I am available to do writing commissions. This does include sexually charged stories, encounters, etc, with various themes and fetishes. I'm not averse to doing romance 'novels' and sci-fi fiction that are not necessarily meant as sexually stimulating material. I will write almost anything, basically. Please include the current codeword in your PM/contact or you will be ignored. It is found further down in this document.

Please note that I am not an editing service and am not interested in finishing other people's work, or your own work. I do not do editing, rewriting, proofreading, etc. I am a writer, not a publishing house. As such I will be limiting my work to writing fresh stories based on your interests, or possibly providing stories to match artwork. I am fine with writing sequels of my own work, and will have no problem writing a chain of stories.

Below is a detailed guide as to what I will/won't do, commissioning procedure, your rights and my rights, terms, etc. If you're unsure of something, please ask and I will clarify to the best of my ability.

List of Wills and Won'ts. This section details what I enjoy writing and what can put a lot of creativity into, what I won't exactly be excited about but will still write, and what I may dislike but will still write, along with what I WILL NOT write under any circumstances and you should probably just avoid asking for stories with those topics.

If you are still unsure about a particular topic please ask. I'm certain I haven't considered all possibilities and may be open to new ideas I hadn't considered yet.

• Famous/Canon characters from media, books, original characters, etc, that I have not originated myself, or that you have not originated. If you wish for me to use someone's original characters or works, please provide a link to an official statement of permission/freeuse/etc, or if you have special permission from them, please have them PM/Contact me directly with said permission.
• zoophilia. I.e. sexual situations with ferals or non-intelligent characters/animals.

I will find it easier (like most writers) to crank out a story if it falls very well within my personal interests. Basically, I will probably write them faster if I really like what I'm writing. That does not exclude other stories outside of my interest but the turnaround time might be a bit higher. I will still hold myself to the same high standard for all stories regardless of their content, and will price accordingly. The codeword is 'muchacho'

Regarding pricing:

Prices are set at 1 cent per word. Unless I elect to offer you a different price.

I will require a retainer (down payment) of half the value of the story up front before I will begin writing. Once I have finished the mid draft, i will ask for the second half of payment. If the story runs longer the originally planned, I will give you up to half a page for free, at my discretion. This will normally be used to finish the final scene and close the story gracefully instead of simply cutting it off at the end. For options to extend your story, please see below under EXTENSIONS.

I will round up to the nearest whole dollar for clarity if the decimal result is higher then .4. I will round down to the nearest dollar if the result is less then .4. This way you will not have to deal with payments in cents.

Extensions:

You may find that the word count you purchased was inadequate or seemed to result in a rushed close to the story, or you simply want to extend the story further before it is finished. You may do so at the original agreed word value at any time in the writing process to extend the 'budget' of words allotted in the work. Please make it clear you desire an extension before the publishing point. The extension will only take effect once you have paid the extra cost for the extra wordage. (I.e. sent 10 dollars for the extra 1,000 word extension you want.) Multiple extensions are allowable.

Paypal is very strict about 'adult work' so please refrain from mentioning the nature of the work in the note. No note at all is preferable. Please select GIFT from the available options or your payment will HAVE to be declined. Paypal is very strict about this and will likely SHUT DOWN my account if you are too gratuitous in your elaborations in your payment!

Regarding your 'rights' as the client:

As a paying client you are entitled to the following (included in the initially agreed price):

• Several smallish edits for the correction of details (like incorrect anatomy, incorrect eye color, adjustments to a scenario to please you better, etc)

• One major edit which will require heavy rewriting, but only until the midpoint in writing. I will not be willing to rewrite major points of the story if I'm almost done.

(Further edits beyond this can incur some editing fees. To help with this, please make sure you have a good definition of what you want and how you want things to go from the beginning.)

• You will be given a mid-point preview via a link to a google document. This will be your final chance to make major plot changes, and take advantage of your single free rewrite.

  • A final draft will be provided for your final consideration via a link to a google document. This will be your final chance to request minor changes only. Major plot rewrites and changes will not be accepted at this time. Changes after these points will not be accepted without further payment.
  • You are granted a limited non-transferable right to keep a copy of your commission on your machine, or other storage, as a backup (as many backups as you wish). You are also granted a limited non-transferable right to post the work on your own profile, but you must include a link to the original on my profile and retain the credit and title information at the top. Any edits or alteration to the story are not acceptable without my express permission, nor is posting any altered or edited version.
  • If you wish to purchase the complete rights to your commission, including copyright release, and full use, please talk to me directly.

• By commissioning me you are agreeing to respect the rights and terms listed in this document, and on my profile. (if you have issue with these terms, feel free to tell me, but do not expect alterations without serious consideration)

Regarding cancellations, terminations, and refunds of commissions:

You have the right to cancel at any time, but refunds follow the following policy.

• Previous to the mid-point review, you are entitled to a refund of your initial payment, and will not be charged the final payment.

• Post mid-point review, you will not be refunded your initial payment under any circumstances unless I state otherwise.

• If you elect for an extension at the final draft stage, your mid-point review payment will become non-refundable.

As a general rule: Each subsequent payment will render the previous payment nonrefundable. Only the latest payment will be refundable until you either make another one, or the commission is considered completed and published.

If you fail to provide the final half of the payment, all work on your commission will cease and be retained for a period of one week, unless a special agreement is reached, after which the content will be destroyed and irretrievable.

My rights as the author:

I reserve the right to turn your commission down.

I reserve the right to terminate your commission at any point, with guarantee of refund based on my cancellation rules.

I reserve all rights to all of my work, including copyright, and none of it may be copied, reproduced, or modified without my express permission, except the exclusions above. I reserve the right to require you to withdraw any and all postings of my work, including your commission, at my request.

I reserve the right to require you to destroy any backups or other copies you may have of my work, at my request. You can be provided a full refund if the work was fully completed within 3 months prior to such request but not after. You are required to contact me directly to request your refund, and provide a valid paypal address to which said refund will be sent, or forfeit your refund permanently.

I reserve the right to write in privacy without 'shoulder surfers' watching my work. As such your access to the google document containing your story will be allowed for your review and feedback, then closed when that phase has ended so that I may resume writing without constant oversight. I will consider the midpoint draft feedback and editing phase to be closed once you send the second payment. I will consider the final draft feedback and editing phase to be closed once you have approved publication or, if it's a private story you do not wish published, if we mutually agree it is completed.

I reserve the right to write only on weekdays and preserve my weekends for rest, self-centering, meditation, and mental revitalization. In other words, don't expect me to finish your story over a weekend. It will be written during the week and I will rest on weekends to rejuvenate my creativity. I may continue to converse with you about your commission during the weekend so i can consider various ideas to write during the week,

I reserve the right to delay starting a commission by a reasonable amount of time (i.e. a couple of days) to rest and recuperate from a previous commission. I will not accept payments until I am actually ready to start working on your commission. In other words, I will sometimes elect to take a break between commissions instead of cranking them out one right after another, so I can rest and recover my creative powers.

-Term Violations -

Under any and all circumstances of violation of these terms, the following will happen

• your commission will be terminated

• You will automatically forfeit all refunds

• You will automatically forfeit all rights contained in these terms.

• You will forfeit any right to remedy, lawsuit, litigation, or any other pursuance of aid for the purpose of forcing refunds or service.

• I am automatically released of from any and all commitments, promises, statements, etc, either given in this document, verbally, written, or otherwise.

Commissioning Procedure

My commission Procedure works in the following order:

I have two commissioning models for stories depending on their length, please read both. Please note that I prefer to write in privacy and will close access to the google document once you have approved the draft and approved my further writing. You will be given further access at the next review stage.

For commissions LESS then 9k words:

Watch my journals for a commission slot opening and post on the journal. You do not need to post information about your commission, just post your interest. I may also include a 'secret phrase' or something either here in this info, or in the journal. I use this a filtering method to ensure everyone has read and understood my terms. I am not going to spend a week explaining my terms to a potential commissioner when I could get all the information I need in one PM from someone else.

I will PM you and tell you that your commission has been accepted Please send me a PM back with the information for your commission. Please include information on specific fetishes, scenarios, etc you would like to see with the characters you have chosen. Please also include information on what about those fetishes interests you the most and what I need to emphasize for your pleasure.

I will review your return PM, and send you pricing information You will be given information on the amount of the retainer fee that I require to begin writing, and it must be sent to my PayPalbefore I will begin on your work. You will also have the opportunity to discuss details on pricing. You will be considered on a waiting list until you provide payment at which point you will be moved to an actual commission slot and your commission will be 'locked in'.

I will work on your commission, and periodically send you PMs (or other communications via another method) to get more information as needed. I will expect a timely answer to my PMs. If you leave me hanging for longer then a few days, I will be unable to continue to work on your commission and may need to shelve it in order to work on another. If I hear nothing from you for a long period of time (A couple of weeks or so, unless you made it clear you would be out of contact for awhile. I.e. vacation, personal emergency, etc) I will consider the commission terminated and will refund you in accordance with my policies.

You will be required to send me the final payment for the cost of the story Before I send you the mid-point draft link, I will require you to send me the full final payment at our agreed upon cent per word(s) value. At this point your retainer will be retained and will not be refunded if you cancel.

I will send you a mid-point draft link for a Google document You will be given a chance to read what I have so far, and an opportunity to point out any flaws, inconsistencies, or mistakes that I have made. These will be fixed for free, up to a point as listed above. You will also be given a single free 'rewrite' which could involve major plot changes, and other large edits.

_I will continue to work on your commission and send you a final draft_This will be your final chance to make any corrections in the content, but you will be limited to minor changes for details I got incorrect, or to emphasize certain details more. Eye color, incorrect anatomy etc will all be fixed for free. Major rewrites of entire scenes, major points in the plot, etc, will not be done for free at this point and I will charge you the cent per word(s) value for the new material.

Once you have given final approval, I will publish it to my gallery. You may request this be a private story only and I will then refrain from publishing it entirely, but

it will still be considered to be finalized and finished. Further edits and adjustments are no longer included and will need to be paid for outright if you wish to revisit the story and make adjustments.

For commissions of 9k words or MORE:

The procedure is nearly identical save for one major difference: Reviews and feedback will be done on a CHAPTER basis instead of a single mid-point draft. I will complete a chapter and send you a link to the google document for review, where you will have opportunities to request changes and adjustments per each chapter. Your payments will be a retainer for each subsequent chapter, so you will be pre-paying for each upcoming chapter individually until your entire story is completed.
