Chapter 2

hey guys sorry it took so long, my grades started falling so i had to spend more time at school then on then computer. but here it is i hhope you enjoy reading it as much as i enjoyed writing it.

The raging heart and the new world

Back at the house Jeff, Thomas's father, was lying on the floor in the living room of their house with 6 men warring black suits with sunglasses on, standing around him, as he slowly set up straight. He had a gun wound in one of his lungs. "I'll... I'll never tell...never tell you...where...where...he is...you...you...bastard..." he said trying to catch his breath and ignore the pain searing through his body as he tried to stay alive.

"Then we have no use for you anymore. Heh...heh" the black fox agents said as he aimed the gun at Jeff's head. He slowly cocked his pistol as Jeff just glared right in his eyes showing no fear, which angered the agent. As he slowly began to pull the trigger Thomas hovered over to the window to peer inside and was frightened to see his father look over to him and whisper.

"Be safe my son" he said right before was shot in the head. As his father fell to the ground slowly with a thump, Thomas was being over flowed by emotion of anger and remorse of watching his father die the same exact way his mother died and couldn't do anything to help. Then suddenly everything went black as he was overcame by the power had awakened deep inside himself.

Suddenly the glass shattered as Thomas with eyes glowing red floated into the house. The shattered glass started swarming around like a barrier of glass. As floated over to his father's dead body.

"What the... it's him quick shoot him down, but don't put too many bullet holes in him the boss said he needs the body in good shape. Heh...heh" the black fox said as the other agents pulled out they're own guns and aimed them at Thomas.

"You think those toys are going to work on me you pathetic insects," Thomas said in a deep dark voice. It was like he had transformed into another because his fur had turned a blood crimson. The agents started shooting at him, but the glass barrier around him made the bullets ricochet off and into the ceiling. Then he waved his hand in front of his body and all the bullets and the glass stopped in midair and then fell to the ground.

"You will pay for this with your lives" he said in a voice that made the whole room shudder in fear. He put his arms up like a cross in front his chest and said, "Blade wind" and then two thin lines appeared going down his arms as he waved them at the two agents on his left and right. Sending the blade winds flying towards two of the men cutting their heads off with blood squirting all over the floor. Then he said "ice beams" two beams of pure cold, so cold it would cut through anything, shot out of his eyes and shot towards three of the men. Cutting right through their torsos. "Then there was one" Thomas said with an evil looking grin, it was the black fox. Thomas shot a "fireball" at the agent but he jumped into the air and flipped over the fireball and quickly ran for his gun. He was about to pick up his gun when he felt the pain searing through his shoulder as Thomas cast a spell to summon a metal sword and slashed the agent's shoulder. The agent fell to the ground then rolled onto his back so he was facing the ceiling, Thomas then pointed the blade at the agent's throat, but at that moment he felt weak and exhausted, then everything went black. His body suddenly fell to ground; he had pushed himself to hard and lost all his energy and fainted.

Then the agent got up a little confused as to what just happened. As he grabbed his arm as it throbbed with pain. A grin appeared on his face he picked up his pistol and aimed it at the head of the Thomas. "Looks like you ran out of luck kid." as he cocked his gun getting ready to shoot his gun at Thomas.

Then there was a large flash of blue light that seem to be coming from Thomas. The agent took a few steps back and covering his eyes. When he opened his eyes he was the blue orb floating over Thomas's unconscious body. The agent got to his knees and pushed himself up slightly dazed from the blinding light. He didn't care what got in his way he was ordered to kill the elemental krekhon. As he walked over to Thomas the orb jumped into the air and went straight for the agent. The agent put up his gun to shoot the orb but it was to fast. It hit him in the chest so hard that it sent the agent flying through the air and he crashed into a bookshelf on the other side of the room and smashing it to pieces. The hit had knocked him out.

The orb floated back to Thomas and hovered over his body. It started making chirping sound and Thomas's body started floating. In an instant there was a flash then his body and the orb disappeared.

Ahh...what happened Thomas thought to himself as he slowly awakened from his unconscious state. He slowly opened his eyes but hey were still blurry all He could make out was that he was in a bed with white sheets and there were voices in the background, they sounded worried about something. His vision slowly went back to normal, he tried to get up but was still too weak to get up so he just lay there until he heard the two stop talking and he heard foot steps getting closer. He got a little scared so he closed his eyes hoping that they would think he was still asleep. He heard the door open and somebody walked in and went over to the bed.

"How are we feeling today" he said in a calming and kind voice, he put his hand on Thomas's forehead to se if he had a fever. "You had quite a nasty fall there" he said in a humorous, obviously he knew Thomas was awake. So Thomas slowly opened his eyes to see a blue fox sitting in a chair next to the bed. He looked about 27 or so, he was warring jeans with areas that looked torn. He wasn't warring a shirt which revealed his muscular chest, his fur was a soft sea blue and his chest was a light sky blue. He had an earring at the tip of one of his ears. He smiled at me as I opened my eyes he didn't look like he wanted to hurt him.

"What happened? Where am I? How did I get here?" he started saying as his strength slowly returned but he was still too weak to move. "Oh no! Dad!" he remembered seeing his dad get shot in the head he immediately tried to get up but the blue fox put his hand on Thomas's chest and kept him from moving.

"Don't try to move you used to much of your power and your to weak to move" he said a caring voice. As he slowly pushed Thomas back down and pulled up the sheets. Thomas remembered becoming enraged when his father was killed that he lost control of himself and tried to kill the agents.

"But the agents... and when I came over with this amazing power" Thomas said worried to what happened. He tried to get up again but was pushed back onto the bed and the sheets thrown over him again.

"Don't worry I'll tell you everything that happened when you regain your strength. You've been asleep for 3 days and your body has to get used to moving again, so you can over exert yourself. Just lie in bed and I'll take care of you and tell you what happened when you get better." He said as he walked towards the door and said "I'll get you something to eat and in the mean time my friend here can keep you company" then the blue orb from before floated into the room making that same happy chirping sound like it was happy to see him well. It flew over to him and rested in his palm. "His name is Wee he's and elemental water orb" he said as he was about to shut the door but then opened it again and said "oh and my name is Tarem, now get some rest all will be explained later on."

Over the next week Thomas stayed in bed and Wee stayed at his side all the time. Everyday Tarem would come in and give Thomas some food. Thomas slowly started getting up and going to sit on the balcony, one day Tarem went out to join Thomas to tell him what happened.

"Listen I'm going to tell you everything that happened but don't ask any questions until I'm done, got it." He said and I just nodded as Tarem sighed. "Ok, to start I am actually your cousin well actually your mom's cousin but that's not the point. I just heard that your mom died last week from our undercover agents on earth." Thomas was surprised at that last statement and was about to ask what he meant when Tarem continued, "yes, we are not on earth we are on Krekhor the home planet of the elementals and brother to earth. When I heard about your mother I sent my orb to find and help you discover your families secret, and I created Wee with my control over the element of water, yes, I'm a water elemental" this came to no surprise since we were on the elemental planet and with everything that happened he was not surprised. "When Wee helped you he sent me a message and I told him to bring you and your dad but I was to late the government had already taken care of him so I used Wee to cast a teleportation spell to bring you here." Thomas remembered he was about to finish the last agent when he blacked out then there was a great big flash. "When you arrived you were in bad condition but since I have a friend that's a plant elemental he used his healing powers on you to bring to back to consciences." He said then he got up and walked towards the door and said "that's all I'm going to tell you today so you can take this in slowly so have a good rest Thomas" he said as he closed the door. Thomas got up and went over to the bed with Wee trailing behind him. He fell to his knees next to the bed and started sobbing while saying "why...why didn't you and dad tell about this why did you keep it a secret, if you would have told me I could've helped you but I was useless to stop your deaths and now I'm all alone" just then Wee flew over to him and made a sad chirping sound. Thomas got to his feet and wiped off his tears and smiled "of course I wouldn't forget you Wee" then he got into bed and went to sleep. Little did he know that Tarem was listening through the door.

The next day Thomas was feeling much better, after he ate breakfast which consisted of pancakes and eggs and a glass of "herb cider" which was a medicine to help him regain his strength. Tarem said that Thomas needed to get his strength back because he has some stuff for him to do. He was a little confused but he said it would be fun so Thomas was a little more excited than confused. He told Thomas to meet him in the yard after he ate lunch, and Wee would show how to find the yard. While Thomas walked down the long hall he thought about what was going to happen to him now, was he going to learn how to use his powers or would he forget about them and live a normal, but he shook the thoughts out of his except one which was revenge. He suddenly recalled everything that had happened that day about finding out he was some all powerful being of a family that protected the elementals through time. And how his parents died protecting him and his mind was full of so much rage and he decided to get revenge first then worry about protecting others. But those thoughts left his head as he went through a set of huge double doors and into what looked like a training field.

Tarem was waiting for him in the middle of the field warring what looked like a uniform of some kind. It was a long blue robe with black lining it, it was buttoned in the front of his chest, the sleeves were very bagging. "Its time to start your training, Thomas Krekhon" he said as Thomas stood in the door way of an elemental training field.
