*~Chapter 1 - Where Am I?
In the shadows of the night, a shadowy figure stood atop a light post, observing the gates of a facility opening and closing for the last time that night. He vanished as the moon was shadowed by the thick clouds, reappearing near the guard house, he peeked in the window and saw that the guard there asleep, he took this chance and walked through the wall, his ability. As he re-materialized on the other side, he saw that there were no lights around the compound of the facility, and he grinned happily as he saw that this was easier than he thought. 'Great, this would be a better chance to get my revenge.' he thought to himself as he slowly made his way towards the door, using a paper clip, he picked the lock and to his approval, the door gave a meaningful "click" and he was in.
As he stepped in, he walked into the light from a florescent light and he stood proud, his long tail dropped to his back and onto the floor, his foot paws tapped on the tiled floor as he thought of his next plan, 'Okay, I'm in, now to head for the Office.' he thought again and started walking, his snowy white fur glistened in the lights as he continued moving in the hallway, his nose sniffing and twitching, trying to sense every scent he recognized.
After a few moments, he entered a big room, where it was big, the opposite wall lined with tubes, filled with green filled with green fluid, and a few species of furres in them, and some devices bleeping, denoting that they were still alive. "Oh god....what are they doing to them..." he said to himself as he walked around the room, soon he found the mainframe, and started to type as fast as he could, downloading the data from the experiments and other projects. Then suddenly an alarm sounded. This was no intruder alert signal, the screens flashed something, saying that something in the reactors were going wrong, the fusion cells were starting to collide with each other due to the loss of power. The feline started to panic, and as soon as he ejected the disk and stuffed it into his small backpack, a few scientists accompanied by a few wolves rushed into the room. Snarls and growls were heavily heard across the room as the three lupine warriors fought against a single white tiger that moved with haste and fluidity in his actions. Grabbing a wolf's hair, he threw him around and managed to catch the other wolf off guard. Sending a shriek of pain, the other wolf had managed to creep up behind the cat and deliver a devastating scratch on his back, but the feline's recoil was too fast, he slid his leg down scraping against the other's leg, sending the canine down on his side, kicking the wolf, he sent him flying towards a machine, the soon clicked on, and a louder siren was heard from the room.
"System Activated..." a computer voice said in it's deep tone, "Sending packets now..." it added, then soon, the sirens grew louder, and red lights flashed brightly, as the machine in the center, a large ring, started emitting weird noises, and lightning started racing through the whole room, hitting random parts and spots, a few scientists were struck and they all became pixelated piece by piece and soon disintegrated into nothing, leaving their clothes down on the floor as blood continued to litter the tiled floor, the wolves vanished like the scientists, evading the strikes of high voltage electricity, the cat bumped into a corner where one bolt had hit his body, making him cry out painfully, slowly, he saw his paws, fingers, and claws start to tear off piece by piece, leaving a hollow hole in the place where his paws should be, slowly the process continued to wreak havoc in the kitty's system, and body, he continued to scream as he was slowly eaten up by the system, in a matter of seconds, the room was silent, dark, and smelled strongly of blood as it littered the floor in the room. Nobody was left, nothing survived, the mainframe destroyed, and so is the machine.
A Few hours later....
A few scientists arrived at the scene and discovered the incident, one of them quickly called the local police department and an investigation was conducted. The press were all over the place, investigators gathering the evidence, and clues left behind.
"So far, the incident concerning a few dozen furres missin in AZ-Tech's facility has been yet to be confirmed" the female reporter said as she moved to show the front of the facility's gates, "For now, the list of the missing persons are yet to be compiled as the data gathered are yet to be confirmed." she added combing her hair with a claw, "This has been an urgent report, from your field agent, good day to you all" she finished winking and the TV being clicked off.
-==Unknown Location==-
A flash of white beaming light shined brightly inside a dark alley, as the feline fell down with a wound on his shoulder, right arm and leg. Hitting the cold damp floor undeneath him, he was out cold in an instant.
A few moments later, the feline awoke, heavily groggy, bleeding a little as he tried to get onto all fours, he noticed two blurry figures pass by and started to walk into the alley he was in, his fur all wet, his vision blurry and wavy, he looked up at them as they both walked in.
"Hey look...someone left their kitty cat." a male voice said with a tone of concern.
"Poor Bugger must've gotten hit by a van or something" the other replied moving closer, "Look at how it is."
"Well, get it to your place" the other replied.
"WHat?! My place?!" he exclaimed sounding surprised.
"Well we're closer than my place y'know" the other remarked as he picked up the cat's backpack.
"Fine." the other replied, as he was beaten by his friend at their short argument.
Through the kitty cat's blurry vision, he couldn't make out what they both were saying, as his ears were pounding from the loud noises from earlier, he could only hear blurred sounds. Before he started to pass out, he saw that a someone had picked him up and carried on his back "w...where am i.......?" he uttered ever so weakly, soon, darkness roamed all over the cat.
"Huh?" the figure asked as he heard the feline talk.
"What?" the other replied.
"Nothing, i thought i just heard something" The person replied as they both continued their journey home in his car.
