Daddy's Punishment

Penny sat at a lunch table as she took a bite of her sandwich. As she chewed, Betty sat down across from her.

"Hey Penny."

"Hi Betty. So things were good with Spec over the weekend?"

"Yeah. I'd still have a talk with the twins and Rika though. They didn't seem to intentionally creep him out but you know how the twins are with that mind link thing they do. It didn't help Rika did some ritual in Spec's bed room while naked."

The terrier moaned as she could only imagine what Spec was thinking when he saw Rika's ritual.

"I'll talk to them later. So what did you two do?"

The badger grinned as she thought back at the time she spent with Spec.

"Well he helped me adjust the brakes on my bike and he made me lunch and dinner. Mostly we just hung out. He also watched as I did some tricks for him with my yo-yo."

Penny could see Betty was beaming as she spoke. She was suspicious as she continued to listen.

"Oh, and Spec's hand seems to be healed now. He let me check it after he explained what happened with Mindy."

"What did happen with her? I never got the full story."

"Well it seems she needed a place to lay low for a bit. Mindy being the sticky fingered coon she is, decided to take some of his pot. When he tried to stop her to talk to her she pulled her baton. Daddy blocked it when she tried to attack and he knocked her on her butt."

"Well serves her right for... Wait a minute, did you just call Spec 'daddy'?"

Betty realized what she let slip as she winced while biting her lower lip. She inhaled shapely through her teeth as she tried to think of something to say.

"What aren't you telling me Betty?" asked Penny with a no nonsense look.

"I'm sorry Penny. He was just so... Caring and fatherly. I couldn't help myself."

Penny moaned and hung her head as she put her sandwich down.

"You slept with my boyfriend?"

"I'm sorry Penny. I really couldn't help myself. Please don't be mad."

Penny stared off for a moment as she thought about what to do. She picked up her sandwich and resumed eating.

"I need to think about what I'm going to do with Spec."

Betty was worried by the look Penny had on her face. They both continued to eat in silence as the rest of the Hotel girls joined them for lunch. Nothing else was said about the weekend at Spec's. Penny was annoyed through out the rest of the school day. On her way home she made a call.

"Hey Amy, it's Penny. Listen, do you know anyone that can get me some pills? I need something special for some one."

Betty was worried as Penny seemed distant the rest of the week. She wasn't anti social but she was quiet. The terrier seldom spoke except for when she needed to check in with other Loli members. There was another meeting of the cell leaders at the coffee shop Thursday after school.

"So has anything of importance happened since we last met?" asked Amy as she addressed the other.

"Yeah, the Heard is trying to mess with us again. They know we don't mess with their drug business but they think we are still taking money away from them. It's mostly threats but the last thing we need is to have one of our runners hurt over some stupid shit."

The group nodded at Mindy's statement. Most of the Loli's runners were younger girls. They would have a harder time defending themselves if attacked.

"So what do we do? It's not exactly smart for us to start a gang war over a threat." said Penny.

"Well if they do something, X Ray is ready to take swift action."

"We'll keep that in mind Mandy. But I think Penny is right and we shouldn't start anything if we can avoid it. Besides, I know the Red Fang have been giving you trouble too. Thankfully nothing serious." said Amy as she addressed the young skunk. Mandy nodded as she sipped her iced tea

"Well we can handle the Heard. It's not like they put up a fight when push comes to shove."

"Like when Spec pushed you on your ass when you tried to attack him Mindy?" said Penny with a smirk. The young Raccoon glared at Penny as she clenched her fist under the table.

"We actually need to talk about that Mindy. We can't have you attacking our adult contacts for no good reason. We trust them for a reason." said Amy.

"I know that. I was just annoyed that day cause I already had heat on my tail from earlier. He's fine from what I heard and we're cool, so it's no big deal." said Mindy as she tried to brush the subject off.

"No big deal? That was my boyfriend you swung a baton at." said Penny with anger in her voice.

"Will you both calm down?" said Amy as she looked between the two. Both Penny and Mindy sat back into their seats as they both sighed. Amy looked to Mandy and asked, "Is there anything else we need to cover?"

"I don't think so." Replied the Skunk as she finished her tea.

"Okay then. Let's go about out business as usual. Till next time."

When they were done, the others left. Penny stayed behind to speak with the white rabbit after everyone else left.

"Did you get what I asked for?"

Amy nodded and handed Penny a small zip top baggie with a white capsule inside.

"This should knock an adult out for a good hour or so. Depends on who you give it to. Why do you need it though?"

"I'm going to have some fun with my boyfriend this weekend." Penny said with a sly grin as she pocketed the pill. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt him or anything."

"Well, just be careful, Okay?" Amy said with a smile.

It was Friday at Twilight Books when Spec got a text from Penny.

"Hey Spec. I'll be over tonight. See you later"

Spec smiled as he looked forward to seeing Penny. He seemed to move a bit faster as he put away books that customers didn't purchase.

Penny showed up around her usual time with her backpack over one shoulder. Spec chuckled at the sight of her outfit which consisted of a leotard, leggings, and leg warmers.

"I don't know if that is the cutest thing or craziest thing I've ever seen. Where do you find these cloths?"

"They were my moms. I convinced her to let me keep them instead of throwing them away or donating them."

She seemed a bit distant when she spoke but she smiled as she looked around before walking up and kissing the wolf on the cheek.

"So, are we ordering out for dinner tonight 'daddy'?"

Spec backed away at slightly at the "daddy" comment. He didn't say anything as he wasn't sure what Penny meant by it.

"Not tonight. I thought we'd have Spaghetti and meat balls tonight. If you want I can whip up some garlic bread too."

"Spaghetti is fine. I'm not a fan of garlic bread. It always taste weird."

"You might change you mind one day." he said with a smile as he continued to put books up.

"Do you mind if I go up to the apartment to wait for you. It's been a busy day and I want to finish my homework so the weekend is free."

"Sure" he said as he took out his keys. He disconnected the shop keys from his apartment keys and handed them to the terrier. Penny took them with a smile as she headed to the back and made her way up the stairs.

About an hour later, Spec entered the apartment where Penny was doing some home work while listening to 80's pop music. Her books were open across the coffee table as she wrote down her answers on sheets of note paper.

"What are you working on?" asked Spec as he looked over her books.

"English assignment. I'm almost done with my homework so we can spend the rest of the weekend together." she said with a smile as she looked up.

"Cool. Well, I'll start dinner up. Just need to make the noodles which should only take about ten minutes and reheat the sauce."

Penny's smile disappeared as soon as Spec was out of sight. She knew what Spec and Betty did together last weekend but she wanted to know if Spec would lie her or not. She had second thoughts about slipping him a roofie. She made up her mind after thinking about what Betty told her. She needed to make sure Spec was honest with her.

Penny finished her homework and put her books away just in time for dinner. Spec offered her a plate of angel hair pasta with sauce and meat balls. She thanked him and started eating. It was silent until Spec asked, "Is everything okay Penny?"

"Yeah, I've just got some things on my mind."

"Do you want to talk about it?" Spec asked. She shook her head and ate some more.

"I'm fine. I'm sure it will take care of itself soon."

Spec washed the dishes after they ate as there weren't many that evening.

"Do you want something for dessert Penny?"

"No thanks. I'm pretty full." she replied. When Spec turned his back, she took the capsule Amy gave her and poured the powder into his can of soda. She swished it around to mix it up before setting it back down.

Spec finished the dishes and sat back down on the couch.

"You know what? I might want some dessert a bit later. Do you have any ice cream?"

"Yeah." he said as he took a sip of his soda. "Cherry vanilla and strawberry. I also have pound cake." he said as he took a gulp from his can.

"Hey Spec, if I asked you a something, you'd tell me the truth right?"

"Of course I would Penny, why?"

"Just a hypothetical question." she said as she watched him finish his soda. He shook the empty can as a few drops sloshed around inside.

It didn't take long for Spec to feel drowsy. He struggled to keep his eyes open as he tried to stay awake. The last thing he remembered seeing was Penny as his eye lids shut.

Spec moaned as he rubbed his aching head. He sat up while smacking his lips as his mouth was dry. He tried to sit up but realized his pants were undone. He looked down to see what had happened when he realized there was something on his cock. After rubbing his eyes to focus, he saw it was a chastity cage closed with a mini padlock.

"What the fuck is going on?" He asked as he looked around. He saw Penny standing in front of him with her arms crossed.

"Did you do this Penny?" He asked as he sat up.

"What did you do with Betty last weekend?" she said with a stern tone. Spec was confused but he quickly composed himself.

"We had anal sex..." he said with a sigh. Penny's expression did not change as he continued.

"I know. Betty told me that's what happened."

She sat down next to him in silence for a moment.

"I'm glad you didn't lie but I'm still mad at you." she said before punching him in the arm repeatedly. He did his best to block her blows but he didn't fight back as it was more startling then anything.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." he said as he backed away from her a bit. She eventually stopped as she sat back down.

"Do you love me Spec?"

"Of course I do Penny... I'm sorry for what I did."

"I believe you but I think I'm going to need some time."

"Okay Penny, you take as much time as you need."

"Until then, you are going to behave. And you are staying locked up just the way you are to make sure you do." She said as she pointed to the chastity cage. Spec swallowed as he didn't know what to say to that.

"How am I suppose to use the bathroom with this thing on? Or shower for that matter?"

"That is a high quality model. Stainless steel with a wide frontal opening so going to the rest room or washing it wont be an issue. Even the lock is safe to wash so you don't have to worry about getting it wet and it rusting."

Spec looked at her, shocked at how much thought she put into this. It was then that he realized, "You roofied me, didn't you?"

"Let that be a lesson to not piss off a Loli. Especially one like me who knows how to research and get a hold of specialty items."

"I'm also guessing it won't do me any good to strong arm you for the key."

"Not if you know what is good for you."

Spec sighed as he rubbed his head. He knew she was mad and the best thing to do was to wait it out.

"Okay, so what do we do now that you literally have me under lock and key?"

"Well you did promise me dessert. And you still have your hands and mouth, don't you?" she said with a smirk on her face.
