Rosa
Just a quick attempt at a short poem in Latin. Please correct me on any mistakes I have made. I expect several, as I've only just completed Latin II in high school, but, who knows, maybe I did a good job.
I don't think I followed the proper form for writing in Latin by adding in line breaks, but I otherwise left out punctuation to try to keep to the Roman ways.
I will post a translated version later. Maybe.
olim rosa a nomine altero nominavitur suaveolens quam relicuum dictus est
sed non consto
rosa ipsum est si non nominatur rosa
fortasse nomen suavis rosae alieno dabitur
et rosa suavis quam relicuum non erit
