Star's back story

Star and Hoshi, her brother, are Japanese, Geisha is not but was visiting to an adoring fan of hers in Kyoto who promised her children in exchange for her special types of pleasures. Geisha was the first artificially created being who experienced natural child birth. She likes the man she is with and choose to learn the language and raise her children there. Both her children were adored by an old perverted man who wanted to take them away from her. Since she is not human she had no rights to them, so her only hope is to send both to live with their aunt Sunny who lives in, Nowanzark Nevada, a sanctuary for anthropomorphic non-human beings.
When Red, Sunny's daughter, got her first apartment once she was old enough to contribute to society, Star went to live with her. When Star reached her designated age of adulthood she also did her part to pay for her half of the apartment. Their basic needs of clothes food, shelter and medical needs were paid by their community service. Both chose what they loved best to do and that is to provide sexual partners to anyone that wishes for them, thus providing an important function in a healthy society. But when Star wanted something more out of life than just the basics, she had to find a job to supplement her hobby of going to the local conventions to Cosplay. That is why you can find her at the mall working in the sex shop selling and demoing sex toys. It seemed like something right up her alley.
Supplemental income type jobs are hard to find, thankfully, Geisha was well known in the community and had recently returned back to Nowonzark after her husband was forced to abandon her due to a strict Japanese policy against artificial wives. She pulled some strings and Star was very grateful that her mom went to great effort to find her this job.
