Holis murred and pulled back from the long soft kiss as he heard a knock at the door. They looked at each other with a soft smile as he stood and walked out turning off the light and closing the door.
Holis smiled readjusting his pants a bit and walked to the door to see who it was. As he opened it he saw Lova with the dolly and opened the door wide to let her in. He put out a bowl with some of the stew and some tea for her and as she sat down he pushed the dolly into his room and turned off the lights removing the sheet. When he came back in Lova was smiling sitting at the table finishing the bowl.
"So how is she doing?" Lova asked.
"The doctor said she'll be fine although she needs rest and fluids and a few other things, that having been said are you going to be busy?" Holis replied.
Lova answered, "doubtful I am the senior feeder on the station these days my job entails helping others, I take it you need some help?"
Holis blushed, "Well she will need help in the shower and such and although she already invited me to take care of it and we were kissing earlier," Holis blushed deeper, "I guess I'm still a bit too old fashion."
Lova smiled and stood walking over to get herself a bit more of the good stew, "you know you shouldn't feel bad about it. I'll be happy to help and I should have all the time. You know Holis you may be a bit shy but that is not a bad trait, its true that drake and her had a long relationship that started with sex and a good intimate relationship needs that but love is far more important and weather you two are willing to admit it or not I think you both have that."
Holis sighed, "ok you win, she wins and I guess I sort of win. I will take care of her and I will try to be as much of a gentleman as I can and hopefully I won't screw it up."
Lova started to chuckle and Holis stared at her confused, "is that what you have been afraid of this whole time?" Lova saw the look on Holis's face and walked over to him pulling him down to her, "my dear boy, she loves you, she wants you, she is scared your too timid too pursue her. You are everything she ever wanted she hasn't been missing Drake she is worried you'll walk away like he did. Please believe me the only mistake you could possibly make with her would be to not actively pursue her."
Holis hugged Lova tightly before standing back up , "you know Lova I think its time I stopped running from my feelings and did something about them. Would you like me to pack you some stew to go?"
Lova smiled as she walked to the door, "no but feel free to invite me to dinner that is some impressive cooking for a grease monkey."
Holis called engineering and asked for a carpenter to come up with some materials and after an hours worth of work he had made some adjustments in the bathroom. He then heated up some more of the stew and brought it in to Alesta. He handed it to her and gave her a kiss before he stood and walked back to the door saying he would be back in a bit.
Holis walked in a bit later with a large bucket that smelled of jasmine and a sponge. He put it down near the bed ignoring Alesta as he went to her drawer and pulled out a pair of lace panties and a bra. Alesta stood in shock as he casually went through her underwear drawer and then walked over to the bed handing the red lace underwear to her.
"Holis why are you going through my underwear," Alesta asked.
Holis smiled and pulled her into a soft kiss his paws rubbing her back and holding her into the kiss, "Alesta I care for you more than anyone else I know. I want you to be with me for a long time and I never want you to think for an instant that I am afraid to be with you. Now I am going to take care of you but I don't want you to think that I am a pervert and as such I want you to wear underwear around me unless you decide to take it off."
Alesta was swooning from the kiss vaguely aware of what he was saying. As it started to sink in tears weld up in her eyes and she hugged him tightly, "oh Holis I am so happy, I was scared after Drake I wasn't good enough for a man like you, thank you so much Holis."
Holis laid her back slowly and gave her another kiss to calm her rubbing her arms softly. She ducked under the covers putting on the bra and panties and then she smiled coming back up covering only her lower half. She was surprised when he gently pushed her back and held her paw. She laid back a smile on her face as she closed her eyes.
Alesta sighed softly as a warm sponge rubbed her paw and slowly up her right arm. Holis took his time rubbing softly with the sponge her left arm was next and then he did her shoulders and neck. She inhaled deeply of the scented soapy water as he gently ran it over her muzzle and gently through her hair. She moaned softly and murred as he went down her chest and tummy avoiding her breasts. He stood slowly moving down to the end of the bed pulling the covers back and then sat down pulling her foot into his lap. Holis blushed, had she just, "Of course hun I'll leave the hamper next to your bed so you can take care of your laundry, I'll be back in a few minutes."
Holis took out another pair of panties and put them on the bed and then picked up the bucket leaving to dump it. Alesta took off her panties but when she was going to put the other pair on she made a decision. Alesta watched Holis intently as he took off all but his spandex style shorts. He started to walk to the bed not realizing she had made plans.
