The Sexual Community Building: Chapter 1 - Infancy to Preteen
An isolated community where sex is supreme. This is more of an introductory chapter giving background to the place and how sex is slowly introduced into the sexually driven community's youth. The next chapter is where the sex begins.
On an isolated island, there is a building: a building that's 10000 square feet on each floor and 20 floors tall. Inside is an isolated community that's a hidden secret from nearly all. It was a scientific project begun by those with sexual fantasies that they did not dare share with their colleagues. They dreamed of a sexual-based community and desired to make one that developed on its own without the outside interfering. The members would know no other way than the sexual society raised in there. It was funded by perverted billionaires with the condition that they could visit if they wanted to. Many scientists and some billionaires involved made up the adults of the community while orphans were smuggled in as babies and slowly they grew up and eventually there was a sizable population of each age from infancy to adulthood.
The world is essentially an endless school of sorts for the children. Each age has its own set of rooms where they are taught things by an adult, play with each other like normal kids, and spend the night in their beds. Then the next age they move to the next set of rooms. For the infants, they are in a nursery and raised by caretakers. By this point, make out sessions are a popular activity once they're taught to do this. Ages 9 - 12 are essentially the same but with updated schooling. The teen years are where the sex begins.
