"But... my nieces." Otto says rapidly when remembering the subject that brought it along here. He should locate his nieces with the bigger possible speed. Otto does not know how they are after the loss of their parents.

"They are in the orphanage, they would have been put them in adoption, but I said that I knew you and with certainty you would come for them." Jake says looking at Otto. He feels relieved by the news.

They see that a parish priest comes closer to them, Jake rapidly introduces Otto.

"He is his uncle and I assure you that there will be no problems and they all will be all right, I know him since we are cubs." Jake says looking at the parish priest.

The parish priest nods convinced and goes away to go out for a door that opens into the patio, Otto listens to the laughs of children that play and they have fun. Otto is impatient while minutes pass until he sees two known figures that enter at the place.

Otto sees that the man is standing next to two cubs, the dogs are Border collie. The boy has black hair with a white fur in his face and his tail tip is white like the ones of his species, his brown eyes demonstrate fear and worry.

The girl at his side seems to be her sister, her dress is blue-colored, and both seem to be about two year younger years than Lorene or Celestine.

"Uncle, they are Fleur and Nolan." Celestine says moving away and placing behind the two boys next to his sister.

"Mom and dad adopted them because they lost their parents in another accident, they were living with us around three months." Lorene says looking at Otto. The bloodhound gets surprised and sees that the two girls have their hands in the shoulders of their stepbrothers.

Otto had not waited this, in a previous letter his brother said him that he should expect a big surprise when he visited them. Otto looks at his nieces and the two boy time again and again.

He knows that his nieces want to take with the two cubs with them, Otto doubts a moment lightly, but also he feels compassion for both. They had lost four parents in such a short period of time and they have nobody else.

"I will take them with me too, my brother and his wife would want it." Otto tells the parish priest. His nieces embrace the two cubs, they look happy and look thanked to Otto while they move their tail.

Otto smiles and he feels a little worried, this is something that he had not mentioned to Eryn, but the bloodhound expects that his fiancée and the boys accept it. Otto charges the few belongings with the boys in the chuck wagon before climbing on it with his friend and the other people.

The bloodhound takes his friend to the sheriff's office. The wagon stops in front of the door, Otto and Jake shake hands with force and smiling.

"Thanks again." Otto says looking at his friend that shrugs his shoulders.

"I could not make less, I am happy seeing yourself again." Jake says smiling at his friend.

Both say good-bye. Otto again climbs on the wagon and orders the horses move, he takes his nieces and the two new nephews to the house of his brother.

The heart of Otto accelerates a little when they get there some minutes later, the house is of stone and thatch like the one of majority. Its perimeter is fenced by short stone wall.

The bloodhound becomes sad when he listens to crying behind his back, he understands that this is something very hard for the family of its brother.

Otto opens the door and they all enter at the place, the ample living room is in silence while boys enter in their home. They look at everything and again whimper.

"Everything will be OK." Otto says looking at his nieces and nephew. The dog caresses the head of every one for some moments.

They smile softly while they cleans their tears.

"Let's clean everything." Otto says to try distracting the four. They nod and they distribute tasks rapidly.

Otto smiles seeing that each one of them is educated to help within doors, Celestine and Lorene are in charge of clean the kitchen and the bedrooms with Fleur. Nolan tries to clean some in the living room the best that he can.

Meanwhile Otto dedicates himself to inspect the house to look for something to repair, he knows that this house would be very important for the future of his nephews. It should be in good state considering that he will have to leave it soon.

Otto also inspects the cupboards to see the state of the foods, like it is expect some of them are in state and should get thrown out to garbage. The bloodhound decides to go to buy things to the market.

When he returns, he prepares the Lunch, they all sit at the table to eat. Lunch is silent, nobody to be with tempers of talking. Otto does not want to press too much at this moment either.

After lunch they rest and to midafternoon Otto with a lot of pain takes his nephews to their parents' tomb. The bloodhound cannot avoid pouring out tears of pain being in front of the place burial of his brother and his sister-in-law.

Boys cry bitterly comfortless, they had lost their parents of painful way.

Otto looks at the boys and he promises himself to take care of his nephews the best that he can.

After an hour Otto take a walk with the boys, he makes good use of that there is a fair where them girls and Nolan may have fun a little and losing attention of the situation that afflicts them.

Already late at night the bloodhound charges most of rewards that won, he feels pleased that boys feel happier, a happiness that dies when they arrive home and they enter in it.

Otto turns on candles and places them on the vantage points that need illumination, after a light dinner boys go the bed. The bloodhound closes up door and windows before heading to his nieces' bedroom to say good night to them.

When he is there, he sees that each one of them is in bed, a candle in the little table night illuminate the bedroom.

"Good nights." Otto says smiling and giving kisses to the foreheads of the girls that embraced him with affection.

"Uncle Otto... What will happen now?" Celestine asks looking at Otto.

"We will discuss it tomorrow, now rest." Otto says smiling at his two nieces, they nod and Otto turns off the candle of the bedside table before catching the candelabrum with the candle turned on before going out of the bedroom.

The dog closes the door with care and next goes Fleur's and Nolan's bedroom, he opens the door and sees that the two brothers are still awake even. Otto comes closer and says good night to them with affection and care.

Fleur and his brother give the good nights in a shy way, Otto does not take bad because he knows that both just know him for a day and the three should create stronger ties before interacting of a most normal way.

He likes the two and think that he would love to have them as nephews, his soft smiles make him feel content. The bloodhound blow out the candle and gets out of the bedroom to go to his brother's bedroom where he would spend the night.

Otto on the way feels a big nostalgia perceiving his brother's and his wife's aroma in the bed, the bloodhound slowly takes off his clothing and he gets into bed. It is difficult for him to get to sleep because the place reminds his brother a lot.

After a lot of trying it, he manages to fall asleep feeling somewhat worried for the new responsibility that expects him. On the next day Otto wakes up when he feels two hands shaking his shoulder.

The bloodhound opens his eyes slowly and sees Fleur and Nolan before him.

"Sir... breakfast." Fleur says in a low voice.

"Oh yes... yes." Otto says sitting and yawning at the same time that he stretches his body.

"I will go in a moment." Otto says still sleepy. The two brothers get out of the bedroom letting the bloodhound alone, he takes his clothes and he gets dressed. When he is ready he gets out of the bedroom scratching his neck.

Otto goes to the bedroom of his nieces and opens the door, he introduces his head and sees that they even are sleeping in their beds, so he does not wake them up and goes to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

When Otto get to the kitchen, he sees that Nolan and his sister are sitting at the table, Otto smiles and rapidly prepares them something to eat. The dog sits beside the two and eats the breakfast too, Nolan eats with pleasure just like his sister.

Otto takes a cup of milk with bread, in the middle of the breakfast, Lorene and Celestine join up. Breakfast is quiet and after around twenty minutes they finish eaten.

"Now we should talk about what will happen since now." Otto says while he looks at his nephews. They look closely at him and worry. They can infer that it will be a big change in their lives.

"As you know I live in Nottingham and believe that the best is moving there." Otto says looking at his nephews, they get surprised.

"But uncle... all our friends are here." Celestine says looking at Otto and looking at his sister in search of support. Lorene nods while she looks at her uncle.

"I know, but I cannot stay here, in Nottingham I have my establishment and I am going to get married." Otto says looking at the boys. All of them get surprised completely.

"Really?" Lorene asks excited just like her sister. She looks at her uncle with anxiety, Otto smiles and nods noticing that her nieces get excited for the news.

"She is a good woman and her children are good boys too." Otto says looking at the other people. He notices that Fleur and Nolan look at each other with some worry.

"Do not get worried, I assure to you that you will love to live with them." Otto says while he looks at the two new members of the family. Nolan and his sister look at each other and smile at the same time that they move their tails content.

Four days later Otto finishes charged things in the chuck wagon, he had managed to put in order the best that everything about the house. His friend would inform him, if there was any new thing related the house of his brother.

Otto and the other ones had packed all the clothes and some other stuff that can fit in the wagon. The bloodhound climbs on the wagon and sits to the reins, he looks back to see that his nieces are all right.

Fleur and Nolan would sit beside him.

"Ready?" Otto asks looking at four. They nod, Nolan looks enthusiastic as well as his brother.

Otto smiles and pulls the reins to begin the return trip to Nottingham.
