Enter the Demon, Part 1

He blinked his eyes as he stirred from his sleep. What sounded like a chain rattling and the combined sounds of quiet voices bringing him too. The dimly lit place he was in coming slowly into view. He shook his head some trying to clear the cobwebs of sleep. His ears perked up as he heard muffled conversations around him. Bringing a paw to the back of his head, a small lump found there from when he had been knocked out. He closed and opened his eyes slowly. After a few minutes his surroundings came into a more clear view. He was laying on a hard floor covered in straw, a thin pad under him that offered no comfort. Looking around the room he saw an assortment of other furres, they all seemed preoccupied with other matters. He noticed the bars that were erected all around him, he was in a pen. Moving his head to either side to crack his neck he found a metal collar closed and locked around his neck. A chain ran from this collar and was locked to on of the bars. He began to worry as he looked himself over, he wore no clothes. Suddenly feeling a bit exposed he drew his knees up to his chest and continued to look around. He wondered where his clothes had gone. His money, his keys. A shiver coming over him, not so much from the cold air that fowed around him as the worry that set in deeper. There were others furres in the same position as him. Seated in pens looking out into the aisle ways as other 'free' furres walked about. They seemed to have been sizing the penned furres up as if they were purchasing them. He couldn't have been more correct. He watched as one small cat had been released from one of the pens. The cat got to his knees in front of a regal looking larger cat. The wolf shook his head some and continued to watch for a while longer. The big male sighed and lay his head down against his knees. His mind swam with ideas of what was going on. He went over in his mind what had happened the night before.

It was early in the evening, probably around eight or so. Ash had just got off work and was just arriving home. He was in a bit of a hurry. He had finally found a prospect for what may have been a possible mate. He was happy and hummed to himself with the music he turned on. He stripped from his work clothes and started the shower. Taking a moment to look himself over in the mirror. The anthro wolf wasn't much to look at. Standing almost seven feet tall and weighing around 250 pounds or so. His body covered in a pure black coat of soft fur. He held his arms up, flexing the muscles in his arms. Using his left paw to rub over his right bicep. He grinned at himself. Showing off a bit of the white fangs that hid behind his lips. His deep amber eyes glinting a bit in the light. He liked the way he looked. An average build, not overly muscular. He shrugged a bit and stepped into the shower. After he had cleaned himself off and dried his fur he went back to his bedroom to select the proper attire for the evening. He decided on a pair of black cut off shorts and a black sleeveless shirts. He didn't care much for clothes and wore little as possible. Leaving his feet bare he went off to meet his new found friend at one of his favorite bars. When he arrived he took his usual seat and said his hellos to the others he knew. He remembered that the guy he had went there to meet hadn't shown up, or was late. He remembers drinking more then he should have. The bartender told him it was time for him to go home and after a bit of an argument he listened. The next thing he remembers is walking down the back alley. It was then a sharp pain came to his head and everything went black.

He snapped out of his mind as a paw came to rest on his shoulder. He growled and snapped at the paw, moving away from it and crouching defensively. The owner of the paw stared down at the wolf and shook his head some. "My, your a lively one aren't you?".

To this the wolf just stared at him, a low growl continuing from his throat as he watched the stranger. The stranger was a large, well built wolf. From where he sat, Ash could tell the stranger was much larger then him. The stranger had a dark air about him. Dressed in dark pants and an equally dark shirt. A long flowing velvet cloak hanging from his shoulders. The stranger sat on the outside of the pen and extended his paw towards Ash. "I am known as Thorne. You may call me sir for now. How is it that a beautiful creature such as yourself has ended up here?"

Ash looked the extended paw over, reluctant to take it but doing it anyway. Giving it a firm shake. Shrugging his shoulders some to the question. "To be honest, I do not know."

Thorne nodded his head some. "Well, OK. How would you like to be taken out of that pen and given a bath and some fresh clothes? All I ask is that you talk with me."

The idea appealed to Ash. He lowered his head some as he thought, looking back up at Thorne and giving a small nod. "As long as that is all that you ask."

Thorne grinned a bit and held up one of his paws, the other he put on his chest. "I give you my word."

The two agreed and Thorne had one of the attendees come over and unlock the pen, then unlock Ash from the collar. Thorne then led the wolf outside to a waiting car.

As they rode along the two were quiet. Ash stared out the window as they passed through the city and out into the country. Thorne simply sat silently and stared at the other wolf. Ash felt a bit uneasy at how the larger wolf stared at him, passing it off the best he could. The car slowed and turned down a driveway to a large house. The car pulled up to the front doors. The car doors being opened from the outside and the two wolves stepped out. They were met at the front door by what looked like servants of the house. They all bowed there heads to Thorne as he passed them, looking over Ash with heads still bowed as he walked by. Thorne stopped just inside the door and instructed a couple of his maids to take Ash and clean him, then he was to be brought to him. "I will be downstairs. You know what to do. Please don't waste any time." With that Thorne walked off and out of sight around a corner. Ash was taken to a large bathroom where a bath had been drawn. He was cleaned and groomed. Ash felt quite good by the time the servants had finished. The warm water had relaxed him and the scents they sprayed on him smelled good. After he was cleaned he was given a bath robe of sorts to wear. None of the servants talked, much less looked at him as they went about there business. A knock came at the door and a very large bear walked in. In one paw he carried a collar, a chain attached to it, the other end of the chain held in the other paw. The large bear walked up to Ash, his voice very deep and rumbling. "Now don't give me any trouble. This is for my master's protection and yours as well." Ash growled as the bear moved to fasten the leather collar around his neck. This in turn earned him a sharp smack across his muzzle, causing Ash to yelp and growl lightly. "Now you can either behave or have more of that." The bear simply spoke. Ash lowered his ears and allowed the collar to be fastened around his neck. The bear nodded, "That's better, come with me.". Not like Ash had any choice as the bear walked off, dragging him behind. The bear led Ash down a flight of stairs and through a large wooden door. Ash's eyes widened as he took in the room. The whole demeanor of the house changing. It went from a clean and rich looking house to what looked like a dungeon. Ash swallowed as he surveyed the room. There were a few table along the far wall. Racks along the side walls held all sorts of devices and such. In front of him sat a large regal throne like chair. The bear tugged at the leash and led Ash to the center on the room where he was told to kneel. Fearing more punishment he did as he was told. The leash was unclipped from the collar only long enough for a thicker and longer chain to be attached. The other end of this chain attached to the floor. Ash shivered as the bear walked off, closing the large door behind him. He was alone for the moment in the dimly lit room. He could barely see. The only light given off by torches mounted on the walls. There was the sound of another door opening then closing. Ash peered into the darkness, able to see a figure move from the shadows and sit in the throne like chair ahead of him. Ash could make out that the figure was Thorne. After a few minutes of letting Ash sit there, shivering on the cold floor, Thorne stood and walked toward him. Ash noticed Thorne had taken the liberty of removing his own clothes. Ash stared at him, he was worried what the larger wolf had in store for him. As Thorne approached Ash he spoke up in a low, defiant growl. "I thought you just wanted to talk?"

His words earned him another slap to the muzzle. The slap causing Ash to yelp and fall to the ground. His instincts took over and he lept quickly from the ground, paws and teeth lashing at Thorne. Thorne simply laughed and caught the lunging wolf by the throat, holding him in the air. Ash was taken back by this, gasping for air as the paw at his throat cut off his air supply. "Simple dog. You think you can fight me? I control you now. You will listen to me and do as I say. I would rather have you as you are now then as a throw rug."

After he had finished speaking Thorne dropped the smaller wolf to the floor. "And just to make sure your paws are no longer a threat to me..." Thorne's words trailed off as he walked over to the wall, retrieving a set of shackles. He walked back to the wolf and motioned for him to put out his paws. Ash reluctantly obeyed, holding out his paws. The shackles were fixed around his wrists the locked to each other, a short chain was then fixed between the shackles and the collar around his neck, rendering his paws useless. "That should hold you for now. At least until you learn proper respect." Thorne turned and bent over, undoing the chain from the floor. He pulled on the chain, using it as a leash to drag Ash closer to the large chair. Thorne shortened the chain and fastened it with a lock to the base of the throne. Ash was left kneeling on a few feet from the chair. Thorne then sat in the chair and grinned at the smaller wolf. "Now, we need to get some things straight. I only told you those things at the pens to get you to come with me. I brought you here because I needed a stronger pet. You look as if though you are a good candidate. Look around you pup, this room will be your room for a few days until you get used to what I truly want. When that time comes you will be moves to a more comfortable place. I do hope you find these accommodations suiting for now?"

Ash wasn't sure whether to take that as a rhetorical question or not so he sat there watching the larger wolf. The larger wolf furrowed his brow some and kicked Ash under the jaw. "Pay attention boy, I asked you a question."

Ash's head snapped back at the kick and he whimpered, shaking his head some and clearing his throat. "I don't think they are very comfortable at all to tell you the truth."

Thorne laughed and sat back some for a moment. Then he sat forward, one of his paw grabbing Ash under his chin and drawing him up close to his face. "Now you listen to me and you listen real well. This room is your new home. You will not be getting out of here unless you cooperate. I own you know dear. I suggest that you show some respect to me, unless you rather I beat it into you." Thorne's voice was a low growling whisper. The dark black eyes staring into Ash's as he spoke.

Ash could do nothing but shiver as he winced from the claws digging into his jaw. The paw jerked on his muzzle, "Do you understand me?".

Ash nodded his head, mumbling out a yes sir. With that Thorne sat back and nodded. "Good boy, you may sleep at the foot of this chair. If I find you in it, you will be punished. You had better get some sleep. You have a long day tomorrow."

As Thorne finished he again leaned forward, using both his paws he grabbed Ash by the sides of his head and pulled him close. Thorne then pushed his lips against Ash's, forcing a kiss onto him. Thorne pushed his tongue into the smaller wolf's muzzle. The larger wolf held Ash's face to his. After a few moments Ash complied and began pushing back against the kiss. This lasted for a few minutes then Thorne broke the kiss and pushed Ash to the floor. "This may be easier then I thought." He laughed as he stood and walked out. Leaving Ash alone on the floor.

Ash curled up on the floor, struggling at his bonds for some time before giving up. He thought about all that had happened and he began to sob. Would he ever get out of this place? What exactly was going to happen to him? That night Ash cried himself to sleep.
