Irina held onto Astor's wrist staring up at him with that sweet smile, barely seen on her face in the dim moonlight. The man stopped his advances and sat himself down on the bed, the Australian shepherd crawled closer to him. Her lips pressed softly against his soft skin and fur, ascending up his back. The hybrid closed his eyes, a feeling of warmth washing over his body.

Irina's delicate hands wrapped around his waist, rubbing up and down his chest. "So I was your first huh?" She cooed with a giggle.

Astor nodded his head quietly. "I may have driven others to the peaks of their pleasure, never have I opened myself up to anyone like I did with you." He spoke solemnly, a pitting in his stomach made his words sour. The girl slung over him and smiled, "Well you've certainly could have fooled me." She spoke quite amused.

The hybrid simply smiled and laid down in the large canopy bed, the soft silken sheets beneath him hugged to his body so gingerly. Irina lay beside him curling into his form, her leg lazily draped over his. Her hand rubbing against his chest, simple thoughts running through her head as her tips traced along the lines of scar tissue, great and small on his chest.

Astor couldn't help but crack a little smile feeling the warmth of the young woman hanging over his body. "I can't place this feeling I get when you're in my presence miss Patterson, you bring my heart to such great palpitations I feel as if I have run a hundred meter dash." The man explained.

"You know you don't have to call me 'miss Patterson." The woman giggled, scooting up closer she rest his head against her breasts.

Astor closed his eyes listening to the girl's heartbeat. "Lubdub, lubdub." The pulse of life resonated against his cheek. "Hey...Astor?" The girl spoke up.

"Yes, my dear." He responded. The petite canine paused for a moment and ran her fingers through his hair. Enjoying the afterglow of their recent endeavor.

"Nothing..." She smiled and held onto him through the night. A feeling of happiness exhumed from Irina.

The morning sun chased away the moonlit night, the young girl tossed about in the large bed. Her naked body pressed into the silken sheets, waving her arm around looking for her lover. Her eyes slowly opened, blinded by the morning light, she raised up her hand to shield her vision.

"Astor...?" Her voice cracked, her throat dry from her restful slumber. Wiping the sleep from her eyes, the girl slipped from the soft bed and onto the carpeted floors below. Her furry feet shuffled along the carpet, veering her head over spotting a glass orb on his dresser. The shepherd walked over to the crystal sphere. She rested her head down on the dresser gazing at the spherical snow; inside was a fair young woman with what looked to be a sparrow perched upon her fingers.

Tiny white flakes rested on the bottom. Irina picked up the snow globe and noticed there was a key on the side, plugged into the contraption. The girl cranked it back once, twice three times, as the woman in the middle of the globe spun slowly. A haunting piano like melody coming from the small device. The melody that rang through her ears, she couldn't seem to stop watching and listening. Sadness seeming to wash over the young woman.

"What're you doing." A familiar male voice spoke up with agitation. Irina's ears perked up as if broken from a spell.

"A-Astor! Good morning." The male rushed over to her taking the globe from her hands. "Don't. Touch." His voice flared with what could only be construed as anger.

Irina's ears flattened to her head and she looked at him. "I-I'm sorry. I didn't know..." She murmured.

Astor took the globe and set it down. "...I'm sorry. Forgive my actions..." His voice cooled down once he had it in his hands.

"It's alright. Was it a family heirloom? The song sounded so sad..." She murmured.

The hybrid's eyes locked with the globe. "It belonged to my mother, the song was a lullaby she would sing me almost nightly when I was a little boy."

Irina's tail wagged feebly. "She must be so proud of you, how far you've come." Trying her best to make right her mistake.

Astor dare not look at her, setting the globe back on his dresser, The song still chiming slowly in the background. "My mother would be proud. There's not a day that goes by I don't think about this as well as her." His fingers dragging along the wood of the dresser. "Come now, breakfast awaits Irina." The hybrid took his leave of the room and walked down the stairs, his many workers going about their business greeting him as they pass.

Irina stepped out of the bedroom watching him leave, a pit in her stomach seeming to grow. She got the courage to leave the bedroom and made her way downstairs trailing behind him.

They came into a brightly lit dining room, a long table sitting in the room. Astor sitting at the end closest to the exit. "Please. Sit anywhere you'd like." He mentioned, spanning his hand across the table; in front of him sat a plate with a metal cover waiting.

Irina sat a few chairs down to the left of him, Claire stepping beside her set a plate before the young woman. "Here you are. Hope you enjoy." Her soft calm voice brought a smile on the girl's face.

"Thank you very much," Irina responded, lifting up the metal cover off of her food. The aroma was pungent of vanilla, several layers of waffles sat on the plate with a little spout of syrup beside it. "Goodness, there's more here than I can eat I think." She blushed.

Astor looked to her with a smile. "Eat as much as you can, there is plenty there and if you cannot finish we do not have to fret." He made mention.

"So what's on the agenda today? I'm sure we've got some interesting lessons ahead of us yes?" Irina asked trying her best to play coy.

Astor ate his savory meal, a piece of thinly sliced beef with a poached egg, toast on the side. "We are going to be heading poolside today. We're going to be testing your athletics and see if our lessons are improving your stamina."

Irina looked to him with a little smile. "I shall not let you down." She said solemnly. Astor looked at her as she dribbled the syrup onto her waffles eating quietly.

When they had finished their breakfast Astor stood up from his seat and came over to her with a sweet smile. "Come now, we must get you suited with a proper outfit."

The two made their way into a walk-in closet of sorts, inside of the room was a vast display of different outfits of different shapes and sizes, male, female. He walked into the spacious closet and B-lined for an area that had swimwear. "There should be...Some proper swimwear...Here we go." He mentioned and pulled out a dark blue outfit. "This was once a standard for most academic schools."

The outfit was a one piece swimsuit a dark shade of blue, a very stretchy material. "Is this the right fit?" She questioned.

"It should be able to contour to your body quite nicely actually." He noted with a smile on his face. "Try it on and tell me how it fits." He handed it to the young woman and stepped out of the room closing the door behind him.

He stood in the hall waiting patiently for his student to emerge. Minutes passed as the girl comes out in the swimsuit, it's elasticity hugging to her curves beautifully. Her chest hung heavily; as if the suit were strained to hold it in place. "It fits nice!" She said with glee. Astor looked up and down at her, the suit fit quite nicely to her beautiful body.

"It certainly does. Now then come with me." He took her hand gently and led her to the back of the manor, as the two grew closer to the poolside the stench of chlorine became more pungent. They went down a short staircase to the basement level, "Head straight through here and get yourself acquainted with the pool, I am going to get changed."

Irina nodded her head and made her way through the doors, coming up to a large in-ground pool. Crystal blue waters shone through the lighting in the pool, Irina dabbed her toes in the water to test the temperature. It was a fairly brisk pool.

Moments later Astor came from the room she walked from, his shirt off and a pair of slim swim trunks on, black with a white stripe down the side. Irina looked at him with a slight blush. "Jump in the pool; I need you to get adjusted please." Astor said with a pleased tone to his voice.

Irina listening to him found a spot to ease herself int the chilled waters. Her fur on edge as the chill went up her spine. Astor couldn't help but chuckle as the girl eased herself into the pool around her. "You'll never warm up if you keep fearing the cold." The male jack-knifed into the cool waters, Irina watched him in disbelief.

Astor surfaced from the water, flicking up his hair. "You seem to surprise me at every turn Astor..." She smiled. The hybrid chuckled and looked at the canine who was barely waist deep in the water.

"Sink in, don't let the fear undertake your true potential." Irina looked to him and shrugged dipping herself into the water, coming back up with a breath of air. Her hair soaked, her fur drenched, her nipples perked right up when they submerged into the cold water. Irina's face reddened feeling her body start to shiver from the shock.

"Excellent work my dear, now then...I need to do a lap from one end to the other. I need to see how you perform before I can give an exact assessment." He smiled and folded his arms waiting for the young woman.

Irina nodded. "O-okay." She murmured and swam to the end of the pool, bringing up her feet kicking off one end of the pool and sprung herself forward. Her arms and legs pushing her along the waters gracefully, finally reaching the other end of the pool. She kicks off the other end, struggling on her way back. By the time she got back to the other end the young shepherd was out of breath, standing back up she looked at him for his approval.

"How'd I do?" She smiled pleadingly. Astor looked at her and gave a little smile.

"You've certainly improved since you've been doing my lessons, but I can see you still need a little bit of work." He gave a devious grin. The male swam over to her, his gaze looking her up and down. "Dear Irina you're shivering... His hand graced her cheek feeling the moisture on her face. The man picked her up from the waters causing the girl to yelp.

"A-Astor please." She spoke up embarrassed.

The hybrid pulled her up from the waters in a bridal carry. Her hands clasped around his neck, "Don't leg go." She blushed tightening her grip around him.

The man brought her into the room just before the pool, setting her on a bench. His lips quickly finding hers, in a moment of passion. Irina pulled back from his lips apprehensively.

"I-I don't think right now is such a good idea." Her face reddened embarrassed. "S-someone could see us." Irina begged him. "P-plus I'm kinda cold..." She pleaded with him.

Astor stopped his advances and walks to the left of the room, several towels hung on the rack on the wall. Taking a towel and throwing it to her, grabbing one for himself. "Meet me in my private quarters, we should continue in a more proper setting." He spoke up, the towel rustling his hair and ears as he dried off walking up the stairs.

Irina squeaked when the towel was thrown to her, barely catching the cloth that was carelessly thrown. She could feel the tension in the room was certainly heightened.

The young girl walked up the stairs and up once more, hesitantly coming to his quarters. Inside his room was Astor sitting on his bed, his towel in his right hand; staring off out at the city.

"You asked to see me?" Irina said.

Astor didn't so much as look at her; "Shut the door behind you please." He stated. Irina swallowed hard as the door shut slowly with a "click". Irina stepped closer to the bed, crawling onto the bed behind him. Her hand gently resting on his shoulder.

Astor turned around; his body rest between her legs. Her suit still hugging the contours of her body. Leaning to her neck he kissed tenderly nipping at her vulnerable body. "A-Astor...Please." She said defensively. The male not seeming to take the hint let his hands linger and reach up to her supple breasts. "Astor, enough! Please!" She made herself far more present, pulling his hand down.

The hybrid stood up and slid off his bed. "Why?! Is it because I disgust you?? Do you spurn my feelings because I am not good enough?" The man flared up heading to his wardrobe, taking a decorative mask from his wall; throwing it across the room. A loud smashing sound echoed through the room as the porcelain mask shattered into tiny little pieces, falling to the ground beneath him.

His gaze looking down at his hands. "Irina...I..." He uttered. The poor girl's ears fell flat to her head in fear watching him, seeing how he crumbled to the ground. The absolute raw anger that welled within him. "Astor..." She murmured, terrified of what he might do. But wishing to know what caused such deep wounds within the man. She tread lightly as she asked him.

"Astor... Please come over here...T-talk to me..." The hybrid shook his head.

"I can't be forgiven, not for this..." He mumbled falling to the ground. Irina peeked over to him and looked down at him worriedly.

"Please... Come up here and talk to me." She murmured.

Astor, giving up finally stood up from the floor and made his way back to the silken sheets. Irina scooted back as the male lay down in his bed, staring up at the ceiling.

"Now, please... I need you to tell me what's going on... What's wrong inside that head of yours Astor..." She begged him.
