Blue Woke up, his head sore as hell. His memory a blur, she sat up with a groan. He was in an unfamiliar room, sunlight beaming through the blinds weakly lighting the Dark room. The scent of the house was different to the one he was used to. The walls, carpet furniture all seemed...different. He looked at his paws, his black fur covering them, then carried on looking down his arms studying them intensely to see any change. He stood up and arched his back, with a loud yawn and a scratch of his head he stumbled to the other side of the room where a mirror on the wall was hanging. He then checked himself over to see if anything had changed. He thought to himself aloud, "Bloody hell, why can't I remember anything!" He considered himself in the mirror. What he saw staring back at him was a 5ft 11 Black furred Husky, quite muscular and with wide shoulders, his Head hair short and dark, which had old Hair Gel which was only keeping patches of his hair spiked his Body fur was short and well groomed. His tail was fluffy, almost too fluffy for a Husky male. He then heard a voice from downstairs, a male voice which was foreign to him, it was an American accent.

"Colin! Get out of bed! Your bus arrives in 30 minutes! Move, move, move!"

Then he remembered.

His name was Colin Shatter, Or "Blue" as his Friends called him. This was because in sunlight, his fur would look like it had a small tinge of blue in it. Blue was British, from the south-west of England. In a city called Plymouth, not very big just a city full of about 300,000 Furs. His Early years were Pleasant, mostly filled with happy memories of his Family and himself. As soon as he reached the age of 12 his parents started to fight more often, but mostly in private. Then at 14 his parents would have full blown arguments in front of him and his sister. His sister was a gentle soul who always cared for Blue whenever these "Discussions" came about. She was not like Blue in the way that she looked; she was only 5ft 7 but was covered in Grey fur like their parents. She had a Name that could only suit her, Lorna. Her tail was like Blues but it was more Silky. By the age Blue had reached 16, Lorna had already left for University. Leaving Blue to fend for himself, against the onslaught of his parents bickering and squabbles. His parents started Dragging Blue more and more into their fights until one day...

His Mum finally had enough, she left. She left Blue with his Dad all alone, nothing but his thoughts and a father that had long forgotten about his Duty as a Dad. About 4 months later on the 1st of July, Blues Mum returned, but with divorce papers, they both signed in a hurry and before he knew it he was packing his stuff. He asked His mum where they were going.

She replied with "I've met someone new."

"Who is it? And where does he live?" Blue Inquired

"I met him On the Internet. I've met a lovely Wolf, he's called Ross Williams, and he's an American Football player! Were travelling there Now so stop asking stupid questions and pack your shit!"

Blue, after 2 hours packed all of his items and clothes into a couple of suitcases, collapsed on the floor he. Was. Exhausted. As he lay on the floor, looking at the ceiling, he thought about all his friends and family he was leaving behind, he would never see them again; he would never play for his Football team again, all those years, trying to get that goalkeeper position gone to waste. This choked him up a bit but he knew, that one day he would return. He took them downstairs and chucked them into the Boot Of his Mums Ford Mondeo. He turned around and saw his dad standing at the front door, with a scowl on his face and his arms folded. Almost with a look on his face of ‘Good Riddance'.

Blue Turned around to his father and said

"I'll miss you dad" and opened his arms to give his dad, which he would never see again for a few years a hug. His father was having none of it, he grabbed Blues arm and Judo tossed him over his shoulder. Blue it the ground with a heavy impact. He crawled away on the sidewalk to avoid more blows from the 6ft 2 husky and escaped into his mum's car, which pulled away with a screech. As he caught his breath he felt depressed, His own father had just attacked him, with such aggression and anger. The rest of the trip was a blur, most of it was by plane, the rest by car, he met Ross, Blue gave it to him, and he was a nice bloke. At least he didn't judo throw him like some ragdoll. He talked with Ross for a few hours about what the area was like, the people who lived in it and what the High school was like. Blue Listened to him intently. Soon afterward though Ross went on about, how football was better than "that Brit soccer" But most of that Blue couldn't remember and didn't really care.

Blue Got dressed in record time into some jeans and a Plain White t-shirt and ran downstairs. "Time to meet some new people!" he thought to himself, blue grabbed his Schoolbag, pens and paper. He would have no idea what adventures await him.
