If your enjoying it please let me know and I may work more on it and improve it but for now there is only 2 chapters to be uploaded. If the names of the chapters Don't make sense chances are It came from whatever song was listening to while I was writing.

It was a moderate night for a Friday, Davis thought to himself as he dried a few of the glasses he had cleaned after some people cleared out of the bar. "All the regulars are happy, everything is calm, Claudette is gawking at me from across the bar like always. Tonight seems like it's going to be a good night." He said to himself in his head. Davis looked around the bar, the job he was grateful for being given from his friend Joyce, The owner of the Ironwood bar. Suddenly some commotion can be heard from the back corner of the bar, an altercation between two customers. "Alright dirt bag what have you been saying about me?!" The tall slender purple horse female shouted at the small now cowering silver fox male. "I'm not I swear. I didn't say anything." The fox said cowering on the far side of the table from the angry horse lady. Davis puts the glass he was drying down and starts to walk out from his position behind the bar and approach the two. "Uh-huh, You best not be." The Agitated female scowled at the frightened male. "We weren't talking about you I swear please." The fox pleaded, as Davis slowly gets closer to the commotion. "So question then. Why did Nin ask me if I played the flute?" She barked. "I don't know. She was curious?" The male said now half ducked behind the table to avoid the possibility of being struck. "Leni if you tell anyone, because you are maybe one of the three people who know, I will kill you for real!" The female started around the table at the petrified Fox male. "I swear I didn't! Tsuli I promise. I..." Just then Davis intervened in the situation. "Excuse me. May I ask what the problem here is?" "It's none of your business wolf!" The furious horse woman shouted at Davis while trying to round the table at the fox who was now on the ground close to tears. "Well actually since I work here that does make it my business, so please calm yourself before I am forced to remove you." Davis calmly but sternly said to the female.

The female went to throw a punch at Davis, when he went to defend himself he was suddenly unable to see and was thrown into a vision. All he could now see was a small burning building and the only people in the building were himself and a beautiful female fox with bleach blonde hair and the greenest eyes he had ever seen, Davis knew her. Suddenly everything went dark and Davis did not know what was happening. All he could hear was shouting but he could not make any of it out. Slowly his vision started returning at first he could only see blurred shapes. It looked like Joyce and Julius. Julius was the bar's Dj. Being a former soldier he would step in if things got shady in the bar, despite his schizophrenia and PTSD. Then Davis saw the figure that appeared to be Julius move out of sight, then he felt himself being dragged away to the side of the bar. "Davis.. Davis buddy snap out of it." He could hear the very distorted sound of Julius' voice speaking to him as he tried to regain focus. Davis regained his vision and audibility and saw Joyce across the bar forcefully escorting the angry female out of the bar. Davis looked up at Julius. The male lion was standing over him making sure he wasn't injured from taking a hit from the unhappy customer of the night.

"Are you alright mate?" Asked Julius. "Yeah I'm fine. I. I don't know what happened but I'm fine" Davis responded. "Ok man, you gave Joyce and I a scare. But if you're ok I'll be back over by the turntables. Drinks are on me tonight." The blonde lion walked back across the bar to his corner he DJ'd from. Davis spots Joyce coming back across the bar from the front door. The honey badger dressed in a greasy apron pulls his meat cleaver that he had implanted in the bar table during the altercation out and then looks at Davis. "What happened back there Davis? You can usually handle the unruly customers." Davis looks down at the ground. "I would have but it's happening again. The visions they are coming back." Joyce lets out a small sigh. "Take the rest of the night off lad, get some rest. I can handle this place." Davis looks up at Joyce suddenly. "No Joyce have to finish working it's not fair to you if I ju..." Joyce interrupts Davis. "Don't worry about it boy. I know what you're going through, I understand your troubles. Go and rest." Davis looks down at the floor again then gets up. "Thanks Joyce. I really appreciate it." Joyce pats Davis on the back. "I know you do lad, I know you do." Davis walks off to the back of the bar and up the stairs to the room he stays in, remaining deep in thought. "Why am I having visions of my past again?" he asked himself. Suddenly Davis saw something move in the corner of his room. It was clearly a person. "Who is there?" The black wolf asked glaring into the dark corner of the room. "Oh just someone you haven't seen for some time." A voice came back out from the corner. it was clearly female, Davis tensed up not knowing what to expect but knowing who it sounded like.

Davis slowly walked toward the figure in the back of the room. "You know you really shou..." He stopped mid sentence upon realizing there was no one there at all. Now standing in the middle of the room frozen there staring at the empty corner. "Am I going crazy?" He asked himself, He walked over to the bed and lay down on it. Davis lay there awake for some time pondering to himself, thinking and wondering, why the vision? why did he see someone he had not for months only for her to not be there? Davis had stared at the ceiling for the rest of the night thinking until his alarm went off signaling him it was time to get ready and work.
