib creak quietly underneath him. He had no idea how long he had slept, so he listened carefully, worried that the owners of the cottage had returned. He could not hear anything, but he still was not certain. He sighed in relief. He had just been walking through the woods when he had first spied this cottage. There had been something almost magically about it that had drawn him here. Over the past few weeks, he had been drawn back here several times, but this was the longest he had spent inside. He was not sure who owned the cottage, but he did know that they were big. He was just about to climb out of the crib when suddenly the door opened. He froze and willed himself to miraculously become invisible. Into the room strode an enormous bear, and the boy knew that he was doomed. She looked like she could, and would, eat him for a snack in a heartbeat. He stared wide-eyed as she basically ignored him and moved around the room. He remained completely still for fear that even the slightest movement would draw her attention. Suddenly, she turned right toward him, a kind smile on her face.

"Looks like someone's awake!" She said cheerfully. She reached into the crib and lifted him out.

"Hey, thanks. I'm sorry for breaking in and all." The bear did not seem to hear him. She carried him over to the enormous changing table and laid him down, pulling a tight strap across his chest, which both held him down and pinned his arms to his sides. As her paws began to unbuckle his belt, the boy began to worry. "What are you doing? Stop that!" The bear ignored his protests, unbuttoning his pants and pulling them off his legs, leaving him in just his briefs. Panjo looked down at his briefs.

"Those will have to go." She mused, slipping her finger into his waistband and flicking them off. As she placed his trousers and underwear in a hamper, Dan blushed deeply as the cool air hit his crotch. He shivered. "Don't worry! I'll have you in some cubby pants in just a minute." She reached below the changing table and pulled out a small stack of cloth diapers. The boy's eyes bulged. "Time for cubby's diapees!" Panjo exclaimed with a chuckle. She lifted his legs up and placed the thick, soft diapers underneath, gently lowering his bottom back down onto them. The boy murred softly as he felt the soft material on his sensitive hindquarters, causing the bear to chuckle. "You like that, don't you?" She generously powdered his crotch and then folded the diaper up and over him, ably pinning it around his waist. The thickness of the padding around his waist was at once foreign and comforting to him, stirring up feelings within that he had not experienced in a considerable time. The bear turned away for a moment and found a large pair of plastic pants in light blue. She pulled them up and over the diaper. The plastic pants held the diaper tightly against his midriff, crinkling softly with even the slightest movements.

Panjo undid the strap and picked up the cub, supporting him with a paw under his padded butt. She looked him over, her eyes settling on his t-shirt. It was a typical t-shirt for a teenager, advertising for a heavy metal band.

"That's not the type of shirt any cub of mine should be wearing." Panjo said calmly. She set him down on the changing table and dug around in the dresser, emerging a moment later with a t-shirt whose shade perfectly matched the boy's plastic pants. Clearly meaning business, she whisked the t-shirt off of his body and, after depositing his t-shirt in the hamper, pulled the infantile shirt over his head. On the chest of the t-shirt was a large yellow duck, adding to the toddler look. Without a word, the bear picked him up and carried him out of the room.

"Where are we going?" Dan asked, growing more and more panicked by the moment. The bear ignored him as she descended the stairs.

"There's my little cub!" Pa?jo exclaimed jovially. "How was your nap?" He tickled the boy under his chin. Dan growled quietly, causing Pa?jo to chuckle deeply. "Uh-oh!" He said with a grin. "Someone's a wittle grumpy!"

"He's probably just a little hungry." Panjo said, carrying Dan into the kitchen. She sat him in an enormous highchair, sliding the tray over his hands so that he was once again unable to move his arms. She then grabbed a jar of baby food and sat down across from him. "Whoops! Forgot your bIB: " She disappeared into another room. Dan began to struggle, hoping to get free, but to no avail. He was trapped for the time being. He silently cursed himself. If he had just stayed home instead of exploring, he would not be in this mess. He heard the sounds of the bear returning, immediately returning to sitting still. Panjo entered the kitchen, holding a bright yellow bib in her left paw. "Here we go!" She exclaimed cheerfully, tying the bib around Dan's neck. She sat down in the chair and opened the jar of baby food. "Open wide!" Dan cautiously obeyed, but recoiled as the foul taste of the food came in contact with his sensitive taste buds. He forced himself to swallow, however, as he was afraid of what the bear might do if he did not. Spoonful after spoonful of the foul food was forced into his mouth and he began to wonder if the jar were somehow refilling itself. At last, the bear put down the empty jar.

"All gone! My, what a big cub you are!" She glanced up at the clock over the kitchen sink. "Oh dear! Is it already that late?" The clock read six-thirty. "Well, I guess it's time for my little cubby's bedtime." She released Dan and carried him back into the sitting room. "Pa?jo, would you mind coming upstairs to say good night to your cub?" Pa?jo nodded and the three of them headed upstairs.

Once they were in the nursery, Panjo sat Dan down on the changing table and took his shirt off. She then picked him up and laid him in the crib. The two bears worked quickly, with Panjo strapping down Dan's arms and Pa?jo strapping down his legs.

"What's going on?" Dan protested, speaking for the first time in quite a while.

"Simple." Pa?jo said. "We're making sure you don't escape."

"Not only that." Added Panjo. "We're making sure you use your diapers as intended. You will not be able to get out of those restraints until you have both tinkled and messed, understand?"

"You two are fucking criminals!" Dan yelled. Pa?jo frowned.

"We are the criminals? You're the one who broke into our house. Several times!" Pa?jo paused. "What's your name anyway, son?"

"Dan. Dan Viro."

"Well, Dan. We just did what we felt was right." Pa?jo said.

"Besides, what kind of furs would we be if we didn't take care of a little lost cub?" Added Panjo.

"I'm not a cub!" Dan protested, ignoring how ridiculous that sounded from someone in diapers.

"We found you sleeping in a crIB: " Pa?jo reminded Dan. Dan's face flushed. "Can you explain that?" Dan shook his head. It had just seemed like a good idea at the time, and he could never explain why that was.

"If you ask me, you were acting on some subconscious impulse to be a cub again. So, we're indulging you." Panjo said simply. Both bears kissed the his forehead.

"Get some sleep." Pa?jo said. "Cubby has a big day tomorrow!" Panjo slipped a pacifier into Dan's mouth, tying it around the back of his head to ensure that it stayed in.

Dan lay there, staring up at the ceiling and wondering exactly what the next day held. After a while, he felt a growing urge to pee. He tried ignoring it, but it would naturally not go away. The food must have been drugged. Dan thought to himself. There's no way I need to pee this badly! Suddenly, his bladder released, flooding his diapers. He cried out against the pacifier in his mouth as the material wrapped around him became wet and clung to his skin. It felt like an eternity before he finally fell into a restless sleep.

A few hours later, Dan's rumbling gut woke him up. He had to poop and soon. He whined softly, but knew that he would soon lose the battle. Sure enough, despite his best efforts, his sphincter released, filling the seat of his diapers. He groaned loudly, but no relief came. He fell asleep again after a long while.

"Wake up!" Panjo declared happily as she lifted her cub out of the crib. Dan yawned dramatically as Panjo carried him over to the changing table. "She quickly undid his diaper and cleaned him up. "There's going to be a big change for my little cubby today!" She declared, grinning knowingly. Dan yearned to ask what the changes would be, but the pacifier remained firmly in his mouth. Panjo picked the nude boy up and carried him out of the room. The room that they entered was strikingly different, dominated by what looked like a modified medical gurney. Panjo placed him on it, strapping him down across the chest and his legs. "We're going to make a few changes, hon. Trust me! You'll like them." Panjo winked. Dan's eyes widened as his mind ran wild with what Panjo could possibly mean by 'changes', and he tried to speak. The pacifier in his mouth made coherent speech impossible, and Panjo simply disregarded it. Turning away for a single moment, Panjo picked up a large syringe and injected its contents into Dan's right arm. Within seconds, he felt inarguably drowsy and was asleep barely a breath later.

Dan stretched as he awoke, stopping immediately when he realized that his entire body felt different. He opened his eyes and looked down his body. A gasp escaped from his lips and he rolled over, staring at himself in the mirror. Where once a human had stared back at him, there was now a bear! That was not all. His hand, now a paw, slipped down his waist to where his penis had once been. Now there was only a slit. He had been made into a bear girl!

"Don't worry." Said a voice behind him. Dan turned and saw Pa?jo standing there. "You're still human underneath it all. It's simply a sophisticated suit that shapes your body into that of the ideal girl cub." Dan stared at him but was incapable of talking due to the fact that the mask on his face made movement of his mouth practically impossible. "It is impossible for you to walk. You can only crawl. You cannot speak and the only things that can fit into your mouth are the liquids and baby food that will make up your diet from now on. Your male parts have been confined to prevent erection and your penis is held in a brace that allows you to have a makeshift vagina of sorts. You are fully capable of peeing and pooping, but naturally, control is already being taken away from you." Dan continued to glare at the enormous bear before him. "You're probably wondering why we went through with all of this." Dan nodded. "Simple." Pa?jo got a distant look in his eye.

"For years, my mate and I wanted a cub of our own, but the Gods would not deliver one in the usual way. So, we took matters into our own hands when a young wolf passed by our house. We did the same to him as we did to you, but she tragically died of illness nearly a year ago. Having a cub to care for makes us feel so complete." He picked the boy up and carried him over to the changing table. "Just think. You will always wear the prettiest dresses and feel so safe and secure. Your mommy and daddy will always be there to care for you, for the rest of your life." He lifted up Dan's legs, slipping a thick stack of cloth diapers underneath. Dan gasped as his hindquarters contacted the diapers. The suit was more of a second skin than anything else. "Yes, it is a miracle of science, isn't it?" Pa?jo smiled. "I designed it myself. I don't know if you were aware, but there are many who do not feel like they are the right species, so this suit can facilitate their desires to feel right within." He smiled. "True, this isn't its intended use, but it works for my purposes." He pinned the diapers around Dan's waist. The bear then grabbed a pair of pink plastic panties with a cute white bow on the front. He pulled them up Dan's legs and over his diaper.

"How's it going?" Panjo asked, walking in. Pa?jo looked at her and smiled.

"I'm just about to get our little girl into her first dress." He said cheerfully. "Daisy's going to be adorable!" Dan's eyes widened, causing the bears to burst out laughing.

"I assume you're surprised by your name?" Dan nodded. "Well, Dan is a boy's name, and as you've already discovered, you're no longer a boy, at least on the outside." Panjo explained. "Daisy is a far prettier name for our new little cub."

"Let's see what little Daisy can wear for her first day as our baby girl." Pa?jo said, opening the closet. Daisy stared into the closet, his eyes wide open as he saw the long row of dresses hanging there, one after another. Pa?jo quickly selected a white dress with a yellow sash around the waist. "She'll look just darling in this!" He declared. Panjo lifted Daisy into a sitting position, and he momentarily disappeared into a world of white fabric before emerging on the other side, no worse for the wear. Panjo tightly tied the sash around his waist, tying it into a bow in the back. Daisy stared at himself in the mirror, still not immediately recognizing the bear staring back at him. His daddy suddenly slipped a bonnet onto his head, completing the image. There was no doubt that he was now a girl cub and no one he had known in his previous life would ever be able to recognize him. His mommy picked him up and they all headed downstairs. He was placed in the highchair and breakfast began. His breakfast was once again the disgusting baby food, but his mommy just kept feeding him until it was all gone.

Maybe it'll grow on me. He thought. This thought only reminded him of his complete helplessness. He felt tears well up in his eyes. He wanted nothing more than to wake up in his own bed and see his family again. His family would never recognize him like this. His mommy slipped an enormous bottle into his muzzle and he began to nurse on it, filling his mouth with a sweet fluid. At least it's better than the food. He thought. Shortly after he finished, Panjo lifted him up and rubbed his back until he burped.

"What a big girl!" Panjo praised. Daisy smiled in spite of himself. Pa?jo walked over to them.

"Why should we keep such a pretty little flower to ourselves?" He said warmly. "What say we go for a walk?" Panjo nodded. If Daisy had had even the slightest chance of swaying their decision, he would have taken it, but he knew that even attempting to cry out against it would be painfully futile. Panjo lifted him out of the highchair and carried him into the entryway, where she placed the cub down on the floor while she sought out the stroller that she had stored in the hall closet not too long after their first cub had left. She had shortly extracted it, and Daisy was soon sitting in it, as ready as he would ever be for their walk.

As they left their cottage and began to stroll through the woods, any observer would have been unable to notice any difference between father, mother, and cub.
