Welcome and enjoy..

Everything was still blurry as you grunted to an upright position, "Reader?" His voice was cold hush that wavered in the air as it calls out, "Stay with me precious", Sounding rather amused at your awkward predicament .."Your Not in dreamland anymore!"

Still with a rub straighting the frizzy vision trying altogether to see straight again, "Bing!" ..The elevator door began to open into a lighter flow of greater color.

Everything was bathed in indigo as rain drops drifted lazily upwards disappearing throughout a vast spaceless ceiling of softest violet, And there straight ahead!, While feeling the hang of awe in your throat ..Within this shadowy encloure was a gang walk of roughly cut quartz stretching across a not so distant garden that centered around an alter. Trying to blink away this impossibly ,but having no effect.

It had already gotten out, "Come along Reader" Leaning against a nearby pillar with a stare in your direction motioning you forward in vain. "Look the elevator only goes one direction nowadays", Pointing a lathery claw downward .."Annnd I'm pretty sure you'll only need one guess as to where It's ahead." His confident tone marched along the growing terror in what you've already ventured in guessing as to where the next potential destination was..

"Surly your not ready to go there yet", Hardy chuckles were directed at your reluctance to move "..Not just now anyway". Suddenly the doors began to a creep to a close, "Hurry up!" Anxiousness edged over his facial features as you scurry out in a jumping dive.

Finding yourself at the feet of this stranger these eyes of yours glancing upward at the build of this shrouded entity. "Better" was all that was said as his yellow beaded eyes watched you closely. Wrapped in rags it couldn't be human though it had the shape of one.

Around its sides were straddled with two thick ebon bound and tattered books that seems heavy in weight swayed in place as various smaller hot white chains did not only tied around the each of them ,but caressed over this creature giving it a jaded imprisoned appearance.

"Welcome to purgatory", As he was helping you up off the ground "..Reader!". Spreading its arm wide as if to be say Ta Da as it took a bow the various chains swayed to the movements, "Where all is thrown n' recycled". You've been looking down over the ledges edge at the rich luster of blackish oil. "Don't fall in or you'll become nuriousment." With a turn of your head about to question the why of such a thing it was the warmth farther away that stole your notice as a single flaring flame sighted among the inner crystal gruff of the ancient alter. While aloof following in behind it was where the two of us were apparently walking towards.

Squinting your eyes as to pounder what was making such a fascinating glow of warmth ahead; Just as thoughts were aroused in curiosity. Was it a star? Maybe a burning bush?? ,or could it be "..Candle!" Souring his voice as you make the name connection.

His was the smile of annoyance "Gotta come to you for answers hmm", The last that was spoken was more in a yell "Asshole!" Sensations riveted over your body while ears turned in to the lowly rumbles that seemed to echo in every direction.

Our steps made no sound as color softened into cosmic dust there was no temperature though it feel like great heat must have been needed to cause such feats. "You'd think" As it spoke in eagerness stepping on to the glossy stairs "After the first few millennia they would change the drapery already." Something replied like the coo of a small girls voice.

"All as" The both of us stepped closer to the alter "For the sake of the Reader." This entity was lengthy white rags faded to the floor shimmering in starlit sparkles as strains of golden aura preluded all around us. As we stood in its presence it had no neck but rather its head was a solitary flame so it was easily understood why he had nicknamed it as "..Candle" Specking with heavy narcissism as both arms folded "We both know that crap is just yester-years advisertisement" You stand a few feet back to eyeing the visual masterpiece that is this garden.

"Why the yiff!" There was a deep anger that gravitated over every word of what he was saying "Have I been awakened!" Your wondering just what kinda history these two shared as Candle began to speck with the voice of young woman.

"Blessed Sly" ,but was interrupted by a lathery claw. "Oh don't blessed sly me" ..He was venting out frustration with open arms. "I've still got kinks" ..Taking the moment to stretch n' pop his back, "As proof from the last time" Finishing up with a yawning growl, "Besides", Starting in on another rant "The end of existence still has forever to get here!" You got the impression that these two were either good friends or even older enemies..

Now, Candle had shifted in to a teenager of a young man. "Come now Sly do me a solid won't you" ..Which only made him cross his arms while claws screeched hard against the crystal. "It's even worse when its a solid" With a dramatic sigh Candle dreamy whispered, "Just hear her out won't you"..

"Who?" Both Sly as well as yourself echoed in unison. Turning around in time to the sound of lightest steps coming from the stairs edge. You blink on repeatingly in bewilderment as a smaller sized thing steps forward "Guess that's my que" A faint vocal of femininity whispered as it spoke "Nice to meet'ch." Hers was a tone of gentleness "Were have you been?"

There was definitely tension as Sly worked out a back-itch. "So your the famous saint of the Hairlands", taking another overly dramatic yawn "St. Elimaire"

"Go ahead" He was egging her on from across the way, "For reader sake give them your back story!" A look to the ground gave you the impression of embarrassment more so by the metaphorical spotlight Sly had place over her.

"Oh I don't think-" ,but was interrupted when Sky's gaze at your direction which was making you feel a bit disturbed. "Nonsense" Growling as he did, "I'm insisting." More like instigating you concluded developing a soft spot for the creature that obviously didn't wanna share.

Candle was far to engrossed at the various dragonflies that seem to dance in a strange concoction of swirls before vanishing only to reappear again close by. Saying nothing your pretty sure it was some sorta communication talking place. It was more like a whisper only it sounded deflated, "Very well!" While loosen the grip around her vestry.

"I was born in an age of confusion a time of war" Placing a paw over the fleece that wrapped over her chest. "Growing up wasn't easy our village was at the mercy of wolves whom wanted to aggressively expand there territory." There was a slight shift within her tone. "Seeing the death of my kind fueled rage my life revolved around traveling to various monasteries learning from enlightened masters from all over the mainland. I excelled in staff wielding along with the magick of Lithos." Stopping to notice your confused express, "Lithos from the old world Li Thosa ,or Lighten" It was Sly who interjected who didn't seem to give any real interest to any of this.

With only a simple nod she continued, "In the prime of my life I marched against the Wolf King Growing forces tired alliances and so I was ready to put a stop to this war."

"Question!" Sly held his arm up over eagerly with the obvious intent. "So how many humans did it take to overturn your childhood Rival" It was obvious that Sly took nothing seriously never the less you began to see how much the question was making her squirm.

"Sly humans were all but gone by the time of my previous life most of them as you well know died during the Loss Scarring." He gave only a smirky grin "Ah yes" adding in a lazy chuckle "Especially the score of them that had the pleasure of of turning in to corpses" Laughing thick with pride "Yummy fleashy-suits" Now he was glaring directly at you licking his lips in satisfaction. "Thats right Reader there were all so zesty" ..Thankfully Elimaire stepped up in defense "Sly the humans succeeded in sealing away your family It was the wolf kin that sought those ancient treasures for themselves with promises of power."

Sly only turned away with a snort "Good riddance" A very Obvious vibe of hate that he had towards them all. Elimaire looked to have had her fill of this with razored focus "History tells us that you had been executed before hand but there nothing as to why that was." As his claws extended against the pillar he was leading on. "Betrayal" Slipping evenly out and causing your own skin to crawl. Elimaire was looking uncomfortable you could tell that she knew something about betrayal as well. "Each of them were sealed away one in every weapon causing them to turn to crystal instantly for it was all that could be done at the time."

Clasping his claws together pretending to round in an applause "Yay you and your marry band of furs ,but now to the question at hand Why the Yiff was I awakened" It sorta shook the area causing crystal to fracture in creaks. "It better not have been to hear a history lesson?"

"That is enough!" As Candle rose its voice to an even greater magnitude that rippled over entirely. "The reason is because we have reason to believe a disturbance will come to pass in the various lifetimes ahead that if left unchecked will potentially grow into a force that would tear the universe asunder!" We all especially Sly looked on in disbelief, "Further If nothing can be done to contain this foreign irregularity Its might could critically damage the very nature of the mutiverse!" Rain had begun to boil around us all causing steam to morph in to growing clouds that rolled together. As all this happened you struggle to see though there was vision enough to find that they all stood in place as though unaffected.

"Sly" As Candle shifted to a form to that of a older female "You will be the soul for this spirit" Sly tried to object " -What? a watcher! But!" was in vain. "You will accompany this reincarnation aiding in the investigation!" Swirls of smoke gathered into an ocean of clouds the pull of the current was becoming to swift as you tried to keep your balance while the floor n' garden disappeared altogether. Moving in a draining spiral you've been carried away by such forces the very last thing that could be seen was Candle's flamed head as Sly yells in outrage, then all became to bright to see rather your eyes were closed or not.

"Curse you Candle,"

"..Worst Prolong EVER!"
