He took his pack waved to Zelda and stepped up onto the steps that let to Midna's realm. He felt the familiar falling sensation the he was gone sucked to the twilight realm.

Midna stood on a terrace in the palace overlooking her lands. Though she owned an entire pocket dimension the palace was perched on the edge of the end of this world. She could see the lands stretching far. Houses, farms, roads, and forests spread out in the shadows of twilight. It was enchanting. To bad link was not here to see it. She missed him.
