[Me] So thats why you were running.

[Helix] Yeah. So, where are we going?

[Me] We're going to my place. Luckily, you only have a broken rib. Youll heal in no time.

[Zach] As a matter of fact, here we are!

We pull out to our little trailer home in the middle of no where. Zach get out and helps me onto my wheel chair.

[Zach] I know I carried him into the car but... I don't know how to carry him when he's awake. I don't want to hurt him.

[Helix] Hes right. Im starting to feel the pain.

It sounded like it hurt just to talk.

[Me] Put him on my lap and I can hold him up and you can push us in.

[Zach] uh... Okay...

He gently lifted the rabbit onto my lap. With his legs dangling over the edge of the chair, he gently put his arms around my neck.

<My god his fur is so soft! His touch is so gentle, too!>

I was so lost in him that I almost forgot to start wheeling my way to the house. When we got in, I wheeled us to the couch.

[Zach] I gotta go get dinner out of the car. I almost forgot.

He ran out the front door. It was just me and this rabbit.

[Me] So... Do you want any drinks or anything? Or fresh cloths? The ones you're wearing are kinda dirty.

[Helix] I don't want to bother anyone. If I could walk, I probably wouldn't be wasting your guy's time.

[Me] You're not wasting my time. I enjoy the company.

Zach finally came in with tonights dinner.

[Zach] You two getting acquainted?

Helix cowered a little and blushed. I barely noticed it. I looked down and saw his face buried in my chest. He looked up to me with those beautiful ice blue eyes of his. I lowered myself down to his ear.

[Me] You're safe here. I wont let anything happen to you. I promise.

I barely whispered it to him. I could see tears build up for a second before he embraced me. He let out a sharp breath of pain but kept his embrace.

[Zach] I uh... Didn't know how sensitive you are... Sorry

[Helix] Its fine. You didn't know.

He wiped the tears from his eyes and looked back up to me.

[Helix] T-thank you...

I simply smiled and nodded. Zach carefully lifted him once more and set him on the couch. I wheeled onto the cushioned rocking chair next to him.

[Zach] Need help, lil bro?

[Me] I got it dont worry.

I was able to lift my self off the wheelchair and onto the rocking chair. The whole afternoon, me and Helix talked about our hobbies and by the end we were both sleeping like babies.
