Bon Voyage...
I watched t.v. for the first time in months. Some stuff is still good, gets me emotional. Inspired me with this piece =p
Written listening to: "The fray - Be still" I think it matches the tone of the writing pretty well ^_^
Bon Voyage...
The waves calming, the sun setting so slow
I keep my eyes closed as my emotions grow
You loved this time of day
When night was just a moment away
We wandered the sky, moon taking charge of our destination
Now, our final one together, I tremble with hesitation
Your turning into a monster we both agreed one another wouldn't be
I had hoped with all my being, if things got bad, it would be me...
Now, your eyes are faded, the ropes are breaking
My hopes are shattered, your growing in violent shaking
You want me, but not to hold you close in my arms
Screaming painful echoes of lost humanity, only in my memories do I recognize your forgotten charms.
I can't see tomorrow, I'll know your gone by my hand
Please know, I'll keep our wedding band
Your the only one for me, you'll be my one & eternal only
My dreams till I'm gone, will be us till I wake lonely
Your a shell now, this I can't deny
My eyes closed will always wonder why
We shared all, till this day came to be

No more struggle, hungry nights
Betraying others, killing in one-sided fights

In a way, I felt I lost you, when you saw....I could...

Now my turn, the pain....for whatever reason to go on...these twisted tears I can't hide...

..(among the clouds above, a sinking love left one with nothing more to say)...
-(I think in an actual zombie apocalypse, I'd lose myself among all the painful realities that one would find just trying to live through a rough day. I'd hope never to have to see someone I love turn, I doubt in myself, I could end them before there last moment turning)-
