The incident occurred, about a week since me and Nick were partners on the force. We were driving, when Nick saw a flash of bright light. We decided to investigate, but when we got to the seen, we saw two strange looking individuals who were passed out. Nick saying, "Carrots, do you know what species is that ugly?" Looking at him, simply said "No, I don't know their species but they still need an ambulance."
While I was calling for the ambulance, Nick looked for some sort of Identification. When he picked out one of their ID. We looked at his ID, his name Michael Newbie from a strange place named Minnesota, no Species. The other person's ID said John Gillesbie, from another strange place called Texas, his species was also not on the ID .
When the ambulance came and took them to the Hospital, we simply went back to the precinct and filled out a report. We thought that we were done with that case. The next day as we entered the station, chief Bogo ordered us into his office. As we entered into his office he looked at us and a said, "the two animals you found yesterday, we found out their species is human. Yet the doctor felt that you two could, get them to give more information." As Nick said obviously mad at this idea, "so we are to babysit and do the doc's job. Instead of, I don't know maybe our job." Chief Bogo who seemed like he was about to go unhinged stated, "I gave you, your assignment that is your job. I suggest you do your job, or you might be back on the streets."
As we leave getting to our car, I ask "Why push chief Bogo, he is still our boss?" As Nick starting the car simply reply, "he needs me to keep his life interesting." When we finally got to the hospital, we met with Doctor Langu in her office. Doctor Langu explained, "I talked to them, their species is Human." Nick replied with, "so now we know their species, we just need to figure out what humans are." Doctor Langu answered, "that is why I want you here. The humans seemed aggressive, I gave them something to settle down yesterday, but I would like get them to talk to you guys without medication." As we walked to get to their room , I was just wondering, how this would play out, how aggressive are they? When we got to the humans room, I took a deep breath and opened the door. The humans immediately stopped what they were doing and looked at us with hostility.
I broke the silence by asking, "How are you two today? If you don't mind, we would like to ask you a couple of questions." I continued, "where are the cities of Minnesota and Texas? We saw your ID's, if we can figure where these cities are at, maybe we can contact them about your files." One looked at me with hostility, the other one looked at me confused almost like I said something very stupid. Nick said, "listen if you help, it makes it much easier. If you want, we can play hard, I enjoy playing hard." Then one of the humans said, "Mam, Airman First Class John Gillesbie reports, my social security is 812-34-8976." The other human looked at him and said, "Airman, only give them that information if they dircectly ask for it." "We already know your names and the cities you come from. We just want to know, where your cities are at and how to contact your city."
One of the Humans said, "Whatever you want, your not going to get it from us, I suggest just you talk to the U.S. for our release. Oh and you can tell Kim Jung Un this sherade of yours, is not working." As we got out of their room, Nick asked, "Carrots you think Humans are just insane? Heck with that craziness maybe their cities kicked them out." During lunch, me and Nick discussed how to get some information. Nick said, "I can easily check the postal office or maybe ask some friends. I know plenty of people that travel." I suggested, "while you do that, I can separate the two, and talk to them, maybe they're easier to talk to."
