Chapter 35 - A Dash Of Tsundere

Laying in a world of ecstasy and frustration, Servine slowly climbed down from her powerful climax over the course of the next hour, her body having gone through its first sexual release since she came into the world... And an intense one at that! Holding onto Chris, she slowly felt the shudders throughout her body cease, her heart easing its way back into a gentle rhythm... Raising up weakly and looking at his peaceful expression, although she felt disgraced in a way... She couldn't help but feel an odd sense of satisfaction... Knowing what she had experienced for the first time was by his hand. Giving him a worn out scowl, yet slightly blushing at the same time, Servine let out a sigh and shook her head. Was he really as incredible as she felt...? Or was he just... Really... Really oblivious to the point of being hopelessly ignorant...? He did so much to impress her, to make her... Oddly feel strongly for him... Yet at the same time, there was something about how carefree he was. His ability to witness and experience things and just... Keep going like it didn't matter in the end... Always pushing onwards. With her and Kirlia, he was able to tend to them so naturally while seemingly going on living as he had... Able to so conveniently pull them into his life and make them feel as though they had always been with him as well so easily... He was... Just plain weird to her in both extraordinary and bewildering ways...

And yet... Even though deep in her heart the human sleeping before her was an utter oddball... And although his words were true that he did indeed seem so plain you would never give him a second glance in a crowd... Servine couldn't help but feel... Happy... Genuinely... Wholeheartedly... Happy. Her kind would normally serve humans begrudgingly for the most part... Especially when it came to a human as seemingly simple as him... And yet... He was so profoundly intriguing, so irresistibly... Albeit ignorantly... Charming... It wasn't an interest she could explain... It was a bewildering attraction... An unrealistic connection... But somehow... Even though to the core they were indeed polar opposites... Servine couldn't help but feel... Happy... Living his kind of life... Simplicity... In her mind, although it wasn't, admittedly, an ideal kind of life... It didn't seem so bad with someone who was able to intrigue her so... This human who was able to make her look past the typical bias her species held towards others... Able to make her genuinely want to serve and follow him... She felt... Even though it couldn't be explained... He stood on a pillar equal to her... And maybe... Just maybe... Even higher...

Climbing on top of him and laying down atop his torso, Servine continued looking at his face, thinking back on what he had done to bring her where she was... Hard to believe such a seemingly common human was able to bring her to tears... Able to bring out her concealed emotions with such simplicity... Even able to, albeit to her shame, worm his way past her instincts and cause her body to unnaturally submit to and accept him as its possessor... This common... Average... Simple fool before her... Yet even as she thought these things, she couldn't help but show a blush and... Smile even... Shaking her head once more, Servine suddenly leaned her face towards his and rubbed her cheek against him. Her species always showed affection for another through rubbing and sounds... But... How was it humans did so again...? There were even some of her fellow Pokemon who had a different way of showing... Closeness... Thinking about it for a moment, Servine looked at his face once more. That's right... It was something they did... When their faces were close... Leaning towards him, Servine suddenly felt a bewildering shyness... And excitement... Starting to boil up from deep within her as she thought about how the show of affection was done...

Once her face was close enough to his to feel his breath against her, Servine gulped wide eyed, a sense of intense humiliation running through her as she pushed herself into doing something unnatural to her kind... The effort to do so also causing her to blush all the brighter out of embarrassment. This... Stupid human... Was so stupid... Making her want to do something so... Weird... And yet... Clutching her chest... Servine suddenly pressed her lips firmly against his, shutting her eyes tightly as a shudder ran through her. After a moment, she finally pulled away as her heart nearly caused her to choke, a sensation as if it was now in her throat causing her to back away in order to properly breathe. Shaking her head and patting her cheeks, which felt as though they were on fire from the embarrassment, she slowly glanced towards his face again, this time seeing Chris wide awake and blinking at her wide eyed with a bright flush of his own on his face. "S s... Serv... Servine?!" he stuttered. Due to how roughly she suddenly pressed her lips against his, it was enough to wake Chris and consciously experience the moment, up to the point she pulled away and began trying to calm herself. Looking at him just as wide eyed, Servine suddenly turned pale as a ghost in a split second, feeling as though glass suddenly shattered all around her now that what was meant to be a secret moment of bonding and experimenting was now exposed. Slowly sitting up, Chris slightly rubbed his lips, looking at his hand and seeing the bit of drool she left on his mouth.

"Wh... What...?" he asked, looking down at her as Servine remained pale. "Why... Did you... K..." he started to ask. However, Servine suddenly let out a scream as tears of embarrassment welled up in her eyes, and out of a pure sudden reaction, she thrashed out her vines and began attacking him furiously, sending Chris flailing and tumbling out of the bed before running all around the room, Servine chasing after him with her vines wildly flailing in his direction, a flush of humiliation on her face. "H... OW!! Hey!! Ouch!! WHAT?!! OWW!!!" he shouted, jumping around as if clumsily dancing while running this way and that. Screaming at him in response, Servine was seemingly demanding he forget what he saw repeatedly, as if saying "stupid stupid stupid!!!" over and over as she felt as though her pride had now been shattered far beyond what it already had. Unfortunately for them... Kirlia started to grumble and wake from her deep slumber, rubbing her eyes with a furious expression on her face from the irritating noise. In a half conscious state of aggravation, Kirlia suddenly let out a scream as if telling the two "SHUT UP!!!" before releasing her psychic abilities, sending them both flying against a wall, knocking them out in the process with Chris landing on the floor first with a thud, followed by Servine who landed with a much softer plop on his back. With their eyes now swirling, Kirlia let out a "hrmph!" noise before yawning and plopping back down on a pillow, returning to her world of peaceful slumber as she rolled over...

Throughout the night the two remained on the floor, until the morning sun once more began to rise and shine its rays into the room. With a groan, Chris slowly raised himself up, rubbing his head as Servine rolled off his back and landed on the floor, letting out a groan herself as well. "G... Geez... What a night..." he grumbled, looking at Kirlia now covered in drool as she soundly snoozed away. "Seriously... You can be pretty scary..." he muttered before arching and popping his back with a relieved sigh. Looking around, he suddenly noticed Servine as she sat up, rubbing her own head before facing up at him. For a moment, everything seemed alright... But it wasn't long before she let out a gasp and quickly turned away, facing down in humiliation with her back turned towards him. "A... Ah..." he responded, a nervous and guilty tone in his voice as he looked away with a slight blush. Thinking about the night before, Servine couldn't believe she was willing to do something so... Unlike her... Unlike her very kind because of him. Trying to shake the thoughts and memories from her head, Chris couldn't help but feel the better option would have been to pretend he was asleep the whole time. As he stood, Servine let out a jolt, glancing towards his feet as he walked past her and went into the bathroom, figuring the best option would be to act like the scenario never occurred. Leaving the door cracked for the sake of keeping an ear out for the two, he started taking off his tuxedo, going wide eyed as he saw the marks from her vines all over the back of his body. "C... Crap... She didn't hold back..." he muttered, giving a few on the back a touch. "Tsss... Still a little tender..." he thought to himself as he winced.

Looking towards the door, Servine sat rubbing the back of her head as she continued thinking about the night before, even though she didn't want to due to the embarrassment from it all. Hearing Chris hissing in the bathroom, Servine tilt her head for a moment before slowly standing and walking towards the door, suddenly hearing him let out an odd groan as well. Curious as to what was going on, Servine carefully opened the door slightly, just enough to poke her head inside for a quick look. Although she was going through the motions because of what happened between them, she couldn't help but want to... Oddly enough... Have a curious peek at him nonetheless. Unfortunately, the eyeful she got wasn't the kind she was expecting... With the back of his body facing the door, Servine saw the countless marks she left covering him because of her panic attack, causing another sudden feeling of glass shattering around her to run through her mind. Looking up, she saw his expression of pain in the sinks mirror as he rubbed some of the marks on his shoulders, causing Servine to suddenly face down in shame. After a moment, Chris suddenly noticed Servine through the corner of the mirror, and turning pale with an "uh oh" expression, he quickly yanked a towel off the nearby rack, quickly putting it around his waist as he turned around, making sure his back wasn't facing the mirror as well while quickly waving his hands. "H... Hey there!! No worries!!" he laughed nervously, Servine taking a step in before standing still in front of him, keeping her head down with a look of sadness and shame on her face. Sweating nervously, Chris looked away for a moment, trying not to make any more mistakes with the already emotionally stressed Pokemon before him.

Facing back down, Chris gave Servine a smile, slowly bending down and reaching out to her. In response, Servine went wide eyed before clenching her fists and tightly shutting her eyes, somehow suddenly expecting some type of equal punishment for the pain she inflicted on him... But... As always... What she expected from him, and what she got, were two different things. Suddenly feeling him rubbing the top of her head softly, Servine let out a jolt, tensing up before slowly relaxing herself, opening an eye nervously before looking up at his hand with an "e...eh...?" type of sound and expression. "N... No worries. I'm honored!" he smiled, Servine looking at him with a still confused expression... Maybe even to the point of lost. Being abused was an... Honor...? No punishment or anger...? Looking up at him, she tilt her head before suddenly backing away from him, going into a bit of a defensive state. "Ah... I... I mean the... Er..." he stuttered, standing and backing away himself as well. For a moment, the two just stood looking at one another... But finally... Chris let out a sigh and sat against the side of the tub, shaking his head and rubbing his neck. "I... I'm terrible at this... Always have been... But... I meant its an honor that you feel like that... Towards me I mean... That kind of thing coming from a Servine especially... You can't really get much more of a compliment... Or a greater reward... Than that, right?" he laughed nervously, slightly sweating while feeling as though he was doing yet another terrible job of expressing himself.

Looking up at him, Servine tilt her head with a bit of a worn out look on her face, slightly blushing from both, his compliment and his effort, while at the same time feeling frustrated once more due to his incompetence in sudden moments like this. How can a male be such a professional womanizer one moment... Then just come off as someone so hopeless you can't help but pity him the next...? Shaking her head, Servine walked up and gave Chris a pat on the leg, making a sound as if to say "just stop..." as she looked up at him, unable to resist smiling as she saw his embarrassed and nervous expression. "S... Sorry... I promise I'll get better at this sort of thing eventually. I hate the fact I can only do stuff like this right when it seems like my brain will let me... Or tells me to anyways... It sucks but I'm afraid I can't help it..." he laughed nervously. "Still... Even with that being the case, at least I have my shining moments, right?" he chuckled, rubbing her on the head before suddenly picking her up in his arm. "Just... Well... Just know I appreciate how much you care about me. It really does make me happy and feel pretty special!" he smiled, Servine slightly blushing and waving her hand in a quick "fugetaboutit" kind of way as she giggled. Sitting with her silently, Chris suddenly looked up towards the ceiling, seemingly thinking for a moment. "I guess... Its not fair for you to go through all that and have the situation end without some kind of..." he muttered, Servine tilting her head until he looked back down at her.

"So... Just so... You know... All is even... Or... Something..." he told her, slowly leaning his face towards hers as he lift Servine up closer to him. Confused for a slight second, her eyes suddenly widened more and more as his face grew closer to hers, to the point she was inches away and suddenly letting out shouts as if to respond with an "eh...? EEEHHHH?!!!!" while she began to blush. "S... So... Th... Thank you f... For your... F... Feelings..." he told her, struggling to push himself into doing what he felt was right, an extreme shy and embarrassed sensation running through him. Closing his eyes tightly, he leaned forward further and pulled Servine up closer, causing the shocked and flustered Pokemon to rapidly flail her hands and shake her head at the same time, starting to steam herself as she pressed against his cheeks to keep her face away, until, suddenly... Chris gave her a quick pull towards him, causing her hands to slip from his face allowing his lips to lock with hers, Servines eyes nearly popping out of her head as her heart nearly exploded, feeling as though it stopped for several seconds while she twitched and shuddered, stuck in his grasp until he finally pulled back, allowing her to let out a huge gasp for air as Chris looked away, wiping his mouth with a nervous scowl. "S... So... We... Good? Even... And all...?" he asked, still looking away shyly. "W... Well? S... Servine...?" he asked, glancing towards her and suddenly going wide eyed as he saw her body dangling backwards, her eyes now swirling as she groaned in a K.O.ed state, what little sight consciousness she had allowing her to babble what could only be "you... STUPID... human..."

"S... Servine?!" he panicked, giving her a slight shake only for her body to sway around limply, getting more babbling for her and... What was seemingly an odd... Giggle maybe? Looking around, Chris suddenly thought of how things went with Kirlia as well, letting out a frustrated and depressed groan before standing and looking at himself holding the unconscious Servine in the mirror. "This bathroom... Is cursed..." he muttered, and with a sigh, he took the overwhelmed Pokemon out of the room to tuck her back into bed. However... Behind him, a strange... Golden aura swirled into view in the mirror, slowly taking on the shape of a fox as two glowing red eyes opened, looking in his direction and showing a grin, seemingly chuckling at him and shaking its head before fading away the same way it appeared... With a jolt, Chris looked around as he tucked Servine in, unable to help feeling something... Sneaky... Around him just before he felt a sudden spark of pain in his head, groaning and shaking it off as he returned to the bathroom to get ready for the day ahead. For a while, all was finally peaceful for him, able to sit in the tub and take his time relaxing... Even getting the chance to have some fun in front of the mirror, embarrassingly pulling off a bunch of random macho poses and singing in a hushed, whisper like tone as he danced, winking at himself until he suddenly heard a yawn behind him, nearly causing the poor guy to fall to the floor as he jumped and held onto the sink tightly, glancing back to see Kirlia rubbing her eyes and waving at him with a dazed smile, making a quiet sound as if to say "good morning..." as she held out her hands and made her way up to him, giving his leg a loving hug as he blinked at her, still getting over the startle while also enjoying the relief from knowing she wasn't able to see him, thinking of how much he was being a dork...

Reaching down, Chris lift her up in his arms and held her close, giving Kirlia a hug and rubbing her head as she felt his skin, slightly surprised and blushing. "Ahh... Sorry... In a towel. Just finished cleaning myself up for the day. After all, its my last chance to enjoy something like this until we reach the next town!" he chuckled, Kirlia letting out another yawn before suddenly resting her cheek against his chest. "Ahh... H... Hey now... Its time to start getting up, not dozing back off!" he smiled, lifting her up in the air before standing her up on the floor and gathering his clothes. Once he had them on, Chris fixed up his hair and lift Kirlia up, taking her back to the bed and setting her down as he gathered his belongings together. Feeling a lump in the bed next to her, Kirlia tilt her head before suddenly sitting on top of it with a bit of a plop, suddenly causing Servines head to pop out from the sheets like a jack in the box as she gasped and shoved Kirlia off her body, rubbing her stomach as she wheezed from having her soft underside sat on too roughly. Quickly sitting up, Kirlia faced different directions letting out "eh? wha?" noises, causing Servine to turn red in rage and suddenly use a vine to give her a smack on the head, Kirlia letting out a startled scream in response as Servine started lecturing her, getting a pouty reaction from Kirlia in response as she rubbed her head. "Hey hey!! Are you two still doing that first thing in the morn..." Chris started to say before he turned and paused, seeing Servine stop fussing and suddenly let out a sigh, leaning towards Kirlia with an irritated scowl and giving her a rub on the head, surprising both him and Kirlia who sat facing Servine with wide eyes as Servine pulled her hand away and looked towards Chris, a sudden blush showing mixed in with her scowl. "W... Well... That's... Huh..." he responded, rubbing the back of his head unsure of how to take in Servine showing Kirlia of all people remorse.

Servine suddenly shouted at him, seemingly saying "WHAT?!" as she looked away embarrassed, Kirlia facing her and Chris's direction with a bewildered expression, tilting her head until Servine suddenly began growling from being gawked at, releasing her vines causing Chris to quickly wave his hands. "No no!! Not necessary!! I'm just proud of you is all!! It was a nice surprise, a good change!!" he laughed nervously, Servine retracting her vines with a "hrmph..." noise as she climbed off the bed, opening the sliding door and heading onto the balcony. As she climbed atop its railing to sit and enjoy the morning sun, she glanced back at Chris with a grumble, seemingly saying "stupid..." once again as she turned away shyly and faced the sun. "Ahh man... Was doing that wrong...?" Chris muttered, shaking his head with a shrug and a sigh as he set his rucksack on the bed, stretching and taking out the remaining snacks from the fridge for them to eat for breakfast. Munching on a piece of pie, Chris gave Kirlia a small piece as well, getting a happy "thanks!" sound from her before heading onto the balcony to give Servine her own piece. "So... You doin' alright...?" he asked, handing the last piece over and leaning on the rail. Getting a nod in response, Servine took a bite of her food and faced away. "...Was kissing you back wrong?" he asked, causing her to nearly fall off the rail as she choked on her food, having been in the middle of swallowing. Catching her breath and shouting at him in response, Chris quickly took a step back with his hands up. "S... Sorry!! Sorry!!" he old her, with Servine gritting her teeth in irritation before stuffing her face full of more pie to keep herself from going off on him in a way she knew she would regret later, waving him off without facing him as he laughed nervously. "Gl... Glad you're enjoying the snack then... Just gonna... Finish getting ready..." he told her, backing away and heading back inside the room with Kirlia, sitting next to her with a sigh.

"Man... One night I do everything perfect, the next day I'm back to tripping all over myself... Do you think I'm a lost cause Kirlia...?" he asked, facing her as she suddenly went wide eyed and froze up, her cheeks full of food. Not really wanting to give an answer to that herself, she smiled nervously and pointed at her cheeks, slightly sweating. "O... Oh... My bad... Yeah... No talking with your mouth full." he chuckled, a sigh coming from Kirlia as she continued eating. On the balcony, Servine was glancing at his back, for a moment just... Looking at him... Until she slowly touched her lips and a smile appeared on her face. He was a lost cause alright... But... Its what made him so charming half the time... Turning away and looking at the sky, Servine took a deep breath of the fresh morning air, closing her eyes as she finished the last bit of her food.

This life with him... It really was going to be... Intriguing...
